Some Nigerians rendered help to an elderly woman who started convulsing while driving along the Lekki-Epe expressway on Tuesday night, March 2nd.
According to a Twitter user, @OgbeniOloyede, who took to the platform to raise the alarm, the woman was driving along the Lekki-Epe expressway when she started convulsing.
“If you can send help, a woman on lekki epe express way ( after chisco bus stop ) she’s having combustion, she’s not responding to anything, her doors are locked as well as windows, 767 is not responding, we need ambulance and police”. He tweeted.

A 35-year-old woman, identified as Ebere Precious Ogbodo and her four children lost their lives to a deadly fire house fire in Jos, Plateau state.
It was gathered that the tragic incident happened on Thursday night, February 25th in Gyel community, Jos South Local Government Area of the state.
The children died instantly while their mother was rushed to Dee Medical Center in Bukuru, where she passed away the following day.
The cause of the fire is still unknown but speculations attributed it to electrical fault.
Recounting the sad incident, the husband and father of the children, Philip Ogbodo said the fire gutted the house an hour after he left to watch a football match at a viewing center in the area.
He revealed that on his way back he saw neighbours battling with the flames in his house.
The deceased mother and her four will be laid to rest on Thursday, March 4th, 2021, in their hometown, Ndiagu Amodu Awkunanaw in Nkanu Local Government Area of Enugu State.

Angry youths numbering about 20 on Monday night, March 1, reportedly beat up a clergyman to coma for refusing to allow them to perform their tradition.
According to reports, trouble started when Pastor Michael Samson, the cleric overseeing United Evangelical Church in Iyano community under Ibaji Local Government Area of Kogi State, during the day denied the youths entry into the church with their masquerade while they were performing a ceremony.
Infuriated by the pastor’s refusal, the youths returned at about 11pm on Monday night with deadly weapons, with which they attacked the pastor while he was asleep.
It was gathered that the pastor is currently in coma and admitted at Idah general hospital.
A pastor who narrated the incident to Tribune said,
“They wanted to perform to the gods of the land which we call ‘Ane’ in Igala land. The pastor told them that this is not the right place to do it and they should leave. After leaving, they came back in the night fully kitted with dangerous objects to beat him to Coma.
“They were up to 20. We are praying right now that nothing should happen to our brother because he is currently in critical condition.
“The incident has been reported to the Police Division in Onyedega under Ibaji LGA.”

Operatives of the Lagos Zonal Office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on March 2, arrested 13 persons for their alleged involvement in cyber-crime.
According to the EFCC, they were arrested at their hideout at Gabriel Ajawa Close, Lekki, Lagos, following credible intelligence on their alleged criminal activities. They will soon be arraigned in Court.
In a related development, the Lagos Zonal Office secured the conviction and sentencing of five internet fraudsters before Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo of a Special Offences Court , Lagos State High Court, Ikeja.
The convicted fraudsters are Andre Agbai Kalu, Olaide Ibrahim Oladimeji, Michael Fatuase Makanjuola, Erekefi Omuedi, and Bakare Daniel Oluwadamilare.
They were arraigned on February 18, 2021, on separate charges bordering on possession of fraudulent documents contrary to Section 320 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015. Upon their arraignment, they pleaded “guilty” to the charge.
In view of their plea, the prosecuting counsel, Ahmed Yerima reviewed the case before the Court and tendered documents printed from their email accounts, as well as items recovered from them.
Delivering judgment on February 26, Justice Taiwo found them guilty of the offence and sentenced each of them to six months imprisonment with an option of fine of N200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Naira).
The court also ordered the forfeiture of a Toyota 4Runner SUV, Lexus RX 330 and mobile devices recovered from them to the Federal Government of Nigeria.

The Revolution Now convener has now described the man as the spiritual leader of the movement.
