Reality TV star, Tega Dominic has reacted to the trending video of a man who caught his pregnant wife in bed with another man said to be her pastor.
In the video which surfaced online on Thursday, November 17, the distraught man caught his wife butt-naked with the pastor and immediately turned on his phone camera and started recording the adulterers as he condemned the woman.
The pastor could be seen frantically putting on his underwear in a bid to conceal his nakedness while the pregnant wife who showed instant remorse was trying to get close to her angry husband to beg him but the man was raging made at that point. ICYMI, watch here
The incident has since sparked a barrage of comments on the internet as men advise each othrer to seriously ‘fear women’.
Well, BBNaija star and mother of one, Tega seemed to have a different perspective about the video as she advised the said man to pray earnestly for his wife because she’s under the devil’s influence.
In the rather sarcastic response, she wrote,
“Go down on your knees and pray, ask God to intervene and bring her back to her senses, it’s the work of the devil, so not give the devil a chance, keep praying pls, don’t let the devil take what belongs to you.”
Chidinma Ojukwu, the prime suspect in the murder of Super TV CEO, Usifo Ataga, has alleged that she was forced by the police to sign a statement they wrote.
Chidinma stated this while appearing before the Lagos High Court sitting at the Tafawa Balewa Square on Thursday, November 17.
Chidinma, who is standing trial for the alleged murder of Ataga alongside her sister, Chioma Egbuchu, and one Adedapo Quadri, claimed that the two statements she wrote were torn and she was forced to sign the one allegedly written by ASP Olusegun Bamidele.
She further alleged that aside from being forced to sign another statement allegedly dictated to her by officer Olufunke Madeyinlo, ASP Bamidele asked her to rehearse the statement and narrate it to the Commissioner of Police (CP).
She claimed that before being taken to the CP’s office at Ikeja, her hands were handcuffed to the chair she sat from June 23 till the next morning on June 24, 2021.
Recounting how her ordeal in the hands of the police began, Chidinma disclosed that she was in her room at their house, at No. 47 Akinwunmi St., Alagomeji Yaba, on June 23, 2021, when her 10-year-old little sister informed her that there were men at the sitting room asking after her.
She said after coming to the sitting room to see them, they asked if she was Chidinma and she answered yes. They reportedly asked her the whereabouts of Mr Ataga’s phone and the Range Rover jeep and she said she did not know.
Chidinma said when the police arrested her, she asked her father to call their family lawyer, Mr Onwuka Egwu.
She said that she was taken to DCP Razak Oseni’s office where police officers asked her a lot of questions.
“We went back to my house and back to the DCP’s office. At DCP’s office, he asked me questions. I told him that I don’t know anything about the death of Mr Ataga, that was when they made the video that was played in court.
“The DCP said I should make my statement. IPO Bamidele, therefore, took me to the interrogating room with Mr Chris, and gave me a blank statement form and asked me to write what happened. I started writing, Bamidele took my left hand and handcuffed it to the chair. I wrote what I narrated at the DCP’s office.
“While I was writing, Bamidele took the statement from me, read it and said it was not what happened. I told him, sir, what I am writing is what happened. I also told him that I asked my father to call my lawyer, he said my Dad cannot make a call that he was in custody with them. I then started writing the statement.
“When he took the statement from me and said this is not what happened. I told him sir, this is what happened. I received two slaps from the back from Mr Jemiyo. Jemiyo and Chris were sitting behind me, the only person facing me was Bamidele. He said, ‘you are going to write the truth’.
“He tore all the statements I had written and presented another blank statement form. I told him, ‘sir, I was writing the truth, you tore it’. He said if I do not comply, my family, my Dad, 10-year-old sister and my relatives will be charged with this murder case.” She said.
Also recounting how officer Bamidele allegedly brought out his phone, played the video of the scene at the apartment and showed her pictures of Mr Ataga’s body, Chidinma said the police officer then asked her to write, and while writing, the officer allegedly slapped her and said she was slow.
She said when she told the officer that she was not feeling well, he took the statement form from her and wrote the statement for her and handcuffed her hands to the chair.
“This is what you are going to say or else your family will be charged. He read the statement to me again and told me to rehearse it, that tomorrow (June 24, 2021), I will take it to the CP’s office and say that’s what happened. He left me there, it was around midnight”. She narrated.
Chidinma also claimed that when the officers came back in the morning, they asked her to sign the statement.
During cross-examination by the prosecution, Oluwafemi, she affirmed that she signed the statements. She claimed that the second statement was dictated while the first was written.
After Chidinma’s testimony at the trial, the judge gave the prosecution and the defence 14 days each to file their written addresses in the trial within trial.
Justice Adesanya then adjourned the case until January 11, 2023, for the adoption of final written addresses in the trial within trial.
Emerging reports have it that members of the LGBTQI community will be allowed to openly hold hands, cuddle and kiss during the World Cup in Qatar.

Popular Nigerian dancer and singer, Korra Obidi, has accused her estranged husband, Justin Dean of stalking her.
This comes after a female cop was at her residence to conduct an inspection on her last child, Athena Dean, while stating that she got information about the toddler falling from a chair.
Korra, who shared the video of the cop visiting her home, claimed her ex-husband, Justin Dean, was behind the police visit and accused him of stalking her.
In the video, as the officer inspects Athena for any injuries, Korra tells her that Justin lied about Athena falling down.

A couple, Kelvin Uzochukwu and Agatha Chinyere Uzuegbu, and their two children have lost their lives following a ghastly car accident in Umuahia, Abia State.
According to reports, the couple and their children were traveling in their family car to Port Harcourt, Rivers State, after attending a wedding in Umuahia, when the collision happened.
The Uzuegwus tried in vain to avoid hitting an unidentified woman who was dashing across the road. The woman was said to have died on the spot.
Two other members of the Uzuegwu family were seriously injured in the crash and were rushed to the Federal Medical Center (FMC), Umuahia.
The family who died in the accident, which happened at Osisioma Junction on the Enugu-Aba-Port Harcourt Expressway in August 2022, will be buried in Umuokpe Itaja Olokoro village in Umuahia, Abia State, on November 18, 2022.

A disturbing video showing a 25-year-old lady who died during a vacation with her friends in Mexico being brutally beaten by one of them has surfaced online.
The lady, identified as Shanquella Robinson, left her home in Charlotte, North Carolina, on October 28 to go on a trip with a group of friends to celebrate one of their birthdays in Cabo, Mexico.
A day later, she was dead, and her parents were told she died of alcohol poisoning.
Her bereaved parents, Bernard and Salamondra Robinson started digging and realized there was more to their daughter’s death than the alcohol poisoning her friends claim.
An autopsy report that was obtained by her parents indicates her neck was broken, and footage that has emerged shows the chilling moment Shanquella was attacked by a friend in a hotel room.
In the clip, shows a yet-to-be identified lady assaulting Shanquella who was naked in a bedroom.
The deceased’s mother, Salamondra who spoke to Charlotte local news station WBTV 3 on Friday, November 11 stated that initially, she was informed her daughter suffered from alcohol poisoning during her trip to Mexico.
“I spoke with her Friday evening (Oct. 28). She was having dinner and I never spoke with her again. On Saturday evening, they called and said she wasn’t feeling well, and they were going to call a doctor. And when they called, the doctor hadn’t arrived yet, but they said she had alcohol poisoning.” She said.
Shanquella’s group of friends reportedly left her body in their vacation rental and returned home to the United States.
“After they said it was alcohol poisoning, we received the autopsy report on Thursday, and it said that her neck had been broken and she had a back spasm. There was a crack, [her] spinal cord was cracked,” Shanquella’s parents told WBTV.
Her parents are now demanding answers in the investigation of their daughter’s death.
“I probably won’t be at ease until someone’s arrested,” her mother said.

A Kenyan woman identified as Mary Nkatha has described how she was able to build a home for her widowed neighbor who was residing in a run-down building.
According to Nkatha, she secured a profitable business offer last year, and instead of contributing to the church, she decided to utilize the funds to save for a house.
In an interview with Tuko Kenya, Nkatha claimed that instead of continuing to provide offerings and tithes to the church, she had constructed a home for a neighbor who had been struggling after the passing of her husband.

Controversial Nigerian singer, Portable has sacked all the employees at his studio over low turnover while he was away.
The singer, who was on tour and recently returned to Nigeria, made this disclosure in a video he shared on social media, explaining why he decided to sack all the staff at his Zeh Nation studio.
According to him, he was out of the country for over a month, and on his return, the studio staff claimed to have only made N7,000 in his absence.
The Zazu zeh star and music executive claimed that before his trip, he makes up to N15 million from his studio in 5 days, so it was quite upsetting when his studio staff reported that they only made N7,000 while he was away.

Nigerian superstar singer, Ayodeji Balogun, professionally known as Wizkid, has warmed the hearts of many after he gave a shoutout to his colleague, Davido, during a recent performance.
The “more love, less ego” star, during his sold-out show at the Madison Square Garden in New York on Wednesday, November 16, paid tribute to Davido, who just lost his 3-year-old son, Ifeanyi.

A Nigerian lady, identified as Precious Kolawole, has taken to social media to show her exhilaration after seeing snow for the first time in her life.
The young lady, who recently relocated to Canada, couldn’t contain her excitement after witnessing snow fall from the sky for the first time and filmed a video to capture her reaction.
In the video she posted on her Twitter page, @precillieo is seen talking excitedly about the snow as she captured a view of buildings covered in snow.
“God, is this heaven? This is heaven on earth”, she said with so much joy in her voice.

Taking to his Facebook page, Atanda asserts that everything in Nigeria is shared, even girlfriends.

Zinny shared her experience on Facebook while reacting to a post about how men sleep with other women while planning their wedding to their main chick.
According to Zinny, she found out that a man who asked her to be his girlfriend got married to another woman a week later.
She said she was bamboozled when she saw his wedding pictures, and wondered why an intending groom would want to sleep with another woman days/weeks to his wedding.

Taking to microblogging platform, Twitter, the cinematographer stated that he needs a sugar mummy between the ages of 27 and 43.

The young woman, in an interview with Legit NG, said she and the actor got married in January 2017 at Delkab County after which a marriage certificate was issued to them.
She however claimed that the actor has abandoned the marriage, stopped taking her calls and blocked every form of communication with her. She also accused him of “keeping secret families in different parts of the world such as France and Africa.”
Describing the actor’s action as “unacceptable”, Taggett demanded for a divorce on grounds of abandonment so she can move on with her life.
She stated that the 46-year-old movie star must fulfil the legal requirements for a divorce proceeding in America with the attendant spouse benefits. Read here.
A popular Nigerian feminist, Ozzy Etomi, has opined that the practice of churches testing brides for pregnancy before they join them in holy matrimony with their partners is barbaric and pointless.
Ozzy, who shared her thoughts online after a Twitter user shared the predicament her friend is currently in after discovering she’s pregnant just weeks before her wedding, maintained that the practice is intrusive and sexist.
According to the Twitter user, the friend is considering having an abortion because her church will not agree to wed her and her man due to the pregnancy.
“My friend who’s supposed to get married next month, just found out she’s pregnant. She’s thinking of an abortion because if the church finds out, they won’t wed her. They are both confused (the groom is a youth leader in church).” The tweet read.
However, in Ozzy’s opinion, churches testing brides for pregnancy is not only barbaric but extremely foolish.

Nollywood actress, Annie Idibia recently rolled in the mud with some trolls after they left unpleasant remarks about her husband on her post.
The thespian, who is married to iconic music star, 2face Idibia, had taken to her Instagram page to share new photos of her husband and their second daughter, Olivia, with a caption that reads,

However, owing to the fact that 2face has multiple kids with other women, some followers marched to the comment section to poke holes at her caption.

According to the 38-year-old actress, she is unperturbed by people’s comments about their marriage because they are in love, and that is all that matters.

Popular gospel singer, Frank Edwards has slammed a Twitter troll who attacked him for posting about politics.
A Twitter user recently came for the music minister, who has been using his social media pages to implore Nigerians to cast their votes in the forthcoming elections.
Most recently, the “Unchangeable God” crooner, via his verified Twitter page, spoke about people who do not care about Nigeria and would blindly support anyone so long as money is involved.
Reacting to the tweet, a Twitter user lambasted the gospel singer and questioned whether politics was now a part of his calling.
Frank Edward, who didn’t seem to be having it, fired back at the troll.

Reality TV star, Whitemoney has said he would rather be successful in reality than appear successful on social media.
The 30-year-old singer, who won the sixth edition of Big Brother Naija show, stated this in a post shared on his official Twitter page on Wednesday, November 16.
According to Whitemoney, having large engagement, likes and comments on his social media posts doesn’t earn him money so he would rather not expend his energy on appealing to the public eye.
He added that he is unbothered by people’s likes and comment online, and would readily choose offline success over online noise everytime.

The reality TV star took to his Instagram page to share the news on Monday, October 31, with his fans and followers. He was conferred with the title “Ugwu Ndigbo” which means “The pride of Igbos”.

Taking to his Twitter page on Friday, November 11, the 26-year-old rapper explained that he stopped watching people’s stories because they always made him feel less of himself.
According to the ‘Back to uni’ crooner, everyone seemed to have a perfect life on social media and it made him feel inferior. In order to curb those feelings, he stopped viewing people’s IG and Snapchat stories completely.
