Nollywood actor, Junior Pope Odonwodo has reacted after his colleague, Onyi Alex stated that it’s a sin for any broke man to profess his love for her.
Alex had taken to her Instagram page to make her stance known where she also called a broke man a leach and that such men can only trip for her from a distance.
According to her, she doesn’t want to be broke and that’s why she works hard.
Reacting to her statement, Junior Pope noted that many rich men help broke women by setting them up then asked why women can’t do same for men.
He advised single young ladies to not allow such social media advises to put them under undue pressure, and assured broke guys that they can also make it with consistency and prospects.

The 26-year-old dancer made this revelation while reacting to Maria’s shocking eviction from the reality show. It can be recalled that the Dubai realtor, alongside Sammie and JMK were evicted from the show on Sunday, August 29.
However, Maria’s eviction came as a shock to many because it was believed that she had a lot of fans outside the house.
Speaking with Boma and Tega after the Sunday Live eviction show, Liquorose revealed that Whitemoney told her that the housemate, whom everyone thinks is strong, will be evicted on Sunday while the least expected housemate will remain in the house.

Popular Nigerian clergyman, Bishop David Oyedepo, has advised single people against getting married because of money.
The founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide gave this admonition while preaching in his church on Sunday, August 29. According to him, he did not have money when he got married to his wife 39 years ago but now he is regarded as the “richest pastor in the world“.
He also addressed parents who prevent their children from getting married because their partner doesn’t have money or meet their educational standards.
Citing a verse from the bible, the clergyman noted that “there is a way that seems right to a man but the end is death“.
He said,
“You don’t jump into marriage because somebody has money. I didn’t have no money. I didn’t look like someone who will have money. Just one boy who doesn’t know what he is saying, always saying, “Jesus loves you.”

Teebillz, estranged husband of popular Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage has taken to social media to celebrate her on her newly released project.
The talent manager in a post shared on his Instagram page commended Tiwa who recently released her new EP, Water and Garri. While he showered praises on her he recounted the first day they met in Los Angeles and the discussion they had.
According to him, he met Tiwa Savage ten years ago when he was introduced to her by a friend and some other good artists in Los Angeles. According to him, at their first meeting, Tiwa Savage told him American artists Brandy and Burrell inspires her.

Former Presidential aide and lawyer, Reno Omokri has replied a Nigerian Christian who questioned his salvation over his hairstyle in a throwback photo.
The controversial social media commentator had taken to his Instagram page to share a photo of himself posing beside a frame of late legendary singer, Michael Jackson, to celebrate him on his posthumous birthday. However, Reno was rocking an all-back hairstyle in the photo.
The Nigerian Christian with Instagram handle @mandelahsharason raised an eyebrow over his hairstyle, saying, “Did you give your life to Christ then? Am just imagining the hairstyle.”
Reacting to this, Reno called the man out for questioning his hairstyle and stated that Nigerian Christians are worse than Kano Hisbah.
Sharing a collage of the man’s comment and the photo, Reno wrote,

A teacher, identified as Alhaji Usman Galadima, has been accused of sexually abusing 14 pupils in the primary school he teaches in Niger state.
According to reports, the Grade 2 teacher at the Central Primary School Karabonde, Borgu Local Government Area, Niger State, allegedly threatened to kill the pupils if they told anyone about it.
However, two of the pupils summoned courage to report to the school’s headmistress, Hajiya Maimunat Tanko, who then reported to the headmaster, Mallam Abdullahi Toure.
When Alhaji Galadima was confronted with the allegations, he reportedly denied the student’s claims.
With time, more students came out to report that they had also been sexually molested by the teacher, which made the school launch an investigation into the matter.
However, Alhaji Galadima still claimed to be innocent until a delegate sent by Bà Karabonde, the traditional head of Karabonde, came to the school to complain that some girls from grades 2 and 3 of the school had told their parents that they were molested by the teacher.
According to the kids, Galadima told them to come to school very early and he used the opportunity to sexually assault them.
Following this concrete allegation, Galadima confessed to raping only one of the girls. At this time, members of the community had already gotten wind of the incidents and they stormed the school with weapons to hurt Galadima, however, he had been smuggled out of the school.
Thereafter, the case was transferred to the Borgu Emirate Council and Galadima was promised leniency if he confessed.
Galadima, then changed his statement, claiming he only abused two of the girls before later admitting to defiling 5 of them. So far, 14 pupils have come forward to reveal how the teacher asked them to kiss him and play with his manhood. Others said he raped them.
The girls were taken to the hospital for treatment where it was discovered that Galadima, who is currently on the run, is HIV positive.
It is currently unknown if the girls contracted the virus because the hospital withheld their test results and prescribed only drugs for them.
Parents of the girls have called on the appropriate authorities and NGOs to wade into the matter and help them get justice.
Media personality, Toke Makinwa has reacted to the surprising eviction of Maria from the Big Brother ‘shine ya eye’ house.
The Dubai based realtor who was perceived to be one of the top contenders for the 90 million grand prize was the third housemate to be evicted from the house last night.
In reaction to Maria’s exit from the house, Toke described it as unfortunate. According to her, she played a good game and would have remained in the house if it was not a triple eviction day.
“Maria’s fan base tried, it’s unfortunate that it was a triple eviction night plus the game is getting closer and closer.
“The house has to be decongested. Maria played her game well, she gave us talking points and she’ll do well. Nobody loses, the platform has been given.” Toke Makinwa tweeted.

Nigerian Grammy-award winning singer and African Giant, Burna Boy, recently held a concert at the O2 Arena in UK, and by all indication, it was a huge success.
Prior to the show, there were opinions by rival fans that the “Ye” crooner did not sell out the arena, but Burna squashed this claim after his show, as he claimed he sold out his tickets, the way he wanted, at his own price.

Openly gay Nigerian singer, Temmie Ovwasa, otherwise known as YBNL Princess, has revealed one of the reasons why she doesn’t want to have kids.
The former YBNL signee, who is a lesbian and unapologetic about it, took to her Instastories to disclose that she is “heterophobic” and can’t stand heterosexual people.
According to her, it will be devastating for her to spend her hard-earned money to find a sperm donor to get her pregnant, and the child should turn out to be a heterosexual.
Temmie emphasized her disdain for heterosexuals and stated that she can’t have one under her roof.

Revered clergyman, Pastor E.A Adeboye has shared the advise he gave one of his daughters who complained that no man was approaching her for a relationship.
According to the General Overseer of Redeemed Christian Church of God, the young lady was always too serious and rarely smiles, so he advised her to smile more often.
He revealed she took to his advise and one year later she’s happily married.

Nigerian activist, Modupe Odele has savagely replied a troll who asked how she’s able to afford her ‘numerous’ trips abroad.
Modupe who was one of the front liners during the EndSARS protest and was stopped by the Nigeria Immigration Service from travelling out of the country last year because of her role in the protest, shared a photo of herself in New York.
Sharing the adorable photo of herself on Twitter, she captioned it, “New York called and I answered”.
On sighting the post a troll took to the comment to ask who’s bankrolling her trips abroad. “Please, who’s bankrolling your numerous trips?” The troll wrote.

Dr. Joseph Chukwu, a lecturer at the Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu Alike Nigeria, has gone viral online after he presented his daughter his 37-year-old NYSC shirt, that was still in a good condition.
The lecturer said he passed it down to his daughter in order to augment her kits as she’s almost ready for her own youth service.

Nigerian-American singer and actor, Rotimi, has shared some events that happened between he and his lover, Tanzanian music star, Vanessa Mdee before he proposed to her.
Rotimi in an interview with Angie Martinez Show on Power 105.1 disclosed that he proposed to Vanessa because he was tired of being in the streets.

Pere who was up for possible eviction alongside five other housemates, Maria, JMK, Sammie, Queen and Cross. While his love interest, Maria left the house, he(Pere) got enough votes from his fans to keep him in Big Brother’s house.
Moments after the live eviction show, Whitemoney in a conversation with Pere noted that it was possible that the big fight which ensued between them weeks ago boosted pere’s fanbase.
“Keep playing your game and keep being you. That incident that happened between us boosted your fanbase. It was a 50-50 thing. So keep being Pere”. Whitemoney said.
Meanwhile, Maria’s eviction from the house came as a shock to the housemates as well as viewers of the show, while consoling Pere on the departure of his love interest, Maria, Whitemomey noted that she’s a strong woman and the game has just started for the actor.
