Billionaire businessman, Prince Ned Nwoko, has cried out over an alleged conspiracy to assassinate him. He raised the alarm at a press briefing he organized alongside his wife, actress Regina Daniels, on Thursday, February 11, in Abuja.
According to the father of many, the assassination plot had a connection with a piece of land in his community in Delta where he was building a university. He also stated that a tussle about who becomes the next traditional ruler of his community was also another significant factor.
Nwoko disclosed that the assassination plot was exposed by one Mr Ossy Bosah who was serving a jail term at Kuje Prison in Abuja. The former federal lawmaker said that Bosah was privileged to get wind of the plan from fellow inmates.
The billionaire also said that Bosah’s life was threatened via text messages, regretting that shortly after he was released from the prison, he died mysteriously. According to him, an autopsy was being carried out to ascertain the cause of Bosah’s death.

Davido’s sister, Sharon Ademefun-Adeleke, has revealed that she struggled financially last year despite being from a wealthy background.

The Lagos State Judicial Panel of Inquiry probing the alleged killing of #EndSARS protesters by soldiers at the Lekki Toll Gate, last Saturday decided to hand over the tollgate back to its operators, Lekki Concession Company, after forensic experts submitted their report on the October 20, 2020 incident.

A Twitter user, Sewala has shared how she paid back her lover in his own coin, after she caught him in bed with another woman.
According to Sewela31, she acted like nothing happened when she caught him and forgave him when he begged for forgiveness.
Then, after he was hopelessly in love with her again, she took revenge by cheating on him.

A woman identified as Chinyere has been accused of paternity fraud by her son’s father after he expressed suspicion that he may not be the biological father of their child.
The man demanded DNA test on their son but the woman has adamantly refused to carry out the test saying that she is certain that he is the father.
The duo visited a counsellor to settle the issue and the video which is currently making rounds on social media was filmed in the counsellor’s office.
During the session, the woman narrated how she was double dating her alleged baby daddy with another man.
Shortly afterwards, she discovered that she was pregnant and dumped the other guy even though he had intentions to marry her.
She presented the child to the current man as his, but years down the line, the alleged baby father worried that the boy is not his and demanded a DNA test to prove that he is truly the biological father.
From the video, it appears that they are not legally married because the man is married to another woman. Chinyere suspects that his wife is the driving force behind his sudden need for a DNA test.
All efforts to convince the woman to succumb to the demands of her son’s father proved futile. The counsellor further threatened to contact the police and get her arrested because the man has legal right to conduct a DNA test.
A man identified as Adekunle Aremu has been arrested for impersonating his wife during the Osun Teacher’s recruitment exercise.
Aremu who was at the CBT centre of Ilesha College of Education, where the exam held, was nabbed after his passport photograph was said not to have a match with the photo records of applicants stored on the database of the Ministry of Education.
It was gathered that the impersonator was caught while trying to write the recruitment examination for his wife, Oyinade Sade Adegbite.
The Information Officer at the Ministry of Education, Roseline Olwawuni, who disclosed this in a statement on Wednesday February 10th, revealed the suspect was apprehended with the help of operatives of the Nigerian Security and Civic Defence Corps (NSCDC)
“He was caught after his passport photograph was said not to have a match with the photo records of applicants stored on the database of the Ministry of Education.” she said.

Akwa Ibom State Police Command has arrested a 31-year-old prophet, Anietie Inyang from Ikot Ebak village, Essien Udim Local Government Area of the state, for allegedly sodomising a 12-year-old boy.
Prophet Anietie Inyang was alleged to have engaged in anal sex with the victim, who lives with his grandmother at Ikot Ada Utor in Afaha Clan also in Essien Udim Local Government Area.
According to Sitippe, the suspect was earlier arrested by the Essien Udim Police Division but released on bail without being charged to court and attempts were made to cover up the case.
However, the wife of the Chairman of Essien Udim, Mrs Umoh Gabriel Tony Luke alongside her husband, Anthony Luke got wind of the information and ordered the police to produce the suspect
He was subsequently re-arrested and brought to the State Police Headquarters in Ikot Akpan Abia, Uyo.

A Cab driver has taken to Twitter to recount an experience he had with a passenger who looked down on him in an attempt to advise her son.

I stayed quiet till I dropped them, thanked her for paying and I drove to a corner and I cried. A lot of people saw me as I cried in my car for over 20 minutes cause I just couldn’t understand what I did wrong. I just prayed for a better offer and went back to my work.
