A Nigerian therapist identified as Oyinkansola Alabi, has reacted to Burna Boy’s loss at last night Grammy Awards.
Oyinkansola said that although she loves Burna Boy’s diligence, she however, she didn’t want him to win the much coveted award as she was ”scared of his attitude towards fame and money.”
“Even though I love his diligence, I really didn’t want him to win. I thought the Grammy award would ruin him. I was scared of his attitude towards fame and money.

Kobe on Sunday, died after the helicopter he was traveling on, crashed in Calabasas, California.
The Basketball Legend who was aged 41, died alongside his daughter, Gianna, 13 and 7 others.
Kim Kardashian, 39, wrote in a message that her ‘heart is so heavy’ she couldn’t ‘imagine’ what Vanessa, wife to Kobe Bryant is going through.
The mother of four posting on her Twitter and Instagram accounts: “My heart is so heavy. No one should ever experience what the families involved are going through. This has affected us all so much but I cannot begin to imagine what Vanessa is feeling losing her husband and her baby girl. I cry just thinking about it.”
27 year old Selena Gomez, has accused her former lover, Justin Bieber of Emotional abuse, while they were still dating!
This was made known during an interview with NPR on Sunday.
“I do feel I was a victim to certain abuse [during the relationship],” she said.
When asked by the reporter if she was referring to “emotional abuse”, Gomez replied in the affirmative.
She said: “Yes, and I think that it’s something that — I had to find a way to understand it as an adult.”

The private helicopter carrying Kobe Bryant, his daughter, and seven others flew through thick fog, despite Los Angeles police grounding their own fleet, it has been revealed.
The Sikorsky S-76 owned by the late Lakers basketball star was heading to Bryant’s Mamba Academy in Thousand Oaks for basketball practice when it crashed.
Los Angeles Police Department spokesman Josh Rubenstein confirmed their Air Support Division was grounded Sunday, adding: “The weather situation did not meet our minimum standards for flying.”
A flight plan indicated the helicopter took off from John Wayne Airport in Orange County at 9.06am PST and the last signal was received from the aircraft at 9.45am. It was expected to land at San Gabriel Valley Airport in El Monte.
Flight data shows the aircraft appeared to get into trouble above the LA Zoo where it circled at a very low altitude and air traffic control audio suggests conditions were worsening in the run up to the crash.
Bryant’s helicopter circled for a time just east of Interstate 5, near Glendale. Air traffic controllers noted poor visibility around Burbank, just to the north, and Van Nuys, to the northwest.
After holding up the helicopter for other aircraft, they cleared the Sikorsky S-76 to proceed north along Interstate 5 through Burbank before turning west to follow U.S Route 101, the Ventura Highway.
Shortly after 9:40 a.m., the helicopter turned again, toward the southeast, and climbed to more than 2,000 feet above sea level. It then descended and crashed into the hillside at about 1,400 feet, according to data from Flightradar24.
When it hit the ground, the helicopter was flying at about 160 knots (184 mph) and descending at a rate of more than 4,000 feet per minute, the Flightradar24 data showed. The impact scattered debris over an area about the size of a football field.
Officials with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department responded to the scene near Las Virgenes Rd and Willow Glen St in Calabasas after a group of mountain bikers spotted the smoke. The crash site is difficult to access and authorities say it could take several days to recover bodies.
Burna Boy has been dominating headlines since last weekend and although he did not win the coveted Grammy Award, he has won the hearts of many fans across Africa and indeed the world.
The Nigerian Singer had his compatriots solidly behind him prior to the awards night and he received more support even after the results were announced that he did not win.
Highlight of the evening was when the singer whom he lost to, Angelique Kidjo gave a powerful speech while dedicating the award to the ‘Ye’ crooner.

The Police in Bauchi State have apprehended a man, Solomon Peters, who allegedly stabbed his girlfriend, Patience Zakari, to death in Bauchi following a disagreement over telephone call.
Peters took to his heels after committing the heinous crime in the early hours of Friday but was arrested on Sunday.

A telephone call from another male friend of the deceased had resulted in a heated argument, resulting in violent scuffle that led to jealous Peters stabbing Patience with a knife.
A friend of the deceased narrated how Miss Zakari briefed him of the incident before she finally died. He said the lovers had a heated argument when the deceased received a phone call from a male friend in the middle of the night.
“She narrated to me before she died that everything happened at about 1:30 a.m. on Friday morning. She said she received a phone call from just an ordinary male friend and her Solomon got jealous and started harassing her verbally.
As she was trying to explain to him, he pounced on her and started hitting her. She took a bottle, hit him on the head in self defence because the beating was too much for her and the man picked up a knife and stabbed her in the back in retaliation.
She said she lost a lot of blood before she was rushed to a clinic in the morning where she was treated and brought back home in the evening when she narrated the incident to me.
Unfortunately, when I left the place, I heard that the wound degenerated and she was rushed to a hospital later that night where she eventually gave up,” the source revealed.

Controversial investigative journalist, Kemi Olunloyo has yet again dropped another bombshell about Nigerian Singer and DMW Boss, David Adeleke.
She has revisited a 2013 case Davido was involved in, about a lady named Ayotomide Labinjo who accused Davido of fathering a child with her.
Olunloyo claims she has been the one responsible for the child’s upkeep all this while.
The US-based journalist accused the girl’s mother, Ayo of being a prostitute as she allegedly slept with most of the singer’s entourage at the Ibadan club she was working in 2013.
Ms. Olunloyo further asked the singer to retake a new DNA test because she believes the previous test that came out negative was altered.
However, if the test result comes out negative, it means his cousin, B-Red might be the father as they were both believed to have slept with the lady.

Nigerian Afrobeat star, Burna Boy has lost the 2020 Grammy award for Best World Music Album to Beninese legendary musician Angelique Kidjo, who wins the award for the fourth time, with her Album titled Celia.
In her acceptance speech, Angelique Kidjo dedicated the award to Burna Boy as one of the few emerging African superstars taking the world by storm.
The Best World Music Album category recognizes performers outside the United States who showcase non-European, indigenous influences in their body of work. The award was first handed out in 1992 to Mickey Hart.

Popular Basketball Star, Kobe Bryant has reportedly died in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California, on Sunday morning.
The 41-year-old former Los Angeles Lakers basketball star’s death was confirmed by TMZ.
The media outlet reported that Bryant was traveling with four other people in his private helicopter when it crashed, killing everyone on board.
Officials with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department responded to reports of the crash near Las Virgenes Rd and Willow Glen St in Calabasas at around 10am after a fire broke out.

Speaking exclusively to Kemi Ashefon during an interview at their Lagos home, Sammie Peters revealed that their marriage had been intact despite all odds because she decided to understand what makes her kind of marriage work.
“I’m married to a musician and I knew from the beginning that women don’t allow musicians to rest. The journey of marriage has been hectic, beautiful, challenging but never rocky. I’ve never thought of divorce in the union and neither has my husband.

I took some drugs and rested for a couple of days expecting to be up and about in a couple of days. However, by early, January, the pain had increased. I kept managing it by using pain killers, but by March, it had become worse. I then started going to hospitals to find out what was wrong.
She continued, “Eight months later, my left leg was almost paralysed. I was already bedridden for some months. That was when my doctor asked me to do a series of tests because I had been on medication since January and I wasn’t getting any better. They wanted to know if there was any disease in me that had been feeding on the medications I was taking. All the tests came out negative and they had to do a MRI scan. After the scan, they found out I had lumbar spondylosis, which is a disease of the spine. There is no medication for it and they told me it was a surgery that could correct it; it was a 50/50 situation. I had the surgery on August 29, 2019, and it was successful. (As a result of the illness), I didn’t do anything for the whole of 2019.
“However, my first son really encouraged me. I was really scared and he said, ‘You know you are a child of God. You fear God; worship and pray to Him all the time’. He told me not be afraid, that the surgery would be successful. “I was also scared because I didn’t have the finances to go for a surgery abroad. I had just finished making a movie and my mum had been ill for a while. I was very scared of death and not being able to walk again.”

Great leaders weren’t made in a day , they were trained from young . Their thinking and upbringing matters a lot. Eg trump and his wife the way they behave publicly and Obama and his wife the way they behave publicly, for Obama you will know love leads, so how can you ask someone like trump to show love to other countries ?♀️ when the man don’t know the 1st word of love amongst his family, take a moment and think about it. The marriage of Mavin Records Vice President, Dr. Sid has crashed.
His estranged wife, Simi Esiri has confirmed the end of the marriage, in a statement the beautiful mother shared this morning.
In the statement, Simi confirmed they are heading for a divorce and moving forward as co-parents.
Simi and Dr. Sid got married in August 2014.
In her statement, Simi reacted to reports she that was violent towards Dr Sid in their marriage and that she has stopped him from seeing their two daughters, Sydney and Sarah. Simi says this is not true.

I have been consciously silent on this but as some people are out to defame my character and integrity with a fabrication of the facts, I am choosing to address it once and for all.
A lot of you may have known for some time now that Sid and I are no longer together and are moving forward separtely with the tough decision to divorce. Our priority will now be working together as co-parents in raising our two beautiful girls.
The incredibly false allegations recently written about our marriage ending due to me being domestically vioent towards someone twice my size and also of me preventing him from seeing his children (when he has clearly shared recent pictures with our daugters at my home) only depicts the laughable lengths at which some press are willing to go for click baits, and this needed to be cleared up. Such attempts will not be tolerated as I have stomached enough already.
