The Lady with the username @abigailslessor, who is a sketch designer for clothing brands, wrote that people should stop judging and hating.

She wrote ;

For the culture and holiness ?

‘y’all stop hating and judging if you don’t know the story. You see any damsel in distress, drenched by the heavy down pour in Lagos a day ago. The flood dragged off all her clothing, even her shoes. Before she knew it, paparazzi everywhere and she had to fold up on the ground. That’s why the pic. Thank God I had some Ankara pieces to make this after taking her home, also gave her a pair of shoe and tfare back home’.

Nigerian man shades

His post reads ;

Hi Amaka,

I know you will read this, how are you enjoying your singledom, not like marriage or relationship is a big deal, but I am very happy in mine. Nothing is perfect but mines is very close to perfection.

I remember the last time I saw you, you were on way to Pastor Peter’s Church for prayers. And it’s not to tell why. If you don’t change even your attitude even the devil will not answer your prayers.

I remember when I asked you out in 2011, and your response was “Delgado I like you, but I can’t date a broke man. You said if I am lucky you will still be single when I have made money. And just then you might consider me.

Anyways I don’t wish evil or bad on people ọ, far from it… In fact I have only one prayer for you, I honestly pray and money will turn to man and ask for your hand in marriage.
Let me stop here for today happy birthday.

Blac Chyna’s butt collapses after years of filler and artificial implants (Photos)

Model, Blac Chyna‘s butt may have collapsed under the weight of her enormous implants – after years of rumoured surgery to make her butt as big as possible.

The 30-year-old mum of two looked somewhat deflated when she stepped out in Los Angeles on Friday.

Blac Chyna’s butt

Gone was the enormous butt she was rocking last month, where her bright orange dress could barely fit over her artificially inflated buttocks, and in it’s place was a rather flatter behind.

Blac Chyna’s butt

The new photos have sparked concerns for her health, as presumably Chyna has had to remove her implants for a reason.

Chyna is known for her love of plastic surgery – it should be recalled that her ex-fiance and baby papa, Rob Kardashian, once tweeted a slew of furious messages about the amount of money he’d shelled out for Blac Chyna’s body overhaul after she gave birth to their daughter, Dream Kardashian.

“Dad and mum’s separation was a very difficult period for me” – Juliana Olayode

Nigerian actress, Juliana Olayode a.k.a Toyo Baby, who during the week announced that her parents who had been separated for 17 years are back together, has recounted the challenges she faced during the period.

According to Juliana Olayode, the reconciliation of their separated parents started after her elder sisters called for a meeting between her dad and her mom. She added that at first, she thought it wouldn’t work.

Juliana Olayode

She had written on Instagram,

“I know that my Rebirth Fam would be able to relate more with what I am about to share. Gosh, where do I start? My heart is racing. I still can’t believe it. I have prayed for it to happen for 17 years. At some point, I stopped praying about it because nothing changed, things only got worse.

“My elder sisters called for a meeting, and between us, we wanted to reconcile my mum and dad but we didn’t tell them about it. I was so afraid. I wondered if they would come or if our plans to bring them back together would work. So, three days before the meeting, I started praying about it. I started imagining them together. I was just doing everything by faith.

“On Sunday morning, I had cold feet. I was so afraid. “God, please do it this time”, was my prayer when I entered my late sister’s house for the meeting. It was a VERY long process but they made up. They hugged each other and looked into each other’s eyes and started laughing. Then my mum started crying and my siblings and I joined in the tears of joy.

“I’m still in shock.

“So fam, wedding bells are ringing;

“There is nothing God cannot do. Don’t stop praying. Don’t stop believing. He will do it in his own time…

“I join my faith with everyone whose parents are divorced or separated for whatever reason and I declare that the same God who answered my prayer after 17 years will do yours if you so desire (Amen)”

Juliana Olayode

However in a new chat with Saturday Beats, Juliana Olayode disclosed how how she and her siblings have always wanted their parents to come back together.

“My parents were not aware of the whole plan; they didn’t know they were going to see each other and we are happy they eventually reconciled.

“Like I said in my book, it was very difficult not seeing my parents together. Going to school and coming back to meet only mummy or Daddy; I have always prayed about it as a child, that was always my little prayer to God. It happened when I stopped trusting God about it and I just believed that in God’s time, he would make it happen, and I am happy they reconciled” she said.

Teenager asks God for help in paying for college in a note tied to balloons; a minister found it and answered her prayers

Mykehia Curry is going to be the first member of her family to go to college as the 18-year-old student from Georgia took out student loans to pay for her tuition and housing at Albany State University, but she didn’t have money for some of the things she’d need for her first time living away from home.

Curry’s mom is on disability, so money has been tight. So last week Saturday, just days before she was scheduled to leave for school, she asked God for help.

“I wrote a note that said ‘God please help me get the rest of my stuff for college. Then I said ‘Amen, I love you God’ and I wrote my name and number” Curry told CNN. She tied the note to three helium balloons leftover from her grandmother’s birthday celebration and let them go.

“When I was writing the note, I was just trying to reach out to God. I didn’t know where it would land. I thought that someone would pick it up and call me and tell me they got it or just throw it in the trash” she said.

The balloons flew about 15 miles northeast and carried the note to Gray, Georgia. That’s where Jerome Jones, a Baptist minister, found it. Jones also works for Georgia Power and spotted the balloons on Monday while he was out on a job.

“I saw something shiny and floating, so I walked over there and I got it and it was balloons with a note tied to it. They floated all night and they landed right in my hands, I mean, practically” he said.

He called Curry and offered to buy what she needed. “He said they would love to help me out.I was so shocked and surprised” Curry said.

“I’m a white girl, too pretty to go to jail,” – suspect tells police

A boozed-up South Carolina woman pulled over for blowing past a stop sign at 60 mph, told cops she shouldn’t be arrested because she’s a “very clean, thoroughbred, white girl”.

But Lauren Elizabeth Cutshaw’s lecture didn’t convince officers from the Bluffton Police Department — who arrested her on charges of speeding, disregarding a stop sign, simple possession of marijuana, driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

After getting pulled over at about 1:45 a.m. Saturday near Bluffton and May River roads, where she was spotted speeding through a four-way stop sign, Cutshaw told cops she had had just two glasses of wine.

“I mean I was celebrating my birthday,” Cutshaw, who turns 33 on Thursday, told the cops when they asked her how big the glasses were for her alleged two drinks, according to the report.
Cutshaw

But she didn’t stop there. Cutshaw gave the officers a litany of other reasons why she deserved to be let off the hook: She maintained perfect grades during all of her school years, was a cheerleader and a member of a sorority. Her partner is also a cop, Cutshaw said.

“I’m a white, clean girl,” Cutshaw said, according to the report. “I’ve never been arrested, can’t you see that in your system?” , Can’t you see, I graduated from a really good university, I was almost valedictorian.”

“I don’t wanna know what it’s like,” she says about going to jail. “I’m a pretty girl. Please don’t make me go in there.”

Kidnapper who slept off during operation after taking tramadol, still sleeping 6 days after arrest

Police in Ondo State have revealed that the suspected kidnapper who slept off while planning to abduct a renowned pharmacist in the state, is still sleeping, almost a week after.

Femi Joseph, spokesperson of the Ondo State Police Command, said the suspect was attempting to abduct the owner of the Chinery Pharmacy in Owo, when he was arrested on Sunday.

He explained that the suspect was likely under the influence of Tramadol because a 400mg tablet of the drug and one cut-to-size locally-made gun were found on him.

Speaking to Punch’s correspondent, the State Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Femi Joseph disclosed that the suspect is still being watched to know if he is pretending.

“As of today (Friday), the suspect had yet to wake up. Maybe he took too much of the drug, that is why he is still sleeping. We have tried all we could to make him regain his consciousness to no avail.

“However, we are still watching him to find out if he is pretending. We are with him and he would face the music no matter how long he is unconscious” he said.

“Why a lot of artistes are into yahoo yahoo” — Nigerian Singer reveals

Fast-rising singer, Weflo has stated that no youth can make it in the Nigerian music industry with their own money. Asked why yahoo-yahoo is believed to be rampant among many upcoming artistes, the UNILAG graduate explained that if you are not getting someone to finance you but you have been able to shoot so many high quality videos, then you are either into fraud or other illicit means of raising money.

While speaking in an interview with reporters at an event in Lagos about his newly released video, “Ise” shot by top Director Paul Gambit, Weflo lamented that the Nigerian environment is not conducive for upcoming talents because the cost of establishing your musical talent is almost like the cost of going into an oil and gas business.

“The Nigerian music industry is not for a poor person, and this is not to discourage any upcoming artiste from coming into the industry, but the truth is that if you as an upcoming artiste doesn’t have anyone backing you financially, you will be depending on only fate to even get attention. Studio fees alone will not allow you to beable to express all your talent. It will restrict you from doing as many songs as you want. Your hit song is probably among the ones you haven’t yet have money to record. When time comes to promote the audio, the media will cut your neck and you may eventually not beable to promote the song.

“Don’t even let me start with video directors. Sometimes to get a standard video shoot at 1millin Naira, you have to beg directors. Don’t also talk about DJs, radio stations and Alaba mix and so on.This is why for every 20 successful artistes making waves, there are probably more than 200 thousand others looking up to God for studio fees. That is why a lot of artistes are into Yahoo and all sorts of means to raise money. It’s not in my place to judge anyone, because we are all responsible for our actions at the end of the day. So if you find an upcoming artistes who is shooting all types of internationally standard videos and spends so much promoting them, then money comes from either one of the aforementioned means; not to deny that there are occasional exceptions where the song just go viral without any major effort. In my case though, i have been lucky to have the full support of my parents financially and in all ramifications.” Weflo stated.

Explaining further, Weflo says “You might want to ask, can’t an artiste get a part time job and save up for his music career? The truth is, like i said earlier, the type of capital you need to succeed in the music business is not the type you use starting a small scale business. You need millions to run it. If you start small, fine!; but 9 out of 10 times you will not break through until you find a sponsor. Maybe if you earn a 7-figure salary, but how many youths in Nigeria earn a 7-figure salary? The few that do are most likely not into music.”

Weflo however advised that the best way forward is for banks, government and corporate bodies to support the industry.

“We are in an era where music videos reach 100million views on Youtube, I dream of an industry where a brand for instance can take up the bill of an artiste’s musical video shoot in exchange for a feature of their product or service in the video. Banks should also beable to give loans to artistes and government needs to fund entertainment same way they fund sports”, he advised.

APC Chairman, Adams Oshiomhole makes terrible English blunder (Video)

english blunder

The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole has been captured in a trending video making a terrible blunder of the English Language while addressing the press.

Watch the video below:

Recall Senator Dino Melaye slammed the National Chairman of the APC, Adams Oshiomhole for claiming that the seat of the Senate President belongs to the ruling party.

Melaye also accused Oshiomhole of exhibiting what he called “brain arthritis.”

The lawmaker added that the Senate presidency seat belongs to the Federal Republic of Nigeria, rather than to the ruling All Progressives Congress.

Melaye pointed out that the opposition Peoples Democratic Party gave the block vote that made Senator Bukola Saraki emerge as President of the Senate.

The lawmaker, who is one of the 14 senators that have so far defected from APC to PDP, said this while briefing journalists in Abuja on Sunday.

Oshiomhole had asked Saraki to resign as Senate President since the lawmaker had defected from the ruling to the opposition party. According to the APC chairman, the seat belongs to the majority party.

Melaye, however, condemned Oshiomhole for referring to the seat of the Senate President as a ‘crown’ that belongs to the APC. According to him, the seat is national and not political.

He said, “For those who are saying that Saraki should resign (as Senate President), I am so disappointed in the National Chairman of APC.

“He was very busy with labour and social issues that he did not take time to look at the Constitution and our extant laws to know that crowns are worn in the kingdoms, villages and communities; that there is no crown in the National Assembly.

“He has appropriated the seat of the Senate President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to a political party. That is intellectual stagnancy. He has exhibited what can only be as a result of brain arthritis.

“I cannot understand why the national chairman of a party will not know that the seat of the Senate president is of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and has no party affiliation. Then, he appropriated the seat to APC, forgetting that even those who elected the Senate President were from the PDP.

“The PDP gave the Senate President 42 votes out of the 53 votes that he got on the day of election. So, the APC is the minority, even in the election of the President of the Senate.

“But the National Chairman of the APC, in his ‘bolekaja’ approach to life, myopically, intellectually stagnantly… anyway, you can’t give what you don’t have.”

Femi-Fani Kayode attacks Adams Oshiomole again, calls him a Gorilla

Femi Fani-Kayode has come for Adams Oshiomhole again, this time calling him a Gorilla.

He tweeted this in reaction to the statement released by the ruling party yesterday, in which the Senate President, Bukola Saraki was described as the most unfortunate Senate President Nigeria has ever had.

The party in its statement called Saraki a traitor who ”betrayed his father, sister (many times), his party PDP in 2014, the APC in 2015 by conspiring with opposition PDP senators to emerge Senate President, APC administration by sabotaging the executive and defecting to the PDP in 2018”.

Adesua Etomi writes an emotional message to her friend on her birthday

Adesua Etomi-Wellington has taken to her social media page to write down a very beautiful message to her friend who turns a year older today.

Revealing how she doesn’t mess with her, Adesua narrated how far the both of them have come.

Read below:

Today, I am grateful for @laiylany

I DO NOT MESS WITH THIS GIRL. Only God knows how many people have seen my ‘red eyes’ because they tried to mess with her. Loool

I’m superrrrr protective over this one here. My bestie of 16 years.

Let me tell you the most special thing about Lynn and she’s been like this for as long as I’ve known her. Lynn has the purest heart I have ever come across. I have watched her scream, rave, have tears in her eyes while celebrating my victories as though they were hers. I’m still in awe of the quality of her heart. The sweetest soul. The kindest woman. Your husband will be the most blessed man known in history. I am so blessed to have you in my life and this isn’t one of those clichè lines. I am so serious, more than a heart attack. I love you Lynn. I’m grateful for you and i am honoured to be called your friend.

Silver and gold I may not have to give (and you do deserve it) but I can pray for you from the depths of my soul.

Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. I stand on this word and declare that every good and perfect thing is and will continue to be your portion.

The lord will bless you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as the sand on the seashore. May God give you heaven’s dew and earth’s richness. Nations will serve you. May those who curse you be cursed and those who bless you be blessed.

I declare that you shall taste and see that the Lord is good.

May God grant you peace that surpasses all understanding.

I place you in the hollow of the palm of God’s hands knowing that it’s the safest place to be.

Thank you Lord for answers to prayers, in Jesus name. Amen

Every good thing will come.

Nakupenda

Happy birthday my darling.

‘Professor Itse Sagay’s comment about Kemi Adeosun’s certificate scandal is a big disappointment’ – Kayode Ogundamisi

Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption (PACAC), Itse Sagay, reacted to calls by Nigerians for the Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun, to respond to the allegations that she forged her NYSC discharge certificate.

According to him, Adeosun’s expertise is very important to this administration and that she cannot be allowed to go just because of NYSC certificate.

Now, political commentator, Kayode Ogundamisi has described Itse Sagay’s comment as a ‘very big dissapointment’.

Kayode Wrote ;

Professor Itse Sagay said he does not care about @HMKemiAdeosun’s @nysc_ng certificate scandal, I acknowledge Professor positive Itse Sagay’s contribution to Nigeria and especially our legal system is enormous, however his comments is a big disappointment. A very big one at that

Professor Itse Sagay heads a very important anti-corruption platform titled Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption. @PremiumTimesng did not question @HMKemiAdeosun competence, the issue at hand is about allegedly FORGING an official document of a government agency.

Since news of the forgery broke. @HMKemiAdeosun refuse to admit or deny allegations by @PremiumTimesng
@nysc_ng in over a month is unable to confirm authenticity or otherwise of Adeosuns’s NYSC certificate. Prof Itse Sagay should be irked as an anti-corruption about the silence

‘I acknowledge Professor positive Itse Sagay’s contribution to Nigeria and especially our legal system is enormous, however his comments is a big disappointment. A very big one at that. I respectfully submit that Prof Itse Sagay(SAN) is being smatter by half by trying to link the allegation of forgery against Kemi Adeosun to her performance as Minister, they are not the same. If we all FALSIFY our way to public office then Nigeria is DOOMED’.

“Who cares about NYSC certificate, we can’t lose Kemi Adeosun, she’s damn good” – Prof Sagay says

Itse Sagay, the Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption (PACAC) has reacted to calls by Nigerians for the Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun to react to the forged NYSC discharge certificate allegations against her.

Recall that in July, Premium Times had reported that the Minister falsified her NYSC exemption certificate. The Minister is yet to react to this allegation.

In a fresh interview with The Nation, Sagay said Adeosun’s expertise is very important to this administration and that she cannot be allowed to go just because of a NYSC certificate.

“Let me tell you my reaction. This woman is a brilliant and extremely valuable member of this government.

“A lot of the good things happening now – the welfare that Nigerians are enjoying and are going to enjoy, because it takes time, and the way our economy is booming, how we got out of recession – are due to her expertise, her commitment, her sacrifice.

“There is nothing in this world that will make me remove such a woman from the government.

“The PDP can weep from now until there is no tear in their body; she is going to be there. We cannot afford to lose that woman. Who cares about youth service?

“I don’t bloody care whether she did youth service or not. It’s irrelevant as far as I am concerned.

“I don’t believe it. I don’t see anything serious about not doing youth service. I don’t see anything serious about it. That’s my own bias, not government’s.

“I’m telling you now. If I were President Buhari, I would never, ever touch that woman because she’s damn good.” he said

On the allegation that she forged her exemption certificate, he said:

“I don’t believe it. I don’t see anything serious about not doing youth service.

“I don’t see anything serious about it. That’s my own bias, not government’s. I’m telling you now. If you ask me – If I were President Buhari, I would never, ever touch that woman because she’s damn good.

“The enemies of this government want to reduce his capacity to provide good governance by engaging in social media attacks and trying to get rid of her. It will not work.”

Sagay also called on Bukola Saraki to resign his position as senate president since his defection from APC to PDP.

“He should relinquish his position as a matter of honour. He’s not compelled by law to do so.

“He needs to be removed by two-thirds majority. He got there because he was in APC, even though he got there by subterfuge, which is typical of him.

“He got there in a cheeky, fraudulent manner. Nevertheless, for him to be removed, they need two-thirds, not of the senate, but of those present and voting at a meeting.

“It doesn’t have to be everybody. It’s those who happen to be there. Once they meet the quorum of one-third, and he is there, he can be removed by two-thirds of that one-third” he said.

Alibaba narrates ‘How the Nigerian government frustrated a big project he planned to create jobs in Lagos’

Veteran comedian, Atunyota Alleluya Akpobome popularly known as Alibaba has revealed that there used to be two islands in the water facing the Third Mainland Bridge and he applied to make it into a recreational spot that could provide jobs and generate revenue for Lagos state but the government kept frustrating his efforts for over a decade until the Island was submerged in the water.

He was to get technical support for the project from a South Africa company that saw his vision, but when they saw that the Nigerian government didn’t share their vision they had to send him a letter sympathizing with him.

Sharing photos of the Island taken in 2012 Alibaba wrote:

There used to be 2 islands in the body of water facing the 3rd Mainland Bridge… in 2003… I applied to lease it and make it a recreation spot. The idea was not approved. In 2007 I applied again… The request was not approved…. in 2012, when I made this visit (see photos) to the island, the second island of about 300sq Mt had disappeared. This was the last one. It had about 100sqmtr left. About 2015, the island subsequently disappeared. It’s still under the water there now but just as a high ground.

I just stumbled on the email my Technical Partners from South Africa sent me and one line in their email hit me… “Mr Ali Baba, it’s incomprehensible that a Government can not see the potentials that you have proposed, in this project, with all the economic and international tourism values. We, sympathize with you and look forward to working with you on future projects. Bryan Helsing
