Facebook user, Uju Patricia who shared this mystical story of how a middle aged woman in a village in Anambra state was caught by villagers while allegedly attempting to bury charms in her neighbour’s compound.
When the shocked villagers searched the woman’s house, fetish items including ‘a goat that shed tears like a human being‘, another pregnant goat and many diabolical charms were reportedly found in her house.

“She went to bury charm behind one ofieli family just behind her house and she was caught live and dey went to her house and found a goat that was shedding tears like a human being, according to her many charm was found in her house and a two month old pregnant goat that the chest was open were she also prepare her charms”.
Over 1,800 migrants crowded themselves in one boat with thousands more migrants being rescued in the Med in what is fast turning in to be one of the busiest weeks for patrol crews.

As the the light dwindled and the rescue went into the night, some were brought out of the wooden boat on stretchers – watched by dozens of other migrants huddled together as they waited for their relief vessel to depart.
They were among the 4,650 migrant saved in more than 30 rescue missions off the Libyan coast yesterday.
This brings the total rescued in the last 48 hours to more than 10,000 refugees, and the death toll to 50 as people smugglers take advantage of relatively calm weather to push boats to sea.
The vast majority come from Africa, including Nigeria, Eritrea, Guinea, Gambia, Sudan, Ivory Coast and Somalia.

The Lagos State Police Command has reportedly apprehended a suspected robber, Ebere Nwankwo, for allegedly attacking and raping a male victim in the Lekki area of the state.
20-year-old Nwankwo, after dispossessing his victim, identified only as Martins, of the sum of N22,000, allegedly had anal sexual intercourse with the victim, Punch Metro reports.
This is just as two other robbery suspects, Jelili Babatunde and Ramon Haruna, were arrested by the police in the Isokoko, Agege area, while dispossessing pedestrians of their valuables.
It was gathered that in the Lekki incident, which occurred last Thursday, Nwankwo, who was armed with a gun, sneaked into Martins’ apartment on Goshen Estate in the Lekki area at about 4pm.
He was said to have ransacked the victim’s room and found N22,000.
It was learnt that Nwankwo thereafter allegedly ordered 16-year-old Martins to get on the bed, while he had sexual intercourse with him.
The suspect was afterward arrested by operatives from the Maroko Police Division, who were on a patrol in the area. A source said the victim’s screams during the intercourse alerted the policemen.
He said:
“The robber had threatened to force his victim to an Automated Teller Machine, where he would get more money from him. In the meantime, the suspect asked his victim to lie on the bed and he started having sexual intercourse with him.
Some policemen, who were patrolling the estate, heard screams from an apartment and they drew close. When they forced the door open, the suspect and the victim were found having anal sex.”
The publication gathered that Nwankwo told the police in his statement that he had sex with his victim to get some magical powers.
The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Dolapo Badmos, said the robbery suspect would be charged to court with sodomy and stealing.
She said:
“The suspect has confessed to the crime. He said the sexual intercourse was to make his victim forget about the stealing. We will charge him to court with sodomy and stealing.”
In the Agege incident, Haruna told the publication’s correspondent that his friend, Babatunde, lured him into the operation, adding that they had realised N11,000 and some phones, before they were arrested by the Isokoko division.
He said:
“I am a mechanic. My parents are responsible people. It was bad friendship that made me to go into robbery. My friend had lured me to go out with him to attack those pedestrians. I rode the motorcycle that we used for the operation. Jelili (Babatunde) had a toy gun that we used in dispossessing people of their property.”
The police spokesperson, Badmos said the suspects would soon be charged to court.

Operatives of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Bauchi State Police Command have arrested one Lami Clement, 22, for setting a pregnant housewife ablaze.
The suspect who hails from Tafawa Balewa local government area of the state attempted to set ablaze a housewife in their apartment at Sabon Kaura, a suburb of Bauchi metropolis.
Sources said that Lami attacked Amina Lawal, 23, an indigene of Akinyele Local Government Area of Oyo State, in her house.
Lami reportedly bought a gallon of petrol, which she poured on Lawal and then set her ablaze with a lighter. According to the source, the victim sustained burns on parts of her face, hands and thighs.
Speaking to newsmen at the Police State Command Headquarters, the suspect said she had a relationship with the husband of the victim, Mustapha Ayodele, for three years, but he betrayed her and married Amina.
She said:
“I did not actually go there to burn his wife; my intention was to go to his house and burn all his property. I did not know his wife was in the house. He jilted me after long years of relationship and married another woman.”
Giving her own account of the story, Amina Lawal, who is currently recuperating at the Orthopaedics ward of the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Teaching Hospital, Bauchi, said that on the day of the incident, she was in her house when she heard a knock on the door and she opened it and ushered in the visitor.
She said after the suspect had entered the house, she brought out a gallon and poured the petrol in it on her. Lawal added that after that, her assailant brought out a lighter and set her ablaze; after which she ran out and locked her inside.
“She poured petrol on me and set me ablaze. I removed my clothes and tried to open the door, but she had locked it from outside. It was when my neighbours heard me shouting ‘Fire! Fire!’ that they came to my rescue.
My husband told me that Lami tried to discourage him from marrying me because she had some affection for him, but he did not know that she could go to the extent of harming me,” Amina explained.
Also speaking on the incident, Mustapha Ayodele, husband of the victim, said that on the 26th of September 2016, he was at work when he received a call from a neighbour that his house was on fire.
“I rushed home and met my wife burnt all over. We reported the matter to the Yelwa Divisional Police Station, after which they transferred us to the emergency ward of ATBU Teaching hospital for treatment.
I have never dated Lami in my life. I only counselled her on how to go about her life affairs. Why would she attack my wife who is three-month pregnant just because she admires me?” Ayodele asked.
Confirming the incidence, the Police Public Relations Officer, Bauchi State Command, Mahmoud Mohammed, said Lami was arrested on September 27th.
Mohammed, an Assistant Superintendent of Police, said that personal property worth thousands of naira were destroyed during the attack and that the suspect has been charged to court.

The three naughty women alleged to have raped a man in Hluhluwe, south Africa have reported to be released on bail on Tuesday.
National Prosecuting Authority regional spokeswoman, Natasha Ramkisson-Kara, said the women received bail of R1 000 (N23,000) each.
The matter, heard in the Hluhluwe Magistrate’s Court, was postponed until October 25 for further investigation. The three were arrested after a video of the man, who was allegedly sexually assaulted by the women, went viral on social media.
The man said what happened had left him very angry and he would not be able to forgive the women. He said he had known the women growing up.
He alleged that one of them had called him over to fix an electrical fault. When he arrived at the home he saw another woman in the room but paid no attention to her.
Another woman appeared from behind the door and they allegedly attacked and filmed the incident. The women were arrested the same day, iol.co.za reports.

Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Abia state yesterday rescued an abandoned baby girl. The infant was dropped by the mother with a letter that the baby should not be sold but handed over to motherless babies’ home or any well-meaning Nigerian who can cater for her welfare.
Reacting to the development, the Abia State NSCDC Commandant, Walter Chika revealed that the abandoned child was rescued by the Anti-Traffic Unit of the agency near a health centre in Avodim village in Umuahia South Local Government Area of the state.
The NSCDC Commandant urged young women to ensure that they were ready for child care before having sex. He stated that abandoning children under the disguise of inability to care for them was a criminal act and against the right of the Nigerian child.
Mr Chika also called on the mother to show sympathy for the child who needed her love. He disclosed that discussion was ongoing with designated ministry to take responsibility for the child.
So a group of men who are specialized in buying stolen goods have been caught in Okpanam Asaba, Delta State – they ran out of Luck after they robbed a Redeemed Christian Church of God and also a building site of its building materials.

Nollywood actor and producer, Yomi Fabiyi has called on all senior colleagues in the Nigerian movie industry to reach out to veteran actor Baba Suwe before it is too late.
Fabiyi made the call in a message he posted on his Instagram page Wednesday morning, begging his Nollywood colleagues to come to the aid of Baba Suwe before he is sent to an early grave.
According to the actor, presently, Baba Suwe can hardly walk properly due to the torture meted out to him by the NDLEA when he was arrested and detained by the agency years ago for allegedly concealing drugs in his stomach.
“I just hope the leadership see this as a clarion call for getting it right and save the agency from sending an innocent person to an early grave whereby leaving his children to suffer unjustly,” the actor concluded.

A 28-year-old female National Youth Service Corps member, Loretta Okoro, who is serving her fatherland in Bayelsa State, has cried out for help over pains caused by bites she sustained from her employer, Prof. Klem Imananah’s dogs.
Punch reports that the corps member was attacked and bitten by three security dogs who reportedly pounced on her about 7:00pm in her employer’s house on December 5, 2015, where she was posted for her primary assignment at Opolo in the Yenagoa Local Government Area of Bayelsa state.
In an exclusive chat with a correspondent on Tuesday, the NYSC member lamented that her employer and the state chapter of the NYSC had abandoned her to her fate, and alleged that since the incident occurred, she had not gone through proper medical treatment and that her health had deteriorated.
Okoro, a member of Stream A, with NYSC number NUA/2015/162926, said though the wounds had healed on the surface, she later started suffering from hallucination, numbness, mental torture and psychological imbalance, and accused her employer of neglect.
“On December 5, 2015, I was attacked by three dogs owned by Prof. Imananah who I was attached to. The first hospital I was taken to had no doctor to attend to me.
“I called a friend of mine who came to take me to the Federal Medical Centre in Yenagoa. The injuries were cleaned every day and I was given injections. I spent three weeks at the hospital and later went home.
“The following day after being discharged, I started feeling some strange ailment. I have been trying to be stable since then. I can no longer sleep. I see strange and horrible things in my dreams. I have been reaching out to the NYSC to know if they can be of help, but nothing has happened till now. They claimed I am only pretending.
“Even the owner of the dogs has been threatening me with court action, saying that I am embarrassing him. I have not been able to do anything. Things have gone beyond my imagination. I have yet to get back to normal,” she said.
Okoro, an indigene of Imo State, appealed to the federal and state governments to wade into the matter, adding that the NYSC in the state had not given her matter the attention it deserved, adding that since the incident occurred, no one from the NYSC had called to know her condition.
Another NYSC member who is a colleague to Okoro, said the victim’s health had worsened, adding that she needed urgent medical attention.
“It was unpleasant on Monday evening. She was hallucinating and screaming throughout the night. I knew her from the camp. But now, everything about her health has changed. NYSC is supposed to protect corps members. But with what I have seen in the case of Lorreta Okoro, we are just on our own. If something urgent is not done, Lorreta may lose her life,” Kingsley said.

Speaking on how his Sony Music deal is affecting his career, the Ekuro star said that he only has creative control over his songs and that the company makes the final decision on what to release.
He also stated that the company has been financing his projects so he had to understand when they told him to push the release date of his songs.
“I was hyped that they (Sony) came to me.”
“I have creative control, it’s a joint thing. Most times, whatever I send them, they are ready to go,”
“When they told me that this is going to happen, it’s a sacrifice that I had to make. I did so much in four years, I did a lot, every award, I have it.”
“You will see, I can’t explain, you gotta see the work. At least I don’t have to pay for my videos again. I’m always thinking: ‘spending $250,000 on one video, that’s what I’ll never do. That’ll just take it to another level.” “Killing them crazy though, everything big budget”
Davido revealed that his relocation to the US felt like he was starting all over again as an unknown artiste but despite the glitz and glamour he has enjoyed ever since the trip, he will never trade anywhere for Africa;
“I was cool, I was travelling, I doing things, I was recording, I was living life, I was in America. It kind of was very fast for me, because I was moving so much, I was just setting up plays. I was setting up plays for the future.”
“It’s like I’m starting again. That’s how it feels, that’s what they keep telling me. They say: ‘Yo David, we understand that you have this and that, and you are big. But you gotta start again.’ When they are interviewing me, they aren’t saying ‘Yo Davido’, they are asking ‘What’s your name? Explain Afrobeats to me?’. So it’s like starting again, but it’s cool, I’m just 23 years.
