A leader of Tiv Community in Opeji, Ogun State identified as Jonathan Tsekar, has been arrested for killing a police corporal, Gbenga Adeboyejo over N120,000, and burying him in a shallow grave.

It was gathered that the suspect and the victim were engaged in a charcoal business before the relationship turned sour.

The Commissioner of Police, Ahmed Illiyasu, yesterday led his men to exhume the corpse of the victim buried by the suspect in a shallow grave at Opeji village.

Illiyasu disclosed that the suspect allegedly committed the murder on November 24, 2018.

The CP quoted the community leader to have confessed that he killed the police corporal by “hitting a heavy plank on his head” in order not to refund the N120,000 he collected from the deceased.

Well, the highly talented mother of two, who has stayed married to her husband for about 15 years has affirmed the statement in a new interview, saying she doesn’t think there’s anything offensive about it.

“Yes, I said we do doggy styles and I don’t think it’s offensive. I won’t disclose whose favourite it is because that is a family issue. At the same time, sex is a normal thing, it is a necessity in marriage. Things have really changed, that the missionary style of sex is a thing of the past. Every married woman should learn to follow the new styles.

Some married women believe because they are married or have kids, they cannot satisfy their husbands sexually. If we don’t learn to do these things, somebody out there is willing to do more for them,” she said, with some knowing chuckles.

She also reacted to the rumour that she once stated in an interview that her husband is ugly. “I hadn’t and will never utter such statement. Some journalists write many negative things about some of us that we don’t know or even read about.

This is the first time I am hearing about this. I wouldn’t marry him if I felt he was ugly. I implore my fans not to believe everything they read about me on the internet. Some can be from bad belle people,” she quipped, Of course, the marriage which has produced two beautiful girls has not been without its ups and downs. The couple separated with several reports claiming it was the husband that left home, saying he couldn’t continue with the marriage. But they have since settled and things have quieted down.

For a couple of years now, it has been smooth sailing for Mr and Mrs Abiodun.

Governor Ambode approves N10m compensation to slain LASTMA officer’s family

Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, has announced the approval of 10 Million Naira compensation to the family of the officer of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA), who was recently killed by a FSARS Officer over a traffic dispute.

He made the revelation, on Sunday, while commiserating with LASTMA over the killing of Mr Rotimi Adeyemo.

Governor Ambode said the incident was one too many, revealing that a total of 18 officers were lost to such unfortunate situation, and 24 permanently incapacitated in various hospitals in the last one year.

While Lagosians have commended the gesture, they have also asked for disciplinary measures to be taken against sars officials to prevent future occurence.

Secondary School Teacher Brutalizes Student

A teacher in Lagos has been accused of brutalizing a student for ringing the bell, during school hours.

The SS2 student of Zumratul Islamiyyah Junior/Senior School in Yaba area of Lagos, identified as Ridwan Yunus was brutalized by their social studies teacher, Mr Babatunde.

This is coming after it was reported that a secondary school teacher, Sunday Adeshina, was jailed at Kirikiri prison in Lagos State after he reportedly flogged a female student until she started bleeding. Adeshina was said to have flogged a 14-year-old SS3 student identified as Onyinye Nwakaeme, on the head when she could not give a correct answer to questions he asked her during a class.

Onyinye, a student of Great Esteem Private Secondary School in Ijeshatedo area of Lagos state told newsmen;

“We were taking Economics class that day and I was busy copying note. I had just returned from my father’s burial. Being behind schedule, I used every available time to copy my notes because I had a lot to write.

“The teacher saw me and called me out with some people, claiming that we were making noise and asked us to explain what he had been teaching. I didn’t get the question right because I was really not paying attention to him. Out of anger, he started flogging me.

“He flogged me to the point that I was bleeding on my head and he didn’t stop. Even when the proprietor asked him to stop, he was fierce and wanted to flog me more.”

Russian Gucci priest probed for flaunting designer goods on Instagram

A Russian Gucci priest who showed off the luxury items including Louis Vuitton bags and Gucci shoes on his Instagram account will face a disciplinary committee, an Orthodox Church spokesman said Monday.

Vyacheslav Baskakov deleted the images of himself posing in his frock with the designer goods after they were picked up by Russian media and shared online last week.

“Such actions are not acceptable. The Church requires modesty and temperance of its representatives,” Alexander Volkov, spokesman for Patriarch Kirill of Moscow, told AFP.

Volkov said the Gucci priest would face a disciplinary committee in the Tver region where he is based, north of the capital.

The spokesman stressed this was not a criminal probe and that the “vast majority of Russian Orthodox Church priests live very modestly”.

He did not give a date for any hearing nor comment on a likely punishment.

Chelsea suspends four fans over alleged racist abuse on Raheem Sterling

Chelsea FC have suspended four of their fans who allegedly hurled racist abuse at and have confirmed they are assisting the police in their investigation.

The club have trawled through CCTV images from inside Stamford Bridge, as well as TV footage, to identify a supporter who appeared to call Sterling a ‘f***ing black c***’ in the first half of Saturday’s Premier League clash between Chelsea and Manchester City.

Chelsea have passed on the fan’s details to the police, and have now confirmed that three more supporters have also been suspended.

A club statement read:

‘Chelsea Football Club has suspended four people from attending Chelsea matches pending further investigations into allegations regarding the behaviour of supporters towards Raheem Sterling during our match against Manchester City on Saturday. ‘Our investigations into this matter are ongoing. We are fully supporting the police investigation and any information we gather will be passed on to them.

‘Chelsea Football Club finds all forms of discriminatory behaviour abhorrent and if there is evidence of ticket holders taking part in any racist behaviour, the club will issue severe sanctions, including bans. We will also fully support any criminal prosecutions.’

Sterling opened up about the incident on social media, as well as hitting out at what he claimed was racist treatment from the media in the way young black players are depicted.

Pastor arrested for defiling church member’s twin daughters in Lagos

The police in Lagos State have arrested the Assistant Pastor of the Anointed Chosen Vessel Ministry, Okota, Lagos, Mike Oliseh, 54, after he was accused of defiling the 12-year-old twin daughters of a church member and close friend.

According to PUNCH Metro, Mike Oliseh who is married with four children, lives in the same compound with the parents of his victims in Ago palace way in Okota, Lagos state.

Oliseh and his victims fathers, Okoro, got close after he employed his services. Oliseh who is a bore hole driller, contracted Okoro to be his transporter since he owned a bus. Oliseh then got so close to the Okoro’s and invited over to his church.

Okoro’s wife however travelled on a business trip in 2017 and then the clergymen started sleeping in their home.

Narrating how it started, one of the daughters, Chioma (not real name), said Oliseh threatened to withdraw the support he was giving to their family if she refuses to sleep with him.

“He started to rape me last year. He used to come to sleep in our house. He said there was heat in his apartment. So, while my twin sister and I would sleep on the floor, he used to sleep on the bed with my father. While my dad slept, he would come to the floor and sleep with me. He has done it many times. He put his male reproductive organ in my private parts. He threatened that if I told my father, he would not take him to work again. He and my father eat and work together, and they both sleep on the same bed.” she said

The mother of the victims, Chidera, said Oliseh’s evil act was exposed when an elderly woman caught him pulling down the pants of their second daughter.

“On that Thursday, my daughter did not go to school; she was alone in the compound. Mike (Oliseh) came and chased her. The girl ran into the backyard to hide. He went there and started pulling her pants; the girl shouted. An elderly woman, who came for omugwo in our compound and was in the room, saw him.

When she opened the door, Mike quickly brought out a phone and pretended to be speaking to my husband on the telephone. He said he wanted to give my daughter something, but she was not ready to collect it. He then put his phone in his pocket and left. The woman, who observed that he did not dial any number on the phone before putting it to his ear, called my husband to ask the children what his friend had been doing to them. That was how the secret was blown open. He slept with my first daughter regularly, but had only succeeded in inserting his fingers into the private parts of my second daughter.” the mother said

I trusted him because I thought that he was a man of God. I have a bus and whenever he had a borehole drilling job, I used the vehicle to take the equipment to site. He would pay me for the service. He also took my family to his church. Also, whenever my wife travelled, I would take my children to his wife’s place in Ikotun. Whenever I cooked, we would eat together from the same plate. I never suspected anything. Even when it was noticed the first time, I doubted it. However, when he agreed to it and said what he did was little, I became weak.” the heartbroken father said.

The case was reported at the Lagos State Office of the Public Defender and the victims were referred to the Mirabel Centre, Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja. A social worker at the OPD said the results of the tests carried out on the victims confirmed that the girls had been defiled.

A Nigerian guy has been captured on camera assaulting a lady said to be his girlfriend. The reason because she was reportedly cheating on him.

In the video, the guy can be seen making physical contact with her as other people try to separate him from her. Judging from what was said in the video, the lady – presumably – went to stay at her other lover’s house for two weeks and her boyfriend found out which is what led to what’s seen in the video.

People have had mixed reactions as some say that even though the lady might be at fault, it doesn’t justify the guy turning her into his punching bag.

Sex video tape played as evidence in Lagos Court

In new reports, the proceedings in an Ikeja High Court took an unusual dimension on Monday when an excerpt of a sex video tape between a married father of three and his ex-lover was played in the courtroom.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the father of three, Peter Omokaro, is an ex-banker, while his ex-lover, Titilayo Nosa-Igiebor, is a businesswoman.

Omokaro who is in his early 60s had sued Nosa-Igiebor, 33, over her non-payment of an alleged N15 million loan he gave her during their relationship.

The tape was played when Mr Victor Okpara, counsel to Nosa-Igiebor led her in evidence.

The video which played for more than an hour showed Omokaro and Nosa-Igiebor lying in bed in a hotel room, agreeing to the terms of the `loan’ before engaging in sexual intercourse.

Omokaro could be heard in the video, before signing the agreement, saying: “I hope I am not signing my death warrant.”

He was also heard telling Nosa-Igiebor that he had no intention of getting the loan back.

The defendant’s counsel tendered a copy of the loan agreement in evidence.

The counsel told the court that Clause Five of the agreement exempted Nosa-Igiebor from repaying the alleged loan because of their sexual relationship.

NAN reports that Clause Five of the agreement, which pertains to waiver of rights, states: “Peter forever waives all rights to loan payback, forfeiting totally loan given if Titilayo agrees to and has sexual intercourse with Peter.”

Earlier in her evidence, the defendant told the court that Omokaro never gave her the N15 million although he promised to give her without collecting it back.

The businesswoman testified that Omokaro became vindictive after their relationship turned sour.

She told the court that the ex-banker intended to punish her for the soured relationship by taking her to court.

While being cross-examined by Mr Jerry Omoregbe, counsel to Omokaro, the defendant testified that besides being Omokaro’s lover, she had a business relationship with him through her company, Tilimanjaro Nig. Ltd. and Nichole Integrated Ltd. (Omokaro’s company).

“Tilimanjaro was my first company. I had no prior experience; I was still setting up at the time. I went to meet Peter, my boyfriend at the time, to assist me in giving my brother, Ahmed, money for aviation school.

“Peter, my boyfriend, said that he would give me the money as a gift and that we should draft an agreement so that my brother could see that it was serious and take his schooling serious.

“He invited me to the hotel as shown in the video. He agreed that I should make the agreement, and I drafted the agreement in my letterhead. The agreement was between Peter Imafidon Omokaro and Titilayo Nosa-Igiebor.

“The friendly loan was never given to me. That agreement was signed on May 15, 2011, which was a Tuesday. He said he would pay the money into my brother’s account on Thursday but he never did,” she said.

Justice Raliatu Adebiyi adjourned the case until Feb. 20, 2019, for adoption of written addresses.

NAN reports that Omokaro had accused Nosa-Igiebor of stealing his Toyota Venza 2010 model with registration number CT370FKJ valued at N2 million as well as N106 million.

Nosa-Igiebor was initially arraigned before an Igbosere Magistrates’ Court in Lagos in April 2012 and remanded at the Kirikiri Prisons following her failure to meet her bail conditions.

The former lovers later agreed to settle their dispute out of court, with Nosa-Igiebor returning the car and other property given to her by Omokaro during their relationship.

However, Omokaro instituted a civil suit against Nosa-Igiebor before an Ikeja High Court following her failure to refund the alleged N15 million loan.

Ronaldo urges Messi to try something new, tells him to come to Italy

Juventus forward and 5-time Ballon d’Or winner, Cristiano Ronaldo, has urged his Barcelona rival, Lionel Messi, to take up the challenge and join him in Italy.

While speaking during interviews with three leading Italian sports dailies: La Gazzetta dello Sport, Corriere dello Sport and Tuttosport on Monday, Cristiano Ronaldo, who is marking his 150 days in Italy, issued a challenge to longtime rival, Lionel Messi to join him in Italy.

According to Dailymail, the Portuguese international who moved to Juventus from Real Madrid in the summer for £90million, and has since scored 11 goals in 19 games for the Italian giants. was asked whether he missed Messi.

He said: ‘No, maybe he misses me. I played in England, Spain, Italy, Portugal, in the national team, while he is still in Spain.

‘Like me, accept the challenge. However, if he is happy there, I respect him, he is a fantastic player, a good guy but I do not miss anything here. This is my new life and I’m happy.’

Ronaldo went on to outline the differences between his time in Spain and at his new club, saying that: ‘It’s not fair to name just a few, but I can say that this is the best group I’ve ever played.

‘Here we are a team, elsewhere someone feels bigger than others but here they are all on the same line, they are humble and want to win.

‘If Dybala or Mandzukic do not mark, you still see them happy, smile. For me it is beautiful, I perceive the difference.

‘Even in Madrid they are humble but here I feel they are more so. It is very different from Madrid, this is more a family .’

Ronaldo who has won five Ballon d’Or trophies and saw World Cup runner-up, Luka Modric, scoop it from him and Messi last week, reacted to the award which saw him finish second in Ballon d’Or voting to Modric.

He said: “Of course I’m disappointed, but life goes on and I will continue to work hard,” said the 33-year-old.

“On the pitch I’ve done everything to win the Ballon d’Or, numbers do not lie, but I’m no less happy if I do not win, I have wonderful friends and a family, I play in one of the best clubs.

“Congratulations to Modric, who has earned the award, but next year we will meet again and I will do everything to win the prize again.”

Shop owner cries out after scammers buys phone worth N110K with N1000 which later turned to N100 notes in Abuja (Video)

A shop owner has cried out for help after being swindled by two guys at the popular Emab plaza in Wuse 2 area of Abuja.

According to reports, the suspected fraudsters disguised as customers, came to the man’s shop to buy a Tecno phantom 8 of N110,000 and pretended that the cash was in their car so somebody should follow them to collect it.

After the man followed them and counted the money (which was in N1000 notes), he gave them the phone.

The ‘customers’ reportedly didn’t bother with the receipt saying it wasn’t necessary only for the man to return to the store to discover the bundle of 1000 naira notes has “changed” to 100 naira notes.

The money had only two pieces of N1000 which were used to conceal the torn 100 naira notes.

This left the shop owner very shocked as to how the scammers did it.

It has been alleged that the guys might have swapped the real money with “fake ones” after the man had counted it.

Nigerian pop star, Tekno has been spotted with Ubi Franklin, his record label owner, for the first time since he suffered vocal damage.

Recall MMMG boss, Ubi Franklin broke the news that, Tekno has suffered vocal damage and was receiving treatment at an undisclosed hospital. Since then, the young man has not been seen publicly.

However, for the first time since his ailment, Tekno has now been spotted with his record label executive, Ubi Franklin.

Franklin posted the photos of himself and Tekno on his Instagram page explaining that they were just out to see a few shows even though Tekno still cannot perform yet.

He wrote:

“Welcome back Man… Though you can’t still perform for now till you are fully recovered… we will turn for others and show love
“Last night With @teknoofficial for a few shows.”

HIV positive family members show off drugs they take daily

A lady has taken to Facebook to show off her HIV positive family and the routine they have to face daily to ensure that they stay healthy.

The 32-year-old Ugandan woman, Barbara Kemigisa who isn’t shy of talking about her HIV status, shared pictures of her family with the drugs they take daily to contain the virus.

She wrote;

My babies and I displaying our burden of living with HIV. Kourtney 9 years 11 tablets, Trevor 17 years 20 tablets, Dauglas 22 years 3 tablets, Barbara 32 years 3 tablets daily.

If you still have a chance and choice to stay safe, please do because it isn’t fun swallowing these pills everyday especially for the kids born with the virus.

Molested by her uncles at a tender age, Kemigisa developed a promiscuous life by the time she was a teenager.

“My parents separated when I was four years old, so, I stayed with my grandmother in Fort Portal. At six, I was molested by my uncles. They gave me pancakes for sex and asked me not to tell anyone.”

The molestation continued until she was 11 years old, when she came to stay with her father in Kampala in 1997.

Kemigisa is the founder of Pill Power Uganda, a project that has for six months identified people living with HIV/Aids, training them to recycle empty ARVs tins into useful objects.

Big Brother Naija 2018 first runner up, CeeC has insisted that she is a king and a feminist as well. Although she mentioned that calling herself King Cee-C has nothing to do with being a feminist.

This comes days after Annie Idibia granted a recent interview saying she is not a feminist and doesn’t support women calling themselves Kings.

Annie had said,

Nah, not really. I believe in women power. I believe men are still kings and women are queen,” said the actress, adding, “personally, I’m sorry I’m not trying to [insult?] anybody here but I don’t believe a woman is a king. I believe she is a queen.”
