Apparently, Amber Rose has been teaching her 2-year-old son Sebastian some English vocabulary.
Thanks to mommy, Her son’s vocabulary now includes the word “Conversate” – which apparently has no meaning.
Amber proudly posted her lesson on Instagram, then removed it after a flurry of criticism.
She asked him “Hey Sebastian, what’s the new word we learned this week?”
He said “Conversate”.
Then she asked him what it meant and he said “To engage in conversation“.
Critics and trolls came for the mother of 1, telling her how bad and incorrect that grammar is, and how bad she was to teach her son wrong grammar.
Amber was pissed at all the criticism on social media, telling friends she knows “conversate” is slang, but here’s the thing, people speak slang! So she says … what, people aren’t supposed to teach kids words like “fleek,” “turnt,” etc?
Sebastian’s actually a little brainiac, he can already name the planets and identify types of dinosaurs.
So she is doing a good job.
She has since taken down the video from her Instagram page.

Poor 41-day-old baby, Zainab Olajide, has been sent back to where she came from, spending little time on this earth, after she was allegedly poisoned by her father, Kazeem Olajide, in a keen attempt to divorce his wife.
The incident happened at about 07:00am on Friday in the Lemode area of Ogun State.
According to Punch, the mother, Abosede Ogundare, had left Zainab with Kazeem to sweep the compound only to come back and met the baby with foams gushing out from her mouth.
It was learnt that Ogundare alerted neighbours to the incident having found a bottle containing pesticide with her husband.
Zainab was said to have been rushed to a hospital in the community, where she eventually died.
The suspect, who hails from Abeokuta, Ogun State, attempted to flee, but was held by residents, while the landlord of the house reported the case to the monarch of the community, Oba Solomon Sokunbi.
It was gathered that the father was handed over to policemen at the Agbado Police Division after he confessed to the crime before the monarch.
A resident, who identified himself only as Biodun, said Kazeem had been threatening to divorce his wife before the baby’s untimely death.
He said, “He doesn’t love the woman and has been trying to divorce her. He poisoned the innocent baby to actualise his mission. They recently moved to this estate. She was their only child.”
The landlord of the house, who did not want his name in print, said the suspect had denied being Zainab’s father prior to the incident.
“Three days before the incident, Kazeem (Olajide) was looking for a pair of his slippers. When he did not find it on time, he started raining curses. I called him by his daughter’s name, and tried to caution him, but he warned me not to call him by her name again. It was when the incident happened that I realised he might have intentionally killed the child.”
Sokunbi, the Oba of Ijoko-Lemode, said Kazeem owned up to the act, claiming that he was pushed by the devil. He said he had been following the case to ensure that the suspect was brought to justice.
He said,
“It was the landlord who came to report the case to me and I directed my chiefs to bring him and the wife to the palace. I asked the husband and he confessed. He said it was the handiwork of the devil.
“I called the police from the Agbado Police Division to arrest him. They said he had been transferred to the state command headquarters. I have been following the case. This is a pure murder case and I want the police to duly prosecute the suspect and let him face the law.”
The monarch added that Kazeem’s wife told him in the presence of his chiefs that she saw the bottle with him two days before the incident.
He said, “The woman thought the bottle contained herbs. She said she left the child with him to sweep the compound, only to return and met Zainab gasping and foaming in the mouth. She said she smelled pesticide in the baby’s mouth.”
Nigeria has lost one of its lionized traditional rulers, the Ooni of Ife, Oba Sijuwade, who died on Tuesday, 28th of July, 2015.
The traditional ruler reportedly died in the United Kingdom after reports that he was flown out of the country when he slumped in his hometown on Thursday.
The king emerged as ruler in December, 1980. He was the fiftieth ruler of Ife, a town which is referred to as the origin of the Yorubas.
Following the reports of how aviation officials embarrassed former First Lady of Nigeria, Patience Jonathan by not allowing her access to the VIP Lounge in the Port Harcourt airport, The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has refuted these reports that the former first lady was embarrassed like that.
They claim that the convoy carrying the wife of the former President, Dame Patience Jonathan, was halted from taking her to the foot of the aircraft on the tarmac of the Port Harcourt International Airport.
In a statement on Tuesday, FAAN described the reports as misleading and mischievous.
The General Manager, Corporate Affairs, Yakubu Dati, said the security officials explained to Dame Jonathan’s team why her convoy was stopped, adding that the officials were only abiding by international safety standards.
“The former First Lady’s convoy was only denied access to the foot of the aircraft during boarding formalities at the airport in line with international aviation best practices, strictly for safety reasons, as prescribed by the International Civil Aviation Organisation. Our security officials explained this fact to details of the former First Lady.
“We wish to recall that former President Goodluck Jonathan, in his recent trips from the same airport, had had to walk to the aircraft from the protocol lounge, in recognition of this ICAO regulation.”“We wish to state that no such thing happened as Dame Jonathan, like other family members of former Presidents and other designated principal officers of government, are officially entitled to the usage of airport VIP and protocol lounges under the management of FAAN.”

Today, 28th of July, 2015, the attention of the Nigerian Military is drawn to photos of some NDA Cadets, harassing innocent civilians.
These cadets are said to be first year students of the Nigerian Defence Academy, NDA, Kaduna. One of them confidently published the photos on his twitter page showing them harassing civilians, blocking traffic and even posing in the middle of the road.
The Nigerian Military responded on their twitter page saying the defaulting cadets shall be disciplined.
Our attention has been drawn to pictures posted on social media where cadets of NDA were punishing some citizens of the country.This is This is against the principle, standard and value of the Nigeria military. The military stands to protect and defend her nation and its citizens. We disown this very action and we assure everyone that we will take right action to discipline these disobedient cadets.
In spite of the disputes and controversies from the House of Representatives, it has named Mr. Femi Gbajabiamila its majority leader. Mr. Ado Doguwa was named the Chief Whip while Buba Jibrin, Deputy Leader. Pally Iraise was also given the title of deputy whip.
Mr. Gbajabiamila, who is actually a former minority leader and missed out on the Speaker slot, emerged the All Progressives Congress caucus leader hours after the House leaders met with the leadership of the ruling APC in Abuja.
Speaker, Yakubu Dogara split the house into two separate factions after his rejection of the party’s demand that Mr. Gbajabiamila be given the majority leader position.
Sen. Godswill Akpabio (Akwa-Ibom North-West) has emerged the senate Minority Leader in the Red chamber. The former Akwa Ibom governor was nominated by the south south caucus of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
Making the announcement, President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki, also announced the appointment of Sen. Emmanuel Bwacha (PDP Taraba South) as Deputy Minority Leader.
Other appointees of the PDP are Sen. Phillip Aduda (PDP FCT), Minority Whip and Sen. Biodun Olujimi (PDP Ekiti South), Deputy Minority Whip.
Sen. Kabir Marafa (APC Zamfara Central) immediately challenged the appointments, saying that they violated the senate’s rules on ranking.
He urged that the appointment should be declared null and void,arguing that ,a ranking senator was supposed to have occupied the position given to Akpabio.
However, the Deputy President of the Senate, Ike Ekwerenmadu, insisted that the appointment of the officers was PDP’s affair and not the business of Marafa, who is an APC member. He clarified that the rule on ranking only stipulates that ranking senators should be considered first before other non-ranking senators, stressing that the constitution allows any senator to occupy any position.
“If the ranking senator cannot take the position for any reason, then the next level of ranking senators can be considered,”
At the point, Saraki ruled Marafa out of order, saying that the PDP senators were not complaining and as such, urged Marafa to “stop crying more than the bereaved’’.

A 20 month old child, Opeyemi Ogundele was reported stolen on Sunday during a naming ceremony in Abeokuta.
Community members, however, besieged the residence of one Chief Olasile Ifayemi, an herbalist alleged to be the kidnapper of the child.
Elizabeth Ogundele, 26, mother of the toddler, who narrated her ordeal, said she was getting ready for her niece’s naming ceremony when she discovered her son was missing.She said that she had gone to celebrate with her brother, Olusola Osunleke on Sunday when the incident happened.
She said
“I was helping my brother’s wife get ready for the ceremony when I noticed that my son was missing.“I searched for him in and around the house because some tenants said they saw him playing ball, but he was nowhere to be seen.“I ran outside the house into the community still searching and that was when I encountered two guys at Chief Ifayemi’s house.“I asked if they had seen my son, they denied and started giggling, so I left.’
Youths in the community vandalised the bungalow belonging to the alleged kidnapper.Different fetish items and human parts were discovered at the scene as angry youths were getting ready to set the bungalow ablaze.
The Commissioner of Police, Abdulmajid Ali, who confirmed the incidence, said that investigations were ongoing.
“Actually a two years old boy was kidnapped yesterday, but the site that was discovered has no relationship with the boy and other human parts that were found at the site.
“Already, we have commenced investigation on the matter and we will let you see what really happened when we finish our investigation.“I want to make it clear to the people of the state that I’m here to work and to reduce crime and criminality to the barest minimum.“We will not allow miscreants to continue to disturb us no matter their intention,” the police chief said.
