Identical triplet sisters who hail from Kenya have disclosed that they are dating the same man after falling in love with him.

Chatting in an interview on Monday April 11, the triplets identified as Cate, Eve and Mary revealed that bonding with their man was not difficult since they are very close and have been sharing stuff since their young age.

Kate shared that she was the one who spotted the said man first and gave the news to her sisters who eventually fell in love with him. The identical trio, who are also pursuing a career in gospel music, revealed they are hoping to marry the man in future.

“I saw him and told Mary about it before Eve also learnt about him and fell for him. We are planning to marry him and he is ready for it as well,” one of the sisters (Cate) said.

According to the sisters, he meets them personally on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday respectively before a joint dinner date on Friday.

Nigerian TV producer, JJC Skillz is being his wife, Funke Akindele‘s rock after his son from a different woman outed her online.

For a while, news have been making the rounds that the actress’s marriage is unstable — the reports also have it that JJC Skills went to the UK so as to give Funke space.

While speculations were being made, JJC’s son, Beni, via his official TikTok account, dropped a comment on a post talking about his stepmother, Funke.

According to Beni, he lived with her for 2 years and in that time, “the house was a horror site”.

He went on to add: “She’s not what you all think she is.”

A check at the account that left the comment shows that it is indeed Beni’s TikTok account.

Despite the controversial speculations surrounding himself and his wife, JJC took to his Instagram page to share a photo of him, Funke and their twin sons.

In his caption of the post, he stated that he will be coming home to Funke soon. He then told her not to let anyone spoil her vibes.

Daughter of Pastor Paul Enenche of Dunamis International Gospel Center, Deborah, has revealed that her dad had no knowledge of the alleged domestic violence singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, suffered in the hands of her husband who now is in police custody.

Late Osinachi was a member of Pastor Enenche’s church. In a post shared on her Facebook page, Enenche shared how her father has advocated against unhealthy marriage, adding that everything was done to ensure Osinachi was removed from her situation.

“My father has always been an advocate for removing oneself from a deeply unhealthy marriage. It is spread across the fabric of his ministry the clear fact that he has always ensured the weak are protected. It is not different in this situation.

Everything was done to ensure the departed was removed from her situation and in lieu of that, she was cared for as much as possible. Bear in mind that there was no knowledge of the physical abuse. If such had come to light, we wouldn’t be here.“

In her post, she assured that justice will be served and the husband will face the full extent of the law. She also vowed to ensure that the children and the family of the late singer get protected.

At a time where the country’s monthly minimum wage has been proven to not be sufficient enough to see-through the cost of living for a family of three people and the economic situation has left a myriad of people struggling to make ends meet each day, a Twitter user has strongly opined should an individual not have up to a particular amount as savings, such individual should probably be deemed irresponsible.

@viccetti on Twitter has had tongues wagging on social media after he took to the social networking space to state that if someone doesn’t have up to 100k in savings, such person is probably an irresponsible person.

He tweeted,

“If you don’t have at least a 100k savings then you are probably just irresponsible.”

His stance caused a frenzy on Twitter as while a couple of people partially agree with him, others find him unreasonable and insensitive, given the points earlier mentioned and more that affects people individually.

The national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, has reacted to the presidential declaration of his protégé, Yemi Osinbajo.

On Monday morning, April 11, the Vice President of Nigeria, Yemi Osinbajo, formally declared his intention to run for President in the forthcoming 2023 election on his official Twitter page.

“I am today, with utmost humility formally declaring my intention to run for the office of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on the platform of APC.” He wrote in part.

Speaking on the declaration of his political godson, Osinbajo, for the presidency, Tinubu, while speaking with journalists after his meeting with APC governors on Monday, said “I don’t have any son grown up enough to make such declaration”.

“My mission here is to seek collaboration, support and encouragement of my party, the APC, for my ambition to become the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as replacement for President Muhammadu Buhari after his tenure”, he added.

Family announces funeral arrangements for Doctor Chinelo Megafu, killed in the Abuja-Kaduna train attack

The family of young Nigerian doctor, Chinelo Megafu, who was killed in the Abuja-Kaduna train attack on March 28, have announced her burial arrangements.

The 29-year-old died from injuries she sustained during the terrorist attack on the Abuja-Kaduna train on Monday, March 28. She had tweeted during the attack, saying she had been shot and asked Nigerians to pray for her.

The family of late Chinelo have released an obituary detailing her funeral arrangements. She will be laid to rest in Lagos state on April 21 at the Ebony Private Cemetery, Ikoyi, after a funeral mass at Sheperdhill Baptist Church, Obanikoro.

The late Chinelo was said to have worked at St Gerald’s hospital in Kaduna, resigned in February, and was about to leave Nigeria when she met her death.

“Dr Chinelo was making an honest living, she was working she wanted more for herself and processed her papers to leave this hell-hole. She resigned last month to leave the country this Friday then this happened. Nigeria why???” Her friend tweeted.

An half-naked woman who stormed the pitch during the Aussie rugby league match over the weekend has been dumped by her boyfriend.

The daredevil lady identified as Javon Johanson ran into the pitch topless during the game between the Gold Coast Titans and the Parramatta Eels on Saturday, April 9 – an act she says was on her bucket list.

However, her moment of ecstasy was short-lived after she was crash-tackled by a security official while she was running wild on the pitch.

Speaking in an interview with Seven News, Johanson said,

“I got what I deserved. [The security guard] was doing his job. I used to play AFL and rugby and I have three brothers, so getting tackled was not a problem.

“I know exactly what I did. It’s been a bucket list thing and when your friends say, ‘I dare you to do it’, you don’t actually think you’re going to do it. It was such a surreal, out-of-body experience,” she added.

“It’s the adrenaline of the crowd. You just hear this big roar and I was like, ‘I need to take off my top now’. I was so close to doing my bra but I was like, ‘No … that’s a bit far’.”

She also revealed that her boyfriend wasn’t aware of her plans to storm the pitch topless and broke up with her after seeing the video.

She said he sent a message that reads, “You’re an idiot and a disgrace. Thank you for an absolute embarrassment. Don’t try contact me.”

A car advert for an American used Lexus took a different turn after it was put up for sale online.

A Twitter user, @hiddenfigure3, had taken to the micro-blogging platform to share photos of the Lexus SUV that was put up for sale for N29m.

“American used Lexus R350 for sale, atink that you can see it, like eleyi clean pa, don’t sleep on it guys. Going for 29 (negotiable) Kindly retweet please”, his tweet read.

Shortly after, another Twitter user responded to the advertisement, claiming that the automobile had been stolen and providing evidence.

The advert has now been taken down.

Popular clergyman, Paul Enenche, has said that although divorce is not allowed under any condition, he believes that it is better to be alive and unmarried than to die because of marriage.

In a throwback sermon that’s currently making the rounds online, Paul Enenche, who is said to be the pastor of late gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, stated this.

He noted that when a man discovers he’s no longer in love with his wife, instead of subjecting her to abuse or killing her, he should hand her back to her father.

In his words,

“My counsel to anybody. If you don’t love anybody’s daughter, instead of killing them, hand them back to their father. Divorce is not allowed under any condition but this is what I believe. It is better to be alive and there is no marriage than for you to die because of marriage. A killer marriage is a nonsense marriage. I am not talking of physical killing. Taking to her verified Instagram page to mourn the late singer, the mother of one advised women in abusive relationships to leave and not wait until something bad happens to them.

She told women who have refused to leave their toxic partners because they hope that their husbands will change and come to love them someday, that such hope dies when women die in such relationships.

A group of aggrieved housewives came out en masse to protest the little upkeep money they receive from their husbands and a list of other things.

The women took to the streets of Kampala, Uganda on Monday, April 11 to stage a peaceful protest, airing their grievances against their husbands.

They complained about the small amount of upkeep money that their husbands gave them, the lack of appreciation they felt, and some of them stated that they deserved trips to Dubai.

In photos from the protest, the women were seen carrying placards with different phrases to express their dissatisfaction. “Wives also deserves visits to Dubai, our husbands are no longer eating at home,” some of the placards read.

According to the Daily Monitor, the women have been arrested and detained at the Central Police Station in Kampala. The Uganda Police Force said the demonstration was illegal.

Popular Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh has made a funny remark about her son, King Andre, after he slapped her backside while they were checking into their hotel room.

The thespian who disclosed that she underwent butt and hip enlargement surgery to enhance her looks few years ago, took to her Instastory to share a video of she and her bubbly son going to their hotel room.

In the video, King who was walking behind her, is seen excitedly tapping her bum repeatedly before running away so she wouldn’t catch him.

Reacting, Tonto said her son wants to damage the bum she spent N5 million for plastic surgery on.

She wrote, “King wan burst out 5million Naira bum bum”.

The thespian disclosed that they had spend a month in the luxury hotel before she decided to leave for their home.

She shared a video of her son sulking because he didn’t want to leave the hotel on her social media page.

In the video, she is heard pacifying him as he was visibly upset and seemingly wanted to remain in the expensive hotel.

According to Tonto who was wearing matching Pajamas with her son, she wanted to book another night to please him but the room was already fully booked.

They eventually left the hotel as seen in the latter part of the video where they entered her Bentley.

Sharing the video, she captioned it, “Be like say I don spoil this boy ooo”.

Nollywood actor, Uba Michael also known as Ogbolor, has reacted to a video of a young lady staring longingly at controversial Nigerian singer, Portable.

In the video serving rounds online, the Zazu Zeh star who was in the company of some men and the lady, said he is interested in the lady and he prefers her to the other ladies he was “given” before.

One of the men objected to his request to take the lady along but when the lady who seemed to be in awe of the singer, was asked what she wanted, she gladly nodded at Portable’s request and followed him.

Reacting, Ogbolor took to his Instastories to express disgust at the lady’s reaction at the sight of the singer and averred that that is how prostitution starts.

He added that parents have a lot of work to do in raising their offspring right, especially their female children.

He wrote,

“I watched this in disgust as this little girl just looks star struck and agreed to follow portable. Why? Popularity? Na so olosho work start o.
What am I even saying?
Most of diz girls are already gone.
But yo!!! Omo!!! Parents, there is work o.”

Ms. Favour Made, the elder sister of late gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, has shed more light on the controversy surrounding her sister’s death.

News of the death of the “Ekweme” singer broke over the weekend, with different accounts of the cause of her death. According to some accounts, the singer died of throat cancer, but intimate friends of the deceased soon discredited the story, claiming that she died as a result of domestic violence by her husband.

In an exclusive interview with Vanguard, the deceased’s sister, Favour Made, said her sister died as a result of a cluster of blood in the chest from the kicking she allegedly got from her husband, Mr. Peter Nwachukwu.

She added that the singer refused to get out of the abusive marriage despite several pleas from her family because she felt that God was against divorce.

“She did not die of cancer. The husband, Mr Peter Nwachukwu hit her with his leg on the chest. All these while, he had been beating her but my sister hid all that she was passing through from us. Before now, we told her to come out of the marriage, we told her that they are not divorcing, that it’s just separation. But she felt that God is against divorce.

We told her that separation is not a sin but just for her to stay alive and take care of her children. She will always tell us to relax that the man will change. So, when the man kicked her on the chest, she fell down and he took her to the hospital but he did not even tell us. It was her friend who lives in Ebonyi state that called her twin sister, because Osinachi has a twin sister, to ask, ‘did your sister tell you that Peter hit her on the chest? the sister then told her no.

It was the hitting on the chest that killed her. My brother had to ask doctor what killed her and doctor said that there were clusters of blood on her chest. Unfortunately, they did not tell the doctor that she was kicked on the chest because; doctor could have known what to do if he had idea of what happened. Each time we talked to her, she will be pleading for peace and if we move to act, she will tell us no, that we should calm down”, Vanguard quoted Favour as saying.

Nigerian gospel singer, Mercy Chinwo has on her social media page, mourned the death of her colleague, Osinachi Nwachukwu who was confirmed dead a couple of days back.

After the news of the death of the gospel singer, news began making the rounds that she was subjected to domestic abuse by her husband. Her colleague, Gospel singer, Frank Edwards also stated that an ‘unreasonable human’ put an end to her life.

Taking to her IG page to mourn the demise of her colleague, Mercy Chinwo shared a photo of the deceased and captioned the photo “IT IS WELL” followed by dove and heartbreak emojis.

While some of her followers also mourned in the comment section, a particular follower revealed that she has always being praying for the singer not to experience domestic violence in her marriage albeit she’s currently suffering the fate in her own marriage.

The follower wrote,

Aunty Mercy I love you as I love this woman,before now I have always been praying for you and I keep saying to God I don’t want aunty Mercy to fall victim of bad marriage,I know what this woman pass through cos I’m going through the same thing right now but it is well, domestic violence.( always pray for ur love ones is a bad experience)

Surprised by the comment, Chinwo replied her asking what she’s still doing in the marriage. Read her response,
