A mother has elicited a flurry of reactions on Twitter after she revealed she bought her son dresses after he demanded for them.

According to her, her son had been requesting female clothes, so she finally decided to grant his wish and bought him dresses and allowed him to rock them.

She said when another kid next door saw her son in a dress, he was curious and asked her why she dressed her boy in female clothing, and she simply responded that it was his wish.

“My son has been asking for a dress. I finally decided to just get him dresses despite being afraid he’d get teased by other kids. Today, the boy next door asked why he was wearing a dress, I said “he wanted one” and he said “okay” then they continued to play. The kids are alright”, she wrote on Twitter.

However, the revelation sparked a range of responses. While some Twitter users praised her parenting style, others thought it was weak of her to let him wear something that was “unfit” for his gender.

“The role of a parent is to nurture and guide a child, not to caress his ego and give in to his misguided wants”, a tweep wrote.

There was mild drama at Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba, Ondo State, recently when some students stormed a class dressed as bandits during a presentation on terrorism.

It was gathered that the class was supposed to have a political science presentation and a group that’s presenting on terrorism decided to go extra.

The group entered the class that was already in session wearing military camouflage and had their faces covered while carrying dummy guns.

The moment the lecturer and the students saw them, they were gripped with fear, and everyone fled for safety.

A TikTok user who shared the terrifying incident online said they thought they were under attack, and while she tried to hide under the chair, some couldn’t handle the shock and passed out as a result.

A video of the moment an alleged thief was attacked by two dogs in a compound he broke into is currently making rounds online.

The petty thief stormed the compound in the middle of the night with plans to steal from the occupants, unknown to him that the house was heavily guarded by two well-trained dogs.

In the trending clip, the dogs are seen attacking the thief and pulling at his trouser as he screamed for help. Fortunately for him, his shout alerted the owner of the house who came out to call the dogs to order.

“Crusher, sit down there, go back”, the owner was heard giving commands to one of the dogs named Crusher.

However, the dogs didn’t listen to their owner’s commands and kept biting the thief in different parts of his body.

The man identified as Peter Thomas said his friend called him a slave because he prepared a meal for his woman and he was wondering if he had done anything wrong.

“My girlfriend visited me and I cooked for her. My friend mocked me that I am a slave to her. Is it true?” he asked in a Facebook group.

A while back, a Nigerian man cried out on social media after his fiancée called off their engagement over a comment he left on another lady’s photo on Facebook.

The young man simply identified as Ade, who shared his predicament on a Facebook group on Tuesday, November 22, said he had done nothing more than praise the woman’s appearance.

He said he only told her that she was looking beautiful, but the comment didn’t sit well with his partner.

He claimed his fiancée, who was infuriated by the comment, broke off their engagement as a result.
