A popular Instagram comedian who goes by the stage name, Egungun, has taken to his social media page to celebrate moving into his own house.

According to the comedian, about a year ago, he was barely a squatter and he had no hope because he could barely stay at one place at a time, however, God has changed his situation.

He shared the video with a caption that read ;

Nollywood Actress, Nkechi Sunday Blessing has tendered an apology to Jide Kosoko and TAMPAN over her reaction to the news that she’d be banned by the guild.

Recall that the leadership of TAMPAN held a press briefing where they directed movie producers and directors to stop working with Nkechi Blessing Sunday and Iyabo Ojo. The actresses were accused of engaging in social media fights with their colleagues over the Baba Ijesha alleged rape incident.

Nkechi apologized but she however pointed out that she will never be sorry for standing up against rape and the defilement of minors.

Her apology reads ;

‘The last couple of days has been of mixed feelings, anger, concern, disbelief, shock, and confusion. I did not get why TAMPAN directed their members not to work with me because there is nowhere that I spoke against TAMPAN, respected elders and colleagues who are their members.

The only thing I have done is to speak against the culture of rape, pedophilia attitude and stood against Legemiami who tactically gave support to a man who has been alleged to sexually harass a minor…i will never be friends with those who are friendly towards assault,sexual harassment and molestion of any kind..

I had to speak against this culture because this minor needs to be protected and this is not just about the minor in particular, it’s about the minors all over the world especially minors in the Nigerian space.

For so long a time many people do not see what the big deal is about sexual harassment, rape and assault on women generally and the sickening trend now are those men who seek pleasure in assaulting minors sexually.

No reasonable person should keep quiet upon hearing about the assault of a minor. As much as we should seek the truth, our first reaction should be to protect the minor and perpetuate awareness against sexual assault of minors, that was what I did and I would be more than glad to do that again

I have nothing but love and respect for TAMPAN, its members, and the elders.

I acknowledge the fact that my response to Daddy Jide Kosoko’s threat against my career was disrespectful, for that, I sincerely apologize to him and I say I am sorry Sir.. as I was driven by my emotions but I will never be sorry for standing against rape, sexual assault and molestation of minors.

Nigerian reality star, Lucy Edet has addressed those who spew hatred on her timeline and she declared that she has no hate bone in her body.

Comedienne, Princess, lambasted veteran actress, Iya Rainbow, over her recent interview with BBC Yoruba.

During a recent chat with BBC Yoruba, Iya Rainbow revealed that she did everything humanly possible to get Princess not to escalate the issue but she did not succumb.(Read Here)

Princess in her reaction, described Iya Rainbow as an irresponsible mother, a visibly angry Princess said she is ashamed of the veteran actress for her comment.

”Mama Rainbow, I am ashamed of you. You are not a good mother. I regret I ever respected you. I regret that I ever saw you as a mother and grandmother.

You said you called for four days and that I did not answer you and that now they have released him.

For your information, you called me just once, telling me that I should go and release him. You were instructing me and I never disrespected you. I even took my time to explain to you. You told me that Baba Ijesha called you to help him beg me that he has offended me. I then asked you if he told you what he did and you said no he didn’t.

I then explained to you that this is what he did and you were shaking on the phone in shock. You pleaded with me to send my house address to you. On the third day, you called me saying what I disclosed to you really hurt you and that you could tell I wasn’t okay, that I was crying and I wasn’t myself. You now asked for my house address so you would come and see me. I sent you the address, you never came. You didn’t come because it didn’t affect you. You felt like I wasn’t your child. You gave birth to your own children, Mama Rainbow! When your child had issues with his Instagram page, I saw how you came out to plead. That was your child. You know how to take care of your own child but because I am another person’s child, you called me and was telling to go and release a person who was in police custody for a crime.

I was crying that day. I wasn’t happy. I explained everything to you. You were now pretending like you were a good mother. Have you come to see me since then? Have you called me since them to even check up on me? You are now saying while in court I was looking for a way to sneak out? You are an elder. What your eyes did not see you are not supposed to say it.

You can just imagine. Mama Rainbow that I held in high esteem. If I was your child or the victim was your child, would you have done that?

I did not expect this from you at all. You came and you were so insensitive to say you called me and were pleading for the case not to be escalated.

How can you say such a thing. Don’t ever! Anything that concerns me please just stay away from it because I used to respect you up until this evening. It is a shame.

If I was your child, would you come to me and say I should go and release somebody that is in police custody for a crime they are investigating? and then you go online to start saying I wanted to sneak out(of the court). Were you there? Were you with me when I was in court?

The Big Brother Naija reunion centered mainly on the male housemates today, and they had some issues up their sleeves they needed to trash.

One of this issue was the fact that Neo nominated Praise for eviction and when Praise’ name was asked to leave the house, Neo cried the loudest.

Praise said he didn’t understand why Neo nominated him the week he was evicted. He says he understood Nengi and Ozo nominating him because they said they wanted to eliminate a threat.

However, he couldn’t understand why Neo did that because, according to him, Neo had earlier told him to take care of Vee in the house if he (Neo) leaves for any reason.
Praise however adds that Neo told him that he thought he (Praise) was loved outside the house and would be saved.

Neo then gave a reason why he nominated Praise:

Neo said he couldn’t have nominated Vee, because he loves her. Another housemate up for eviction was Triky, and he wanted to give him a chance to still stay in the house. So he was left with Wathoni and Praise. He then decided to nominate Praise together with Wathoni, because he thought the housemates liked Praise and he might not be nominated.

“Let somebody else save Praise. I’ll save Trikytee,” he said.

However, his thought was wrong and Praise was evicted.
