Popular gospel singer, Sammie Okposo has taken down his Instagram and Twitter accounts following his infidelity scandal.
This is coming days after he took to social media to publicly apologize to his wife, Ozioma, for cheating on her with another woman.
However, the saga took a different twist when the woman he allegedly cheated with, came out to disclose that she is pregnant for the singer and intends to keep it eventhough he wanted her to get rid of the pregnancy.
Following her revelation, the singer put his Instagram account on private as he was receiving heavy backlash from netizens.
Well, a quick check on Twitter and Instagram shows that he has deleted both accounts and his handles are no longer accessible.
His Instagram account reads, “Sorry this page isn’t available, the link you followed may be broken or the page may have been removed. Go back to Instagram.”
His Twitter account also reads, “This account doesn’t exist, try searching for another.”

The lady identified as @NanaAK30 on the micro-blogging platform noted she feels joy when she sees her brother’s ex-wife flaunt her new husband.

The Ogun State Police Command has arrested a pastor, Timothy Oluwatimilehin, for having carnal knowledge of a married woman and her two daughters.
According to reports, Oluwatimilehin, the presiding pastor of the spirit-filled International Christian Church Olumore Abeokuta, allegedly lured the women away from their home, kept them in his house and repeatedly had sex with them.
A statement released by the spokesperson of the state police command, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, says the woman’s husband and an official of the Ministry of Women Affairs, lodged a complaint at Adatan police station.
“Upon the report, the DPO Adatan division, SP Abiodun Salau detailed his detectives to effect the arrest of the randy pastor.
On interrogation, the pastor, confessed to the commission of the crime but pleaded for forgiveness. In his confession, he explained that he took advantage of little misunderstanding between the woman and her husband to carry out the devilish act.” Oyeyemi wrote.
Meanwhile, the commissioner of police has asked the anti-human trafficking and child labor unit of the state criminal investigation and intelligence department to take over the investigation of the case in view of charging the pastor to court.
Kanye West is going to take his support for the homeless to new heights as with his upcoming Yeezy fashion show.
According to a TMZ report on Thursday, January 27, the Yeezy Mogul plans to enlist homeless people to model the clothing from his new collaboration with the Skid Row Fashion Week brand in an upcoming runway presentation.
The initiative would aim to provide jobs with the Skid Row company for homeless people in Los Angeles.
The company would also support the homeless population by donating proceeds from the fashion event, according to the report.

Nigerian lawyer, Inibehe Effiong, has taken to Facebook to educate Nigerians on the process involved in marriage dissolution.
Inibehe blamed the Nollywood movie industry for making people believe that they only need to sign “divorce papers” for their marriage to be dissolved.
According to him, every divorce must go through a trial process and an oral testimony must be provided by the aggrieved party before a judge can dissolve a marriage.
He stressed that signing divorce papers is not part of the process at all, as divorce cannot be granted if both parties consent to it.

“Dear Nigerians,
There is no place in law for spouses to just “sign divorce papers” and end their marriage, and walk away. It is a legal fiction popularized by Nollywood.
Every divorce case MUST go through trial process. Oral evidence must be given before a marriage is dissolved.
Divorce cannot be granted by consent of parties. This is based on public policy and the need to uphold the sanctity of marriage. However, ancillary reliefs like custody of children and settlement of properties can be settled out of court and resolved by consent of parties.
A client in one of the divorce cases in our firm pleaded with me this morning to make the other party to the petition to “sign the divorce papers” in order not to waste time. Nollywood is largely to blame for this idea of a husband and wife signing divorce papers to end marriage.
Although there are procedural and substantive steps that a counsel in a divorce case can take to accelerate the hearing and determination of a divorce petition, “signing of divorce papers” is not one of them. The timeline for determining divorce cases is based on several factors.
For example, if the petition is contested by the respondent, it will elongate the proceedings. The grounds of the petition is also determinative of the speed of the proceedings. Petitions founded on Adultery will likely take a longer time than one predicated on Living Apart.
I should stress that in every petition, the law requires the petitioner to specifically state that the petitioner and the respondent have not colluded or connived to bring the petition. An affidavit must accompany the petition to verify that the content of the petition is true.
Simply put, even where the parties (husband and wife) are no longer interested in the marriage and desire to go their separate ways, a petition MUST be filed in the High Court, and oral evidence must be adduced to prove the ground(s) of the petition before dissolution.
No judge in Nigeria will make an Order Nisi dissolving a statutory marriage without listening to oral testimony. There have been cases where both spouses wanted divorce but the court refused to dissolve the marriage because there was no sufficient evidence to support the petition.
I have said enough, I hope this clarification is useful and will guide people properly.”

Talent manager, Ubi Franklin, has faced heavy backlash on social media over his comment on gospel singer, Sammie Okposo’s cheating scandal.
It was earlier reported that the music executive took to his Insta-story to react to the infidelity controversy involving prominent Nigerian gospel musician, Sammie Okposo.
Sammie Okposo has been in the news after he admitted to cheating on his wife, Ozioma, with a woman he met in the US during a music tour last November.

Human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore, has taken to social media to call for the release of Kayanmata seller, Hauwa Muhammed popularly known as Jaruma.
News broke out recently that Jaruma was arrested over a post she made about billionaire businessman, Ned Nwoko, on her social media.
It was gathered that Nwoko wrote a petition against the aphrodisiac seller accusing her of publishing false stories about him and his wife, Regina Daniels.
Following her arrest, she was arraigned before Abuja Upper Area Court on charges bordering on defamation of character, false news publication and intimidation.
She has however been remanded in the Suleja correctional center pending the bail hearing slated for Friday, January 28. The judge also adjourned the case till February 23, 2021, for trial.
Reacting to the saga, Sowore took to his Instagram page to slam Nwoko for allegedly causing damage to innocent citizens in his community with the aid of the police.
He also claimed Jaruma is his latest victim and demanded that she be released from police custody.

Three young men have been apprehended in a hotel in Aladinma, Imo state, after a live snake was discovered in one of their luggage.
The boys, said to be aged 14, 16, and 17, were nabbed around 10:00 am on Wednesday, January 26, 2022.
They arrived at the hotel in Aladinma with a box that was secured with a padlock but when the box was opened, a live snake was seen in it.
The boys were immediately arrested and eyewitnesses claim they confessed that they had been to Adagwa in Rivers state where a native doctor made some marks on their bodies and filled the box with US Dollars before they continued on their journey.
However, when they got to Imo state and the box was opened for a search at the hotel, they were stunned to find the foreign currency had been replaced by a live snake.
The boys were taken to the Aladinma police station where their presence attracted a large crowd on Wednesday morning, January 26.
A Nigerian man has taken to Twitter to air his view on why top Nigerian rapper, Olamide is not being internationally recognized like his colleagues who started around the same time as him.
The gentleman with the Twitter handle @Hardmike01 is of the opinion that Olamide is yet to gain legendary status because he still sings street-level songs.

Olamide jumped on Portable’s infamous Zazu Zeh track after professional dancer, Poco Lee played it for him a while back — though the song became controversial following its release, it however is the biggest song for up and coming artiste, Portable till date.
Popular Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, recently took to social media to reflect on her journey as a single mother.
In a lengthy Instagram post, the single mother of two noted that at the beginning of her journey as a single mum, she was afraid, confused, and anxious about what the future held.
According to her, becoming a single mum made her feel like a failure and a loser. However, looking back and seeing how far they have come, she expressed gratitude to God for helping her to pull through.
Sharing a throwback photo of herself and her children, Festus and Priscilla, alongside a recent photo of them all grown up, she wrote,
“This year i began my journey as a single mum with no direction…i was afraid, sometimes depressed, confused, i always had alot of anxiety. I felt like a failure, a loser, i felt i wasn’t good enough, i felt little, i didn’t really know how to fit in or even start, …… how was i even going to pull through,?
“I never thought of me making it in life, i just wanted my kids to be fine, that was my ultimate goal….All i knew to do was to love my kids immensely and give them all of me & that inspired me to keep moving.. Today i look back & all i want to say is thank you Lord. It’s never to late to start all over again…… it will be tough but you will be fine “.
Arrested Nigerian fraudster, Ramon Abass, popularly known as Hushpuppi will be sentenced on Valentine’s day.
According to BBC Pidgin, the news was confirmed by United States Attorney’s Office at the Central District of California and the court’s Director of Media Relations, Thom Mrozek.
A plea agreement document signed by Hushpuppi; his lawyer, Loius Shapiro; Acting United States Attorney, Tracy Wilkison, amongst others, revealed that he pleaded guilty to internet scam and money laundering, among others.
Hushpuppi, who was arrested in 2020, risks getting a 20 years jail sentence; a 3-year period of supervised release; a fine of $500,000 or twice the gross gain or gross loss resulting from the offence.
