Nollywood actress, Eniola Badmus, has spent Valentine’s day showing love to her late mother and pened a tribute to her.

The actress took to her Instagram page to reminisce how much her mother loved her, saying that losing her mother taught her a lot about life.

Eniola said she will continue to live every day for her late mother and be the greatest version of herself in order to make her mother proud.

She wrote;

“Dear mother,You took so much pride in me. I was your little girl. I was a spitting imagine of you. You loved me with all of your heart and I was your last baby.

Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable has showered his first wife, Omobewaji, with gifts on Valentine’s day.

To commemorate the annual celebration of love, the singer surprised Bewaji with a brand-new iPhone, and wigs amongst others.

Posting a video of her unboxing her gifts, he wrote;

“Odogwu doings. Appreciate your love once’s (loved ones) while you still can. Valentine package for mama ZEH.”

Recall that Portable called his second wife Bolaji out on social media last night after he caught her cheating on him with another man.

He hinted that despite being in his house and planning their wedding, his second wife, with whom he recently welcomed a child, was having an affair with another man.

Nigerian musician, Ugochi Anosike popularly known as Ugoccie has revealed how she suffered a broken heart after discovering that her boyfriend was cheating on her.

She stated that she was working at a radio station when she learned through her boyfriend’s side chic that she was pregnant.

Ugoccie claimed the woman messaged her on Facebook during a five-minute break and presented her with proof that she was pregnant for her boyfriend.

According to the singer, the lady warned her to stay away from the guy, but the heartbreak did not stop her from continuing with her job as she went on air and completed her program with teary eyes.

A Nigerian man identified as Emediong Sunday has taken to social media to warn men to avoid Lagos women and go for the ones in their villages instead.

Posting on his Facebook account, Sunday described women as udara and revealed that men would always know what they were getting just by looking.

According to him, 90% of the women in Lagos were maggot rotten and easy to identify without tasting them.

Nigerian pharmacist and Disability Rights advocate, Blessing Mary Ocheido has called out people who discourage others from leaving when they have alternative plans of their own.

Taking to her Facebook account, she warned people to ignore those telling others to stay and fix the country because they may be planning to relocate with their families.

She wrote;

“Are we ready to talk about this? People who actively discourage others from leaving the country while working behind the scenes to move themselves and their families abroad
Talk about how people should stay back and fix the country, how there?s wealth to be tapped or how difficult it is to survive overseas but less than one year later, they are sharing their jakpa pictures.
I know someone who had gone as far as booking his flight ticket after securing his ITA but was posting on social media about staying back to repair Nigeria. Why do people do this exactly? It never ceases to amaze me.
I just hope that people are learning to make such decisions for themselves not because of some faux words of wisdom they happen upon on social media or from friends and family.”

Ozioma Okposo, the late gospel musician Sammie Okposo’s wife, has posted loving images to commemorate Valentine’s Day despite her husband’s death.

Recall that the singer, who died on November 25, 2022, was buried on December 16, 2022, at a private cemetery, Ikoyi after a Church service.

Ozioma expressed her love for the late singer on her Instagram page, saying she misses him deeply and still loves him even in death.

However, she stated that she rests in the assurance that her husband is in the arms of Christ and he would always remain in her heart.

She wrote:
“Dim oma..My King.. I loved you in life, love you still.. I know Christ has you in His arms, I have you in my heart.
I miss you terribly. Keep resting, my love until forever”

A while back, Ozioma was inconsolable as she broke down in tears at her husband’s farewell praise party on Tuesday night.

The funeral rites of the veteran singer kicked off with a farewell praise party in Lagos on Tuesday night, December 13.

Music ministers and top celebrities such as actor Segun Arinze, Timi Dakolo, Tope Alabi, AY comedian, Alibaba, Charles Inojie, and Chinedu “Aki” Ikedieze, among others, attended the event, which took place at the La Madison Place in Oniru, Lagos.

Videos from the event have surfaced online, and a touching clip showed the moment the late singer’s wife, Ozioma, broke down in tears as she watched an old video of herself and her husband play on the screen.

A couple’s romantic outing ended in total chaos after the man played a proposal prank on his girlfriend at a mall in Owerri.

The young man was recently out with his girlfriend at a mall when he decided to play a prank on her, presumably to spice things up.

However, what might have been a harmless prank didn’t end well, as the girlfriend didn’t take it lightly.

A video currently making the rounds shows the moment the man went on his knees to propose marriage to her in public, but just as she said “Yes,” he told her it was a prank.

This enraged the girlfriend, who went totally out of control and demanded to know why he chose to embarrass her in front of so many people.

She stormed out of the mall, pushed her boyfriend to the floor when he tried to come close and at a point smashed the windscreen of a car guessed to be her lover’s and injured herself in the process.

Nollywood actress, Mercy Johnson has taken to social media to share her frustration after her last child, Divine-Mercy, made a huge mess.

The mother of four revealed that her two-year-old daughter loves playing with her body cream that she has to hide it from her sometimes.

On this particular occasion, her daughter found the body cream where it was hidden and smeared it all over her clothes and the house.

Mercy Johnson, who was seemingly frustrated by the incident, took to her Instagram page to lament bitterly about her daughter’s misbehavior.

“I honestly hid the cream under my pillow the last time… Who wan rent pikin abeg,” she captioned it.

The veteran thespian clocked 64 on Monday, February 13, and her colleagues, friends, and family pulled off a beautiful surprise for her.

A video currently making the rounds showed the moment Madam Saje walked into a restaurant, which, unknown to her, was filled with friends who had gathered to celebrate her

The moment she entered the dark room, the lights came on, followed by loud cheers and birthday songs from those present.

Completely taken aback, Madam Saje fell to the ground and was still for a few seconds.

This clearly frightened everyone around her, as they rushed to her aid and helped her to a chair.
