Couple arrested after they cut the finger of their daughter for rituals and dumped her by the road side

The Ogun state police command has arrested one Nasiru Adeyemo, and his wife, Idayat, for cutting off the index finger of his daughter from his previous marriage, tying her up in a sack and dumping her by the roadside to die at Asabala area along Papalanto-Sagamu Road in the state on Sunday, August 13th.

A statement by the state’s police public relations officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, says that passersby who saw the sack alerted the police and when it was loosened, it was discovered to be a little girl who was writhing in pain following her cut off finger.

She was taken to the hospital for medical examination. After she was stabilized, the little girl told the police that it was her father and step mother that tied her up in a sack and dumped her on the road.

“On the strength of the information, the DPO Owode Egba, CSP Shehu Alao, led his men to the scene, where the white rice sack was untied. Surprisingly, a seven year-old-girl, whose right index finger was cut off, was found inside the sack and dumped at the roadside since Friday. Having realized that the girl was still alive, she was quickly taken to the hospital for medical attention. It was when she regained consciousness that she informed the Police that her father and step-mother were the ones who cut off one of her fingers before tying and putting her inside the sack before dumping her inside the bush to die. Upon the information from the victim, a manhunt was launched for the father and his wife and they were arrested in the evening of Sunday. The duo are currently undergoing interrogation.”

Oyeyemi added that the state Commissioner of Police, Ahmed Iliyasu, has ordered the transfer of the case to Anti-Kidnapping/Cultist section for further investigation and possible prosecution of the father and stepmother.

“I don’t know who is paying for Buhari’s treatment” – Presidential Aide, Femi Adesina Says

femi adesina

Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on media and publicity, Femi Adesina, has disclosed on ‘Politics Today'(a programme on Channels Television) that he is not sure if it is the federal government that is responsible for the medical bill of his principal.

The 74-year-old President who has been receiving medical attention in London for the past 99 days has generated heated controversy on the issue of cost between his supporters and opponents.

The anchor of the programme, Seun Okinbaloye, asked Adesina, “Who is paying for the president’s treatment?”, He said:

“Does it matter at this point? We need to know, he is our president. He is a public official. This shouldn’t be shrouded in secrecy.”

“I do not know who is paying, but as a president, he has a right to be treated by the country.

“Nigeria is taking care of the bill? Most likely. I don not know for sure.”

The presidential spokesman who was in the delegation that met Buhari during the weekend also discussed his experience with his principal at the Abuja House in London and also dismissed the position that Buhari has not returned to the country because he is too frail to travel.

He said:

“The president I saw was sharp, he was smart, he was lucid. The president I saw was almost completely mending,

“But like I said in the statement we issued, he will come when his doctors say ‘it’s time to go home.”

“We can’t depend on the word out there, but I can depend on what I saw with my eyes. I saw the president and I know that he has recovered considerably.

“Once the doctors certify him, he will surely come back… If you know the president, at the peak of his performance when he just assumed the presidency and went to different parts of the world, you will know that he is a man of tremendous energy and tremendous ability.

“If a man was heal and he has mended, that means he can do what he used to and even more.”

Do We Smell A Breakup?! Lola Rae And Tekno Unfollow Each Other On Instagram.

Lola Rae Tekno Unfollow

Errrr… so it looks like there may be trouble in paradise for these lovelies but wait, the real question is, was there ever a paradise?! Consider this…

…it all started months back, beginning of the year actually, when Nigerian pop singers, Lola Rae and Tekno were alleged to be having an affair.

We had our fingers crossed while we watched the duo, many said it was real, others said it was mere publicity stunts pulled by the entertainers, but later on, things seemed to get serious.

With them sharing intimate pictures of each other on their social media pages, WITHOUT ever acknowledging that they were dating… their intimacy gave us strong speculations that they were and so we settled for it.

But they NEVER said they were and now, the entertaining sweethearts who we for the while, enjoyed their series of PDAs over the past few months, are no longer following each other on Instagram.

But you see, estranged couples would usually not only unfollow each other on their social media, they’d also delete their photos together – this, this lovely duo are yet to do as we can still see their lovely photos on their pages respectively as at the time of this post.

So that’s why I’m still skeptical about the whole “paradise” thingy… but should you later in the future not find these posts of them together in this article… well then, you know shii got real champ!

I rest me case!! #DropsMic

Stuntwoman Dies In Motorcycle Accident On Set Of Deadpool 2 (Photos)

deadpool 2 stuntwoman dies

A stuntwoman has died in a motorcycle accident while filming Deadpool 2 in the Canadian city of Vancouver barely 24 hours after Tom Cruise was injured while performing a stunt on Mission Impossible 6 set.

Witnesses described how the woman lost control of the bike, jumped a kerb and crashed into a building.

The Marvel Comics sequel stars Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds and has been filming in his hometown of Vancouver, British Columbia, since June.

Police confirmed the driver was killed on Monday morning and workplace safety officials were investigating.

The Vancouver Sun reported that city centre streets had been closed since last week to film motorcycle and scooter scenes.

Witnesses tell CTV in Vancouver that the driver lost control, narrowly missing pedestrians, and then crashed through a glass window pane.

The network adds that an Advanced Life Support ambulance responded and remained on scene for about 45 minutes before leaving without its lights or sirens activated.

The name of the stuntwoman has not yet been released. The driver may have been filming a scene for the female character Domino, played by Zazie Beetz.

Photographers had spotted Beetz in costume riding a motorcycle last week.

What The?! Stripper Twerks On Man’s Grave. (Video)

Stripper Twerks

Can someone please tell me what is wrong with the world right now?! Like what the **** is really going on?! Has Nicotine been mixed with the gases in the air these days?! – if that’s scientifically possible – Huh?! ?

So a guy, who probably is high on Oshogbo weed, decided the best thing to do for his late friend was to get a stripper to twerk on his grave.

The stripper, diligently doing her job, twerked in bum shorts, with her butt cheeks dangling beneath the shorts, while the dead man’s friend can be seen dancing along and talking to his dead friend.

“Is you watching Ni***? Is you watching bro?” the friend said, hitting the headstone.

He continued: “She’s popping this sh** for you bro. We f****** love you.”

“I cannot forfeit what was never mine” – Diezani Madueke Denies Money Laundering Allegation By EFCC.

diezani madueke denies money laundering

Controversial Former minister of petroleum, Diezani K. Alison-Madueke, has finally broken her silence over allegation of money laundering by the EFCC against her.

She denied the allegation against her in a very long statement.

I have up till now chosen to maintain my silence and not to respond to inaccurate press reporting. However, given the level of deliberate inaccuracies, I am now forced to respond because it is clear that the EFCC is taking advantage of my silence to try me by media and to convict me in the eyes of the public.

$153.3 MILLION ALLEGATION
I am deeply disturbed and bewildered by recent media reports claiming that by virtue of an order of the federal high court, I have forfeited to the federal government, the sum of $153.3m which I purportedly stole from the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC.

First and foremost, whilst the reasons for my being out of the country are public knowledge, the principle of fair hearing demands that I should have been notified of formal charges if truly there was a prima facie evidence or indictment against my person linking me with the said issue, so as to ensure that I had adequate legal representation.
This was never done. I wish to state that I cannot forfeit what was never mine. I do not know the basis on which the EFCC have chosen to say that I am the owner of these funds as no evidence was provided to me before the order was obtained and they have not in fact served me with the order or, any evidence since they obtained it.
As of the time of my writing this rebuttal, the EFCC have still not furnished me or my Lawyers, with a copy of the order. I am also informed by my lawyers that the legislation under which the EFCC obtained this order is for situations where the funds are believed to be the proceeds of crime and the owner is not known. I do not therefore, understand how the EFCC can in the same breath say that the monies in question are mine.

If they had evidence that the monies were mine then they would not /should not, have used the procedure which applies only to funds of unknown ownership. If indeed they used this particular legal procedure because they did not know who owned the monies, then how can they now be falsely attributing the ownership to me.
Let me re-state categorically as I have always maintained, for the record, I have NOT and WILL NEVER Steal Money from OR DEFRAUD the Federal Government of Nigeria. I am willing to respond to any charges brought against me that follow duly laid down procedures.
However, in their typical manner and style, the EFCC have gone to the media to attempt to prosecute their case as trial by TV and other media, rather than go through the onerous but tried and tested means of the Judicial Court process. In the face of the obvious falsification of facts and misinformation, it is only right and proper that the EFCC should publish the details of the $153.3M lodgements, the bank account numbers and the account beneficiaries, showing proof of my link to them. Having also alleged that the said $153.3M was ‘wired’ from NNPC, the EFCC should also publish details of the NNPC accounts from where the said $153.3 million was taken from, with proof that I authorized such a transaction/transactions acting either in my private capacity or, as The Honourable Minister of Petroleum. Let me state for the record that as Minister of Petroleum, the operation and management of NNPC finances were outside my purview as outlined in both the Petroleum Act and the NNPC Act. The only involvement I had in NNPC Finances was in terms of statutory matters, where the Petroleum Act prescribed that as Minister, there were certain duties or actions which I had to perform or take in relation to NNPC.

MALABU
With regards to the various news reports published in both the online and print media, insidiously inferring that I was indicted by Italian prosecutors for, as they put it, ‘ sharing in the Loot’ of the $1.3bn OPL 245 oil block deal that involved Malabu and the Joint Venture Multinational partners, ENI(AGIP) and Royal Dutch Shell. Let me once again State for the record, that this is another figment of the author’s imagination, which given the persistent bid to ensure my destruction and stick all of the Sins of the Corruption plagued Oil and Gas Sector of over the last 30years upon my head, probably emanated from the EFCC itself! Let me clarify the position re the history of OPL 245, otherwise known as Malabu. You will find a full chronology in the attached report that I made to the House of Representatives in late 2011 (Annex 2A/Annex-2B). In 2010, shortly after I was appointed as Minister of Petroleum Resources, the issue of OPL 245 was brought to my attention. I looked into the case and immediately became aware of the inherent and long standing sensitivities around this issue. It became clear from the onset that this case was not within the direct purview of the Minister of Petroleum Resources but in the main was centered around issues of Law. By this time there was already an ICSID(International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes) investigation and claims against the FGN running into billions of dollars. Therefore, we took directives from the Chief Legal Officer of the Nation; the Attorney General and Minister of Justice. In all of these matters due process was followed to the letter at all times. I wish to categorically state that I have never held any discussions on this matter, with any individuals or entities outside of official channels. As Minister of Petroleum Resources, I did not participate in any activity relating to financial payments on the Malabu matter, other than those statutorily mandated to the Minister of Petroleum Resources by the Petroleum Act. My role in this matter was a purely statutory one as required by Law in the Petroleum Act 3.

THE ALJAZEERA REPORT – $18MILLION MANSION
On the 13th of June 2016, the EFCC once again took their well-trodden path to the media. This time claiming that they had ‘discovered’ a mansion in Asokoro, Abuja, worth $18million (approx. N9billion) which they purported to belong to me. The EFCC went to the extent of bringing in Aljazeera, an International TV Station, to air a damaging documentary against me in this regard, showing a particular residential building in Asokoro, Abuja, which they told Aljazeera belonged to me.
The EFCC Chairman Ibrahim Magu, personally took the Aljazeera reporter to the building, alleging that it belonged to me. It has since become apparent that the house belongs to a company owned by Mr Kola Aluko. If this is not a witch hunt or a personal vendetta against me, how is it that one of our Country’s premier investigative agencies were unable to avail themselves of facts that are freely available in the public domain. Since the EFCC claims that the alleged $18million Asokoro property belongs to me, then they should kindly produce the ‘Authentic’ Certificate of Occupancy and Land Registry information and any other relevant information, as proof of my ownership of the property.

FAMILY HOME – YENEGOA, BAYELSA STATE
On the 9th November 2016, the EFCC visited our Family home in Yenegoa (Bayelsa State) as pre-agreed and they were escorted around the premises. I was therefore completely shocked to once again see my name sensationally splashed across the Front Pages of Newspapers and widely circulated on the internet, with blaring Headlines such as “EFCC UNCOVERS DIEZANI’S MULTI-BILLION NAIRA ESTATE”
There was absolutely nothing ‘Hidden’ or ‘Concealed’ about the home. I HAD DECLARED IT OPENLY as required by Law, in my Asset declaration forms (Annex-4B). Yet the EFCC have announced that they ‘Just Discovered’ my ‘Hidden Estate’! And labelled it a ‘Multi-Billion Naira Estate’! Even though they had been given the Bill of Quantities, showing actual amount spent. It is accepted Tradition across the length and breadth of Nigeria, for people to own country/village homes.
Given the size of the land and the location of the compound, the buildings thereon cannot by any stretch of the imagination be a “Multi-Billion Naira” palatial estate, as the news mongers would want to portray. The EFCC were taken on a tour of the compound which consisted of A Main house, and two outhouses – An Obi (meeting bungalow) and a staff quarters(BQ) building – above which we built 3 guest rooms and a parlour.

The only other 2 structures are the gate and generator houses. Construction began in late 2011 and was handled in phases. During the visit the EFCC was given the bill of quantities, which up until the time construction stopped in early 2015, due to my illness, was at approximately N394million which was declared in the code of conduct documentation, attached (the costs were partially funded by a loan – see code of conduct – Annex4B, the work is still uncompleted and the contractor is still being owed).

Building costs escalated as a result of delays in construction and external factors such as the extreme flooding of late 2012, that covered most of our areas in the Niger Delta. Due to the topography of the land and the heavily waterlogged and marshy terrain, construction is infinitely more expensive than in other parts of the Country, as by its nature it requires the building of extensive piling/raft foundations before any structural work can commence. The flooding of 2012 compounded the problem and further increased the cost of construction.

$700 MILLION CASH FOUND IN MY HOUSE
Stories were circulated by unscrupulous agents of calumny that the EFCC found a mind boggling $700million in cash in my home in Abuja. Would the videos of this $700 million cash discovery not have made good viewing? Or should those who recovered this money not tell the public where exactly the money has been kept? Perhaps the Central bank should corroborate that it is in custody of these monies allegedly found in my house? But then, it is now patently apparent that Nigerians are no longer easily led to believe fables and sensational untruths.

THE MISSING $20 BILLION
In late 2013, NNPC was accused by the then CBN governor, of misappropriating first $49.8billion, then it changed to $12billion and finally it was said to be $20billion. And in the twinkling of an eye that accusation was turned around and directed at me, personally. I was accused of stealing/misappropriating the unfathomable amount of $20 billion. In a CNN TV Interview in March 2015, the former CBN Governor stated that “there was this gap of $20 billion after reconciliation between what NNPC exported and what it repatriated to the federation account and I raised a number of issues that I think have not yet been discussed and addressed sufficiently.
One of them is billions of dollars being paid in kerosene subsidy without appropriation by the National Assembly and against a presidential order and we don’t know who authorised these payments yet. Nobody has owned up to say I authorised these payments, I made a mistake, it will stop…”.

He, went on to say that…. “…It could be $20 billion at the end of the day, after reconciliation they could account for 10 or 12…”. So, as he pointed out, there was indeed a reconciliation that at first stage had begun to close the purported gap. He also referred to the non-appropriation of kerosene subsidy by the National Assembly. This was an issue for which I had tried to engender a resolution and for which I was still seeking a lasting solution to, at the time the CBN Governor raised these issues (Annex-2A). He had stated severally that a large portion of the $20billion was constituted of illegal approvals for Subsidy payments that I had given and that the late President Yar’adua had directed that the said subsidy payments should be stopped and that I did not comply with President Yar’adua’s directive.

I have said it before but let me say it again. President Yar’adua’s directives were made in a presidential memo dated June 10, 2009, to the late Petroleum Minister, Rilwanu Lukman, not to me. I was not the Minister of Petroleum Resources at that time. My tenure as Petroleum Minister began in April, 2010. Those directives were not complied with by Rilwanu Lukman, not Diezani Alison-Madueke. I made several attempts when we came into office in April 2010, to get to the real truth of the matter. Even before we came in the GMD who served under Rilwanu Lukman, Alhaji Barkindo, who is today the Secretary General of OPEC, had written to the then Minister of Finance, Alhaji Muhktar, to enquire for clarity on the matter, to no avail.

Finally, I had to write to President Jonathan to get to the truth of the matter. President Jonathan pointed out that although he and President Yar’adua had wanted to cancel the entire issue of subsidies, the unions had objected and therefore the payment of subsidy had never been stopped. He directed that in the meantime we continue the payments but with the proviso that we prepare for complete deregulation as soon as possible(Annex-2C), which I of course moved to implement on Jan 1st, 2012. Today, we all know that the PWC report that was published cleared me of any wrong doing and no one up till now has been able to controvert the PWC report, nor has anyone been able to show that the $20 billion is actually, or was ever, missing.

In addition, the Makarfi-led committee in the Senate of The Federal Republic of Nigeria, in a series of publicly-held hearings, also vindicated me on the matter of the purportedly missing funds. In late 2011, due to the incessantly high subsidy figures which we knew were coming from unscrupulous marketers who were dealing in Round-tripping at the expense of the Nation, I removed all 92 PPPRA throughput marketers, amongst whom we believed were those undertaking round-tripping and substantially raising the cost of subsiding petrol for the entire Nation.

In doing that, I cut the subsidy bill to the Nation by almost 50% and put my life under immediate threat. Yet, I was accused, in the now defunct NEXT magazine, of taking bribes from these same companies. At end December 2011, I directed PPPRA to move for complete deregulation, to rid the Oil & Gas sector of the speculators, the bloated middlemen and the parasitic influence of Godfatherism. This was in an attempt to create a far less corruptible system as it was quite clear that the intended benefits of the Subsidy system were not reaching the masses but were being hijacked by unscrupulous middlemen cabals.
And finally, to allow the true market factors of supply and demand to come into play….. And as you all know, the country pushed back against it. Even after that, in early January 2012, I sought the permission and received the approval, of President Jonathan to write to EFCC asking that they please come in and investigate the entire Subsidy program and the fraudulence embedded in it(Annex-2D). And yet, I was called the corrupt one.

It is pertinent to note here, that the incumbent government themselves maintained the full subsidy regime for over one year until they realised (as I had pointed out in 2011 and had championed continuously), that it was unsustainable. 7. My Stewrdship I would like to state for the record that I performed my duty as Minister of Petroleum Resources with the utmost sincerity and sense of responsibility, ensuring that all Nigerians irrespective of creed, gender or tribe enjoyed their rightful benefits from the Oil and Gas Sector. $5.6 Billion LNG Dividend Fund It is pertinent to note that at the end of my tenure, I left behind in the LNG dividend fund, for the incoming Administration, the sum of $5.6billion(five billion six hundred million US Dollars)(Annex-6A).

I did this to ensure continuity in the crucial gas sector development which underpins the entire Power and Energy Sector and which was and still is, absolutely imperative for the Country’s current and future economic development. Local Content Having pushed for the full implementation of the Nigerian Local Content Act, despite resistance from various stakeholders, I actively promoted the benefits of ‘Nigerians Right to First Consideration’ in both the downstream and upstream sectors. The immediate effect of my actions was that for the first time in history, thousands of Nigerians were able to break through the barriers of a sector that had hitherto been the preserve of a few powerful groups with vested interest, and thereby earn a living.

This remains a source of pride to me, that not only did it create wealth across the entire economic value chain but it also ensured the unparalleled transfers of knowledge and expertise for our indigenous operators. It is noteworthy that the template is being adapted for use in other countries. Fuel Scarcity It is on record, that I immediately took the issue of incessant fuel queues head-on and in my time as petroleum minister, Nigerians rarely experienced fuel shortages. These queues had long dominated our landscape, causing untold hardship to millions of ordinary Nigerians stuck in fuel queues for hours; like the bus driver who was unable to earn enough to go to the market, and the market woman who, therefore, earned less and so could not afford school fees. This example, though at the most basic level, caused a chain reaction which was replicated in various facets throughout the economy. So, on the macro economic level, the main benefit of ending the fuel queues was an immediate increase in GDP, reduction in inflation and easier facilitation and movement of people, goods and services, across the country. The continuing effect of all these measures were that even in the most remote locations, Nigerians could buy and sell petroleum products. Gas Supply & Infrastructure As soon as I assumed office, I put into play my wealth of experience in the oil and gas sector, knowing that gas was imperative for our future growth and prosperity. I put together a team to look at all aspects of growing Nigeria’s Gas with the intent of turning Nigeria into a Premier Gas Exploring and Producing Country, even more than an oil producing country. We started working on Gas for Industry – The commercialisation approach, Gas for home use – LPG, and Gas for Power generation. We even sponsored a pilot scheme for Gas to power vehicles. I implemented a short, medium and long term project to put in place sustainable gas supply to underpin the power sector and began laying the requisite infrastructure that was virtually non-existent when we took office. We worked with NERC and the CBN to put in place the necessary fiscal levers, to ensure that Gas supply would be competitively priced.

I left behind a comprehensive and detailed plan for the rollout of LPG and the Industrialisation of GAS eg. The Ogidingben project. Petroleum Industry Bill I personally worked tirelessly through the night on many occasions, with the committee on the Petroleum Industry Bill, to finally get it to the point where for the first time in over 12 years, we could place it before the Federal Executive Council, and the National Assembly. I championed this in a bid to create aless corrupt, more transparent, accountable and responsible NNPC and Oil and Gas Industry as a whole. It was also to create additional funding inflows for the Nation. This was in spite of the fact that there was major resistance from powerful interest groups within and outside Nigeria. I take personal satisfaction even now, that the PIB template I presented to the country is still the benchmark for the current and future development of the Oil Sector in Nigeria. The Template is already being adapted for use in other countries.
MY POSITION
It is saddening that after eight years of serving my country, my experience as a public servant has been fraught with continuos malicious castigation and character assassination, all in the name of ‘personal vendettas’ or political horse trading. It has become apparent to many that these untruths told were at best well-crafted fables. The most dramatic and damning accusation was the infamous missing $49.8 Billion Dollars, that went from to $12 Billion and then up to $20 Billion and which was alleged missing from NNPC.

Today, we all know that the PWC report that was published cleared me of any wrong doing and no one up till now has been able to controvert the PWC report nor has anyone found the “missing” 20 billion, or who took it. In addition, the Makarfi-led committee in the Senate of The Federal Republic of Nigeria, in a series of publicly-held hearings, also vindicated me on the matter of the purportedly missing funds. Yet, we are all silent as if these events never occurred! The allegations that I have addressed above are no different, the character assassination continues, this time with a new set of hirelings.

One of the basic tenets of the human trait is that we all have shortcomings and we all make our fair share of mistakes, whether we are in positions of Leadership, or not. However, one error that cannot be ascribed to me is STEALING FROM NIGERIA & DEFRAUDING MY COUNTRY! It is therefore sad and distressing that in spite of all that I tried to do in the best interest of our Nation, I continue to be faced with constant demonisation, unproven accusations and deeply personal insults. In response I have chosen not to insult, accuse or demonise anyone, any person or persons.

In spite of all the allegations that have been made against me, not one has been factually proven. I remain very proud of the fact that all the policies, tenets and plans that I initiated in the Oil & Gas sector are still underpinning the entire structure. This is because they were put in place with the good of the entire nation and its people in mind. They were not factional, or tribal, neither were they based on religious bias. I am a woman from the Niger Delta, who through perseverance and sheer hard work rose to one of the highest positions in the Country’s premier International Oil Company, and in tune with my ethos of hard work I earned the prestigious British Foreign & Commonwealth Chevening Scholarship Award and was thereafter admitted to my MBA program at the World renowned Cambridge University.

In 2006, I was appointed as the first female executive director in the history of Shell Petroleum, Nigeria. Just over a year later, I was nominated and appointed as a minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, culminating in my appointment as Nigeria’s first female Minister of Petroleum, where again by dint of hard work I was appointed as the first female in history(in a completely male dominated space) to hold the Presidency of OPEC.

I can therefore, NO LONGER SIT BACK and allow the fabricated accusations against my person designed by unscrupulous persons with a vengeful agenda go unchallenged. As a Christian, it is my sincerely held belief that in the coming months, history will be the judge of exactly who Lied and who told the Truth. By the Grace of God, I shall be here to see the day when truth prevails. The fight against corruption in Nigeria will be far better served if the EFCC focus on incontrovertible facts, as opposed to media sensationalism and completely distorted stories, in their bid to demonise and destroy a few specially chosen Nigerians. Documentary evidence is available to support the facts.

Billionaire Lifestyle?! Checkout Femi Otedola’s Nokia Phones. (Photo)

Femi Otedola's Nokia Phones

You probably can’t understand the life of a billionaire except you become one yourself… I think?! Daddy’s baby girl, billionaire’s daughter, DJ Cuppy, paid her old man a visit at his office and she shared the lovely moment in a photo online.

We couldn’t help but peep at the billionaire man’s gadgets and it has us wondering the preference of such a man… There certainly is a reason why he uses old school phones and I’m guessing his reason is probably akin to Pablo Escobar in the Narcos series, who uses Satellite phones for communications.

Billionaires like him won’t have unauthorized personnel meddling into his privacy… what better way to stay private than to use gadgets that are not easy to hack into eh?

“God Would Vindicate Me For My Decision To Be Separated From Amara Nwosu” – US Based Pastor, Francis Van-Lare Says.

Francis Van-Lare Says

He shared a post recently on his Facebook page, where he states that God would vindicate him for getting separated from his wife, Amara, whose boobs he grabbed in a photo he’d shared last year which made him became quite famous, for such an act, given his status and all.

Francis Van-Lare Says
You couldn’t have missed this photo last year, did you?!

US-based pastor, Francis Van-Lare who currently is in Israel for prayers, insinuated that his estranged wife and her kids treated him badly. Amara announced their divorce on her Facebook page earlier today.

Francis wrote:

“As I arrived the holy land I told God to vindicate me for my decision to go my own separate way for I have not done anything wrong to her and her four children to be treated the way I have been last two years . I still believe my peace and joy is out there and she will show up one day”.

Ooni Of Ife, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi’s Marriage Allegedly Crashes.

Oba Enitan Ogunwusi’s Marriage

Shocking news hitting us at this hour is that of Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II and Olori Wuraola-Zynab Ogunwusi’s marriage allegedly hitting the rocks.

A report by Thecapital.ng states that Olori Wuraola was accused of many unpublishable things and lack of commitment to her marital vows.

Read their report below:

Why Olori Wuraola Ran To Obasanjo For Quick Intervention.

Other miseries only speak but heartbreak shrieks out. Yet each couple extinguishes the flames of their love, as it pleases them. Some do it with a bitter look, some with a flattering word. Some do it with a kiss and others by infidelity. Ask Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi and Olori Wuraola; the estranged couple would definitely have their pick from the pack.

Yes, until their separation, not a few people believed that all was well with the powerful and well-respected monarch and his wife. Their wedding ceremony last year was undeniably one of the most glamorous at the period it was held; the planning and guest list distinguished it from hordes of other wedding ceremonies.

Thereafter, the couple criss-crossed the world for their honeymoon playfully running after each other and picking pebbles on the sandy esplanade of holiday resorts while retiring under the moonlight of Europe’s scenic cities among other idyllic vacation spots. It was a wedding that was supposed to be made in heaven. Alas, one year down the line, the marriage has crashed irretrievably. The well-celebrated marriage has run its full course. While it lasted, they had no child.

Inside sources described the marriage as a sham, plagued by suspicion, hatred and devoid of love; they accused Olori of many unpublishable things and lack of commitment to her marital vows. Even as you read she is not on talking terms with her in-laws. The allegations are as wide as they are wild.

Back then when Olori Wuraola held sway, she had the world at her feet; she got her wishes at the snap of a finger and she literally ruled the royal household. Wherever he went, she was constantly by his side. She basked in the stratospheric adulation that came with being the apple of the Ooni’s eyes. Pray, who wouldn’t?

Unfortunately, things have changed and many within the palace now snigger and sneer at her for losing her position as the queen to one of the most powerful kings in Africa.

Curiously, however, on arrival from a trip last week, Olori Wuraola scurried to the home of former President Olusegun Obasanjo to intervene and probably advise her husband not to be influenced to dump her like a bad habit and get another wife. Yet no dice! Obasanjo could not do anything.

Sadly, they have since gone their separate ways perhaps ruing what was and what could have been.

“Chelsea Treats Me Like A Criminal” – Diego Costa.

Diego Costa

English Football club, Chelsea FC’s Diego Costa has accused the club of treating him like a “criminal”, in a forthright newspaper interview which will deepen the breach with the Premier League club.

The striker is seeking a move back to Spain in the transfer window. He has not played for Chelsea since the FA Cup final in May, following which he claims manager Antonio Conte sent him a text, telling him he was not in his plans for the new season.

Costa was interviewed at home in Brazil on the same day Chelsea lost their opening Premier League game to Burnley and said he was refusing the club’s demand to return to play with the reserves.

“They want me to be there training with the reserves. I wouldn’t be allowed access to the first-team dressing room and I would have no contact at all with the guys,” he told the Daily Mail.

“I’m not a criminal! I don’t think it is fair after all I have done to be treated like that.”

The Brazilian-born Spain international, who joined Chelsea from Atletico Madrid in 2014, said if the club did not allow him to move before the transfer window he was prepared to see out his contract unpaid in Brazil.

“I am open to being a year in Brazil without playing, even if Chelsea fine me for a year and don’t pay me.

“I’ll come back stronger. If I was in the wrong, I’d go back now and do as they say.

“I want the deal with Atletico resolved this month. My idea would be to go to Madrid, train there, get in the best physical shape and be ready to fire ahead of the World Cup.”

The situation is complicated by the fact that Atletico are currently banned from signing players in this window although a loan deal would be possible.

Costa’s relationship with Conte appears to have broken down although the Brazilian accepts the Italian “is a good coach”.

Last week Conte said there was “no news” on the Costa situation but earlier this summer said the “situation is closed.

Robert Mugabe’s Wife beat up 20 yr old model she found in hotel with her 2 sons

Robert Mugabe's Wife

The wife of Zimbabwean President, Grace Mugabe has been accused of brutal assault by a Johannesburn woman.

Identified as Gabriella Engels‚ 20‚ she claimed she was assaulted by Mugabe’s wife at a Sandton‚ Johannesburg‚ hotel around 9pm on Sunday night after she went to visit the Zimbabwean president’s two sons.

“We were chilling in a hotel room‚ and they were in the room next door‚” Engels said.

She said Grace Mugabe proceeded to beat her and two of her friends with an extension chord‚ while the two sons ran away and the Mugabe bodyguards looked on.

She said she suffered gashes to her forehead and scalp.

“What is a girl compared to a woman beating you and 10+ bodyguards standing back‚ leaving her to do this sh*t‚” she tweeted about the incident.

Engels said she went to the nearest police station on Sunday night‚ but was shown away by the police officer on duty‚ who told her to first seek medical attention.

Robert Mugabe's Wife

Gabriella’s mother‚ Debbie‚ said they were going to the police station to open an assault case on Monday.

“When she got home [on Sunday] I was already sleeping. She was in so much shock‚ she couldn’t tell me what happened‚” Debbie said.

“I rushed her to the hospital to get stitches and when she eventually calmed down‚ she told me she was assaulted by Mugabe’s wife‚” she said.

Calls and a Facebook message to Mugabe’s spokesperson‚ George Charamba‚ went unanswered on Monday‚ while Mugabe’s one son‚ Chatunga Bellarmine‚ also didn’t respond to messages on Facebook.

Zimbabwean news has reported that Grace was in South Africa for treatment following a “freak accident” in which she injured her right ankle.

Garnet Basson‚ CEO of The Capital hotel group‚ where the alleged assault took place‚ said there was an incident that prompted management to ask guests to leave the hotel.

“What happened in the hotel room‚ I don’t have a comment on … I can’t disclose the name. We did have guests removed from the premises due to a scenario where we thought it was not good for them to stay there.

“It was almost a forceful exit‚ but it wasn’t. It was a decent exit after about a half an hour of discussions.”

Mr Jollof and Hushpuppi comes for each other on Instagram

Mr. Jollof and Hushpuppi once again, has reignited their social media war, which started few months ago, after the former, called out the latter for spending N11 million at a Lagos Club.

Pregnant woman beaten to death by husband, buried alongside her baby

Pregnant woman beaten

A Facebook user identified as Ukan Kurugh, has written the concluding part of the story of Chinyere, who was beaten to death by her husband.

Read full story below:

“Unfortunately for Sylvia or Chinyere as she was fondly called by family and close friends, she did not live to tell her own story. She was cut down in her prime by the man she loved till death did them part Obinna Akaleme, her husband. She died on the day she was due to give birth after series of miscarriages in her husband’s house.

Chinyere Sylvia Akaleme (nee Igbo) was born on 27 april 1981 into the family of Mr and Mrs Reginald Chiaka Igbo. The second child and 1st daughter of the family with six other siblings, Sylvia was raised in a middle-class Catholic family residing in Ajao estate, lagos where she had her nursery, primary and secondary education. She was a very bright pupil and her position in class never went below the top three. She gained admission into the university of Ilorin in Kwara state where she read electrical engineering and graduated with second class honours. She started a career in information technology and quickly got several professional qualifications including sisco into her academic profile. She started her working career with Karox computers before moving on to reliance info systems ltd where she became a product and sales manager

Pregnant woman beaten

Sylvia at work

Her last job was with the Wini group, an Ikeja based corporation.

In 2012 she met and married Obinna Akaleme a farmer/ chef/ kitchen assistant and thus began her journey to an untimely death in the hands of the man she loved so much and catered for. She died on the on the 29th of march 2017 and she was committed to mother earth at the Ikoyi cemetery on the 19th of july 2017.

Engr sylvia is survived by her aged grandmother, her parents, siblings, uncles, aunties, nephews and nieces. May her gentle soul rest in peace, Amen.

What Happened?

Her parents and siblings never knew Chinyere endured several years of abuse in the hands of the man she called a husband. She assumed the role of a typical Nigerian wife who must always display a non-existent happiness in a marriage filled with sadness and regrets.

The only clue about what happened to her during her over five years of marriage was the account of the neighbors who narrated how on a particular night Obinna her husband beat her up and she ran to their landlords house for safety. Also the little girl who lived with her revealed that Chinyere warned her not to tell her parents that her husband used to beat her up even while she was over eight months pregnant.

That explained the reason behind the series of miscarriages she had before her last pregnancy which was full term. Her parents got worried that their daughter had about four miscarriages in less than four years decided to take her to come stay with them when she took-in after her eight month old miscarriage.

She lived peacefully with her parents and her pregnancy advanced with Chinyere in good health and high spirits anticipating the birth of her child. Unfortunately for her, on her due date, Obinna, her husband came to pick her up from her father’s house at 10 am to the hospital and as a dutiful wife she was, she obeyed him and went with him.

According to the doctor, the mother and the baby were confirmed healthy on arrival and Doctor asked her to go get her bag in preparation for delivery that evening. Obinna took Chinyere to their matrimonial home. Sadly for Chinyere, he got into an argument with her over money, beat her up so badly and left her unconscious in the house.

He left the house and switched off his phone and her phone so no one could reach them. He left her in the house and every attempt made to reach them was futile.

He later returned and took her to the hospital when he discovered she was dying at about 4.30pm and did not deem it fit to contact her parents or siblings, he did this so as not to run the risk of her coming out of coma and telling her family her ordeal at the hands of her husband, it is also worthy to note that the hospital were she died is less than a hundred metres from her parent’s house.

Obinna eventually came to her parents house around 8.30pm to tell them she had passed on. Further findings from her siblings and the doctor’s confirmation revealed that Chinyere was brought to the hospital lifeless (practically dead).

The doctor decided to do a cesarean session to try and save the baby but it was all in vain.

Chinyere’s sad story is one among millions of Nigerian women who fall victim to sexual and emotional predators because they want to be accepted by the society at large.

They hide their ordeal from the very people that can rescue them. Their families. Women nowadays? pretend that they are in happy marriages even when the obvious signs says otherwise. For how long will we keep up with this trend of pretending all is well when it obviously isn’t? Must we live a lie for societal acceptance? Let’s come together and say no to domestic violence and spousal abuse.

There are many families like Chinyere’s who wish their children had remained single and lived with them instead of getting married and killed by their partners. Enough is enough

“An openly homosexual business partner here in Nigeria paid me one of the biggest money I have made in my life” – OAP, N6 says

oap n6

Nigerian OAP, N6, has revealed that the highest money he has ever made in his life was paid to him by an openly gay man here in Nigeria.

The young rapper disclosed this on the new episode of Hot Topics with Latasha Ngwube, while reacting to the news of the 40 suspected homosexual men that were arrested and arraigned in court by the Lagos state government recently.

He said:

“I have no problems with Homosexuals. One of the biggest and most successful money I have made in my life was paid to me by an openly homosexual business partner here in Nigeria. I have no problem with them but this is the law of the land. You have to be much smarter. You can’t just come and say I am gay and that law is a wrong law because you are still arrestable by the laws of the land. When I saw that story, I first had a problem with the Lagos state police.

When I now heard that there were 12 minors involved, I said this is a child-sex pornography ring and something deeper is happening here and on that account, they should all be arrested, there should be an investigation done to find out if the kids were really raped and when they have found this out, they should properly rehabilitate those children. Something out of the ordinary is going on. But apart from that, what two grown men decide to do with themselves in their private place or corner, that is entirely up to them but the law of the land still states this is illegal”

Actress, Vienna Girardi Reveals How She Lost Twins In Miscarriage.

actress vienna girardi

Actress, Vienna Girardi, who is famous for her role in ‘The Bachelor’ has revealed that she suffered a miscarriage earlier this month while carrying her twins, who were just 18 weeks.

She took to Facebook to write about her devastating loss in an emotional and lengthy post and how she too almost died and had to be in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) for four days.

She wrote:

This is the hardest thing I have ever had to write. On Aug 3rd, I went in for an ultra sound bc the Perinatologist notice one of my twins had more fluids than the other which was the first sign of TTTS(Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome) this is when one twin takes more nutrients than the other. They said that it did look like it had improved over the last week though.

Unfortunately, that was not the case and that evening my water broke due to the amniotic sacs rupturing. I spent the next 2 days in the hospital trying everything to save them.

The doctors had warned me that if I did not go into labor and deliver the babies, I was taking the chance of risking my own life and causing an infection in my uterus but they could not survive at only 18 weeks. They also said that there was a very slim chance under 5% that the babies could survive and the fluids in their amniotic sacs replenish themselves so as any mother would do I did everything to save them but their hearts stopped beating on day two which is also when I went into a septic shock with 104 fever.

My little angels went to Heaven on Aug 5th and I was rushed into the OR for emergency surgery and was in the ICU for 4 days.

I don’t know why this happened and I pray the Lord gives me strength to understand why he needed my little girls. After days of laying in bed heart broken and trying to piece what happened back together a doctor asked me if I would consider donating my little girls to science so they can also understand why this happens and be able to save another women who has twins with TTTS. This was the hardest decision I have ever had to make in my life but I knew my little girls were in Heaven already and the pain I feel I would never want any mother to ever feel.

RIP My Sweet Angels ?

Your mommy will never forget you and I loved you both with my entire heart.

I Thank you all for your support and prayers but I would appreciate it if at this time everyone can respect my privacy and allow me to grieve.
