Popular Nigerian comedian, Woli Arole addresses Christians, who insist they don’t listen to secular music but watch non-Christian movies and sports for entertainment.

The 34 years old comedian shared in a written post via his Instagram page, that Christians should quit behaving contrary to what they believe. He noted that they have certain belief about what is right but behave in ways that disagrees with those belief.

He mentioned that Christians claim they don’t listen to secular music but entertain themselves watching secular movies and football. He also added that such Christianity value and disposition won’t make them progress and develop.

Woli Arole further explained that there are different kinds of songs with their own understanding. He concluded that Christians should stop being religious when they can’t behave according to their beliefs.

However, the comedian’s post has triggered his Christian followers, who disapprove his claim about Christians being hypocrite because of entertainment.

Quoting a tweet containing the clip on the microblogging platform he berated the interior of the kitchen area and the meal the actress was making.

The influencer who believes that the billionaire’s kitchen shouldn’t look like that also recommended images of what a billionaire’s kitchen should look like.

Lagos Police Apprehend Woman For Invading And Abdu.cting Three Pupils From A Primary School

In a shocking incident, the police in Lagos state have successfully arrested a 40-year-old woman, identified as Akintola Alima, for allegedly invading a primary school in the Ijegun area of the state and abducting three young pupils

The incident occurred on Monday, March 11.

According to police sources, she and her accomplices stormed the school premises around 3:30 pm and forcibly took away the three pre-nursery pupils.

However, swift action was taken as the police were immediately alerted.

They swiftly pursued the kidnappers in a hot chase.

Fortunately, the law enforcement officers were able to apprehend her while rescuing the abducted children.

The three pupils, named Sofiat (4 years old), Isreal (5 years old), and Mustapha (6 years old), have been safely reunited with their families.

Presently, the suspect, Akintola Alima, is in police custody, facing charges for her involvement in the abduction.

Sharing on TikTok, the lady identified as @naaadjeleysolomon stated that the footbridge is the most ridiculous construction she has ever come across in her entire life.

Revealing an exterior video of the whole pedestrian bridge, the lady queried the professionalism of the engineer. She noted that the construction work is unfit for a pedestrian bridge; the architectural design seems unskillful to her.

The 48-year-old actress said that she came to the UK in 2002 and gave up acting and life as a celebrity because she was resolving personal matters.

Rita Dominic disclosed that she began working as a carer for people with special needs while in the UK during her speech at the 2024 Women of Valour Conference in Accra, Ghana.

She claimed that although some would consider her work as a carer to be a step-down, she didn’t since she found fulfilment and purpose in helping others.

The actress said;

“In 2001/2002 I stopped acting. I left the [movie] industry and moved to London because it was a very dark period in my life. I fell out with some friends I considered family. And I just gave up acting for a while. I needed to get out of that space for a minute.

And then I moved to London and gave up stardom. You won’t believe this, this is something I’ve never told people before.

While in London, I was trying to make ends meet so I started working in a care home as a caregiver for adults with spec!al needs. While some might view it as a step-down, I don’t. Taking care of others brought me joy and purpose at a time I needed it most.”

A Nigerian woman has shared her experience of almost having her baby swapped after delivery, leading her to propose that DNA tests should be conducted immediately following childbirth.

She recounted her story during a discussion on paternity fraud on a TVC program.

In 2003, she and another woman gave birth on the same day.

However, to her surprise when she gave birth, she was handed a chubby baby girl, despite a previous scan indicating she was expecting a boy.

When she questioned the differences of the sex, the nurses at the General hospital insisted that the baby presented to her was indeed hers.

Fortunately, she recounted that her saving grace was her pastor, who happened to visit her at the hospital and sensed something amiss

He caused a commotion and created a scene, prompting the nurses to suddenly “remember” that another boy had been born on the same day.

It turned out that her real baby had been mistakenly given to the other woman.

Reflecting on the incident, she expressed gratitude for the intervention of her pastor, acknowledging that the situation could have led to false accusations of infidelity.

Jasmine, the adopted daughter of late Nollywood actor John Okafor, popularly known as Mr. Ibu, has taken to social media to pay tribute to him.

Recall that the 62-year-old actor passed away on March 2 in a Lagos hospital after battling a prolonged illness.

During his illness, Jasmine and the actor’s wife had a falling out over the management of his finances and health.

In her tribute, Jasmine expressed disappointment that her efforts to support Okafor were misunderstood.
According to her, her good deeds for the deceased actor were interpreted as evil, instead of the good intention behind them.

She added that that she hoped that he would address the issue before his passing, but unfortunately, he is no more and nobody is left to vindicate her.

Sharing a tribute video via her Instagram page, she wrote,

“Goodnight papa! You will forever be remembered for the love you gave,and the laughter you brought am grateful to God that I was able to give back that love till the very end.

Despite all that was said, every single good I did was translated to €vil, you always promised me that the day you will speak , the world will listen and that gave me the audacity to carry on. Now I am brok€n because that day is never coming, maybe the stories will never end, maybe the bull¥ing will never stop but I know and I’m grateful for the ray of hope you gave me even when you felt hopeless.

Every single good I did was paid In hundred folds with €vil , from the hands of the same people that was never really there for you when you needed them the most but daddy you know what matters the most amidst all these accusations? You never talked down on me , you appreciated me till your very last moment.

The pains you endured in the last days , you did with a smile, I am not mourning your d€ath, I’m mourning all the pains you had to endure, over 15 successful surgeries, you are indeed a fighter! You fought d€ath severally until it claws successfully over powered you.

I hope you find true happiness, peace and rest in the bosom of God! Make sure God laughs at all your jokes and Angels roll on the floor from every conversation with you..

Congratulations are in order for a 68-year-old Nigerian woman as she reportedly welcomes her first child after several years of trying.

Last week, the woman, who had longed for a child for years, finally gave birth to a newborn baby in Abeokuta, the capital of Ogun state.

A video making rounds online captures the moment she was pacing around in her hospital room during labor, and later cradled her baby.

While this incident is remarkable, it is worth noting that the Abeokuta mother is not the oldest woman to give birth.

Erramatti Mangamma holds that title, having given birth at the age of 73 through in-vitro fertilization via caesarean section in Hyderabad, India.

The yet-to-be-identified woman has sparked mixed reactions on social media, with some congratulating her on the arrival of her bundle of joy while others expressed disbelief.

Edo State Police Arrest Officer Involved In Assaulting A Lady At Command Headquarters (WATCH)

The Edo State Police Command has taken action by arresting a police officer who was caught on camera slapping a lady inside the state police command.

The incident, captured in a video released by human-rights activist Harrison Gwamnishu, sparked outrage and drew attention online.

According to the police command spokesperson, SP Chidi Nwabuzor, the officer responsible for the assault has been identified as Police Sergeant Samuel Imakor, attached to the Iruekpen Police Station in Edo State.

The officer was brought before the Commissioner of Police on Monday for debriefing, during which he admitted to slapping the young woman, identified as Mercy Ajayi.

However, he claimed that the action was in response to her allegedly slapping him while being arrested for the theft of human hair from a hotel.

In response to the incident, the Commissioner of Police, CP Funsho Adegboye, ordered the immediate arrest of the officer and the initiation of disciplinary proceedings, including an orderly room trial, by the Command’s Provost Marshal.

The Commissioner spoke on his commitment to ensure that police officers carry out their duties in a professional and accountable manner.

He urged the people of Edo State to report any unprofessional conduct by officers and also encouraged mutual respect between the public and the police.

An X influencer @Waspapping_ has been receiving backlash from netizens over his opinion regarding the suspension of explicit content on the microblogging platform X.

The influencer had tweeted that the CTO of the platform, Elon Musk should suspend the sharing of adult content for the main time till the Muslims conclude their fast.

The influencer requested that Elon Musk honor his request in respect of Muslims who use the app during the period of their fast.

His tweet read;

“Elon Musk should consider temporarily banning porn on Twitter, even if it’s just for a month, out of respect for the Muslims who use his platform during the holy month of Ramadan.”

The Ramadan fasting which started on the 11th of March is a period in time, whereby Muslims are obliged to abstain from any form of sin.

The majority who came across the tweet however didn’t agree with his request. While some advised that he took a break from the app pending the time he is done with the fast, others revealed that his Twitter algorithm is giving him what he often searches for.

A lady has shared what her friend’s partner did to her in Abuja after they had a misunderstanding. She revealed her light skinned friend could not be recognized.

Sharing on the microblogging platform, X, the lady identified as @winner_sugarrr shared that her friend arrived from Abuja with sad news, narrating how her boyfriend intentionally added raw pepper into her skin care products and body beautifying products because they had a misunderstanding.

A (X)Twitter influencer who identified as @UnkleAyo has slammed Nigerian comedian Seyi Law for referring to Labour Party Governorship candidate Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour as the son of a returned slave.

The comedian had addressed the political aspirant in that manner while banting with a tweep about how more Lagosian he is than Gbadebo.

Seyi Law’s tweet read;

“Your stupid father should have taught you that I am more of a bigger stakeholder in Lagos than the son of a returned slave who decided to stay in Lagos. O da bi aye awon to bi e fe baje.
