The couple were out with friends in London on Thursday, December 1, when the real estate mogul went down on one knee and asked her to marry him again.

In the video shared on their respective Instagram pages, Mrs Ichechi was chatting with friends when she turned back and saw her husband kneeling with a ring box in his hands.

Without much ado, she said a big “YES” and exchanged the ring on her finger with the new diamond rings, to the cheers and applauds of their friends.

Sharing the video, Mrs Ichehi wrote,

Recounting how he came up with her name “Iyioluwadamilola”, the singer said he thought really hard for a name because he wanted something that resonates with everything he wishes for his generation.

A young man has reportedly insisted that his girlfriend terminate her pregnancy because he wants their baby to share their birth month.

The girlfriend made this known while opening up to popular Instagram content creator and actress, Mariam Bakre, better known as Mory Coco.

The mother of one had taken to her Instagram stories to ask that her followers share their secrets or whatever is bothering them with her.

The lady who’s pregnant for her lover then seized the opportunity to tell Mory Coco about how her lover wants her to abort the pregnancy because he wants his baby to share his birth month, and since this baby wouldn’t arrive at his desired time, he insisted that she terminate it.

“My bf wants an abortion because he wants our baby sharing his birth month. I feel so bad rn”, she wrote.

A Nigerian man from Delta state, John Erere Nana, is set to tie the knot with his two pregnant lovers on the same day.

The wedding is scheduled to hold on Saturday, December 4th at Oviri Agbarho, Ughelli Local Government Area of Delta State.

According to the invite, the groom is from Orhokpokpo, and will be getting married to Patience and Elohor, both from Udu Local Government Area of Delta.

Students of the Lagos State University (LASU) have expressed readiness to join Lagos state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, in his Peace Walk initiative.

Recall that the governor initiated the walk as part of efforts to ensure harmony in the state following the October 20, 2020, Lekki Toll Gate shooting incident.

However, the proposed walk was rejected by notable media personalities such as singer, Falz; comedian, Mr Macaroni; and activist, Rinu.

In a new update, LASU students have pledged to join the Governor on the walk, when he visited their school to commission the newly built students arcade, said to be the largest Student Union Building in any Nigerian tertiary institution.

The SUG President, Comrade Oladipupo Uthman Badmus and Speaker of the Students Union Representatives, Rt. Hon. Mustapha Adejuwon, who led hundreds of students to welcome the governor, praised the governor and described him as a Youth-Centric Governor.

The student union president also announced that all students of the school have resolved to walk with the Governor for the peace and prosperity of the State.

During his visit, Governor Sanwo-Olu donated two big buses to the Students Union as well as other gadgets and equipment for students’ use.

Music executive, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has taken delivery of his 2021 Rolls-Royce Cullinan, said to worth N240 million.

The singer splashed millions of naira on the exotic whip in May and recently asked his friends to send him N1 million each to clear his Rolls-Royce. He, however, ended up donating over 200 million naira raised to charity.

Well, Davido has now taken delivery of the luxury whip and he took to her social media page to share the photos. Taking to his Instagram stories, Davido shared the interior of the car and show his location as Lagos, Nigeria.

The singer’s lawyer, Bobo Ajudua, also shared photos of the luxury automobile in Davido’s garage.

Taking to his Instagram page to address the controversial topic, Reno said it’s either such pastors don’t pay tithe or they don’t believe in their teaching.

He added that divine protection comes by faith, not tithe. Speaking further, Reno asserted that pastors are not supposed to collect tithe because God only instructed Levites to collect tithes.

A Nigerian man has taken to social media to lament the dirty condition of a hotel room he paid ten thousand naira (N10,000) for a night.

He shared a video showing the unhealthy condition of the hotel, which he claimed is located in Lagos state. The video, which has now gone viral, showed dirt and condom packs littered under the bed. 

Reacting to the video, netizens shared similar experiences they had in hotels where they paid 10k for a night.

The management of Dowen College in Lagos state has released a statement addressing claims of a 12-year-old student killed over his refusal to join a cult.

This comes after a Twitter user alleged that the deceased died from injuries sustained after he was allegedly beaten by his fellow students in the school.

The Twitter user, who claimed to be a cousin of the deceased, had taken to the platform to call out the school and demand justice for the death of his cousin.

He claimed that after the boy was beaten to a pulp by the cult boys who he identified before he died, the school called his dad, alleging that he got injured while playing football.

However, on getting to the hospital, doctors confirmed that he had been severely beaten, causing internal damage. Read here.

In a new development, the school has now released a statement countering claims that he was bullied and beaten by his colleagues.

The school maintained that the boy was injured while playing football, and was subsequently given first aid treatment by a registered nurse in the school.

According to the statement, they contacted his mum to come pick him up for further medical treatment, but after an initial delay, he was taken for an x-ray which allegedly showed that he didn’t suffer any internal injuries.

Speaking further, the school maintained that it is a faith-based college and vehemently condemns cultism and other social vices.

Netizens have taken to social media to drag Nigerian singer-songwriter, Zlatan Ibile to filth over a comment he made to street hawkers who approached him begging for money.

The singer was recorded in his car, in traffic, giving handouts to local beggars and road hawkers who came to meet him to beg for money. The rapper then began disbursing some Naira notes one at a time, but at some point, he stopped and asked that they go and hustle.

After the video was shared online, a couple of netizens were quite furious with his action and as such, bashed him for asking the hawkers to hustle while they are already hustling in the streets.

The young man with Twitter handle @lollypeezle, noted that only women can forgive their cheating partners and still accept his marriage proposals.

According to him, women find it easier to forgive and let go of their hurts, adding that the forgiving spirit of women should be studied.

In other news, the Big Brother Naija 2019 contestant, Tuoyo Ideh has taken to his social media page to reveal the lie he told during his time on the reality show.

Tuoyo had made fans believe he was a ‘part-time stripper’ and he lived up to the profession with his ‘stripper’ styled Friday night part performances.

However, the reality star has now come out to say he’s been living a lie.

His post on Instagram reads;

“For over a year now I’ve been living a lie. Some people have advised me to go on with it but I fear for my mental health and my future so I’ve chosen to come out.

Big brother was my biggest shot at fame and nothing in the world could have stopped me from grabbing it with both hands but somehow I felt like I wasn’t enough and I needed to do more and BE more in order to stay relevant and to get some extra clout. I was desperate, the magnitude of the competition i was going for even made me more desperate so I attached a tag to myself – “I’m a Part-time Stripper” I said to the whole world.

I got the hype I wanted but it was unsustainable, I couldn’t live up to it because actually that’s not who I am but because I have the body I tried to force it, to push if I could keep living the lie to make it become truth but the more I did, the more I regretted. I wasn’t deriving any pleasure and in fact I felt like I was making a fool of myself so I had to stop.”

Media personality, Laura Ikeji-Kanu has frowned on the unwholesome practice of some in-laws who would always want to take over a dead man’s property and leave nothing for his Widow and kids.

Laura asked such in-laws to stop fighting for what they did not work for and also advised husbands to always tell their wives everything concerning their business and properties.

Her Insta-story post reads ;

God forbid in the absence of the husband, the next in line of the property is the wife and the children, not the in-laws. In-laws Stop harrassing the wives. Stop fighting for property that you didn’t work for.

N husbands, tell your wives almost every thing. stop hiding certain information, let her have certain documents, make her Vice President of your company if you can, even if she doesn’t want to work. Get a will! These wives need to be protected.

Nobody is praying for anything bad but I’m tired of hearing in-laws taking things they didn’t work for.

Doctor fined for amputating wrong leg of patient

A Doctor in Austria has been fined after amputating the wrong leg of a patient.


The elderly patient’s right leg was removed instead of his left by a female surgeon, with the mistake only discovered two days later in a tragic event that happened in May 2021..

On Wednesday, December 1, the 43-year-old guilty of gross negligence and fined her €2,700 (£2,296).

The widow of the patient, who died before the case came to court, was also awarded €5,000 in damages by the court.

In court, the surgeon said there had been a flaw in the chain of command in the operating theatre.

When asked why she had marked the right leg and not the left, she said: “I just don’t know”.

Entrepreneur and Pastor Laurie Idahosa has motioned that a person telling their partner where they are and who they’re with is not a sign of being controlled but of showing respect.

She took to her IG page recently to share a text image and in her caption, she says if one is fighting the idea of being accountable then such person has to re-examine why they’re with their partner.

The image text reads,

Telling your partner where you are, who you are with, what time are you coming home is not being controlled, it’s showing RESPECT.

She captioned the text image,

Pay attention to the person / people that you naturally want to update regularly. They are your person / people.

If you’re in a relationship and you are fighting with the idea of being accountable, you probably need to re-examine why you are still with that person.

Moment Wizkid tried to lift up Tems while performing on stage (WATCH)

The rather precarious moment Nigerian singer, Wizkid tried to lift songstress, Tems while the both of them were performing on stage at the 02 Arena in London, was captured on camera with a number of netizens hysterical about the singer’s motive.

Wizkid concluded his ‘Made In Lagos’ tour in the O2 Arena, London on December 1st, 2021 and whilst performing his hit track off the album, ‘Essence’, with featured artist, Tems, they got quite close to each other which was to the delight of the crowd that cheered them on.

In the heat of the moment, the singer grabbed the songstress by her backside and attempted to lift her up and this made the crowd go wild.

Tems however, did not let Wizkid carry out his lifting intention as she subtly brought down his hands and disengaged from him.

Upon seeing the video, netizens have reacted on social media with some of them saying the songstress seemed uncomfortable with the singer’s action.

One user wrote, Very unnecessary, she was obviously uncomfortable with it
