Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram are down worldwide.
Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp are all experiencing issues this morning for users worldwide. Facebook and Instagram are both inaccessible, with news feeds refusing to refresh and the main Facebook.com domain unavailable. WhatsApp messages aren’t being sent or received, and users of Facebook’s main services have headed to Twitter to share that they’re having issues.
The outages appear to have started at around 11:30AM this morning, and come just a month after Facebook experienced its worst outage ever. Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram were all inaccessible for hours last month, and it wasn’t until over 24 hours later that Facebook finally gave the all clear. Facebook blamed a “server configuration change,” and apologized for the outages.

According to Pearlsnews, the Economics graduate from University of Abuja said, “there’s nothing like having a rich husband that gives you peace, love and support.
In her words ;
“It takes the fear of God in a man to have those combined features towards his wife. I want a man with vision, a kind hearted person, a man that is literate. A man with prospects and God Fearing. He should be ready to make me his life partner and not just a baby factory.
His looks and pocket size is also very important. He must be financially balanced and handsome. Any man that wants to marry me should be ready to take over all my responsibilities as his wife.
I’m not saying my man must be a billionaire but if a billionaire comes my way to God be the Glory it’s also answered prayer.
As an addition, he must be romantic and sexy too, this one that somany Nigeria women are complaining about their husbands not been romantic, mine must be romantic please because I hate adultery.”
On the pressure to get married, she said ;
” I had to make my father understand that I can’t force myself on a man or settle with just anyone that comes asking for my hand in marriage. Now he has seen somany women rushing in and out of marriage, he has resorted to praying for me to settle down with a better person.
For now, I’m not in any relationship. The one I had is not serious, it has ended. So, I’m very single and ready to mingle, I can’t keep fooling myself over a distance relationship that has not been there for me.”
A Nigerian man, Hajj Muntala Morla Ouro, has taken to facebook to share a video showing a weird thing his camera captured during his brother’s wedding recently.
In the video he posted, a strange woman can be seen rubbing her hand on the belle of his brother’s wife during their wedding.
”MY CAMERA CAUGHT SOMETHING STRANGE IN MY BROTHER’S WEDDING PARTY
WHILE I WAS RECORDING THE SHOW, A LADY WHO WAS NOT IN GOOD TERMS WITH THE AMARIYA CAME CLOSER TO DANCE WITH HER . SURPRISINGLY, SHE RUB HER HANDS ON HER STOMACH. THE AMARIYA WAS SHOCKED . WHY DID SHE DO THAT AND WHAT DO YOU THINK ? HMMMMMMMM
The groom was not looking dapper in a bespoke suit neither was the bride looking like a princess in a white gown, a rather ‘casual’ couple walked into a courtroom to make their marriage official in gym clothes.
Yup! and they seem to be less bothered about their appearance as they happily signed court documents to legally bind their union.
As can be seen in photos, not more than 15 friends and family members were present and it possibly was in a bid to cut down cost.
A Twitter user has given an encounter she had with her quite stingy boyfriend and Twitter users are having a field day laughing hard at her hilarious story.

She added that the lover still made sure to give her a kiss when he returned and joined her in bed.
In her own words,
“I’ve visited a guy before and he never even offered me a glass of water☹He went to the bathroom in the middle of the night, came back and kissed me.” she said.

A man dubbed as a ‘mercenary’ has been nabbed in Sokoto state while writing JAMB for more than one candidate.
Img Crd: Premium Times
According to a Premium Times reports, a man described as a professional examination mercenary, who allegedly specializes in writing JAMB tests for multiple candidates, has been arrested in Sokoto State.
Officials of the Joint Examination Matriculation Board (JAMB) told Premium Times that Umar Sani was arrested at about 8: 00am Saturday as he made to access a centre at the Umaru Ali Shinkafi Polytechnic to sit the examination for another of his clients.
Mr Sani was identified and arrested by a JAMB monitoring team, led by Registrar Ishaq Oloyede, which has been visiting centres across the country to oversee the conduct of the ongoing 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
The suspect was immediately handed over to a police team from the Federal Intelligence and Investigation Bureau, officials said. Before he was caught Saturday morning, Mr Sani had in the past days sat for the examination for candidates Umar Abdullahi, Danladi Lawal, and Danlami Suleiman Abdullahi.
JAMB uses biometric to check candidates into its Computer-Based Test Centres but Mr Sani found a way to circumvent the arrangement, officials said,
“When his clients registered for the examination, he donated some of his fingers to them when their biometric was taken,” Ahmad Mohammed, a JAMB official, who witnessed the arrest, said. “He then used those fingers to beat our biometric system.”
JAMB Registrar, Mr Oloyede, confirmed Mr Sani’s arrest, saying his agency remained committed to eradicating malpractices from the matriculation examination. “He (Mr Sani) will surely be prosecuted,” Mr Oloyede said. “That I can assure you.”
The Sokoto arrest came two days after man who claimed to be a professor, Jide Jisus, was caught for alleged examination malpractice as the UTME began across Nigeria. According to a statement by the spokesperson of JAMB, Fabian Benjamin, Mr Jisus was apprehended by the monitoring team of the registrar of JAMB in an examination hall at Brix Academy, Jabi, Abuja.
“His identity was shrouded in dubious tales. He claimed during interrogation that he was one of the professors selected by the Board to oversee the conduct of the 2019 UTME,” Mr Benjamin said in the statement.
“He also claimed that he was awarded a professorial position by Christian University, Isolo, Lagos and that he had two professorial awards from “Becket” University England and Freedom University.“He similarly claimed to be a staff of Anchor Polytechnic, Kubwa, Abuja, an institution that does not exist.
According to him, he said he is the president of the United Nigeria Chaplin Institute of Peace Academy.“However, it was discovered that he had a daughter who was taking the 2019 UTME in the same centre where he was caught.”
The Board’s operational guideline does not allow unauthorised persons into the examination hall. “The Professor was, therefore, not one of those selected by the Board to monitor the conduct of the 2019 UTME,” the statement said. The 2019 UTME began on Thursday, April 11 and will end on April 17.

Bishop Obinim who was giving a sermon at the Tema branch of his church revealed that Jesus Christ only transformed himself three times and He(Jesus) said his followers will do more than he did because his life was short lived on Earth.
The controversial man of God emphasized that no Prophet in the Bible has done miraculous things that he has been able to do because they all had different directions or path.
In his words ;
“Jesus said ‘the Miracles am performing, the wonders and the signs; Those who believe in me, you can perform more than that’.Jesus was making reference to this that he didn’t have enough time so he curtailed his time. He worked for about 3 and a half years then he left but those of us now we have more time. I Angel Obinim, I have worked for so many years more than that of my father and the miracles, the angelic performances, the wonders and signs that I have performed; they are countless because I have enough time.”

A United States Based Nigerian Man, Emma Madu, has advised Nigerians living in Nigeria to leave the country and come over to the US if they get any opportunity.
Emma Madu recounted how his life has transformed since he moved from Nigeria to the US where he is currently a citizen.
Read the post he shared on his Facebook ;
After running around looking for gas to power our factory generator in Onitsha, I did not even think twice when I got the chance to go to America. It is still the best decision of my life.
I got a job, went back to school while working. Became a U S citizen, brought my brother to America, and built a house in Nigeria. Then went back to Nigeria to get married. Brought my wife to America and got her a green card. Now with 3 kids and 15 years in America last month, I can tell you sincerely, if you get the chance to move, move.
I was a nobody in Nigeria then, but today, my membership card of Knight Of Columbus is enough to get me inside the Vatican without a ticket. Just my ID. I cannot count how many times I have seen Nigerians being searched like criminals in many airports while I simply stroll by with the shout of “welcome Sir” from the same airport officials just because of my US passport. And then you almost bust into tears knowing that the only difference between you and those your brothers is the passport. The same people you were chatting with inside the plane until it is time to show our passports. Then you get a welcome sir while your brothers get a path down.
So if you are doing well in Nigeria fine, but if you have the chance to move, move.
The Nigerian Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG) has advised Nigerians to stop panicking on rumours of fuel subsidy and an increase in the pump price.
A statement released a signed by the NUPENG South West Chairman, Tayo Aboyeji, states that Nigeria has enough petrol and diesel circulating in every state.
“Nigerians should stop spreading and listening to rumours of government removing fuel subsidy and increasing the pump price of fuel. We are not aware of such move, there is enough fuel in circulation and no increase has been made so far, ” Aboyeji said
The NUPENG boss cautioned Nigerians of the impending dangers of storing and stockpiling fuel at homes and shops, especially during this hot weather.
“Careless storage of fuel can lead to fire disaster both in the house or in the car,” Aboyeji advised.
Most fuel stations in many parts of the country have been thronged by anxious Nigerians buying petroleum products to store at home.
President Buhari has reminded the parents of the school girls of Government Secondary School, Chibok, Borno State that he has still not forgotten their daughters who were kidnapped from their dormitory five years ago (April 14, 2014).
He promised the parents when he met them, at the beginning of his first term as president, that he would bring their daughters home. He is aware that this promise he made is the main reason the people of Chibok voted overwhelmingly for him in the February elections, and although his government has so far succeeded in bringing back 107 of the girls, the President will not rest until the remaining are reunited with their families.
President Buhari assures the parents that his administration is still on the matter. Diverse efforts are being intensified to secure the release of the Chibok Girls, along with all hostages in Boko Haram captivity, including Leah Sharibu who was kidnapped from her school, Science Secondary School, Dapchi, Yobe State, on February 19, 2018.
On Leah Sharibu’s abduction, the interlocutors have reported encouraging progress so far. The report reaching us says her return to her family has unfortunately been hindered by the fear of the militants. They worry that heavy military presence in areas where they previously moved about freely could affect their safety after they return her to the government.
At the same time, the military cannot jeopardise the security of the entire north-eastern region by halting their operations to accommodate Boko Haram’s fears. Leah Sharibu will be reunited with her family as soon as any conclusions are reached on a number of options being considered for her safe transportation. The success of the Nigerian military in subduing Boko Haram is evidenced by the large numbers of militants who have surrendered recently, especially in neighbouring Cameroon and Niger.
A similar mass surrender of militants is expected to happen soon in Nigeria. While Nigerian military operations are ongoing, the government is also engaging with the militants but the talks have been affected by the factionalisation of Boko Haram – with one group adopting a hard line attitude and intensifying attacks on Nigeria, Cameroon and Chad, and another group engaging with the government for peaceful resolution.
President Buhari also uses this opportunity of the commemoration of the Chibok tragedy to commend the girls, now women, who have triumphed over it all. He sends special greetings to the 106 girls sponsored by the Nigerian government to continue their studies at the American University of Nigeria, Yola.
He encourages them to stay focused on becoming women who will inspire girls in Nigeria and around the world to triumph over the daily battles they face in a world that is often unfair to the girl-child.

On this day a year ago I entered what was the most trying season of my life. It was a matter of life and death. What seemed to be fever with stomach pain dovetailed into a complicated matter with my abdomen. After an initial misdiagnosis while my situation got worse, I was by a divine stroke of mercy evacuated at the nick of time as an emergency case to another hospital.
_
On the journey to the other hospital, I could feel myself slipping. I was so weak I couldn’t talk. My stomach was bloated. I didn’t mind leaving bearing in mind the pain I had been through for about a week by then, but at that point God reminded me of my wife and children who would bear the brunt if I gave up easily
_
I was stabilised at the new place and a gastroenterologist attended to my matter. However all along this was a deep spiritual battle. I had previously been shown the battle in dreams. I shared with my egbon prayer partner Tmac as well as my pastor @nathanielblow who prayerfully supported me through out. I received so much quality medical care at the new place that I believed the battle was already over… but that was as far as human knowledge and wisdom could go. There was a fight that needed to be won in the spirit.
_
After the surgical procedure to evacuate the “appendiceal mass” discovered in my stomach, I was supposed to heal and stabilize but it wasn’t so. One particular night ordinary paracetamol injection caused my heart to start palpitating. The doctor in charge asked if I had a history of heart problems, I didn’t. I was frustrated. I asked to be left alone. I wanted to live but my body wasn’t healing. We had prayed and prayed and received victory but I was getting worse. As I pondered what the Lord was doing and if it was my time, I heard Him whisper clearly “Spirit of Life”. I repeated in my mind that the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Life. Then I hear another one: “If the Spirit which raised Jesus from the dead be in you, how much more will He quicken your mortal body”
Prior to this I had never personally thought of Romans 8:11 as healing scripture. It was later I connected the exact chapter and the verse what I heard was coming from. I was stirred in my spirit. I began to declare boldly that I have the Holy Spirit, He is inside of me, the same One that raised Jesus from the dead, therefore He will quicken my body to heal as I stir Him up. With my last energies I began to sing, shout and pray aloud in tongues in that hospital. This was happening at about 1am or 2am. The nurses heard me, the patients heard me but at that point I didn’t care. I was greatly stirred. It was like I had receive a great light. By the time I was done my heart palpitations stopped. At dawn one of my doctor friends came to confess to me that everyone on duty that night thought I wasn’t going to make it in the morning. She too was marvelled of how I looked strikingly better from the previous day she had seen me. From then on my health improved. In a few days I started eating and then discharged. After my discharge I still a few minor battles here and there but I knew the major victory had been won. God cleared all and gave me a clean bill of health.

Music Executive, Michael Ajereh popularly known as Don Jazzy has once again opened up on his marital status as he clocks 36 later in the year.
In an exclusive telephone chat with Saturday Beats, Don Jazzy noted that though he is in a relationship at the moment, he is not in a hurry to get married.
Don Jazzy
His words ;
“I don’t bring up issues about my relationship status on purpose. People always talk about it though It is not difficult to find a wife; there are many beautiful women out there. It is not like I am ready; I am not the perfect version of what I would like to be to my wife and family.
If time passes and nobody wants to marry me, then so be it but for now, I don’t feel I have worked on myself enough. I don’t want a scenario where I would get married and my music or business would take me away and the next thing would be that my wife would start complaining that I am hardly around.
“My other ex-girlfriends left me, they didn’t break my heart, they just moved on, some of them are married now, if they were still waiting for me, they won’t be married by now. People have their personal agendas and it is understandable. For me, I am not in a hurry.”
The All Progressive Congress (APC) and the winner of the February 23, 2019 Presidential Election, has filed a motion at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja that the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party in the poll, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, is not a Nigerian and therefore not qualified to have stood for the election.
The Party claimed that the former Vice President is a Cameroonian and not a Nigerian citizen and his petition against President Muhammadu Buhari, its own candidate, should be dismissed for lacking in merit.
In a reply to the petition of Atiku and the PDP praying for their declaration as the lawful winner of the presidential poll, the APC said that the 11.1 million votes recorded in favor of the two petitioners should be voided and considered a waste by the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal.
The APC’s reply to the petition, filed by its lead counsel, Lateef Fagbemi faulted the candidacy of Atiku in the election insisting that as a Cameroonian, he ought not to have taken part in the presidential poll of Nigeria in the first instance.
The Party averred that Atiku was born on November 25, 1946, in Jada, Adamawa, in Northern Cameroon and is, therefore, a citizen of Cameroon and not a Nigerian by birth.
Going down memory lane, APC claimed that prior to 1919, Cameroon was being administered by Germany and that following the defeat of Germany in World War 1, which end d in 1918, Cameroon became part of a League of Nations mandate territory which consisted of French Cameroon and British Cameroon in 1919.
APC further argued that in 1961, a plebiscite was held in British Cameroon to determine whether the people preferred to stay in Cameroon or align with Nigeria.
According to the party, while Northern Cameroon preferred a union with Nigeria, Southern Cameroon chose alignment with the mother country and that it was as a result of the plebiscite that Northern Cameroon, which included Adamawa, became a part of Nigeria.
APC, therefore, said that contrary to the assertion of Atiku in his petition, he (Atiku) had no right to be voted for as a candidate in the election to the office of President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria held on February 23, 2019.
The party averred that by reason of Atiku not having qualified to contest the election, all votes purportedly cast for him and the PDP in the February 23 election are wasted votes.

At 50 I’ll have a 20 year old, 21 year old and a 17 year old. Maybe two more (five and I am done) This is the Biggest Blessings you can ever ask for so. I will only enjoy this alone and then you would have forgotten you wrote a dirty Caption to get comments. And A Billionaire too and impacted in my Country’.

Reality TV star, Ifu Ennada has shared a major financial lesson on Instagram and in her lengthy note revealed how she made her first million at the young age of 22.
Pls Read…Some people were angered by a section of my last post – where I talked about 500k not really being a huge sum and how I feel having someone in your circle who can give that to you isn’t abnormal. Some even asked if I had people who could give me that kind of money before BBNaija…
—
First of all I’m sorry if I cut across the wrong way. It wasn’t my intention to be that way.
—
And yes to your questions; long before BBNaija I had people in my life who gave me 500k… My short film – Tears of a Broken Virgin was brought to life after a friend of mine gave me 500k to produce it. His name is Solomon. This was 2yrs before Big Brother. You can watch my short film by clicking the link in my bio.

My beautIFU people, being broke doesn’t mean you should also surround yourself with people in the same financial state as you.
—
You can be broke but have rich dreams and in order to bring your dreams to reality it’s always good to include people who have the capacity to move your life forward in your circle.
—
For people to lavishly support your dreams they need to see why they should, there has to be something you’re bringing to the table.
—
I was a financially poor girl with big dreams but I was always working on myself, being resourceful and adding value to people even the rich… one day I’ll tell you how I made my first 1.8 million at age 22 – even though money was mismanaged…but right now I want to give God the glory for everything that I am and also let you know that I’ll never look down on anyone.
—
Lastly one thing that has worked for me is to dream so big that certain things that appear big to others seem small to me- this positions my mind in a way that makes it say – nothing is impossible with God and when you believe this, there’s really nothing you can’t achieve. —
I sincerely hope you don’t misunderstand me. I care about you guys and I want to inspire you the right way, this is why I’ve taken my time to explain myself even though I don’t owe anyone an explanation. ❤
