Nigerian singer, Cynthia Morgan has revealed why she changed her policy of not collecting money from men.
Cynthia shared this in an apparent reaction to actress, Eniola Badmus’ post where she said she doesn’t collect money from her boyfriend.

Cynthia had responded by saying it’s her loss.

Retired General Evangelist of the Christ Apostolic Church, Prophet Abiara has paid a condolence visit to the widow of popular televangelist, T.B Joshua.
T.B Joshua, the founder and senior pastor of Synagogue, Church of All Nations died last Saturday, June 5th and popular Nigerian clergyman, Abiara visited the bereaved wife, Evelyn Joshua in her home to condole with her.

This is coming after the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) commiserated with the family of late popular Nigerian pastor and televangelist, T.B Joshua.
CAN in a letter signed by its president, Samson Ayokunle, and addressed to T.B Joshua’s wife described the deceased as one of the foremost Nigerian charismatic pastor, televangelist, and philanthropist who devoted his entire lifetime to the propagation of the gospel.
The letter reads,
“The news of the demise of your darling husband, Prophet Temitope Balogun Joshua, who was until his transition at the age of Fifty-Seven (57) was the leader and founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations came to us amidst great shock and sorrow.
“We are particularly sad because the deceased showed no trace of illness prior to his demise after an Evening Church Service on Saturday 5th June 2021. We commiserate with you, the children and the entire members of SCOAN on this irreparable loss.
“Prophet T.B Joshua was one of the foremost Nigerian charismatic pastor, televangelist, and philanthropist who devoted his entire lifetime to the propagation of the gospel and ministering to the needs of the downtrodden. He was renowned for his philosophical simplicity and humility. His death is not only a loss to the family and the church, but to Nigeria and the world at large.
“There are indeed no exact words of comfort at a moment like this, but we humbly enjoin you to take solace in the Will of the Almighty God, who works in us both to do and work according to his good purpose (Philippians 2:13).
“We know that Our Lord Jesus Christ in whom there is all-sufficiency, and whom you have been serving wholeheartedly will make all grace abound unto you at this trying moment (2 Corinthians 9:8).

Award winning Nigerian singer, Ayodej Balogun otherwise known as Wizkid, has acknowledged a beautiful portrait of him drawn by a Nigerian artist.
The artist, Amos Osemwengie, made a portrait of the legendary singer which according to him documents the singer’s star project, Made In Lagos, and fortunately this got Wizkid’s attention.
The artist shared a video and photos of the beautiful piece on Instagram and took his time to explain the concept behind the painting.
According to him,
“We can think about this piece as my first attempt at infusing both art forms. By creating a traditional visual art of one of Africa’s leading music star Wizkid(Big Wiz). Documenting what i believe to be his most solid project yet “Made In Lagos”.

Lady who called out Ned Nwoko for allegedly unlawfully detaining her father, reveals he has been released
A young Nigerian lady who accused Billionaire, Ned Nwoko of unlawfully detaining members of her family, has revealed her father has finally been released.
The young lady identified as Ifejoku Uzor Pamela, some weeks took to social media to allege that the billionaire businessman “illegally detained” her father, and her mother was forced to celebrate her birthday in prison because of Ned Nwoko.

“If the youths want jobs, they should behave themselves” – President Buhari (video)
President Muhammadu Buhari has urged Nigerian youths to behave themselves so that the country can attract jobs and investors.
The president who spoke on pertinent issues facing the country in an exclusive interview with Arise TV insisted that the country needs to be secure to attract investors, as nobody is going to invest in an unsecured environment.
When questioned on the decline in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), the president said he has told Governors and traditional rulers to tell the youths that they should behave themselves and make sure that Nigeria is secure so foreign investments can come.
Buhari who laid emphasis on the need for youths to be well behaved alleged that some young Nigerians during the #EndSARS protest wanted to march to Aso Rock to remove him from power.
“This question was answered last year when there was the #EndSARS protest last year. You remember the young people that wanted to march here and remove me?
“Tell the young people to behave themselves and make the country safe, then we can attract real investors to the country”. He said.

Ghana-based Nigerian lesbian, Elladeevah Ellios has allegedly been drugged and raped for two days by some unknown persons.
Ellios made a distress video on Facebook while she was with the Police. She appealed to her followers to come to her aid because her assailants had wiped her phone.
In the video, she looked visibly shaken by the experience and said she needs all the support that she can get.
As at the time she filmed the video, she revealed that she was going to Cantonment Police Hospital to get a medical report.

“I was recorded, drugged, and raped for 2 good days!! Current location Cantonment Police Hospital. I need all the support I can get ?????. My life has come to an end, I want to die.”

Woman allegedly “cuts off her husband’s penis and cooks it” after killing him in self-defence
A Brazilian woman, identified as Dayane Cristina Rodrigues Machado, has been arrested on suspicion of killing her husband before cutting off his penis and cooking it.
The 33-year-old woman was nabbed by the police in Sao Goncalo, a Brazilian city on June 7.
Police were invited to the couple’s house in the neighbourhood of Santa Catarin and found her husband’s naked and mutilated body.
According to the police, Cristina allegedly cut off her husband, Andre’s penis and cooked it in soybean oil in a frying pan.
They added that the crime occurred around 4am in the morning after the couple had an arguement about splitting up.
The cops also recovered a kitchen knife from the crime scene which is believed to be the murder weapon she used in killing her husband.
Cristina has been arrested and charged for murder and corpse desecration.
According to reports from Brazil, the couple were together for 10 years and have 2 kids – an eight-year-old son and a five-year-old daughter. They also ran a pizzeria together.
However they had been separated for 2 years but were still hanging out occasionally.
The couple stepped out to a snack bar on the night of the incident before the argument ensued, news site UOL reports.
Cristina’s lawyer, Carla Policarpo, said Andre threatened that if she couldn’t be with him, then she couldn’t be with anyone else, so she killed him in self defense.
According to her lawyer: “He did not accept the end of the relationship and said that if she could not be with him, she could not be with anyone.”
However, Andre’s sister, Adriana Santos, claims the suspect killed her brother out of revenge because he once cheated on her.
Reports have it that the couple fought a lot and Christina once reported her husband to the police.
Meanwhile, the investigation is ongoing.

A single mother of four, simply identified as Joselyn, has narrated how she has been living in a toilet with her children for the past six years.
The woman who shared her touching story with Afrimax_tv, revealed she once lived a good life with her kids before her husband deserted them.
According to her, she was happily married and lived in a decent house with her family until her husband suddenly changed and became an alcoholic.
The man who used to be a caring and loving husband started coming home drunk and constantly beat her up, this continued until he told his family he was leaving to somewhere very far and they never saw him again.
Six months after the husband left them, the landlord evicted them from the house because they could not pay their rent.
With no one to help the woman sated that she lived on the streets for two months before finally discovering an old toilet where they now call home.
The hardship in living had its toll on the young children, and affected their performance in school.

It was the darkest 6 months of my life, the pain of incarceration is what i wouldn’t wish on my enemy – Nigerian man who was arrested alongside Hushpuppi writes after regaining freedom.
A young Nigerian man who was reportedly arrested alongside Hushpuppi by Interpol in Dubai, has shared his first social media post in over 53 weeks.
The man on Instagram with the handle @officialpac02 said he was arrested just a week to his birthday and he saw his life that had great expectations crumble before him.
He didn’t give much details about what led to his release but he noted that the pain of incarceration and agonies of torture is what he would not wish on even his enemy.
He however confirmed that his bestfriend, Hushpuppi is still in detention.
About 16 hours ago, the young man took to his Instagram page to share a photo of himself with the caption ;
It is not funny how a dramatic turn of event can change everything forever. What seemed a quest for greener pastures turned out to be the darkest 6mths of my life. The pains of incarceration, the groans of solitude, the agonies of torture, my life that is lived with hope and great expectations was crumbling before me. A year ago today, I, Rahman(Hushpuppi) and some other friends got arrested in Dubai, it was a week to my birthday, I thought the end has come. How am I supposed to make it out of these? I came to Dubai for opportunities, but here I am, behind guarded bars. The experience was not palatable, I wouldn’t wish it on an enemy. Miraculously they got nothing on me. Freedom is good, but the experience remains indelible as I can’t free my thoughts and minds from the grips of confinements. I still have nightmares. For all it is worth, I am happy to walk the street and take-in the air as a free man. I am thankful for life and for the grace to look forward to my next birthday as a celebration of life and not behind bars counting down days with possibilities of worst outcomes. EFCC arrests a Father and Son over alleged Internet fraud
Men of The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, have arrested a man and his father over alleged Internet fraud.
Malik Giles Bakare and his father, Isa Bola Bakare, are being investigated in an alleged case of conspiracy, computer-related fraud, obtaining by false pretense and retention of proceeds of unlawful activities.
Malik Giles Bakare was arrested and handed over to the Commission by officers of the Nigeria Police, Force CID, Alagbon, Lagos on May 31, 2021.
According to reports, His father, Isa Bola Bakare, appeared at the Commission during the investigation, claiming ownership of a Range Rover car estimated at about N46 Million, which was recovered from his son. However, the father failed to provide a satisfactory account of how he was able to procure the vehicle so he was arrested too.
In a statement on Wednesday, June 9, EFCC spokesman, Wilson Uwujaren, said Malik acted as a middleman between fraudsters.
“He connects internet fraudsters around the globe with pickers, and receives some percentage on every successful transaction.”

Chinese man attacks Sierra Leonean man on mining site in Sierra Leone (video)
In a video that has gone viral on social media, a Chinese man is seen scolding Sierra Leonean workers and the scolding turned physical when a Sierra Leonean Safety Officer stood up to him.
The man who filmed the incident is heard narrating what happened to the other Chinese workers who ran to the scene during the fight.
He said: “The man is conducting a safety tool box meeting, he went there and disrupt the safety meeting. He has no right.”

“It’s your loss” – Cynthia Morgan tells Eniola Badmus after the actress revealed she does not “collect money from who she’s dating”.
Nollywood actress, Eniola Badmus recently opined that she is the only one who doesn’t collect money from her partner.
The 43-year-old actress took to Snapchat to share her observation. According to her, she thinks she is the only who isn’t being bankrolled by her boyfriend.
She wrote,
“I think am the only one that doesn’t collect money from who am dating”
This came as a rude shock to many Nigerian girls who might have a different style of dating and one of them was popular singer, Cynthia Morgan.
Cynthia Morgan commented on the post and she stated that it is the Eniola Badmus’ loss that she isn’t collecting money from the men she dates. “Your loss” she wrote.
She justified her comment with these words ;
“i once had a policy of not collecting money from men or guys in general…ask about me. But it was a code. Cause i know the less i owe the more freedom i will have. But as you grow older you def want to settle down and allow a good man take care of you. So my sister collect the money. Man money too go sweet oo. Lol”

Prophet TB Joshua’s widow, Mrs Evelyn Joshua, says the death of her husband was an act of God and it did not come to her as a surprise.
Mrs. Evelyn said this during a visit by a delegate from the Lagos state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, led by the commissioner for home affairs, Prince Anofiu Elegushi.
She said ;
“What happened was an act of God. There is time for everything, like my husband would say. That was the word I knew from him very well. This is the job he was known for. This is what he was living for. That is what he was going to die for. “So, it didn’t come to me as a surprise. I wasn’t surprised when it happened. As we all know, he was in service that day. So, that’s it.”

CAN finally sends condolence message following T.B Joshua’s death
The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has finally commiserated with the family of late popular Nigerian pastor and televangelist, T.B Joshua.
This is coming after Nigerian journalist, Dele Momodu and media personality, Daddy Freeze berated the association for keeping mum following the death of the popular Nigerian clergyman.
CAN in a letter signed by its president, Samson Ayokunle, and addressed to T.B Joshua’s wife described the deceased as one of the foremost Nigerian charismatic pastor, televangelist, and philanthropist who devoted his entire lifetime to the propagation of the gospel.
The letter reads,
“The news of the demise of your darling husband, Prophet Temitope Balogun Joshua, who was until his transition at the age of Fifty-Seven (57) was the leader and founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations came to us amidst great shock and sorrow.
“We are particularly sad because the deceased showed no trace of illness prior to his demise after an Evening Church Service on Saturday 5th June 2021. We commiserate with you, the children and the entire members of SCOAN on this irreparable loss.
“Prophet T.B Joshua was one of the foremost Nigerian charismatic pastor, televangelist, and philanthropist who devoted his entire lifetime to the propagation of the gospel and ministering to the needs of the downtrodden. He was renowned for his philosophical simplicity and humility. His death is not only a loss to the family and the church, but to Nigeria and the world at large.
“There are indeed no exact words of comfort at a moment like this, but we humbly enjoin you to take solace in the Will of the Almighty God, who works in us both to do and work according to his good purpose (Philippians 2:13).
“We know that Our Lord Jesus Christ in whom there is all-sufficiency, and whom you have been serving wholeheartedly will make all grace abound unto you at this trying moment (2 Corinthians 9:8).
“On behalf of all members of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), we commiserate with you, and the entire family on this loss. It is our prayer that the Almighty God grant Prophet TB Joshua an eternal rest in his creator, and may God’s perpetual light continue to shine on his path (Amen). Once again, please accept our heartfelt condolence.”

Actress Uche Ogbodo has announced the birth of her child.
She took to her Instagram account to drop the latest announcement on Wednesday, 9th of June as she wrote that her ‘Bunny is here.’
She revealed that she and her baby are perfectly fine. The actress however didn’t indicate the gender of the baby.
