Dino Melaye, senator representing Kogi west, says President Muhammadu Buhari is not mentally and physically equipped to govern Nigeria.
Speaking at The Osasu Symposium in Abuja on Thursday, Melaye said the national assembly has been accused of delaying the budget, where “in fact”, the fault lies with the executive.
Earlier, Rotimi Amaechi, Transportation minister, had said Buhari signs laws in the interest of Nigerians and any law he rejects is also in the interest of the country.
In response to Amaechi, Melaye said:
“I know Honourable Rotimi Amaechi very well, and he is my brother, he is my friend. Normally, he is more eloquent than this, normally, he would speak with precision than this.
“But you know when you are not saying the truth, it will never flow. The issue of the budget as raised by Honourable Rotimi Amaechi, I am happy that he was a legislator, and he was a presiding officer at the state house of assembly.”
Speaking on the issue of budget delays, Melaye said:
“The truth will remain the truth. At what point did you bring the budget? If you will all recall that the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives, had to write Mr. President, accusing leaders of MDAs for refusing to come and defend their budget.
“The President had to order his ministers to go to the national assembly and defend their budgets before they came.
“The truth is, all political appointees, including Rotimi Amaechi must become born again, if we want to move this country forward.
“In whether the president reads these laws or not, all Nigerians, we know ourselves; you cannot give what you don’t have. President Muhammadu Buhari is not intellectually, emotionally, physically, mentally, equipped to govern this country.”
Heidi Hepworth, a British mother of 9 has reportedly dumped her husband and also converted to Islam so she can marry her young Gambian lover she met on Facebook.
The 45-year-old British who had never been in a plane in her life but has now been to West Africa four times to see her taxi driver boyfriend, plans to move to Gambia after they marry next year once her divorce is finalized.
However, Heidi has revealed that Gambia is “a happier and more caring place than Britain”.
Heidi who insisted that her relationship with 31-year-old Mamadou Salieu Jallow, is the real thing, had split with her car mechanic husband of 23 years last year when she hooked up with her lover on Facebook.
She told Daily Mail;:
“No-one imagined this would last but we love each other and are making plans to marry. I’ve never been happier”
“I think it’s fine to take the initiative.
“I have wasted enough time in my life in an unhappy marriage.
I don’t have a single regret. I’m not a terrible parent.
It was really hard for me to leave my kids, but they couldn’t come with me so I had no choice.
I was shocked at the anger that was directed at me for supposedly abandoning my children. That just didn’t happen.”
However her husband Andy said:
“It’s a mid-life crisis. She’s been brainwashed.” He also slammed Heidi for leaving her kids, saying:
A caring mum wouldn’t go off gallivanting around Africa with her new boyfriend.
Popular Nigerian designer, Zizi Cardow has in a video stated that not every woman is supposed to have kids or be married.
Zizi Cardow made this statement in reaction to reports of a married Nigerian woman whose husband told her to send out her teenage daughter from a past relationship because he is sexually attracted to her.
The popular designer who further reprimanded women for staying in marriages that are very unhealthy for them, added that the society keeps saying men are scarce but that the truth is that there are men in the society but the quality of men women desire is what is lacking.
Read her post below;
“When it comes to marriages and what a man or woman do, I don’t really bother because it is their decision and they are adults and you must take the consequences that come out of it but when you involve your kids in it is where it gets me because these kids did not ask to be born neither did they ask for you to make some stupid decisions in your life.
I am sick and tired of all these post people put up of somebody gets beaten up, gets stabbed. You get beaten up, you get killed because you want to. Don’t involve your kids in it.
When you make stupid decisions that you want to get married because the whole nation is crazy about getting married, don’t get your kids involved in it.
Please my sisters, if you want to get married, think about it thoroughly. Don’t think about just the wedding itself. It’s a marriage, a life time decision. It is not just about Asoebi, caterers, slaying or having the best wedding.
Please women, if you are not ready for children, do not have them. I don’t know why the society is so pressured about people getting married and having children when half of the people that have children are not supposed to.
Honestly, not every woman is supposed to have children and not everyone is supposed to be married. Not every woman who has kids is supposed to be called a mother.”

I regretted reading some pages of the book, as a former President, we only expected him to write something that will strengthen our unity, but in that book, H.E Goodluck Jonathan wrote otherwise. The book is full of hate speech.
Was reading that newly released book last night before I slept, the book is full of hate speech. The author “entirely” insulted a particular part of this country, forgetting that millions from that part supported and voted for him. Many are still standing with him. Too bad!

French World Cup winner, N’Golo Kante has today, extended his stay at Stamford Bridge by signing a new five-year contract with Chelsea FC.
According to Goal.com, Kante’s new deal includes a weekly wage of £290,000, with the Blues keen to ward off potential suitors in the midfielder.

In its continuous fight against the menace of drug trafficking and abuse of drugs, the Nigeria Customs Service on Thursday intercepted 40 feet containers, loaded with Tramadol and other dangerous drugs from India worth N7.318 billion.
The announcement of the seizure was made by Comptroller General of Customs, Col. Hameed Ali (rtd), and it was further gathered that Customs officers also intercepted a helicopter and an aircraft from the United States of America over failure to provide End-User-Certificate and other documents.
Attempt by the importers to bribe Customs officers with over $400,000 (about N150million), to effect the release of just one container out of the 40 seized, it was gathered, was rebuffed by the officers. Col. Hameed Ali (rtd) who spoke to journalists, disclosed that three suspect, including Customs officers, who cleared the containers have been arrested for further investigation.
“The NCS is making concerted efforts to ensure that not only maximum revenue is collected, but also to safeguard the security and well-being of the citizenry.
“We are all aware of the dangers that the deliberate non-compliance to import and export procedures pose to our country as importers bring in all manner of items which put the security and health of the country at great risk.
“Terrorists, kidnappers and other criminal elements get hold of these un-custom goods such as controlled drugs to perpetrate their heinous activities. It is in line with the determination to fight this ugly trend that the Apapa Command of the Service intercepted 40 by 40 feet containers, mostly from India, laden with Tramadol and other pharmaceutical products with a Duty Paid Value (DPV) of N7,318, 978, 065.00.”
He added: “The Service achieved this feat through vigilance and intelligence gathering within the system as well as information from the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), which is a strong ally of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS). I commend the Director General of NAFDAC, Prof. Monisola Adeyeye, and her management team for their collaboration in the attainment of this feat” he said.
He further disclosed that the one of the helicopters with registration number SN-BLI was intended for export, and was concealed in container number PONU7789246, while the second helicopter, a Cessna 182A, was imported into the country from the United States of America for unknown assignment.
Col. Hameed revealed that the first helicopter was falsely declared as 388 bags of cashew nuts, while the second was concealed in container number MRKU 4457663 before they were intercepted by some vigilant and patriotic officers of the command.
The Bayelsa State Volunteer Security Outfit, on Thursday, apprehended a 21 year old criminal for extorting money and phone from a bricklayer, Joseph Oviemunu, at building site along Elebele road, Yenagoa.
The culprit identified as David Pere aka Junior, is a native of Egbema-Angalabiri in Ekeremo Local Government Area.
The suspect was handed over to men of the Nigerian Police.
This news is coming not long after it was reported of a 30 year old man identified as Obinna Okafor, who is an expert in robbing users of Automatic Teller Machines, and was arrested by men of the Anambra state police command.
Parading the suspect before newsmen yesterday November 22nd, the spokesperson of the state, Haruna Mohammed, said Okafor was arrested at the Nnewi branch of Access Bank by policemen on patrol.
“The suspect specialises in duping unsuspecting victims around Automated Teller Machine centres by swapping their ATM cards with other stolen cards in his possession. Operatives attached to the Nnewi Area Command, while on surveillance patrol around Access Bank, Nnewi, arrested one Obinna Okafor, 30 years, of Enugu-Ezike in Enugu State. He was arrested while withdrawing money using an ATM card stolen from a medical student in Nnewi.”
Said to be a country home, this multi-million naira edifice which is a stone throw to the Ijebu-Ode Stadium sits on a 1,800 square metres of land.
Popularly referred to as Ule Omo Ojusagbola, the mansion which Fuji king, Ayinde Marshall aka KWAM 1 lives, comprises of four buildings in one.
First, there is the main house which has about seven bedrooms – five bedrooms located upstairs and two other rooms downstairs with a dinning section coupled with three living rooms. Then, there is a state-of-the-art gym and a studio.
Initially, when it was built about four years ago, estate valuers estimated the cost of the architectural masterpiece to be about N100 million.
The main house which is quite big is adorned by about six Graeco Roman designed huge pillars which are usually found in the mansions of the super-rich. The house is said to have quite a number of high grade bulletproof Swisstrade doors imported from Switzerland.
In this crib, a nice ambience would welcome you at night. What’s more, the interior design and styling are fit for kings. It spells royalty and the owner has received quite a number of distinguished personalities in his abode. He has thrown three wedding parties for some of his children in the edifice.
Surprisingly, no woman lives in this mansion with KWAM1.
According to sources close to the Fuji King, he hardly lives with a woman. No diabolical insinuations here.
“KWAM 1 just loves his space to himself and would not want any woman to disturb or disrupt his activities. He loves his kids and care for them but he would rather have them stay with their mothers than living with him. Remember, he is a polygamist and having all his wmen and children in a place could be uncomfortable for him. He deals with his wives and kids the way he feels comfortable with and everyone is happy,” a source told Kemiashefonlovehaven exclusively.
Recall that the Fuji maestro married one of his wives, Titilope Marsha, legally in March 2018 on his 61st birthday at a private ceremony at his Ijebu mansion.
Unknown to many, Titi, who was once married to Tunde Bashua and left him before marrying K1, does not live in the Ule Ojushagbon.
“She lives with her parents in Lagos and visits Ijebu whenever her husband sends for her. There was a time he wanted to get an apartment for her on the Mainland but Titi refused. She would rather stay with her parents on the Island than live anywhere else. Alhaji (KWAM1) hardly allows Titi and her three kids in Ijebu but would rather send money for their upkeep. Though there are times she forces her way to be in Ijebu, K1 knows how to discharge her promptly.
“He is a very meticulous man, who is also a very good cook. Pay him a visit in Ijebu and he would be the one to cook delicious meals for you. He cannot stand his house to be in disarray especially with little kids around,” said a source to Kemiashefonlovehaven.
That he lives alone with other domestic staff is not new to some of his friends and fans, who believe he needs to operate like that for a successful career.
“The life of an entertainer cannot be check-mated by a woman. He could travel for many weeks and not be home. He could even leave home and not return until the next day. How many women would allow that? There was a time he lived with one of his wives but Alhaji was not comfortable with the idea and started living in hotels instead. These woman eventually packed out of the house. He is an entertainer, he needs to be free of the encumberances of marriage,” the source said.
Mark Zuckerberg is one of the richest and busiest men in the world, but at home, he is a passionate father and attentive husband.

He captioned it:
I’m thankful for time with family, and that all the girls went along with my plan for matching pajamas.

Nigerian singer, Mr Eazi has in an interview with Punch Nigeria, revealed that he never demanded any fee for collabos from any African artiste.
This is quite surprising since many artist get paid for features but according to the “Surrender” crooner, no African artiste could accuse him of demanding money to engage in a collabo.
He said;
“No musician in Africa can claim that he paid me for doing a song with him. It is my policy not to charge fees for collaborating with fellow artistes on the continent, but I charge a lot of money to participate in shows outside Africa.
“I have been quietly funding music videos by some artistes in Africa. I have funded about six videos in the last two years. One of the artistes that have benefitted from my sponsorship was nominated for this year’s BET Awards in the United States. He is a rapper known as Kwesi Author.”
Two years ago, Sandra Parks, 13, wrote an award-winning essay about the constant shootings in her hometown of Milwaukee and elsewhere, and the emotional toll they have on young people like her.
Two years after she won an award for her essay, bullets shattered Sandra’s bedroom window as she watched television on Monday night. The stray bullet fired from outside her home killed her instantly.
“She took it like a soldier. She just walked in the room and said, ‘Mama, I’m shot’. The bullet wasn’t even for her.” her sister, Tatiana Ingram said.
Late Parks, who was in eighth grade at Keefe Avenue School, wrote the essay in 2016, when she was in sixth grade. The essay won third place in the contest.
She wrote ;
“Little children are victims of senseless gun violence. I sit back and I have to escape from what I see and hear every day. When I do; I come to the same conclusion; we are in a state of chaos.
Our first truth is that we must start caring about each other. We need to be empathetic and try to walk in each other’s shoes. We shall overcome, when we love ourselves and the people around us. Then, we become our brothers keeper”
The Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi II, has told leaders not to complain of migration since there’re no jobs for citizens.
According to a report by Vanguardngr, the Former Governor of CBN said this at the launch of a book, titled “From Frying Pan to Fire: How African migrants risk everything in their futile search for a better life in Europe.’
He said;
“Instead of complaining about people running around the Sahara and trying to go to Europe, how many solar panel can we put in Sahara and generate energy and help small scale industries, who is talking about that?
This country, Nigeria has a population of about 200 million, half of whom are under 20, if we don’t create economies for them, they are going somewhere.
The richest man in Africa is from Nigeria and Nigeria is the poverty capital of the world, that is contradiction, that is typical of the world we have created.”

Danny Young has taken to social media to call out Mavin queen, Tiwa Savage for allegedly stealing his lyrics for her new song, “One.”
According to the young singer, Tiwa Savage lifted some of his lyrics in his song ‘Oju Twon’ to make up her song ‘One’.
Danny
“I never knew I would be a victim of intellectual property theft until now. The worst pain is that my song was stolen by Tiwa Savage who happens to be one of my favourite female artists,” the singer wrote.
And from the video he shared, fans noticed the similarities in their verses.
However, while many people insist that it wasn’t intellectual theft as the verse was taken from a Yoruba proverb, others added that the Mavin queen included more lines beyond the said proverb.

A Young Man has been taken into custody after he allegedly kidnapped his boss’ children in Lagos and stabbed them to death when his demand for a 3 million Naira ransom was not met.
The suspect, who has been the family’s driver for years, went to pick his boss’ three kids from school as usual last week but, rather than take them home, he drove them to a bush from where he called their mother, demanding a ransom of 3 million Naira.
The mother told him she didn’t have such amount and pleaded for the return of her kids. But the angry driver stabbed them all, killing the two boys and leaving the girl in critical condition.
The girl who is the elder of the three siblings is in the Intensive Care Unit of an undisclosed hospital.
Four robbers were stunned after three Jewellery shop employees fought them off with swords, well we are so sure that wasn’t the sort of resistance they expected.
The shocking incident took place shortly after noon at Ashok Jewellers in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada according to Peel Regional Police.
It is normal for thieves to meet heavy security and other obstacles, but sword wielding employees is extremely weird.
CCTV footage from inside the store shows what appears to be four robbers smashing the shop window with what looks like a hammer.
But just as one of the robbers jumps through the window he is met by an employee, who charges towards him wielding a sword above his head.
A second employee then arrives with a sword to provide back-up, but he stacks it on his arse, knocking over a chair. In the moment, it probably wasn’t an appropriate time for laughter, but you can only hope the staff have shared a good chuckle upon watching the footage.
One of the robbers then points what appears to be a handgun in the direction of the employees, who duck behind the counter. But as the robber has a second stab at entering the window, the employees wield their swords once again, with a third employee also coming to the fore with a sword.
The men fled in a dark SUV and police haven’t identified any suspects as of yet.
A beautiful Nigerian woman identified as Omotade Alalade has welcomed a beautiful set of twins with her husband, after many failed IVFs. In a post on her Instagram page, Omotade shared her testimony.
After spending more than N11 million on IVF treatments my husband and I finally complete our family with a set of twins. @tadealalade has TWINSSS ooooo ??. This post would be too long if I start going into details on what I’ve been through trying to conceive. It’s bad enough I more or less had no choice but to conceive through IVF but when you start having multiple miscarriages and having to deal with the fact that my husband and I are AS, it takes my journey to another level.
I found out we were both AS after we got married (I’m still trying to decide if it would have made a difference if I found out before). The amount of tears I cried during my journey can fill an ocean. Majority of the tears came when I lost a set of twins (boy and girl) late in a pregnancy. That was when I truly knew what depression was. Now my lord God finally completes my family with a set of twins. TWINSSSSS ???. Gosh my God is too awesome!!! He can truly move mountains. Absolutely nothing is too big for him. I cry every time I realise how merciful the lord is. I pray every single married woman experiences the kind of joy I’m feeling. Thank you Father ??????????
