The shocking clip shows the moment “an evil” woman rubbed the stomach of the bride and we really can’t understand why! Though many people claim she’s evil and she’s trying to make the home of the couple barren.

Kelebogile Koenaesele (30), from Thaba Nchu in South Africa has been brutalized after leaving her church yard in Botshabelo on Sunday.

According to Daily Sun ZA, a church leader’s son accused her of sleeping with his father. Without knowing about the attack, the irate son of the pastor, hit Kelebogile with a stone.

She was left injured and in pain before being rushed to a local hospital where she is recuperating.

She said on Friday she got an SMS from an unknown number. “It said they wondered why Kelebogile prayed, but being the bitch she is, she will pay for her evil deeds.

“The son of a church leader accused me of dating his father. On Sunday when we left church, a stone hit my back and I fell down. He threw stones at my face. I don’t know why he accused me as I am a married woman and the man is also married.

“Now I see why they chose to speak about adultery. Even the church founder spoke about women dating married men. I’ll open a case as soon as I am discharged.”

The church elder said: “When my son beat Kelebogile, I was not at church. I am not dating her. I help her and her family.”

Church founder Archbishop Malefatsane Ramahodi said: “I heard about the members who fought. I spoke to the leader about the matter and when Kelebogile comes out of hospital, we will resolve it.”

The Police on Thursday arraigned a 23-year-old man, Samuel Aondofa, for allegedly disguising as a woman so as to gain sexual advances from men.

Aondofa, popularly known as “Deborah”, appeared before a Makurdi Chief Magistrate’s court charged with criminal deception.

The police prosecutor, Mr Omaye Ujata, one Vivian Enger, a resident of International Market area, Makurdi, reported the case at the “E” Division police station.

Ujata quoted Enger as saying that the accused, a resident of Tyogbenda Jagh-Kur village in Buruku Local Government Area of Benue, disguised himself as a woman and was employed as a sales girl at her (Enger)’s beer parlour located in the said village.

He further quoted Enger as saying that Aondofa changed his name to “Deborah” so as to attract the attention of male customers.

“The accused was later discovered after series of complaints from customers. He was arrested and, during police investigation, confessed to the crime,” the prosecutor told the court.

Ujata said that investigation into the matter was ongoing and pleaded with the court for additional time to complete it.

He said that the offense contravened Section 285 of the Penal Code Laws of Benue State.

However, when the case came up for mention, the accused denied all the allegations.

The Magistrate, Ibrahim Mohammed, granted the accused bail in the sum of N50,000 with one reasonable surety in like sum, who must be resident in Makurdi town.

Mohammed adjourned the case until May 11 for further mention.

Human rights lawyer, Mr. Femi Falana (SAN), has asked Governor Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos State to commute the death penalty passed on death row inmates in the state to life imprisonment instead of executing them.

Those on death row upon the judgment of the court of Lagos State included the General Overseer of Christian Praying Assembly, Chukwuemeka Ezeugo, a.k.a. Rev. King.

Falana argued in his letter dated April 19, 2017 and addressed to Ambode that the planned execution of death row inmates in the state would violate a subsisting judgment delivered in 2012 by the High Court of Lagos State which ruled that it was illegal and unconstitutional to execute condemned inmates.

He reminded the governor that the judgment of the court of the state had held that to hang or subject death row inmates to firing squad would lead to the violation of their fundamental right to freedom from torture guaranteed by the constitution.

The judgment was said to have been delivered by Justice Mufutau Olokooba of the Lagos State High Court on June 29, 2012.

The Lagos lawyer advised the state government to explore the only available option of commuting the death penalty passed on the inmates to life imprisonment.

Falana stated, “On the basis of the valid and subsisting judgment of the Lagos High Court on the illegality of the execution of the death penalty in Lagos State we urge Your Excellency not to sign a death warrant authorising the killing of any condemned prisoner either by hanging, firing squad or any other means whatsoever.

“In the circumstance, Your Excellency may wish to commute the death sentences of all condemned prisoners in Lagos State to life imprisonment forthwith.”
The Attorney General of the state, Mr. Adeniji Kazeem, was said to have stated at a press conference on Tuesday that unlike previous administrations, Ambode would sign the necessary documents to execute those on death row in the state.

Kazeem reportedly said the development was at the instruction of Ambode and that the state had begun reviewing the matter after prison officials complained of the highhandedness of some death row inmates who felt that they had certain rights which excluded them from being executed.

But Falana stated that the planned execution would negate the subsisting court judgment.
Falana stated, “Although many persons have been convicted of armed robbery and murder and sentenced to death by the Lagos State High Court since 1999, your predecessors did not sign death warrants for the execution of any person on death row.

“Accordingly, all the convicts on death row have had the death sentences imposed on them commuted to life imprisonment.

“It is pertinent to draw the attention of Your Excellency to the case of Ajulu & Ors. v. Attorney General of Lagos State (unreported), Suit No: ID/76M/2008 of 29th June 2012, wherein the Lagos State High Court held that while a person who commits murder may be sentenced to death, it is illegal and unconstitutional to execute such death sentence by hanging or firing squad as it will lead to the violation of his fundamental right to freedom from torture guaranteed by the constitution.

“According to the learned trial judge, Olokooba, death by hanging and firing squad amounts to a violation of the condemned’s right to dignity of the human person and amount to inhuman and degrading treatment and is consequently unconstitutional being a violation of Section 34(1)(a) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999.

“Section 367 of the Criminal Procedure Law of Lagos State and any other law which provides for hanging by the neck till death are accordingly declared unconstitutional. Section 1(3) of the Robbery and Firearms (Special Provisions) Act in so far as it seeks to be implemented by the respondent is also declared unconstitutional and void.”

45-year-old Victor Emmanuel has been arrested by the Lagos Police men for having sex with a 13-year-old and insisting she’s his girlfriend.

Apparently, the 13 year old got pregnant, and Emmanuel is still insisting he did nothing wrong, as he described the suspect as his “fiancee”. Detectives attached to the Ajangbadi Police station in Ojo area of Lagos described the suspect as a rapist and his victim, a minor

Emmanuel, an indigene of Imo State, said:

“I didn’t rape her! We are in a relationship.

We’re even planning to get married. We have been dating for eight months now. The girl’s parents know me. Yes, I know she’s pregnant for me. I have accepted the pregnancy and I’m already taking care of her.”

“I have started the marriage rites. In fact, the girl’s parents had been collecting money from me. I have paid N20,000 to them for introduction and to buy drinks. They have also asked me to bring N100,000, out of which I have paid N64,000.”

Emmanuel said he was arrested after his supposed father-in-law, called and told him that the girl’s school authority said the victim was too young for sexual activities, let alone for pregnancy.

Emmanuel said: “The school authority said she was too young. The school authority insisted that I should come to the school. When I got to the school, I was arrested.”

The Investigating Police Officer (IPO), Sergeant Mary Ikumo, said that the victim’s parents claimed not to know or had ever set eyes on Emmanuel.

According to Ikumo, the victim’s parents alleged that their daughter, who is just in primary six, was raped by Emmanuel.

Ikumo said: “The mother of the victim was with us yesterday. She said she didn’t know the suspect from Adam. The mother said that the girl used to hawk plantain and the suspect was one of her customers. He used to tip the girl N500 every time he buys plantain from her. One day, he pulled her into his shop and raped her.”

Emmanuel, a tailor, insisted that the victim’s parents consented to the relationship.

“They are already addressing me as husband,” said Emmanuel. He further said: “I take good care of her, including paying for her hospital bills. I go to her house at Ajangbadi every time. In fact, the mother called me last week and brought some clothes to my shop to sew for her.

The woman told me that she would be travelling this week. She used to bring food for me and sometimes drops the girl with me at my shop.

“If police go to their compound to make their investigations, neighbours would tell them that I am her husband.

I have also been paying for her ante-natal. Yes, I once went with her to hospital for ante-natal. On most ante-natal days, her mother would come over to collect money from me.”

The matter, however, took a suspicious turn when Emmanuel couldn’t tell his supposed wife’s school address, home address or her parents’ names.

Tragedy struck all the way in Calabar, on thursday night, when at least 30 football fans were electrocuted while watching a football match.

The sad incident occurred when high tension cable broke off and fell on a viewing centre where they were gathered, leading to their electrocution.

According to multiple sources, the fans stormed the viewing center in Atimbo area of Calabar to watch the football match between Machester United and RSC Anderlecht of Belgim when the tragedy struck.

It is not yet certain the exact official figure of casualties from the accident, but sources on ground say no fewer than 30 people lost their lives.

The Cross River State Police Command is expected to make an official statement regarding the tragedy later today.

Luck came his way as he encountered Ekiti State governor, Ayodele Fayose when the came to Ikere Ekiti for on the spot assessment of the third phase ongoing Ado/Ikere road dualization on Thursday 20th April, 2017.

Governor Fayose had finished the supervision and was on his way to his bus when Osas accosted him, “good afternoon Mr. Governor, I am a native of Edo, I relocated from Adamawa to Ekiti State because of my love for you, I follow everything you do religiously online, I love you so much and I pray God take you higher and higher. I graduated from UNIBEN with a first class in Political Science and Public Administration, one thing I pray thee Sir, please allow me snap with you Sir”, Osas who was in NYSC outfit begged.

Without blinking an eyelid, the governor obliged and photographers did the needful. Immediately after this, the unusual happened, “go to the provost tomorrow, tell her I asked her to give you automatic employment”, Mr. Fayose said.

Osas who was overwhelmed by the governor’s gesture went on his kneels in appreciation, thanking God and governor Fayose for the favour. Speaking with newsmen after the encounter, Osas said

“I am overwhelmed seeing the governor of Ekiti State today, he’s an amiable leader and he is so down to service, when I was in school as an undergraduate I do read many of his speeches on what governance should be, on how to move Nigeria forward.

“I am in love with the fact that he’s fearless, he discharges his duties without fear or favour, that is one of the qualities I cherish in him. I learnt from him that for you to rule successfully, you must appreciate the common man, he is a very good friend of the masses, seeing him come so close to the people inspires me, I was just coming from my CDS now and I saw him here, I was so happy and I said I must see him before he leaves and that was why I accosted him.

“I just thanked God for what happened now and I pray God bless him abundantly. He has just called the provost that I should be retained, that I should be given automatic employment, permanent employment, he called the provost and the provost said first thing on Monday I should come with my CV. I just want to appreciate governor Fayose.”

Russia has officially banned Jehovah’s witness from it’s country after the Supreme court ruled on Thursday that they were an “extremist” organisation and must hand over all its property to the state.

Russia’s Supreme Court ruled on Thursday that Jehovah’s Witnesses was an “extremist” organisation and must hand over all its property to the state, Russian news agencies reported.

Interfax news agency quoted Sergei Cherepanov, a Jehovah’s Witnesses representative, as saying that the group will appeal the decision in the European Court of Human Rights.

“We will do everything possible,” he said.

Russian authorities have put several of the group’s publications on a list of banned extremist literature and prosecutors have long cast it as an organisation that destroys families, fosters hatred and threatens lives.

The group, a United States-based nontrinitarian Christian denomination known for its door-to-door preaching and rejection of military service and blood transfusions, says this description is false.

The religious organisation has expanded around the world and has about eight million active followers. It has faced court proceedings in several countries, mostly over its pacifism and rejection of blood transfusions, but has Russia has been most outspoken in portraying it as an extremist cult.

Its Russian branch, based near St Petersburg, has regularly rejected this allegation. It has said a ban would directly affect around 400 of its groups and have an impact on all of its 2,277 religious groups in Russia, where it says it has 175,000 followers.

“God, I can’t just believe this in my life,i was driving to the office this morning and I’ve a reasons to make a call and before I know,I was out of call card ,as I alighted from my car to get a recharge card ,I sighted this small girl(Esther by name) be beaten mercilessly with his heartless and reasonless father.

“Please where are the human right, who can be of assistance to help this girl out of her heartless father? I was so fortunate to interrogate her mother who told me that the girl went to the next neighbour room just to watch TV.

“I took the girl to the nearby police station on our way getting there ,the girl and her mother was redirected to the nearby police station which is very closer to their house.

“I called her father and I questioned him the reasons why he beats the girl mercilessly like that and his respond was very dishearten even he promises and threaten to beat his wife on her way back from work….Good people of Nigeria,kindly give helping hands as regard to this case, before it’s getting out of hands.”
