A man identified as Rufus Kehinde Daramola, has been accused of using his daughter for money ritual. The man who hails from Ekiti state was said to have made an attempt to rape his 18-year-old daughter identified as Taiwo, who passed away two days ago after suffering from an undisclosed sickness since January.
According to Omolayo Sussan Omowumi who shared the news online, when the man was confronted with the accusation of using his daughter for ritual, he allegedly said she can die – which made him to be summoned by traditional rulers but he refused to show up.
Report has it that the man is currently on the run.
Read the report below shared by Omolayo Sussan Omowumi.
The man you see in the pictures is Mr Rufus Kehinde Daramola of Awo Ekiti in Irepodun/Irepodun local government, with his wife Mrs Esther Ojuolape Daramola who is my aunt and their first daughter Taiwo whose Kehinde died at birth. The man left my aunt with a rich lady when my aunt was pregnant with the twins and returned after several years to apologise and my aunt took him in, they legalised their marriage and had two more children and they both lived inside the 4 bedroom flat my aunt built while the man fled with another lady.
The man tried forcing his daughter Taiwo to bed thrice chasing her around the house without succeeding and will still tell her not to tell her mum, she never mentioned it until it was time for her to die. Her sickness started in January when she suddenly collapsed in the kitchen and she was rushed to the hospital where they told them she needed blood that her blood has drained.
It was so surprising that how can that happen when she never felt sick, since then till yesterday when she finally gave up the ghost, they have been taking her from one hospital to another and giving her blood since her blood was always drained, they spent over a month in Teaching hospital Ibadan and the husband did not check on them,he was flirting around with ladies.
While taking her to different churches, all they were saying was that the father has used her already for money ritual, and my aunt said he has always been desperate to get rich and when they confronted him, he said “if she wants to die, let her die”, they reported him to some traditional rulers and they summoned him but he never showed up, rather he took to his heels.
The girl finally died yesterday and was buried and yet he refused to show up.
Taiwo was 18 years and has a striking resemblance with her father who has no known job, it’s my aunt who gave him money several times to start a business but spent the money lavishly, my aunt also bought him a vehicle to use for commercial purposes and he sold it.
He has tried raping at least 3 of his wife’s younger sisters and also broke in while the wife was with their daughter at the hospital.
Please, help share this post to locate him because he’s on the run. God bless you all and may you all never cry over your children.

A Chief Magistrate’s Court in Minna has ordered the remand in prison custody of a 32-year-old farmer after he pleaded guilty to a charge of rape.
Rilwanu Salisu is being tried over the rape of a 78-year-old woman., contrary to section 282 of the penal code law.
According to the police, Salisu injured and damaged the elderly woman’s private parts.

He further quoted the complainant as saying that the victim sustained injuries in her private part and was bleeding.
When the charge was read to the accused person, he pleaded guilty and begged the court for leniency.

He, thereafter, ordered the accused person to be remanded in prison custody pending the outcome of the advice, and adjourned the case to Oct. 25, for further mention.

A man identified as Mr. Cyril Ogolo is currently being interrogated by personnel of the Aba Area Command of Nigeria Police Force (NPF) after he allegedly slept with his twin stepdaughters of about seventeen years respectively.
Our reporter gathered that while the mother of the twin girls just delivered a baby for Ogolo, one of the twins is however, carrying three months pregnancy for her stepfather, who is an indigene of Opobo, in Opobo/Nkoro Local Government Area of Rivers State and a spiritualist/herbalist based in Aba, the commercial nerve of Abia State.
Our reporter learnt that the mother of the twins left the biological father of the twins: Mr. Maduabuchi since 2010 and has since been living with her lover; Ogolo with the twins who have been going to school from his house until recently that they just finished their secondary final examination; WAEC.
Sources close to the family who would not want to be named said that the father of the girls, Mr. Maduabuchi died and was buried last year after efforts to bring back home his wife failed.
According to one of the sources, the twins had resisted Ogolo’s several attempts to sleep with them, but after he was said to have his way when efforts made by the girls to draw the attention of their mother to the actions of their randy father failed to yield fruit.
It was said that the matter was reported to the Azuka Police Station off Ikot Ekpene-Aba Expressway when the twins absconded their house to take refuge at a friend’s house in Uyo because they could not face their mum’s rot.
A police source who spoke to our reporter said that the matter was initially reported at Azuka Police Station before it was transferred to the Aba Area Command where the matter is being investigated.
According to the police source, Ogolo had petitioned one of the Pentecostal Churches where the wife worships, accusing them of aborting the baby one of the twins is carrying.
The source however said that upon the strength of the petition by Ogolo, they subjected the twins to medical test only to discover that one of them is carrying three months pregnancy for the stepfather.
The source stated that Ogolo when questioned by the investigating officer, confessed sleeping with the girls and being responsible for the child one of them is carrying.
The source added that Ogolo would be charged to court as soon as investigation into the matter was concluded.

A 36-year-old Nigerian father of one Chinedu Valentine Okobi, has died after the U.S Police used taser on him following a violent struggle with them.
The confrontation occurred on the 1300 block of El Camino Real in Millbrae about 1 p.m. Wednesday. The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office said Okobi was running in and out of traffic and “immediately assaulted” a deputy who tried to make contact with him.
Four other deputies helped take Okobi into custody. One of them fired a Taser, said San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe, whose office is investigating the death with the coroner.
Okobi was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The deputy Okobi allegedly attacked, was also treated at a hospital for unspecified injuries.
The deceased was not armed, but he stood 6-foot-3 and weighed 330 pounds, Wagstaffe said. All of the deputies who were involved in the confrontation have been placed on paid leave.
The investigation, which will include Okobi’s official cause of death, is expected to take no more than 10 weeks. However, in a post on Facebook, his elder sister, Ebele Okobi, said he was struggling with mental issues.
The sister of the deceased Penned down an emotional post, with a picture of Chinedu and his child, saying;
He was born the day before Valentine’s day, so close to the brother before him that people used to think they were twins. He had irresistibly chubby cheeks when he was a baby, which was unfortunate because he clearly found the resulting cheek pinching entirely beneath his dignity.
He was the last of we five, and my memories of him as a child all involve constant motion and extreme truth telling-from him barreling everywhere on extremely bowed legs, to that time, at three years old, when he solemnly informed our Sunday school teacher that he should chew some gum because he had bad breath (he was not wrong, and feedback is a gift).
When he graduated from Morehouse College, we were all so proud-he was smart, funny, hard-working, and incredibly kind, with an earnest streak that I found hilarious. He called me Little Big Sis, because he was 6 foot 3 and I am 5 foot 4 but still (always!) the bossy older sister.
He met a great girl, and they had a beautiful daughter, and I remember saying that I couldn’t believe that the kid whose diapers I had changed was now changing diapers of his own.
While he was studying for the GMAT, the voices started. We struggled for years to get him the right diagnosis and medications, and we were so proud of him for creating a good and kind life despite his struggles with mental health.
Last Wednesday, he was killed by police, in Millbrae, California. He was unarmed. He had committed no crime. So today, I helped my mother decide how to bury her son.
His name is now one of too many names. Chinedu Valentine Okobi. He was a person. He was my little brother, he was a father, he was loved. Now he is gone, and our hearts are broken.

Leader of ‘Free the Sheeple’, Daddy Freeze, has come for gospel singer, Nathaniel Bassey who reacted to Anita, Pastor Chris’s ex-wife absence at their daughter’s wedding, saying, people should focus more on God restoring the failed marriage.
Nathaniel Bassey who reacted to a question from a follower who asked why Anita was not present, said people should focus more on God restoring the failed marriage.
Here is Nathaniel’s response to the comment reads;
”While I noticed that myself too, I took sometime in my hotel room here praying that God restored that marriage. Let me ask? Have you too? And is this comment genuinely out of love and concern? Or is this just a comment to stir up strife? Long time ago, I made up my mind to be a KINGDOM man, and not just denominational. There is too much stuff and division in the body. So, take sometime believing in the restoration of that home in Jesus name”
However reacting to this in live video, Daddy Freeze slammed the gospel singer who according to him was doing what Jesus never did. The OAP who disclosed that her former marriage ended because she was not compatible with her ex-wife, said God will punish anybody who prays for the restoration of his marriage.
”God will punish such a person and that nothing in that person’s life will work”, he said.
Daddy Freeze who further cited Jesus’ meeting with the woman who was divorced five times to back his claims, added that Jesus never prayed for the woman’s previous marriages to be healed. According to him, if the woman’s marriages needed restoration, Jesus would have mentioned it and the bible would have recorded it.
He wrapped up his live message by saying that people involved in failed marriages, should instead pray for their restoration, instead of outsiders who do not have an idea of what transpired in the marriage to offer prayers.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has yesterday barred presidential candidates from campaigning until November 18.
This is in line with the timelines given by the agency and the provisions of the Electoral Act, INEC Chairman Prof. Mahmood Yakubu said.
He advised parties and their candidates to adhere to the electoral timetable during a workshop for election professionals from the Commonwealth Africa Region.
Yakubu reminded political parties and candidates that the end of primaries did not mean the immediate commencement of campaigns.
“Section 99(1) prohibits campaigns by political parties earlier than 90 days before polling day.
“Therefore, going by the provisions of the Electoral Act and the Timetable and Schedule of Activities issued by the Commission, campaign for Presidential and National Assembly elections will commence on Nov. 18.
“Campaign for Governorship and State Assembly elections begins on Dec. 1.
“I call upon political parties and candidates to strictly adhere to these dates,’’ he said.
Yakubu said that with the conclusion of primaries by political parties yesterday, the next activity was the nomination of candidates to the commission.
He reminded political parties that the dates for the submission of lists of candidates (Form CFOO2) and their personal particulars (Forms C1001) for presidential and National Assembly elections are from Oct 10 to Oct.18.
The date for the governorship and State Assembly elections is Oct. 22 and Nov. 2.
“The commission will receive the submission from political parties at Aso Hall of the International Conference Centre, Abuja, from 9.a.m to 4.p.m. daily.
“Although we have communicated these dates to all political parties, let me reiterate that there will be no extension of time.
“Similarly, in making submissions to the commission, the covering letters as well as the list of candidates must be duly signed by the National Chairmen and National Secretaries of political patties in line with the commission’s guidelines.’’
Yakubu described the workshop and its theme, “Strengthening Electoral Democracy in the Commonwealth African Region” as topical and relevant.
He said that all the countries of the Commonwealth, Africa region, needed to further consolidate on election process so that elections were not merely periodic but also peaceful and credible.
“Bringing election managers together to share experiences and build capacities is a critical step to the consolidation of electoral democracy,” Yakubu said.
Yakubu said that participants would be taken through five interrelated sub-themes, ranging from the promotion of sustainable electoral democracy, strategic planning, gender and elections, electoral technology to elections and new media.
