“Village people dey follow Tunde” – Rudeboy reacts following suspension of Tunde Ednut’s new Instagram page

Popular Nigerian singer, Rudeboy has reacted following the suspension of Tunde Ednut’s new Instagram account.

The Instagram blogger who recently got back online weeks after his account was disabled, has had his new account suspended again.

The Nigerian musician and entertainer lost his new Instagram account after he garnered 1 million followers, just 3 days after his return.

Reacting to the development Rudeboy questioned the forces behind the entertainers luck with Instagram.

Taking to his Instagram story the reality crooner wrote,

“I no understand de type of village people wey de follow Tunde Ednut. Abeg how many sacrifice una need”.

Recall that Instagram and Netizens went crazy about the return of the controversial Nigerian blogger, Tunde Ednut on the photo sharing app.

He shared fresh posts on his new page on Sunday, January 10, with a caption noting that he is back.

Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing who was also one of the celebrities who posted Tunde Ednut’s new page urging her fans to follow him also posted Tunde’s photo on her official Instagram page telling him that he’s handsome.

Well the joy was short lived as Tunde Ednut’s account has been suspended again.

Lagos government to close Third Mainland Bridge for two weeks

The Lagos State Government has notified the public that it will be closing down Third Mainland Bridge for 2 weeks.

The Lagos State Commissioner for Transportation, Dr Frederic Oladeinde stated that no vehicular movement will be allowed on the bridge from 12 midnight on January 15 to 12 midnight, January 29.

According to Oladehinde the closing of the bridge is important to allow the completion of rehabilitation and maintenance of the bridge.

He further disclosed that there shall be no vehicular access from Iyana Oworosoki to Adekunle axis on the slip road/ramp down on the Third Mainland Bridge for the 2-week period, and motorists from Ogudu, Alapere and Gbagada going to Adekunle axis should use Ikorodu Road, Jibowu and Yaba as alternative routes.

In his words,

“In order to accomplish the planned reopening of the 3rd Mainland Bridge on February 22nd, 2021 due to the on-going rehabilitation/maintenance works, the Lagos State Government hereby announce the shifting of the current diversion point on the bridge to a closer position for traffic coming from Iyana Oworosoki going to Adekunle or Lagos Island.

“There shall be no vehicular access from Iyana Oworosoki to Adekunle axis on the slip road/ramp down on the 3rd Mainland Bridge for the two weeks period (midnight 15th to midnight 29th January, 2021) temporary change restrictions.

“There shall be no vehicular access from Iyana Oworosoki to Adekunle axis on the slip road/ramp down on the 3rd Mainland Bridge for the two weeks period (midnight 15th to midnight 29th January, 2021) temporary change restrictions.

“All traffic from Ogudu, Alapere and Gbagada going to Adekunle axis should use Ikorodu Road, Jibowu and Yaba as alternative routes.There shall be no access for vehicular movements from the Adekunle axis towards Iyana Oworosoki on 3rd Mainland Bridge between 12 midnight and 1pm (15th to 29th January, 2021).

“All Iyana Oworosoki bound traffic from the Lagos Island, Iddo, Oyingbo, Adekunle and Yaba should use Herbert Macaulay Way, Jibowu and Ikorodu as alternative routes.

“The current crossover position on the bridge for Adekunle or Lagos Island bound traffic from Iyana Oworosoki between 12 midnight and 12 noon will now be at a new closer position for 2 weeks.The current shared movement of 12 midnight to 12 noon for Lagos Island traffic bound from Iyana Oworosoki shall remain.The current 1pm to 12 midnight Mainland (Iyana Oworosoki) bound traffic flow from the Lagos Island shall remain.”

A Nigerian man, Dele, who was declared missing by his friends and family on Tuesday, January 12, has been found dead.

The alumnus of UWC Changshu China, was last seen at Omole Phase 2 and the last location of his vehicle – a white Volkswagen Passat – was Third Mainland Bridge.

Just before he went missing, he shared some posts with his close friends on Instagram, detailing how he struggled with depression for 7 years.

According to new reports, Dele’s body has been found and it appears that he took his own life.

In a video serving rounds on social media the former Senator representing Kogi West Senatorial district is seen singing and dancing to what has been widely termed the association’s anthem, Oliver De Coque’s Simple Man by Nature.

Meanwhile controversial Nigerian socialite and club owner, Pretty Mike has taken a jab at men who pride themselves of being a member of the Stingy Men Association of Nigeria.

The Stingy Men Association of Nigeria became a viral trend on social media as some people formed the association to ensure that members are close-fisted when it comes to giving their women money.

Quite a handful of gentlemen took to their social media pages to share photos and videos of their ID cards to pledge allegiance to the association.

However, Pretty Mike is now of the notion some of these men are actually broke people and as such, are not eligible of being part of the association because they don’t have money to be stingy with the first place.

3 days after his comeback, also hitting 1Million followers, Instagram deletes Tunde Ednut’s page again

Nigerian musician and entertainer, Tunde Ednut has lost his new Instagram account just 3 days after his return.

So far, the entertainer had accumulated over 1 Million followers on the photo sharing app.

Recall that a couple of weeks back, the controversial social media personality lost his Instagram page on issues bothering on repeated community standard violations.

Several appeals made by many Nigerian celebrities including Don Jazzy and 2Baba for this account to be reinstated, proved abortive.

However, after a long wait, Tunde Ednut decided to create a new page which saw him accumulate over 1 Million Instagram followers in a space of 3 days.

A quick check on the entertainer’s Instagram page via browser returns an error message saying “the page may have been removed”.

It’s being speculated that the Nigerian entertainer’s new account got suspended because he’s still facing either a 6-month or 1-year ban from the social networking platform.

A woman, identified as Salma Saade has shared an experience that made her and her lover stop trying to surprise each other in their relationship.

According to Saade, she once traveled all the way to surprise her partner but surprisingly he had also traveled to surprise her.

It was earlier reported that the reality show star was replaced with Ebizi Blessing Eradiri, a First Class graduate of Law at the Niger Delta University (NDU), a feat she repeated at the Nigerian Law School.

Governor Diri on Monday January 11, made the official announcement that Ebizi Blessing Eradiri is the New Face of Bayelsa. The scholar was also given automatic employment of lecturing at NDU’s Faculty of Law.

Nollywood actress and ex-beauty pageant manager, Ibinabo Fiberesima is celebrating her 50th birthday today, January 13th.

The mother-of-three took to Instagram to share stunning photos of herself to mark turning 40.

In one post, she is seen posing on her bed in a two-piece lingerie and a revealing green dress in another post.

She said lingerie makes her feel confident and empowered.

She captioned the photo,

It’s my 50th birthday! Yaaay! And in a bid to appreciate my own beauty and while at it, feel utterly special without a care… I opted for lingerie.

When was the last time you wore a lingerie? For yourself! It’s been a while for me and I used to love how lingerie made me feel; confident and empowered. Lately I’ve been in a funk, but all that means nothing as I reemerge a new, special me. And I feel so much better.

Hey ladies, lingerie doesn’t have to serve any intentional sexual purpose, so why don’t you wear it for yourself too and appreciate your own beauty. If you haven’t already got a special piece, try to get one! It rocks!

Man dies after his 18-year-old girlfriend set him ablaze over marriage

Chidinma Ikechukwu Omah, a patent medicine dealer, has been killed as he was set ablaze by his 18-year-old girlfriend, Esther Alex, at Wadata, Makurdi, Benue State.

Esther had allegedly doused him in petrol and lit a match at around 2:am on Monday, January 11, 2021.

Police Public Relations Officer for Benue Command, DSP Catherine Anene, confirmed the arrest of the suspect who is from Olachagbaha area of the State.

According to reports, the love birds had been together for over two years but trouble started when the deceased started foot dragging on marrying Esther which did not go down well with her.

The relationship then became strained, resulting in frequent fisticuffs and later escalated to the level the suspect allegedly threatened to kill him if he reneged.

Esther is said to had vowed to deal with the deceased each time they had misunderstanding, up to threatening to hiring assassins to kill him.

According to reports, the lady once poisoned his food but as luck would have it, Omah refused to eat the food but gave it to a dog who ate it and later died.

To worsen the matter, Omah was said to have gone to his village in Enugu, last December, and performed traditional marriage ceremony of his proposed wife. This further aggravated the already existing tension.

He and his wife tied the knot in September 2017 and welcomed their first child in January 2019.

Controversial Nigerian socialite and club owner, Pretty Mike has taken a jab at men who pride themselves of being a member of the Stingy Men Association of Nigeria.

The Stingy Men Association of Nigeria became a viral trend on social media as some people formed the association to ensure that members are close-fisted when it comes to giving their women money.

Quite a handful of gentlemen took to their social media pages to share photos and videos of their ID cards to pledge allegiance to the association.

However, Pretty Mike is now of the notion some of these men are actually broke people and as such, are not eligible of being part of the association because they don’t have money to be stingy with the first place.

He wrote,

Nigerian man based abroad caught on camera telling a herbalist to make a woman and her children run mad (Video)

A Nigerian man supposedly from the Yoruba decent who is based abroad, has been caught on video telling a herbalist in Nigeria to make a woman and her children in his family to go mad.

The man who was filmed walking on a subway could be heard in the video speaking the Yoruba language boldly as he thought no one around understood him as he was talking with the herbalist.

Unfortunately for him, another man who understands Yoruba was walking behind him and after hearing it is an evil conversation quickly started recording him from behind.

He could be heard saying,

“the last one you did for me didn’t work, yet I spent a lot on it. This time, I want you to finish the woman’s life and her children. I want them to be acting insane.”
