Media personality, Daddy Freeze has replied a follower who challenged him to heal a mad man in Lucifer’s name.
The controversial broadcaster in one of his teachings had stated that praying in the name of “Lucifer” is more potent than praying in the name of “Jesus”.

A man has reportedly died of a heart attack after his wife welcomed a baby who has the same birthmark as his younger brother.
According to Twitter user @isrealgeraldine, the deceased knew his wife was committing adultery with his younger brother who is wealthy, but he didn’t do anything about it because he was living in his (younger brother’s) house at the time.

June Ruto, daughter of Kenya’s Vice President, William Ruto, has tied the knot with her Nigerian lover, Dr Alexander Ezenagu.
The lovebirds got married on Thursday, May 27, in an exclusive invite-only ceremony held at the Vice President’s private residence in Karen.

A Nigerian makeup artiste has taken to Twitter to reveal what she witnessed at her client’s wedding on Saturday, May 29.
The lady, identified as @Queenyetty1_ on Twitter, said the bride’s family refused to commence the wedding ceremony because the groom failed to pay the full bride price.
According to her, the bride’s family had requested for N150k for their daughter’s bride price, however the groom defaulted and brought N100k instead.
She said they rejected the money and stopped the DJ from playing music.
Fortunately, the wedding eventually started around 4pm after much back and forth between both families.

A 31-year-old Ugandan teacher has been arrested by the police for allegedly eloping with his 16-year-old student, and impregnating her.
The suspect, identified as John Omondi, allegedly eloped with one of his students at Mabale Primary School in Butaleja Sub-county in January this year, before he got her pregnant.
Omondi was arrested after some parents reported the case to Butaleja Resident District Commissioner (RDC), Mr Stanley Bayole.
The police spokesman for Bukedi South Region, Mr Moses Mugwe, who confirmed the arrest on Sunday, May 30th, said Omondi’s offence amounted to aggravated defilement.
“We have arrested a teacher in a government-aided primary school on allegations of defiling, marrying and impregnating a pupil (names withheld because she’s a minor). Both the suspect and the victim were found staying together,” he said.
According to Bayole, the teacher is currently being detained at Butaleja central police station and will be charged with aggregated defilement when investigations are completed.
Police said the girl and the suspect will to be subjected to medical examination as part of their investigations.
The Resident District Commissioner (RDC), Bayole revealed the girl is two months pregnant and that the teacher had advised her to abort.
According to the Commissioner, at least 20 suspected offenders have been arrested in the last two months in the district on allegations of rape and defilement.
In his words,
“Last month I arrested a teacher of private school in Busolwe town council over alleged defilement and is currently on remand in Butaleja government prison. Today, I have again arrested another teacher in a government aided school over the same. We shall make sure they face the law”.
Controversial prophet, Odumeje Idanbosky has sparked outrage on social media after he was spotted holding and lifting the blessed sacrament in a church in Delta state.

UPDATED: ‘Fake News’: Police Says Nigerian Activist Sowore Was Not Shot in Abuja
The Police Command of the Federal Capital Territory, (FCT) has debunked claims that Omoyele Sowore a firmer presidential candidate and activist was shot by a female Assistant Commissioner of Police’ at the Unity Fountain, describing it as “false and fake news”.
Reports had emerged Monday with Sowore, the publisher of Sahara Reporters claiming he was shot at the Nigerian capital when they were protesting against the rising insecurity in the country.
But Spokesperson of the Command ASP Mariam Yusuf in a statement said “contrary to the speculation, Police Operatives professionally restored calm at the Unity Fountain following attempts by a group of protesters to incite a public disturbance.
“The protesters who went on the rampage were resisted by Police Operatives in order to prevent them from causing a breakdown of law and order. There is no record of such incident as at the time of this release.”
The Command enjoined residents to remain calm and law-abiding while reaffirming its commitment towards the protection of lives and property within the Federal Capital Territory.
Activist, Omoyele Sowore, was allegedly shot at by armed policewoman in Abuja today May 31.
Omoyele and a group of other Nigerians were staging a protest to demand an end to insecurity in the country.
Sowore was shot close to his hip by a gun-wielding policewoman drafted to the Unity Fountain to disperse the protesters.
He confirmed the report by sharing a photo of the wound and wrote ;

Nollywood actor, Samuel Ajibola popularly know as Spiff in “The Johnson’s”, has reacted to claims that his wife made him quit his role on the TV series.
Recall that not long after he got married, Ajibola who plays the role of Spiff, a special child on the sitcom, announced the end of his role.
Ajibola got married in January 2020, and in May 2021 he made the official announcement that he was quitting his role, in a video he shared on his Instagram page. According to him, he is ready to move on and grow in his acting career.
While his fans speculates that his wife instigated his decision to quit his role on the TV series, Spiff in a recent interview with Sunday Scoop debunked the claims. According to him, his decision had nothing to do with his marital status.
