In the early hours of Tuesday, August 10th the new Head of House, Pere told his deputy, Maria that he would do all he can to keep whitemoney out of the kitchen.
According to him, allowing only whitemoney take over the kitchen is illogical and would build a ‘you all would need me’ mentality which is bad for the game.
Reacting to this Whitemoney’s Instagram handler in a post shared on his official page fired back at the new Head of House.

Evicted BBNaija: Shine Ya Eye housemate, Niyi has revealed three housemates that will likely win the reality TV show.
The 33-year-old TikToker, who was evicted from the show during the live eviction show on Sunday, August 8, alongside Yerins and Beatrice, made his prediction in an interview with the show host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, on Monday.
According to the Oyo state-born ex-housemate, Saskay, Saga and White Money, have a strong chance of winning the prize money of N90 million because they are strong contenders.
However, he pointed out that Saga’s chances of winning the show has reduced following the arrival of the new housemates.

Popular Nigerian Music executive, Soso Soberekon landed in the hospital after he reportedly consumed a fake drink at a nightclub.
Taking to his Instagram stories the producer shared a video of himself popping bottles at a night club followed by a post which showed him in the hospital.
Speaking on the incident Soberekon hinted that he landed in the hospital as a result of a fake drink he had at the night club. According to him, fake alcohol drink is like a poison.

She also pointed out that the phrase has made a lot of women suffer in their marriages because their husbands are displaying toxic characters, but won’t change because “men would always be men”.

Nigerian clergywoman, Pastor Mildred Kingsley-Okonkwo, has stated that practicing feminism in marriage is rubbish and not in line with God’s word.
According to the cleric, who is married to lead pastor of David Christian Centre, Kingsley Okonkwo, it’s okay for a woman to practice feminism at work and demand for equal pay, but there is no room for feminism in marriage there’s only one head – the husband.
She stated that women have the freedom to choose their partner so they should choose right from the start to avoid drinking medicine after death.
Pastor Mildred, in the video she shared on her Instagram page, added that the Bible instructs wives to obey and submit to their husbands, and they should obey this instruction.

Married woman reportedly moves in with customer she accused of raping her
A Nigerian Twitter user has taken to the platform to narrate how a married woman ditched her husband and reportedly moved in with a man she accused of raping her.
The Twitter user @MalachyOdo1 who is a Nigerian lawyer disclosed that the woman had claimed that a customer raped her in a hotel.
She opened up to her husband about the unfortunate incident, he immediately sprang into action and reported the incident to the police to get justice for his wife.
In a shocking turn of event the woman has now moved in with the customer in the middle of the investigation.
Narrating how the case played out, the lawyer tweeted,
“As lawyers, the things we see & the stories we hear on daily basis, can be mind blowing. A wife claims that she was raped by a customer in a hotel. The husband reports to the police & in the middle of investigation, the wife moves in with the alleged rapist. Case closed”.

Peter Soji Adeeyo, son of pastor who was accused of snatching his member’s wife has shed more light on the pastor’s relationship with his first wife.
Recall that a Facebook user, Ben Bright in a post shared on the platform called out Pastor Moses Adeeyo, senior pastor at Word Bank Assembly International Church for allegedly snatching his wife of 12 years, Tina. ICYMI
While it was alleged that Pastor Moses was a divorcee until his marriage to Tina, his son has taken to social media to debunk the claims.
According to Peter, the pastor and his first wife (his own mum), Mercy Adeeyo are not divorced making the new wife, Tina, the pastor’s second wife.

Media personality, Wana Udobang has taken to social media to announce the death of her father who was absent from her life for 27 years.
According to Udobang, she doesn’t feel sad about his death and the only thing she feels is relief and closure because she had already grieved him in the 27 years he was absent from her life.
The poet, who seemingly had a dysfunctional relationship with her late father, revealed that she is relieved because a “dark chapter” in her life has ended.
Taking to Twitter, Udobang wrote,
“My father died last week and for some reason I feel absolutely nothing. No sadness, no loss, no grief. What I feel though is relief and closure. I realise I already grieved his 27 year absence from our lives.

“I should forgive them for making me a young widow” – Lady lashes out as Nigerian Army shares photo of ‘repentant’ Boko Haram members begging Nigerians for forgiveness
A Nigerian lady, Oluwaseun Sakaba, whose husband was killed by Boko Haram in 2018, has lambasted the Nigerian army for sharing photos of ‘repentant’ sect members seeking forgiveness from Nigerians.
Her husband, Lt. Col I. Sakaba, was one of the 44 soldiers killed by the terrorist group during an attack on Task Force Battalion in Metele, Guzamala Local Government Area of Borno State in November 2018.
Sakaba’s brother was also killed in the attack and shortly after, his mother also passed away from the heartbreak of losing two sons at once.
Well, the Nigerian Army shared a photo of repentant Boko Haram members holding placards and begging Nigerians for forgiveness today, August 10.
This didn’t sit well with Sakaba’s widow as she took to her Instagram page to lash out at the Nigerian Army for sharing the photo.
She laid hefty curses on them and asked if she should forgive the same people who made her a widow at a young age.
She wrote;

Popular Ghanaian actress, Beverly Afaglo is currently in deep sorrow following a fire outbreak that destroyed everything in her house.
The actress took to her Instagram page to share the heart wrenching news with videos of what is left of the building. According to her, the fire raged for four hours before it was finally put out by the Fire Service.
Beverly, who is married to Ghanaian singer, Praye Honeho, lamented bitterly about their belongings that were damaged in the fire but thanked God that no lives were lost.
Sharing the videos, she wrote,

“T.B Joshua was a magician, a sorcerer who calls himself a prophet” – Rev Chris Okotie (Video)
Clergyman, Chris Okotie has accused the late founder of Synagogue Church of All Nation, SCOAN, Temitope Joshua popularly known as TB Joshua, of being a magician who pretended to be a servant of God.
It can be recalled that TB Joshua died on June 6 and was laid to rest within his church premises on July 7 as demanded by his wife and other family members.
His burial, which gained huge media coverage, was shunned by top Nigerian General Overseers which stirred controversy on social media at the time.
Shortly after his death, it can also recalled that Rev Chris Okotie described him as the “Wizard of Endor” who assumed the title of “Emmanuel”.
In a new development, Okotie has released a video alleging that the late clergyman was a false prophet, a sorcerer and a magician, who pretended to be “Jesus Christ”, the saviour of mankind.
He said in the video, “What is the truth about TB Joshua? Who was he? Was he a product of Christianity? Or a practitioner of shamanism? Was he a servant of the Lord Jesus? Or some itinerant religious quack?” Okotie asked.
“Was he a true prophet, who was misunderstood? Or a hypocrite masquerading under the habiliment of the Faith?
“When God begins a work in scripture, particularly from the old testament, he begins with patterns, what we call types, shadows”.
“You say why because the patterns determine the flow of power and authenticity of that enterprise. He is a magician, a sorcerer, and calls himself a prophet.”
Quoting the Bible verse John 8:32, “Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free”, Okotie added,
“Joshua took that name because he believes he is another Jesus. He believes that God sent him to our world to bring reconciliation between God and mankind, exactly the same way the Lord Jesus was sent, and that is why he took that name Joshua.” he said.
He further alleged that T.B Joshua was helping the needy and doing philanthropic work just so he could be like Jesus.

According to him, 14 years ago he had a taste of ‘suffering’ and people who know him well can attest to it and confirm that his life has just changed for the better.

Big Brother Naija ‘shine ya eye’ housemate, Pere has vowed to stop Whitemoney from cooking for everyone as he concludes it’s a strategy.
Since the housemates made their entry into the Big Brother House, the 29-year-old businessman has been the one in charge of the kitchen; he cooks for all the housemates, monitors their kitchen supplies and usually makes the list for their Sunday house shopping.
Well, it seems the new Head of House, Pere has a problem with this and has vowed to relieve Whitemoney of the kitchen duty. Pere in a conversation with his Deputy, Maria this morning expressed his displeasure with having one housemate cook for all of them.
According to him, it’s not logical and only makes the housemate feel indispensable.
“I’m against the idea of one person cooking for everybody for the entire stay. It’s not logical because that creates a ‘you all would need me’ or ‘you all have to need me’ mentality, which is very detrimental. It is horrible and I don’t like that.”
“This is not a vacation, this is a game. And if that’s his strategy, that’s a good strategy but I wouldn’t take it…That’s why I must do everything I can to have him not be in the kitchen all the time. I can cook.” He told Maria.

Nigerian rapper, Blaqbonez is currently under fire on social media for his tweet trolling recently evicted BBNaija housemate, Yerins.
Following Yerins eviction from the house, the ‘bling’ crooner put up a post mocking the medical doctor. According to Blaqbonez, despite being on the biggest reality TV show on the continent, Yerins left the house with only 4K Twitter followers.

Young lady paraded for allegedly stealing a child in Rivers state (video)
A young lady was caught stealing a child in Abuloma community in Rivers state on Sunday, August 8, and was subsequently shamed and paraded round the community.
In the video that has gone viral on social media, the lady who donned a yellow sweatshirt was seen being paraded around the community as she carried the alleged stolen child.
The alleged real mother of the child was seen crying profusely while escorting the alleged kidnapper as she was being paraded by members of the community.
