A video that captured a hilarious exchange between a man and his wife after she refused to have sex with him has been shared online.

Apparently, the wife had turned down her husband’s advance. This prompted him to bring out the long bride price list he had received from her family, all of which he had to fulfill before he married her.

In the viral video, the man, while holding the two-page traditional marriage list, jokingly told his wife that he had paid all his dues, so he owns her now, and she has to do his bidding.

“I did not owe anybody one dime in this list. Can you see the list? About seven departments collected money from my hand just to marry you and you are telling me you will not go six rounds. I am sorry for you. I settled all the departments in your village so it means I own you Nne. I can use you ten times a day”, he said.

In the background, the wife was laughing hysterically as she recorded her husband’s response to her refusal to engage in sexual activity and posted the video on her Tiktok page.

A woman identified as Farida Abubakar, has been arrested by the police in Kebbi State for allegedly killing her estranged husband, Attahiru Ibrahim Zagga.

It was gathered that the 30-year-old suspect allegedly stabbed her estranged husband to death at his residence in Alieru Quarters, Birnin Kebbi on Thursday night, August 25.

SP Nafiu Abubakar, who is the spokesperson of the command, released a statement on Friday, August 26, and it was revealed the deceased is a Magistrate judge with Kebbi State judiciary.

“At about 11:40pm on Thursday, Policemen attached to the Divisional Police Headquarters, Gwadangaji, received an information that, a suspected strange noise was heard from the house of the victim, Attahiru Ibrahim, and his gate was also locked.

On receipt of the information, a team of Policemen were swiftly mobilized to the scene and forced themselves into the house where they found the said Attahiru Ibrahim lying down in pool of his own bl@@d and was later confirmed de@d by a medical Doctor

Similarly, his estranged wife, Farida Abubakar, was also seen inside the compound. Hence, she was suspected and arrested in connection with the case,” the statement read.
