A fitness blogger has decided to share difference(s) between Instagram and reality in booty photos by showing the real deal behind them.
Sarah Puhto decided to share photos taken on the same day but at a different angle, to show most of what we see on social media is smokes screen.
She wrote:
Instagram vs real life ???
If I saw the photo on the left a year ago I would’ve instantly thought so negatively about my body, that all my hard work from working out was non existent, that if someone looked at me they would’ve never thought I’ve been working out for 2 years and think I wasn’t trying hard enough. But the thing is is that all bodies look different. Nobody’s booty looks round and peachy from all angles. Nobody’s body looks the same from all angles.
Don’t eat less or miss out on your favorite meals/drinks or over exercise to “look good for a holiday” or to “look good in bikini photos” because there will always be angles that are “unflattering” that might make you feel bad when you see them. Instead workout and eat healthy because it makes you feel good, not as a punishment. Start loving and accepting your body at all angles with all your “flaws”, instead of trying to fit into societies image of ‘beauty’ because that image isn’t inclusive of all individuals, which is so messed up.
Don’t hate yourself just because of bad photos, they do not define you as a person. You look the best when you’re living life to the fullest and happiest. There’s no point in missing out on things and stressing yourself out so much. Life isn’t meant to be a competition on who can look the best and we should normalize not having to “look perfect” all the time because it’s a ridiculous concept.
You are perfect the way you are ?☀️

A man was left with damaged pride after he crashed his £260,000 supercar – having had it for just an HOUR.
Pictures released by South Yorkshire Police capture the remains of a jet black Ferrari 430 Scuderia after it crashed off the side of a motorway and transformed into a fireball.
Officers said the Ferrari driver left the road in wet conditions and slid 50 metres across a field before the vehicle burst into flames near Barnsley, South Yorks.
At the scene officers revealed the driver, who survived with cuts and bruises, said ‘it was a Ferrari’ with ‘a hint of damaged pride’ – before saying he ‘only had it an hour’.
Police offices lifted the lid on the reason why motorists were stuck on at Junction 37 of the M1 earlier today after posting two pictures of the wreckage on Facebook.
South Yorkshire Police Operational Support posted:
‘Afternoon folks, were you stuck in traffic this afternoon on the M1 south around junction 37? If so, here’s why.
‘Officers were deployed to a single vehicle collision with reports that the vehicle had left the carriageway and burst in to flames.
‘Road conditions were wet at the time and as officers arrived on scene it became clear there was a vehicle well alight.
‘Colleagues from South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue were in attendance squirting water all over some kind of sporty motor some 50 or so meters down a banking.
‘As we are an inquisitive bunch, we found the driver and were amazed to see he only had minor cuts and bruises!
‘Officers asked the driver what sort of car he ‘had’ to which he replied “it was a Ferrari”.
‘Detecting a sense of damaged pride he then said: “I’ve only just got it, picked it up an hour ago”.
‘The serious part of this post: Over the past couple of weeks there has been a number of collisions where driving styles have not reflected the road & weather conditions – please take more care.
‘Ps. Here’s a couple of pictures of the previously mentioned sporty motor – for those who aren’t very knowledgeable on cars, it was a Ferrari 430 Scuderia.’

The stunning dancer and new Senator representing Osun West, Senator Ademola Adeleke has revealed how is late elder brother, Senator Isiak Adeleke helped his victory to the Upper Chamber of the National Assembly.
Although, Senator Ademola Adeleke gallantly won his opposition from People’s Democratic Party, few days after defection, he posited that it was the past legacy of his brother while he was the Governor of Osun state that helped him scale through for success.
“I was having fun during the campaign and enjoying my dance because my brother had done 70 percent of the job with his historical goodwill right from when he became an executive governor in 1991. I was always with him. I want to follow his footsteps and may God help me,” he said.
While having a meeting with the Prsidency;s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, yesterday, Sen. Adeleke also expressed his sadness that he had to take the place of his brother his demise.
“My brother laid a good foundation for me, but I would have preferred if he was around and had probably decided to retire at a good old age, instead of stepping into his shoes when he passed on,” he noted.
The lawmaker said he would always support a bottom-up style of development in the country that paid close attention to the grassroots by strengthening local government councils.
On his part, Adesina likened Adeleke’s victory at the polls reflection as a new era of bridge building in Nigeria’s democracy.
He said this would further strengthen political institutions for future elections.
“The expectations from you will be obviously very high because your late brother, Sen Isiaka Adeleke, was very popular, large-hearted and kind to a lot of people, and I know you are getting ready to fill the big shoes,” he added.
A newly wed lady identified as Chinyelu has revealed how she met her heartthrob/husband Ifeanyi via social media in the United State.
According to her, her Husband was going through his social media account when he saw her lovely photos on one of his friend’s pages. He was mesmerized and decided to drop her a message.
Read what she shared below;
It was truly unexpected for me to meet Ifeanyi. I had just moved to Atlanta, GA and was at a point in my life where I wanted to focus on myself and get adjusted to my new city. All of my friends and family knew that I didn’t care for blind dates. So, if they wanted me to meet someone, I told them to have them contact me via social media. That way, I can see his picture and decide if I wanted to respond or not. On August 4, 2014, I received a message from Ifeanyi who is a great friend of one of my bridesmaids. He saw a picture of me and my good friend, and thought I was beautiful.
It wasn’t until he told me he was a University of Miami Hurricanes fan (my college’s rival) that I became intrigued. I ran track at Florida State University and love my alma mater, so why would anyone want to be a University of Miami fan? I clearly had to find out why. Since then, we continued to message each other back and forth and I was starting to like what I saw in his personality.
After a while, we decided to talk on the phone and our conversations then became even more heartfelt and meaningful. In November, while I was visiting family and friends in Houston, he arranged for us to meet at Fish and The Knife, a beautiful sushi restaurant and lounge.
Dinner was amazing and throughout the night I saw he had an amazing smile. After our first date, we traveled back and forth between Houston and Atlanta so that we could see each other at least twice a month. With every conversation and every visit, I saw myself falling more and more for this man. His words, his smile, his heart, and the way he looked at me, made me feel so special that I knew he was the one for me. That December, we had an amazing date at Sweet Georgia’s Juke Joint in Atlanta, GA. With jazz music filling the air, he told me how special I was to him and how much I meant to him. He told me he has never met anyone like me before and could see himself spending the rest of his life with me. It was at that point that he truly touched my heart. I had this wonderful feeling within and right then, I knew I was in love.

Parading of people unacceptable – Essa Ehugbo.
The member representing Afikpo North East in the Ebonyi State House of Assembly, Mrs Maria Udu Nwachi (Afikpo Chic), on the 22nd July 2017, complained to Essa Traditional Council of Ehugho, the highest decision making body in Ehugbo (Afikpo), about a 70 year old widow, accused of sleeping with a man in her late husband’s home at Amuzu Nkpogoro, Afikpo, and paraded with the man round the villages; with youths chanting disgraceful songs behind them, thereby creating a scene which attracted condemnation from several quarters, describing such as obnoxious, uncivilized, and other adjectives.
Following the report, the Ekpuke Essa Traditional ruling body on 26 July 2017 at Ulubi Eke Ehugbo deliberated on the matter and stated that the normal thing as Ehugbo tradition demands is that the culprit is liable to atone her misdeed with a goat. The above process, the Essa said is the tradition and not the dehumanising act of parading the culprit. They also advised widows cannot hold themselves, they should re- marry or alternatively pack out from their late husband house.
[i]THE VERDICT IS: No community should parade anyone again and if they ever do, they would be fined N100,000 and another fine of N5000 will be given again to every one in the community who allowed such act. They stated the act of the said community is not acceptable. They frowned at the bad public image the incident gave the town of Afikpo.
PHOTO: On the 22nd of July 2017, when Essa Ehugbo paid me a visit. I tabled up the matter above to them; so they can deliberate on it and give us an official pronouncement on it. Their official stance above will forestall such event from taking place in the future.
Dear media house that contacted me for statement on the matter, I am sorry that I could not make any statement concerning the issue until I consult my people and ascertain the facts and the way forward. And here you have it. The highest ruling body in my land has spoken, and it’s final. – Nwanyi Afikpo

Bill Gates has just been overtaken the Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos the richest man in the world.
Jeff just topped the Microsoft founder, Gates for the first time ever with the fortune of $90 billion.
According to Forbes, the opening of markets today, July 27 got Bezos to a net worth of $90.6 billion, putting him more than $500 million ahead of Bill Gates. Amazon stock opened up 1.6% on Thursday, adding $1.3 billion to Bezos’ net worth. That was enough to put him ahead of Gates, who was last surpassed on Forbes’ real-time rankings for just two days nearly a year ago by Spanish retail giant Amancio Ortega.
Jeff Bezos
Forbes started tracking billionaires around the globe in 1987. Bezos is now the seventh person to hold the title of the world’s richest person and the third American to top the global ranks besides Gates and Berkshire Hathaway CEO Warren Buffett.
While Gates and Buffett both appeared on Forbes’ first ranking of America’s 400 Richest people in 1982, Bezos is a newer addition to Forbes’ wealth rankings. He first appeared on the Forbes 400 in 1998, a year after Amazon went public, with a $1.6 billion fortune. Bezos ranked third richest in the world on Forbes 2017 list of the World’s Billionaires, published in March, with a fortune of $72.8 billion.
Gates gave so much of his fortune to philanthropy making it possible for Jeff to overtake him. Gates created the Giving Pledge with Buffett to encourage billionaires to give at least half of their wealth to charitable causes. He gave away $32.9 billion over the course of his lifetime through end of 2016.
Bezos attended Princeton and then worked at a hedge fund before starting his online bookseller in a garage in Seattle in 1994. Amazon has since grown into an online retail behemoth selling a wide range of products. It also offers cloud services through its Amazon Web Services division, known as AWS. Outside of his day job, Jeff Bezos owns aerospace company Blue Origin and the Washington Post.
Innoson Nigeria Limited and its owner, Chief Innocent Chukwuma (OFR), have filed a fresh lawsuit against Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB) PLC in the High Court of Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
The automaker is claiming a total sum of N400b as damages for injury to their reputation, moral character, credibility, office, vocation and trade.
According to a source, Innoson is also seeking an order of perpetual injunction restraining GT Bank from further defaming them.
The lawsuit which was filed by Innoson CEO’s counsel, Prof Joseph N Mbadugha Esq, is a sequel to a recent decision by the Supreme Court of Nigeria in favour of Innoson Nigeria Ltd. in Appeal No: SC/694/2014 between GTB v. Innoson Nig Ltd., where the Supreme Court dismissed GT Bank’s Application.
The source said the automaker has won various lawsuits against GT Bank, adding that on July 29, 2011, the Federal High Court, Ibadan Division, through a garnishee order, asked GT Bank to pay the sum of N2,048,737,443.6K to Innoson Nigeria Ltd.
GTBank, however, appealed against the judgment to the Court of Appeal, Ibadan Division.
Also, in a unanimous judgment, delivered on February 6, 2014, the Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal and affirmed the judgment asking GT Bank to pay the said sum of N2, 048,737,443.
In protest, GTBank appealed to the Supreme Court on 11 Grounds and subsequently sought to amend its notice of appeal- to adduce fresh evidence showing that Innoson Nigeria Ltd obtained the judgment of the Court of Appeal by fraud and fraudulent suppression of material facts.
According to a statement issued by the automaker, “GT Bank had through its motion on notice in Appeal No: SC/694/2014 dated the 22nd of January 2016 and filed at the Supreme Court on the 5th of February 2016, with a 15 paragraph affidavit in support averred that Innoson Nigeria Ltd obtained the Court of Appeal Judgment against GT Bank in Appeal No CA/I/258/2011 by fraud.
The statement reads:
“Similarly, at paragraphs 9 and 10 of the affidavit in support of the said motion on notice deposed to by Sarah Ugamah on behalf of GT Bank, GT Bank said that Innoson Nigeria Ltd fraudulently suppressed that it was paid the sum of N1, 406,515,845.98 (One Billion, Four Hundred and Six Million, Five Hundred and Fifteen Thousand, Eight Hundred and Forty-Five naira, Ninety-Eight Kobo) in liquidation of the judgment debt.
“However in a unanimous decision, on 12th May 2017, the Supreme Court dismissed the GT Bank’s said motion on notice; and while dismissing the motion, Supreme Court stated, inter alia, that GT Bank engaged in double speaking and in a frivolous frolic in bringing the application.
“In the fresh suit, Innoson Nigeria Ltd and Chief Innocent Chukwuma maintained that the words published by GT Bank –that it obtained the Court of Appeal Judgment by fraud and fraudulent suppression of the fact that Innson Nig. Ltd. was paid the sum N1, 406,515,845.98 in final liquidation of the judgment debt – implies that Innocent Chukwuma and Innoson Nigeria Ltd are dubious, dishonest, dishonourable, and untrustworthy, of questionable character, fraudster, criminally deceptive, cheats and obtaining money through “false pretences.”
“In consequence, Innoson Nigeria Ltd and Innocent Chukwuma are claiming against the GT Bank PlC as follows: N100 Billion exemplary damages; N100 Billion for injury to feelings-mental pains and anxiety; N150 Billion for injury to reputation and N50 Billion general damages.”
Also, Innoson Nig Ltd. and Chief Innocent Chukwuma further claim:
1. An order that the published words complained of being retracted by the Defendant – GT Bank with an apology published in two National dailies;
2. An order of perpetual injunction restraining the GT Bank from further maligning or otherwise defaming them in the words or similar words complained of in this motion;
3. An order of perpetual injunction restraining GT Bank, its agents, privies or whomsoever from further defaming the plaintiffs;
Innoson sources also explained that 22% interest on the said sums of money claimed above commencing on January 22, 2016, till the date of the judgment and thereafter at the same rate of 22% interest until the satisfaction of the judgment debt.
According to CNN, Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing (IVM) recently partnered with the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) to provide spare parts for NAF’s fighter jets.
The council of chiefs in Nri community in Aniocha Local Government Area of Anambra are threatening to institute legal action against the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, for allegedly committing a taboo in their community.
The Personal Assistant to the monarch of Nri community, Eze Obidiegwu Onyesoh, Ifeanyi Onyesoh, who spoke to newsmen in the community today, said Kanu along with his wife and supporters stormed the community on July 19th without prior information to the monarch. Onyesoh said on July 18th, some persons said to be supporters of Nnamdi Kanu visited the monarch to verbally inform them that Kanu was coming for a visit. He said he was the one that received them and he told them to go back and return with a written letter seeking for an appointment.
Onyesoh revealed that the monarch was surprised to hear the next day that Kanu had arrived the town and paid a visit to one Mr. Shadarack Mbanefo who is a subject to the monarch.
“I was the person that received them and so I told them to go and come back with a written letter so that they will get an official reply from the palace since the delegation looked unusual, in that there was no titled person among them. At this point, they all left and what we saw the next day was Kanu visiting Nri community with a huge crowd of his supporters. He (Kanu) went straight to the house of one Chief Shadrack Mbanefo, a subject to the traditional ruler of Nri. The feelers we later got, was that the said Mbanefo claimed he handed over the `Offo Nri ’, (symbol of royalty) to Kanu, and even allowed Kanu to visit the historic “Ohianwehi forest” revered as “forest of life” by Igbo tradition. This forest is believed to be the place the first burnt offering was offered by the Jewish Igbo ancestors when they migrated from Israel more than 2,000 years ago,’’
Onyesoh said Nri people considered Kanu’s conduct as a taboo because no high profile visitor entered the community without first visiting the traditional ruler let alone a sacred place without the knowledge of the monarch. He said Kanu and his supporters later found their way to the entrance of the palace and tried to force it open.
“It was this unruly conduct that made the traditional ruler to telephone the security agents who responded promptly and dispersed Kanu and his supporters. It is a taboo in Nri and equally against the Anambra State Traditional Rulers’ Council Law for a high profile visitor to visit a community without first paying homage to the traditional ruler. The people of Nri and her traditional ruler are not against Nnamdi Kanu and his agitation/aspiration but what we cannot take is for Kanu to come and mess up the Nri culture and tradition under whatever motive. The community will drag him to customary court to ensure that nobody else gives such insult to the community and its heritage’’ he said
Controversial OAP Freeze has reacted to report that former Nigeria’s petroleum minister, Diezani stole $90 Billion.
He said, it is simply impossible for Dieziani to have stolen $90 Billion from a country whose annual budget is $23billion, and that nobody should jump into any conclusion.
Guys, lets not jump at sensationalized news captions aimed at drawing traffic to websites.
How much money does Nigeria have as a nation that someone will steal $90 billion?
I’m my opinion, it is simply impossible for Dieziani to have stolen $90 Billion from a country whose annual budget is $23billion. Do you know how much $90billion is?
Guys calm down, many of you have selected lynch mob mode in the subconscious part of your brains, please reset your brain back to normal.
I am in no way supporting corruption and if Dieziani is found wanting by a competent court, let her be persecuted accordingly, but until that is done, please I implore all well meaning Nigerians to stop cursing her and her mother, at least not for this crime, as it is humanly impossible to commit it; you can’t steal more than what is available! ~FRZ

Being a great and successful comedian is not all about standing up and making your audience laugh. You will need to come up with a repertoire, learn on ways you can have a great stage presence and be ready for the rough road ahead just like most of the other successful artists. Though making jokes might be easy, writing them down and performing them in front of a large crowd can never be an easy task. Here are five awesome ideas to help you become a great comedian.
1. Take time and Watch Comedy Masters
There are so many successful comedians both old and new in this industry. Taking your time to watch their previous and current performances can help you build your comedy career. For example, you can decide to have the best Nigerian comedy videos download to watch them later at your free time. At first, you can watch them for sheer entertainment then watch them later as a comedy student trying to learn everything they do from the moment they step on stage.
2. Have Fun
You have to enjoy whatever you are doing for you to be successful. Ensure you do your homework well, find what type of character you are, perfect your style, go into class and lastly always have fun. You can never be successful without taking some risks. However, ensure the risks you take do not water down the funny part. You will always feel some energy inside yourself whenever you are acting that will ensure you bring out the best. If you are having fun, the producer, the casting directing, writer and the audience will surely have fun with you. This will help you in becoming a successful comedian.

Comedy is all about pace, timing and rhythm. It is your task as a comedy actor to point out things in each and every scripted piece you perform. When done right, comedy is like a good song. Just as to when a musician is playing the composed melody, a comedian must also stick to the script. Never attach handles or add words to the beginning of sentences. Do not try to change the punctuation.
5. Learn on how to break down the comedy scripts
Comedy is all about unpredictability and desperation. The themes are usually found in characters, story lines and jokes. You need to keep in mind that comedy usually consists of both positive and negative forces which work against each other.
Breaking down the comedy scripts will enable you to easily identify classic jokes such as “turnaround” where a character says anything with a 100% conviction.
