Big Brother Naija star, Uriel Oputa has shared tips to help ladies know if a man is not for them, in a recent Instagram post.
The reality star who took to her Insta-stories to pen a message to herself noted that she deserves better.
According to her, when a man is ashamed to hold his woman in public, doesn’t call regularly, then he’s not committed to the relationship and probably has someone else.
“If he is ashamed to hold you in public, he’s not for you. If he doesn’t call you throughout the day… he’s defo calling someone else.” She wrote.
She however noted that the post is a message to herself.

The former Big Brother Naija housemate called such men “complete ignoramus” and asked them to take a back seat and give their wives time to “work through this sensitive period”.

An official of the National Emergency Management Agency, Mr Ibrahim, has stated that voices have been heard from under the rubbles of the 21-storey building that collapsed in Ikoyi, Lagos state on Monday, November 1.
Ibrahim in an interview with Arise TV on Tuesday morning, November 2 noted that efforts are being made to rescue the people whose voices have been heard underground.
“Yesterday night we were able to recover another body. We now have five alive, four dead. We had a little break of about one to two hours. By the time we woke up, we were hearing voices underground and that is what we are now trying to do. The heavy weight on top, we want to bring them down to get to them. We have isolated their locations already and we are trying to get to them”. He said.

In other news, a video of a man being rescued alive from the ruins of the Ikoyi 21-storey building collapse at around 12am Tuesday morning, November 2, has been shared online.
The man who is one of the few survivors was identified as Mayowa Sunday. So far, about five adult male bodies have been recovered from the scene while the number of rescued persons has risen to four. Watch video here.
Popular Influencer, Abike Papaya has reacted after she was called out for claiming someone else’s multi million naira luxury mansion as hers.
The social media influencer had shared a video clip of the house on her official Instagram page and congratulated herself on her latest acquisition. Her fans and followers also sent in congratulatory messages and praised her hardwork.
However, things took a dramatic turn when one IkemeAmara came out to tell the influencer to take down the “photo of her brother’s house” from her page.
She wrote, “papaya_ex this might look unnecessary but please take down my brothers house from your page it’s not a look alike house. Cos Wetin make you block and delete my comment? Na really Wetin pass us we wan Dey post now won’t still deny the fact that I like you but anybody wey do anyhow Na anyhow e Dey see o you go soon buy your own house you’re hardworking but please delete the one you posted It’s not yours!! Abike has now disclosed that the post was just for fun and the property is not hers. She has also deleted the video from her Instagram page and said she was shocked that people believed she could afford a property worth N120 million.
“But you guys really believed in me and that’s awesome. Infact the believe strong ahhh 120m laise 120k.
Anyway it’s possible o, I believe soonest, cause the way unna take believe shock me”, she wrote.
Nigerian human rights activist, Deji Adeyanju has reacted to the alleged arrest of billionaire businessman, Obi Cubana by EFCC.
It was earlier reported that the club owner has been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for alleged money laundering and tax fraud.
Deji Adeyanju who in July 2021 condemned the businessman for the grand funeral ceremony he held for his late mum, took to his Twitter handle to react. According to him, he had warned Obi Cubana to be careful but people mistook his warnings for jealousy.
“When I told Obi Cubana to be careful, some people said I was jealous of him. It’s still much better to be arrested by EFCC than FBI. He should be celebrating that it’s EFCC. Calm down Obi. It’s not serious for now but it could get worse”. He tweeted.
Recall that after Obi Iyiegbu, the chairman of Cubana Group held a Mega Burial ceremony for his mother at his hometown, Oba, Anambra State, months ago, the activist warned that Obi Cubana didn’t need to draw so much attention to himself

Following the report that popular club owner and Entrepreneur, Obinna Iyiegbu, otherwise known as Obi Cubana, has been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for alleged money laundering, Nigerian singer, Davido has reacted to the development.
It was earlier reported that Anambra-born club owner, who arrived the headquarters of the EFCC at Jabi, Abuja, at about noon on Monday, is currently being interrogated by operatives of the commission.
According to reports, his case borders on alleged money laundering and tax fraud.

A Nigerian lecturer who teaches at the Taraba State University, TSU, Francis Collins Somorija and his former student, Mercy Momboya are set to tie the nuptial knots on the 6th of November, 2021 in Yakoko, Zing Local Govt Area, Taraba.
The bride-to-be, with much excitement, took to her Facebook page to share their love story — according to her, when her former lecturer approached her and made an advance at her, she said she thought he was trying to take advantage of her, but his determination is what led them to where they are today.

The company that began the construction of the Gerrard terrace building which collapsed in Ikoyi, Lagos, Prowess Engineering Limited, withdrew from the project in February of 2020.
A letter which was written by Prowess Engineering Limited to Fourscore Heights Limited shows that the engineering company withdrew from the Gerrard Terraces project in February 2020, on grounds that they no longer shared the same vision as regards the project with its client.
Prowess Engineering Limited revealed that it can guarantee the integrity of the first two building it constructed for Fourscore Heights Limited, but it couldn’t guarantee the integrity of the third building from anything above the fourth floor.
The third building is what ended up collapsing on Monday, November 1.

A Nigerian man on Twitter user has taken to the microblogging platform to educate married men who are having extra-marital affairs because they feel the other woman is better than their wife.
The man known simply as Andy stated in a tweet that men think their side chics are better than the person they are married to, whereas they only have this notion because they are not living under the same roof with said side chic.
According to Andy, their whole orientation would change if the mistress were to be living with the men like their wives do.

“We can guarantee the integrity of the first two buildings and also work done up to the fourth floor of the third building supervised by us provided specifications have been met in terms of the required concrete strength. This we do not have control over as we do not have the concrete cube test results of each stage of the building till date. Also, note that we are not taking responsibility for any other construction errors that may have occurred overtime on the project.
“Furthermore, we request that our company’s name and logo be removed from the project board and also kindly notify all necessary approving authorities of our withdrawal from the project.
“We regret this decision and the lost opportunity to do business together. We look forward to future cooperation in other projects.”

Prominent developer, Femi Osibona is the brain behind the collapsed 21-storey building which collapsed on Gerrard Road, Ikoyi area of Lagos, Southwest Nigeria on Monday.
The building under construction collapsed on Monday afternoon with many trapped and some dead.

Osibona is the developer of the massive project dubbed: 360 Degrees Towers on 44 BCD Gerrard Road, Ikoyi. The project represents three fine pieces of high-rise and real estate, being built in the area.
Two of the projects are still standing tall while the third one collapsed on Monday.
Osibona is the Managing Director of Fourscore Homes. He told Thisday in an interview in 2019 that Fourscore Homes is a member of the NHBRC (National Home Builders Registration Council) in South Africa and Zurich Building Guarantee in Europe, as part of the company’s presence overseas.

His company specialises in the building of choice properties in different parts of the world.
Osibona said. “We have exhibited our expertise in property development in the United Kingdom, South Africa, the United States of America and Nigeria. Fourscore Homes possesses uncommon capabilities in redefining property development in any market we choose to play in.”
On the first floor of the building is a suspended platform that serves as a recreational area where residents can unwind and hold a small party, if they wish. Also, there is a five-star lobby where residents can host friends and family members, without compromising their privacy.
The towers have various house types: Maisonettes of about 420sqms each on three floors; penthouses on two floors; and 4-bedroom flats on one floor, with each flat as large as 400sqms – almost twice the size of most flats in other developments in Ikoyi. The penthouses are about 600sqms to 800sqms.
Osibona’s company began its foray into real estate in the United Kingdom before branching out to South Africa and later Nigeria. In 2009, when Brig-General Buba Marwa (rtd) was the Nigerian High Commissioner in South Africa, Fourscore Homes built six luxury units called Fourscore Mansions in Waterkloof, a very expensive neighbourhood in Pretoria.
Osibona was also the first African developer to develop a seven-storey building in the United Kingdom. The property called Fourscore Mansion is located at 113, Albion Drive London Fields, E8, 4LZ, East London. Not only that, he was the first black developer of African origin to build other projects in the UK. The company’s real estate business started in Hackney, London in 1997.

Bobrisky’s former PA, OyeKyme, has decided to squash the beef she had with her former boss after she went through a near-death experience.
Recall that Bobrisky and Oye fell out and it was a messy scandal at the time.

A 21-storey building collapsed on Monday afternoon, in the Ikoyi area of Lagos State.
The building, which is under construction is located at off Alexander way, Gerrard Road, Ikoyi, Lagos State.
According to the driver, the man trapped in the building was scheduled to leave for America very soon and he was assigned to take him to the airport.
At the time of writing this reports, efforts are stil being made to rescue the trapped persons although there are scary suggestions that some might be dead.
