According to Nike, Russell Wilson wears a size 13 sneaker. His hands measure about 10.25 inches.
As ruler below the photo above measures, Ciara’s shoe size is about a 1/4 inch less than Wilson’s. That means her estimated shoe size is a whopping 12 3/4 inches in men’s shoe size, i.e 45 and a half.

Engineers in China have come up with a radical way to overcome the problem of getting around in traffic. The country’s Transit Elevated Bus (TEB) has taken its first test drive.
The 22-meter-long, 7.8-meter-wide and 4.8-meter-high TEB-1 can carry up to 300 passengers over the top of cars and let traffic pass underneath it.
This week, it underwent its first road test in north China’s Hebei Province.The TEB has already attracted interest from governments in Brazil, France, India and Indonesia, it has been claimed.The idea is that passengers sit far above other vehicles on the road, allowing cars to pass underneath.
In a model of the vehicle, it appears to run on a set of fixed rails embedded on the road.
It means the vehicle is more like a cross between a tram and a bus.
Engineers hope the design will increase the availability of the road space, and cause fewer traffic jams than regular buses.
Some prayer warriors during the weekend escaped being beaten to death by irate youths believed to be robbers for allegedly invoking the wrath of God on them.
The incident happened in Umudioka, Awka South Local Government Area, Anambra State.
According to Vanguard, Kenechukwu Nebeolisa had allegedly invited the prayer warriors to the community to ward off all manner of atrocities, including land grabbing, intimidation and harassment, robbery and thug activities in the area.
In the early hours of the vigil by Nebeolisa and the prayer warriors, some armed youths believed to be behind the vices, stormed the prayer ground and beat everybody there to pulp for cursing them in the name of God.
Narrating his ordeal in the hands of the youths, Nnebolisa said:
“they said I did not take permission from them before inviting the prayer warriors that cursed them; that as those in charge of the Youths in Ezi-Awka, I must take permission from them.
“Those youths have been going about extorting money, beating up people and taking over their land, the last time they met me at Aguoye hills, the beat hell out of me, I reported the case to the Chairman and the Secretary, respectively of Ezi-Awka Youth Assembly and also to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for necessary action.”

Two doctors working with a private hospital in Lagos are to face the full wrath of the law after they allegedly forgot a towel inside a patient after surgical operation.
PM News reports that the duo, Dr Taiwo Shogunle, 53 and Dr. Adeleke Olusegun, 43 of St. Raphael Divine Mercy Specialist Hospital at Ijede, Ikorodu, Lagos State have been arraigned before a Lagos Magistrates’ Court for allegedly causing the death of their patient, Omojola Bamgboye during surgical operation.
The doctors were arrested by operatives of the Zone 2 Command, Onikan, Lagos. After investigation by Inspector Monday Omoigui and his team, the doctors were arraigned before an Igbosere Magistrates’ Court, Lagos on a one count charge of felony, to wit, murder.
Police prosecutor, Supol Eshiet Eshiet told the court in charge No L/28/2016 that the accused persons committed the offence between 18 and 19 December, 2015 at St. Raphael Divine Mercy Specialist Hospital, Ijede, Ikorodu, Lagos.
Eshiet told the court presided by Magistrate A.T. Omoyele that the doctors unlawfully killed the man during surgical operation by negligently abandoning a foreign body, towel, in his abdomen.
The accused persons denied the allegations in the open court and the magistrate admitted them to bail in the sum of N500,000 each with two sureties each in like sum.
She adjourned the case till 9 September, 2016 for mention.

A mother has revealed her heartache after she became a widow at the age of just 27 – shortly giving birth to their eighth child.
Cloe Green, from Dyffryn Ardudwy, North Wales, said she tried desperately to save husband James’s life and even performed CPR, but he died in his sleep aged 31.
Cloe, who met her childhood sweetheart when they were both teenagers, has revealed her struggle in being left alone to care for their brood – and her disappointment that they never got a family photo together.
Cloe said it was just 12 weeks after she had given birth to the couple’s youngest child, Elijah, that her world caved in. Cloe said:
‘It was so sudden and so shocking. To think James won’t be here to see the large family he wanted so much grow up breaks my heart.
‘When it happened I wanted to cry – but I looked at those eight little faces all depending on me and I knew I had to do this for them and for James.Nobody can replace James. He loved being a dad so much. I am devastated he was taken from us but pleased he got his wish of us having our eighth baby.
‘He would say “just one more” and wink at me.’
However, Cloe, who is now crowdfunding to raise £5,000 to finish the garden for the children than James never had a chance to finish, said she is trying to put her grief aside to be a mother and a father to their children.
She believes the hardest thing she has ever had to do is tell children Leo, nine, Levi, six, Oliver, five, Megan, four, Miley, three, Lacey, two, Lexi, 20 months and Elijah, 11 months that their daddy had gone to heaven.
The couple had first child Leo when Cloe was just 17.
Cloe explained:
‘It was a shock because we were so young but James took it in his stride. He just smiled and said he always wanted to be a dad.’
‘Two years later I was pregnant again with another son, Oliver, and when he was just six weeks old I was expecting again – we were both so excited to be having our first daughter.We married and soon after I gave birth to Megan”
Cloe asked her GP for the contraceptive implant but it failed and she was soon pregnant again.

A 21-year-old man identified as Charles Ashitey, also known as Zaga is currently in Police custody in Tema, Ghana for attempting to behead his friend, Daniel Norteye.
According to the police, Daniel was tired after a dance rehearsal and decided to spend the night at Charles’s house but got the stupid his life when at about 4am he felt a sharp pain on his neck. He woke up to see Charles holding a knife and cutting his throat.
He then struggled with the suspect, escaped with the knife to his aunt’s house then lodged an official complaint to the Tema Newtown Police Station.
Further investigation in the suspect’s room revealed a striking beheaded snake, egg shells and powder which was sprinkled around the room.

Detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, and Nnamdi Kanu has asserted that IPOB is not in the business of betrayal and as such would rather prefer to die than to renounce Biafra and abandon the struggle for its restoration.
In a press statement signed by its spokespersons, Emma Nmezu and Dr. Clifford Iroanya, in reaction to the recent statement credited to members of the Movement for Emancipation of Niger Delta, MEND to the effect that a negotiation could be reached with the federal government to release Kanu and then he would renounce Biafra, IPOB quoted Kanu as saying that Biafra’s restoration is not subject of negotiation.
The statement entitled: “Biafra or death”, added that if there should be any form of negotiation at all, it must be centred on asset sharing between Nigeria and Biafra and on the payment of reparations for money stolen from Biafrans by Nigeria through the 1970 twenty pounds deal and other subsequent acts of thievery by Nigeria against Biafrans.
According to the statement, “We want to make it categorically clear that MEND and their Ahithophel Team are strictly on their own and do not in any way, shape or form represent IPOB or the leader of IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. When we say “Biafra or Death”, we meant every syllable of that phrase”.
“Again, we reiterate that Nnamdi Kanu is not Ralph Uwazuruike and IPOB is not MASSOB. Therefore, anybody thinking that our leader will renounce Biafra is certifiably mad. For both IPOB and their leader, Nnamdi Kanu, it is either we get Biafra or we die on the process of getting it. There is no middle ground”.
Nollywood is the sobriquet for Nigeria’s film industry. The industry is currently witnessing a boom as it churns out new and exciting movies. So, there is little or no argument when it is described as the third largest movie industry in the world.
Now, a good number of Nigerians are watching Nollywood movies alongside Hollywood movies. At the same, they are visiting cinemas to watch these sterling movies made by prolific producers like Kunle Afolayan, Lancelot Imasuen, Emem Isong and Tunde Kelani, among others in locations like Lagos, Calabar, and Enugu.
Despite all these accolades, there is still a long way for these movies to go to compete favourably with Hollywood and Bollywood. This is because there are still some petty and trivial things that you see in these movies. This can easily put viewers off. Easily predictable
In some cases, the title of the movie will give you a fair idea of the plot. And if you decide to watch the movie, with 100% certainty you can tell what is happening next. Irrelevant sequels
You must have questioned why they are wasting so much time at a particular scene. The answer is that the producer wants the film to have a sequel. No storyline or plot
Some Nollywood movies have no plot or storyline. It seems like they hurriedly gathered actors and actresses to just act a script that has no story. This leaves some Nigerian film enthusiasts to question why they wasted time watching the movie.

Accident or shooting scenes in most Nollywood movies are a write-off. For those who are addicted to Hollywood and watch the same scene in a Nollywood film, you will be awed at the way the act is poorly done. This is a major scene that producers need to improve.
Terrible subtitles
Many Nigerians now watch indigenous language movies especially Yoruba movies. But one flaw about these movies is that it is poorly subtitled. So, the movie is restricted to those who can only fathom the language.
Too much witchcraft
Witchcraft has become one way to identify Nollywood movies and this not good for the image of the country. As a result, Many Nollywood enthusiasts frown at this very negative portrayal.
Nollywood actress, Beverly Naya, has given men what to ponder upon that anyone coming to ask her hand in marriage will have to think twice before walking up to her.

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye is trending on the social media after giving remarks at the ongoing 64th RCCG convention on the expected lifestyles members of the church are to adopt.

Instagram announced today that they will be introducing ‘Instagram Stories’ and everything from the name (Instagram Stories), to the design of the camera button, annotations tools, and the ability to share photos to friends for only 24 hours, is pretty familiar to the way Snapchat operates.
According to Instagram, the new feature lets users share all the moments of their day, not just the ones you want to keep on your profile.
“As you share multiple photos and videos, they appear together in a slideshow format: your story. The photos and videos will disappear after 24 hours and won’t appear on your profile grid or feed.”
Users will see stories from people they follow in a bar at the top of your feed – from your best friends to your favorite popular accounts and unlike regular posts, there are no likes or public comments. (Which is basically the same way Snapchat operates).
According to TechCrunch, Instagram’s CEO Kevin Systrom, did not disagree with their new feature being a Snapchat ripoff when they were confronted about the comparison. He said,
“They (Snapchat) deserve all the credit..This isn’t about who invented something. This is about a format, and how you take it to a network and put your own spin on it.”
Interestingly, Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel had rejected Mark Zuckerberg’s $3 billion acquisition offer for the app in 2013. Snapchat went on to become really popular and this move by Facebook/Instagram is clearly a strategy to compete with them.
Nollywood actor, Kanayo O Kanayo, might be that bad man people see on the big screen all the time either playing the cult man role or a bad father who loves to carry various ladies, but off set, he is a very disciplined fellow.

In a video shared on Twitter today, Pastor Adeboye advised men not to marry girls who cannot pray for at least one hour, who cannot cook and a girl who is lazy. He said;
“Any girl who cannot pray for one hour non stop, don’t marry her. Don’t marry a girl who is lazy. If she is lazy when she is a girl, how is she going to cope when she is married and have children? Don’t marry a girl who cannot cook”.
The utterance of the man of God however raised serious dust. Some people concurred with what he said, while others think the man of God was being bias.

In a determined bid to break the record set by Jesus Christ of Nazareth, a 44-year-old popular South African pastor, Alfred Ndlovu, has died of malnutrition following a dry fasting that lasted for 30 days.
According to Buzz South Africa, the cleric left home on June 17 for a nearby bush to have prayers just like Jesus did in an attempt to equal or break Jesus Christ’s record of fasting for 40 days, but died just a month despite having no history of illness.
It was learnt that the pastor was alone in the wilderness and his body was found by a stranger who then called on his family, congragation and the police.
He was known by his family and community at large as a very spiritual person whose faith could move mountains and his death surprised everyone, even church members.
A close relative said: “He was a very spiritual man. Its unfortunate he had to die this way. After a month we got the sad news of his death. Pastor was a healthy and religious old man who did not even look his age.”

WHEN we arrived the NYSC Orientation Camp at Old MacGregor College, Afikpo Ebonyi State, Nigeria.. On 28th October 2015..We all came with the intention of serving our Great Nation Nigeria.
Hence we went about the rigorous activities of the camp, that lasted for full 21days..BUT SOMETHING HAPPENED!! Two Corps Members from my Platoon (Platoon 2) actually became friends.. then became close friends.. and after the camp..decided to move a step further by going into an intimate relationship.
And now..THEY HAVE DECIDED TO TIE THE KNOTS!! Now Guess What,
They will be joined in the same state where they are serving and of course.. They are getting Married during their Service Year..

So someone shared a story online of how he had to write a WAEC exam all over again (certainly years after writing it) all in the name of seeking a Job.
He revealed that not only him but a host of other job seekers sat for the exams where some had to write Physics, Chemistry and Biology – he says he wrote English and Governemnt.

A 52-year-old woman who has never married or had children has laid claim to being the UK’s top cougar – a title she wears with pride.
Businesswoman Juney Smith has dated more than 250 toyboys since she turned 30 .
Juney, from St Albans, Herts., says it keeps her young and that men her age or older either can’t offer what young men can or have no idea how to ‘date properly’.
She said:
“I have always dated younger but really focused on it from the age of 30. Among the guys I’ve gone out with were teens lads aged 18 to 20.
“I haven’t looked back since. I tried dating men my own age but they are boring, bad in bed and frankly not eager to please.
“Plus after a divorce, they return to the dating scene and simply are out of their depth. They have missed out on a generation of dating changes”, says the Queen of the Cougars. To be clear dating 250 plus men doesn’t mean I have slept with them all. Some I’ve had coffee with, some just drinks, others we’ve gone to a party. “I have slept with some and some I have had a longer relationship with,” said Juney, who in her spare time is preparing for an amateur comedy theatre production
Juney admits that dating men who are younger than her is an obsession and addiction.
She said:
“They make me feel young, I have fun with them, and they keep me on my toes.They know how to enjoy life and what many women might find surprising is that young men are extremely sexually adept and if not they’re eager to take direction, “she explains.
I am ‘sex positive’. That means I feel sexy, like to look good and enjoy sex with the right man and am not afraid to talk about it. I enjoy sex but before that, I have to date. I consider my approach to men very American.
“By this, I mean accepting invitations for dinner and outings with up to three to four men, separately of course, over a week.You don’t just date one guy until you decide to become ‘exclusive’.”
According to Juney, men often mistake her for between 30 and 35 years old.
“Most of the men I date admire my sense of fun, style and the fact I am not after marriage and kids. When you’re a cougar you need to date younger guys who know the rules from the start.
“The main one is the relationship won’t be long term but we will enjoy each other’s company and a lot of the time doesn’t involve sex.
“For me, it also means I never know what’s around the corner. The guys I date range in age from 18 to 45. So many women who find themselves divorced in their 40’s and 50’s have to sit back and watch while their ex-husbands marry a new younger wife and they are left desperately bumbling around trying to date an older man. “I tell these women: ‘Don’t look for a long term relationship – have a giggle and some fun and surprise yourself and date a younger man. You don’t have to sleep with them or even kiss them but have some fun and you’ll realise you are good looking and shouldn’t be dismissed’.
Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, has said the change promised to Nigerians by the APC, is now manifesting itself.
