A Ghanaian woman has admitted to cheating on her husband because of his small manhood, poor performance in the bedroom, and a medical issue.

A woman named Mary Olohunwa has been hospitalized after allegedly being assaulted by her ex-husband, Keji Ademola, in Bako Estate, Owode Onirin, Lagos State.

According to a relative of Mary, the incident occurred on Thursday, January 25, when He confronted her on her way to her shop.

He allegedly beat her and struck her with a heavy stone.

The assault was reportedly triggered by his discovery of strange marks on their children’s heads.

When he inquired about them, she explained that she had made the marks as a means to protect the children from spiritual attacks.

In response, he allegedly unleashed a violent attack on Mary, hitting her with a stone, causing her to bleed profusely.

She was swiftly rushed to a nearby hospital, where she is currently receiving treatment.

The medical bill is estimated to be around N160,000.

His attempt to flee the scene was prevented by residents, who apprehended him.

He was subsequently handed over to the police and has remained in custody since then.

Mary’s sister expressed concern over the repeated acts of violence inflicted by Ademola, stating that this was the third time he had attempted to harm her sister.

Despite previous encounters with the authorities, he had been released without facing any consequences.

The police have assured the family that Ademola will be arraigned in court on January 29.

Nigerian comedian Ayo Makun has taken legal action against a Facebook user identified as Agozi Samuel, who made grave allegations against him.

AY filed a petition through his legal representatives to the Delta State Police Command headquarters in Asaba, Delta State.

He explained that on Monday, January 22, he received numerous messages from his friends, family, and business associates about a four-minute and thirty-two-second video shared online by Mr. Agozi.

Agozi had accused him of having an affair with May, the estranged wife of popular actor Yul Edochie, and causing their separation.

According to the petition,

“In the four minutes, thirty-two seconds video titled “AY comedian were is your wife” which was posted on Saturday, 20 January 2024 on the page with a following of over 23,000 followers as can be seen in Annexure 1 to this letter. The Suspect, in a mischievous attempt to generate traffic and view for his page and to gain cheap popularity, knowingly and intentionally made various statements that are not only false and baseless but also capable of causing annoyance, insult, enmity, hatred, public outrage and needless anxiety to our client and his family and exposing our client to hatred and public ridicule.

The said publication alleges that our client is involved in an extra-marital affair with one, May Edochie, the wife of Yul Edochie and that our client was responsible for the marital crisis between May and her husband. For the purpose of clarity, the exact false, baseless and untrue statements knowingly and intentionally made at several intervals by Agozi Samuel in the said video are reproduced below as follows:

“You slept with May. Because of you, Yul Edochie and his wife separated because you’re having an affair with Yul Edochie wife which is May. The general public did not know what is happening even the Court case that is going on the general public did not know.”

“I told you on 31st night that in this 2024, I will be the one to bring you down for you to bring down in 2024. For you to bring down a home that lasted for many years, you made them separated, you made the wife live different and the husband. What are you looking for in somebody’s wife that your wife does not have?”

“Your plan now is to go and marry May. I know all your plans, you want to go and marry May. You think I don’t know?”

This is what really happened. AY slept with May Edochie, that was why Yul Edochie and May Edochie are not together today.”

Agozie further stated that he decided to expose AY because he refused to apologize to Yul Edochie and his fans despite warning him on December 31st, 2023.

He added,

“Remember our conversation on 31st night. I told you that I will be the one to bring you down in 2024. Since you don’t want to apologise to Yul Edochie and apologise to his fans because you’re the one masterminding everything. What kind of wicked man are you? AY, what kind of wicked man are you?” Remember our conversation on 31st night. I told you that I will be the one to bring you down in 2024. Since you don’t want to apologise to Yul Edochie and apologise to his fans because you’re the one masterminding everything.

Nigerian singer Sanni Goriola Wasiu also known as Lil Frosh has declared that the four-year-old accusation of violence made against him by his ex-girlfriend was false.

The young musician went back to the battery case that resulted in his 2020 contract with Davido’s record company, DMW, being terminated.

According to Lil Frosh, he never hit his ex-girlfriend, Gift Camille, also known as Cute Gemini, as was widely reported. He also claimed that she set him up on purpose to harm his career.

In the midst of recent rumours that Gift promised to frame a male TikToker, Frosh posted on his Instagram profile on Saturday. Frosh pleaded with Davido to reconsider his choice and requested an opportunity to rejoin DMW.

Lil Frosh said in a video that Cute Gemini’s contempt for his mother was the catalyst for the conflict, which led to his hitting her.

But he claimed to have apologised to her for raising his hands and promised never to do it again. However, he was aware of her purported allergic response five months later, and she used the swelling on her face to accuse him of being an abuser.

The artist bemoaned his diminishing fame and maintained his innocence, even though no one took him seriously when the incident became national news.

Ashabi, the fourth baby mama of controversial Nigerian singer Portable, has revealed how she navigates his relationship with other women.

In a recent interview with actress Biola Adebayo, Ashabi, who shares a son with the singer, explained that she always imagines herself as the only woman in his life.

Nigerian Afrobeat singer, Ayra Starr has issued an apology after facing criticism for seemingly disrespecting veteran juju singer King Sunny Ade at a recent event.

A trending online video captured the moment she casually shook hands with the music legend while paying pleasantries to guests at the event.

However, her gesture was perceived as inadequate by many on social media, who criticized her for not showing proper respect to KSA, with some labeling her as an uncultured Nigerian lady.

According to her critics, the 21-year-old singer should have knelt down to greet the 77-year-old veteran singer like a proper Yoruba girl.

A Nigerian man who identifies as @Prince Victor Omonu has cried out via his page on Facebook after his relative who came to celebrate the birth of her grandchild in Abuja was murdered by kidnappers.

He revealed that the kidnappers had abducted both mother, daughter, and her newborn baby but shortly after killed both mother and daughter, leaving only the newborn alive.

The incident which was a heartbreaking one, left the man shattered as he described the world as a sad one.

He wrote;

“It’s a sad world. My relative came to Abuja to celebrate the birth of her grandchild, she was kidnapped alongside her daughter and newborn. Just got the news now that she and her daughter have been murdered this morning. What a sad world. The baby is still alive though.[sic]”

A Nigerian lady has outsmarted her friends by traveling to Canada with the money they paid to purchase her wedding Asoebi.

The incident which was narrated by a tweep @AkiMarlin on the microblogging platform X has gained the attention of many.

According to the tweep, the lady had lied to her friends about getting married and sold Asoebi and a hand fan, which was to be worn at the event to them for 50k and 10k respectively.

Controversial Nigerian singer, Seun Kuti has disclosed that his late father, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, would have his P.A (personal assistant) go to London to bring him chocolates and ice cream.
