Pregnant woman in labour dies after falling off delivery bed (video)

A Pregnant woman in labour has died after she reportedly fell off a delivery bed in a general hospital in Delta state.

It was gathered that the lady identified as Ann Nwabunor, who was pregnant with her first child went into labour and was rushed to the hospital late in the night.

The nurses on duty allegedly slept off after a family member who was with the woman went home to pick some items. Ann’s relatives returned to the hospital only to find her on the floor while the nurses were sleeping.

A video which showed the woman lying lifeless is serving rounds on social media and sparked outrage.

An Instagram user @_heisvictor wrote, “Health worker in Nigeria need to act better please…the rate of negligence and I don’t care attitude is alarming”.

A Ghanaian husband went resorted to violence and decided to attack a man with a cutlass for allegedly sleeping with his spouse.

Reports surrounding the video that’s been circulating the internet, have it that the incident happened in Adum, a suburb of Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.

In the video that’s stirred a number of reactions online, the angry man who donned a red traditional robe is seen attacking the yet to be identified man in a V8 car.

It was reported that if not for the intervention of the police, the man who was about to be attacked was only inches away from meeting his maker.

The police subsequently subdued the man, handcuffed and took him away.

“I will prove my innocence” – Singer, R. Kelly reacts after he was found guilty in s*x trafficking trial

American singer, Robert Sylvester Kelly, otherwise known as R. Kelly, has reacted after he was convicted in sex trafficking trial.

The singer was found guilty of using his celebrity status to run a scheme to sexually abuse women and children for over two decades.

Eleven accusers; nine women and two men, took the stand over the six-week trial to describe sexual humiliation and violence at his hands.

After two days of deliberation, the jury found Kelly guilty on all the charges he was facing. R. Kelly is set to be sentenced at 10 a.m. on May 4th and may be sentenced to life imprisonment.

While he awaits sentencing the singer in a Facebook post however insisted that he’s innocent and would prove his innocence.

“To all my fans and supporters I love you all and thank you for all the support. Today’s verdict was disappointing and I will continue to prove my innocence and fight for my freedom. #notguilty.” He wrote.

Recently evicted Big Brother Naija housemate, Nini has stated that she never knew Saga liked her more than mere friendship.

Nini who spoke about her relationship with Saga in an interview with the show host, Ebuka following her eviction from the house stated that all through she thought Saga just liked her as a friend, nothing more.

“Honestly, I didn’t know Saga liked me more than friendship, I want to go back and continue with my boyfriend.” She said.

During their stay in the Big Brother house there was a perceived ‘chemistry’ between Nini and saga. They enjoyed each other’s company and would usually do everything together.

Saga developed deep feelings for Nini and never missed any opportunity to let the Nigerian-Indian beauty know exactly what he felt, although she turned him down severally and insisted that she had a serious relationship outside the house.

Media personality, Yomi a.k.a YomYom, is of the opinion that spending N1 million on a mobile phone in Nigeria is ridiculous.

In what seems like a reaction to the newly released iPhone 13 which is currently selling for N900k-N1.1 million, Yomi opined that the price is absurd.

According to him, there is no justification for spending so much on a phone, regardless of the features and specification.

He tweeted,

“Under no circumstances is “N1 million” for a phone in Nigeria not ridiculous.
I don’t care what the features are.”

Yomi’s tweet has generated mixed reactions on social media. Some netizens agreed with his stance while others argued that the phone is not targeted at the masses, but elites.

Big Brother Naija ‘shine ya eye’ housemate, Whitemoney has stated that he’s happy that Angel and Pere are back to the house competing for the 90million grand prize.

Recall that the duo who were fake evicted on Sunday finally made it to the grand finale after successfully completing the task given to them.

They were placed in a white house where they were given the chance to play a game that will either see them make it to the finale of the reality TV show or be evicted from the show.

Well, they successfully completed the task and made it back into the house. Whitemoney during his diary session told Big Brother he’s happy that they are back.

”I was so happy to see them like I was surprised when they showed up. The house was already scanty and a bit boring so their return was highly appreciated,” he said.

“To think that I didn’t know that I will come this far and then I did for me It’s a great privilege. Also, I don’t feel threatened in any way because I’m sure God has written who the winner of this show will be. So everything will happen according to God’s plan,” he added.

Meanwhile, Angel thinks that the 29-year-old businessman is not happy she and Pere are back in the game.

She excused Pere from the rest of the housemates Emmanuel, Liquorose and others and took him to a room to tell him of her perception.

The professional dancer made this revelation on Tuesday morning when Pere asked if she ever saw herself being one of the finalists.

In pidging Pere asked, “If they tell you say you go enter final you go believe?”

In response Liquorose revealed that Whitemoney had told her that she would make it to the final week since their second week in the house.

Billionaire businessman, Mompha has released an official statement addressing alleged gay relationship between him and controversial crossdresser, Bobrisky.

In a statement released by Mompha’s solicitors and titled, RE:RUMOURS OF MOMPHA AND BOBRISKY IN A SECRET AFFAIR SETTING THE RECORD STRAIGHT, the general public is warned to desist from referring to him as gay or using his name to chase clout.

The statement asserted that there’s no personal relationship between Mompha and the transvestite asides from being friends on social media.

Sharing screenshots of the statement on his official Instagram page, Mompha wrote,

With Angel and Pere’s return to the house last night, there are 6 housemates competing for the 90 million grand prize. However, Cross stated that the housemates have chosen the 29-year-old businessman as the winner of the show.

The reality star made this disclosure while replying a fan who asked if she had cosmetic surgery done.

Tacha had taken to social media to share recent photos of herself, however fans noted that in the recent photos Tacha curves were more visible.
