Nollywood actor and philanthropist, Williams Uchemba decided to let his wife, Brunella Oscar give him a free hair cut and the outcome is appealing to his fans.
The actor first took to his page to let his followers know that his wife was about to cut his hair and so they should pray that the outcome is presentable, as the person he’s entrusted the barbing of his hair to has never held a clipper before.
He wrote,
Prayers up my wife is cutting my hair. At this point I am in Gods hands.
Note: she has never held a clipper before. Who wants to see the finished work?
He then shared a video to show the whole process of him getting an hair cut from his wife. In the video, he reveals that he had to opt out for the option of his wife because he had in recent times been too busy and also, the professional barbers around him will charge a high amount of money only for them to do damage to his hairline.
He however seemed to have gotten a nice haircut and his followers affirmed it, saying his wife did a good job for someone who’s an amateur.
Big Brother Naija star and food blogger, Uriel Oputa has reacted after a follower told her she is due to own a Hermes bag.
The follower had stated this after the reality show star shared a video of herself rocking an orange Zara handbag on her official Instagram page.

Reacting to this, Uriel re-shared the comment on her IG page and said she would never be pressured into living a life she can not conveniently afford.

Social media giant, Facebook has officially changed its name to “Meta”.
Founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg announced the name change in a statement issued on Thursday, October 28.
According to Mark, the change of name will reflect the company’s efforts on rebranding its future operations.
“To reflect who we are and the future we hope to build, I’m proud to share that our company is now Meta,” Zuckerberg said.
He continued: “Our mission remains the same — it’s still about bringing people together. Our apps and their brands aren’t changing either. We’re still the company that designs technology around people.
“But all of our products, including our apps, now share a new vision: to help bring the metaverse to life. And now we have a name that reflects the breadth of what we do.
“From now on, we will be metaverse-first, not Facebook-first. That means that over time you won’t need a Facebook account to use our other services. As our new brand starts showing up in our products, I hope people around the world come to know the Meta brand and the future we stand for.”
Facebook’s rebrand comes as the social media giant continue to work towards building its futuristic “metaverse“, a virtual-reality space in which users interact with a computer-generated environment and other users.
In his statement, Zuckerberg added,
“When I started Facebook, we mostly typed text on websites. When we got phones with cameras, the internet became more visual and mobile.
“As connections got faster, the video became a richer way to share experiences. We’ve gone from desktop to web to mobile; from text to photos to video. But this isn’t the end of the line.
“The next platform will be even more immersive — an embodied internet where you’re in the experience, not just looking at it. We call this the metaverse, and it will touch every product we build.”
Defining the features of the virtual reality space, Zuckerberg stated that users will be able to connect with friends and family, work, learn, play, shop, and create in a manner distinct from how people think about computers presently.
“In this future, you will be able to teleport instantly as a hologram to be at the office without a commute, at a concert with friends, or in your parents’ living room to catch up” he said.

The Director-General of the World Trade Organisation, Ngozi Okonji-Iweala, has taken to social media to celebrate her son, Dr. Uchechi Iweala, for breaking a medical record in Maryland, US.
She announced that her son is one of the first spinal surgeons in Maryland to perform a successful navigated lumbar spinal fusion using a robot.
The celebrated economist also stated that she is proud to be his mum.

According to the Center for Advanced Orthopeadics, Dr. Iweala is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in spine surgery.
The doctor bagged his Bachelor’s and Masters Degrees from Harvard and completed his residency training in orthopaedic surgery at George Washington University. Furthermore, Dr. Iweala completed a fellowship in spine surgery at New York University.
He majors in Robotic Spine Surgery, Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery, Cervical and Lumbar Disc Replacement, Spinal Fusion/Arthrodesis, Nerve Releases, etc.

Bobrisky’s former Ivorian PA, Oye Kyme is reportedly currently battling for her life after she tested positive to COVID-19.
The internet celebrity revealed she tested positive to the novel Coronavirus and would be going off social media in a post she shared on her Instagram page 6 days ago.
“Good afternoon guys. Unfortunately I’ve tested positive for the coronavirus. Yesterday after taking the vaccine I fell severely ill and the following morning I was rushed to hospital where they broke the news that I was infected with the virus. I’m completely heartbroken and my whole family and I are shocked and disgusted.
It’s essential for me to take care of myself and rid myself from the virus so, I’m coming off social media for a while. I don’t know how long but I need to be away for my health. Thank you all.” The post read.

Nigerian singer, Danny Young has shared screenshots of his conversation with an old schoolmate who felt entitled to his money.
His old schoolmate had sent a message requesting for financial assistance from the singer because his pregnant wife was allegedly admitted in a hospital.
Danny Young didn’t acknowledge the message because he couldn’t remember the young man. This infuriated him and he sent a follow-up message in which he lambasted the singer for ignoring him.
