A Caucasian woman identified as Dinero Okonkwo has shared an emotional video on social media lamenting her marriage to a Nigerian man.

The woman revealed that their relationship is not always a bed of roses, despite the happy posts they share on social media.

She mentioned that she occasionally has feelings of sadness and loneliness and that it can be difficult to deal with their separation.

Dinero admitted that it is difficult for her to wait for her husband to return home and that she misses him a lot. She also noted how her ability to cope is affected by her job and stress.

She pleaded with netizens to pray for her during this trying time.

She said;

“We post a lot about the happy moments, the happy times in our relationship but there are days that are hard.

A Nigerian woman, identified simply as Toria, has been left shattered and heartbroken following the loss of her baby after childbirth.

The grieving lady, who appears to be a first-time mother, took to social media to document the terrible loss of her newborn in a devastating video.

She showed off her baby bump when she was pregnant, a video of her during labor, and a clip of her newborn on life support clinging for life after his birth.

In the video, she also showed the heartbreaking moment she was forced to bury her son following his death.

Toria added a somber voiceover to the video and stated that she will question God for the rest of her life over her son’s death.

Nollywood actor, Adeniyi Johnson, has pleaded with the Nigerian police and other agencies involved to temper justice with mercy in the case of popular Ibadan-based skit maker, Trinity Guy.

Recall that the Instagram content creator, known for his extreme pranks, was summoned by the Oyo State Police a few days ago over a disturbing skit in which he sexualized a minor.

He honored the police invitation and was arraigned before a family court sitting at Iyaganku, Ibadan, on Monday, June 26.

In her ruling, Magistrate Mrs. P.O. Adetuyibi ordered that the skit maker be remanded in the Agodi Correctional Facility in Ibadan until July 11, when the case will come up for mention.

Reacting, Adeniyi Johnson, via his Instagram page, pleaded with the Nigerian Police Force and all agencies involved to temper justice with mercy.

He acknowledged that what the skit maker did was wrong but noted that he had learned his lesson.

“Dear Nigerian police force and every other related agencies!!! many of us agree that our brother did what is wrong and absurd!! All I am pleading for is to TEMPER JUSTICE WITH MERCY. please @iamtrinityguy is a young man looking for what to eat legally but he incidentally fell on the wrong side of the law!!! Please be merciful as I know he has learnt already @nigerianpoliceforce.” He wrote.

A Nigerian bride has stirred controversy on social media as a result of her choice to proceed with her wedding without her kidnapped husband.

Her husband-to-be was said to have been abducted a day to their wedding, but rather than call it off, she proceeded in his absence using his framed picture.

The event coordinator, Victorian Crystal, posted the story online and stated that it took place 5th and 6th of January last year.

She posted a video of the bride dancing with her husband while they were leaning on the wedding tent.

She captioned the video;

“on the 5th of January 2022, bride’s husband got kidnapped a day to their wedding, 6th of January 2022, she did the wedding without her husband”

Popular Nollywood actor, Prince Eke has slammed Apostle Michael Orokpo who implied exercising is a devilish act intended to waste young people’s time.

During a sermon, Apostle Michael Orokpo of Summit Bible Church claimed that youth who are athletic idolize their own bodies.

In his words;

“The devil will come and deceive young people. You spend 5 hours in the gym every day building your chest so that you can wear singlet and be walk about and show people your chest.

How much do they give you for big chest. At best, they hire you as a bouncer; you become a bodyguard. You will spend so much time on chest. That your beards, shave it!”

Reacting to the video, Prince Eke, disagreed and rebuked the preacher for presenting a fallacy as a moral principle.

He claimed that the pastor made fun of the health advantages of exercise by tagging it a devilish act.

91-year-old Kenyan man who left home in search of greener pastures 50 years ago returns with only a walking stick

A 91-year-old Kenyan man named Samuel Machuka, who disappeared from his home 50 years ago, has made a surprising return, albeit only with a walking stick.

The man was found in Wote, Makueni County, through the help of the Provincial Administration, where he had been working as a casual laborer on a farm.

According to reports from The Standard, Machuka had left home in the 1970s in search of greener pastures and had journeyed to an unknown destination.

Upon his return, he was joyfully welcomed by his family in Masabo village, Nyaribari Masaba Kisii, although only a few of his peers could recognize him.

His nephew, Robert Makomba, had previously worked with him in Mau Narok in 1995 before they lost touch due to the absence of communication channels.

Expressing gratitude to the Provincial Administration, Makomba stated that as Seventh Day Adventist Christians, they would not hold any rituals but would instead warmly receive Machuka back home and allow him to settle.

Regarding his marital status, Machuka revealed that he had three informal marriages, but had no knowledge about the whereabouts of his wives.

His elderly uncles, who had been searching for him in vain, expressed relief and stated their willingness to support him in settling down.

They offered him his portion of the family land to build a house and mentioned that any woman with his children would be welcomed back home.

So eventually, I think, I don’t know how that wall got broken. I’m a sweetheart anyway, so you can hate me from afar but you can’t hate me when you know me, that’s just what it is.

So you know, I think eventually we got talking and I think we shared a drink. She didn’t waste time telling me “You, you no dey greet person abi? You no know say I no be your mate!” [laughs].

I think that’s how the ice was broken, and she’s been an amazing person to me. I think it’s mutual respect and real love for each other. There’s just really nothing but friendship more than just love and respect. Once you have that for each other, it’s not like you guys won’t have issues or you won’t step on each other’s toes, but once that mutual respect is there and that real love is there, we can communicate cuz I like to talk, so we can talk through everything.”

Nigerian talent manager, Asa Asika has commended his personal development and success, which he attained without a degree.

The 32-year-old, who manages celebrity musician Davido, admitted that he pays the salaries of over a hundred staff each month despite not having an undergraduate degree.

Asa disclosed this in a recent conversation with social media influencer, Smart Money Arese.

The businessman dropped out of school and now runs a few management and entertainment firms.

He said;

Court remands Skit maker Trinity Guy, parents of underaged girl over offensive skit

A Family Court sitting in Ibadan has ordered the remand of skit maker Maruf Abdullahi, popularly known as Trinity Guy, in the Agodi correctional facility over alleged sexual exploitation of a 10-year-old girl.

The court also arraigned and remanded the parents of the victim, Isiaka Ahmed, 40, and his wife, Rofiat, 29, on charges of conspiracy, sexual abuse, and exploitation, alongside the content creator.

The Magistrate, Mrs. P.O. Adetuyibi, did not take the defendants’ plea due to jurisdiction limitations. She mentioned that the case file had been filed and duplicated at the Oyo State Ministry of Justice.

Adetuyibi remanded the three defendants in the Agodi Correctional Facility in Ibadan until July 11, when the case will come up for mention.

Recall that the Oyo State Police Command had invited the content creator for allegedly sexualizing a minor in a viral skit video.

In the video, Trinity Guy had the female minor act as if she had mistakenly seen his manhood, possibly while he was urinating, and asked her to describe what she saw.

In response to the clip, the state police command issued a statement on its official Twitter handle, ordering Trinity Guy to report to their station.

“Popular content creator Abdullahi Maruf Adisa, AKA Trinity, has been contacted and invited to the Oyo State Police Command in connection with the disturbing viral skit content circulating across the social media space concerning a female minor. Updates will be provided soon,” the tweet read.

Nollywood actor, Yomi Fabiyi, has come out to defend skit maker Maruf Abdullahi, popularly known as Trinity Guy, who was recently charged to court over a lewd skit with a 10-year-old girl.

During a court sitting in Ibadan, the judge ordered Trinity’s remand in the Agodi correctional facility over the alleged sexual exploitation of the female minor.

The court also arraigned and remanded the parents of the victim, Isiaka Ahmed, 40, and his wife, Rofiat, 29, on charges of conspiracy, sexual abuse, and exploitation, alongside the content creator.

Reacting to the judgement, Fabiyi took to social media to defend the skit maker, stating that pranks are “works of art and expression” and Trinity should be corrected with love.

He further urged the police to deal with the matter under the ambit of the law and not based on social media sentiment.

Yomi wrote,

“If we talk now, some will say I am supporting dangerous pranks or abuse on children. I will appeal to the Police to deal with this matter under the ambit of the law and not social media sentiment. I am of the opinion what the society want is CAUTION and re-direction of his style of pranks. DO NOT INITIATE ANY “ERASE CULTURE” just because you want to correct. Film, Pranks are work of arts and expression. Minors are used as war fighters in movies but in real life it is criminal. If the necessary consent is taken before involving a minor with no direct or extreme methods that may lead to punishable acts as enshrined under the CHILD PROTECTION LAWS, safe to say we all including the police should CORRECT HIM WITH LOVE and not TRAMPLE ON HIS RIGHTS by illegally detaining him, initiate unfair trial etc. The Police cannot judge him, charging him to court is simple civil and dignifying procedure. The Akwa-Ibom based couple, who recently welcomed their bundle of joy after over a decade of marriage and fervent prayers for the fruit of the womb, dedicated their baby in church on Sunday, June 25.

This development follows the boys’ announcement to stay in Cyprus, despite the Nigerian clergyman who originally sponsored them for studies booking their flight tickets to return to Nigeria and continue their education.

Recall that after they revealed that they stopped receiving sponsorship from Apostle Chibuzor after the first six months of their arrival in Cypus, he opened up that he paused the scholarship due to financial challenges.

An American author, identified as Reemus on TikTok, has opined that a woman isn’t supposed to bring anything to the table in a relationship.

According to the author, who draws on traditional history and nature to support his assertion, the table symbolizes a structure. He argues that a man aiming to embody masculine energy should encompass the entire structure.

He shared this viewpoint in a video on his TikTok page.

Reemus further explains that feminine energy naturally permeates through the structure, suggesting that women enhance and amplify the value provided by masculine energy.

He also encourages men to strive to become the complete structure and share it with a woman who is ready to add value to it.

“A woman isn’t supposed to bring anything to the table… The table represents structure, and a man who wishes to be the expression of masculine energy should represent the entire structure. The feminine energy flows through the structure and empowers it. The video, which revealed the shabby building where Dagrin’s mother currently resides, surfaced shortly after she cried out online regarding her current living situation.

During a live session on TikTok, she revealed that she has been living in deplorable conditions ever since her son’s tragic demise and that she relies on selling food to make ends meet. Watch here.

Popular Nigerian singer, Samuel Oguachuba, professionally known as Samklef, has asserted that it is inherent for men to cheat on their partners.

He made this statement during a recent chat with media personality Daddy Freeze.

According to Samklef, Nigerians tend to be overly emotional when discussing the topic of cheating, emphasizing that it is a common occurrence for men to cheat, including religious leaders.

To support his viewpoint, he referenced biblical figures such as Abraham, David, and Solomon, who were known to have multiple wives.

“Nigerians are too emotional. We react based on emotions. We engage in questionable behavior, but we try to conceal it. Nigerians should stop idealizing the lives of certain individuals. Let people be. Pastors, Imams… Who doesn’t cheat? God created us to cheat,” he said.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s partner, Georgina Rodriguez, has faced heavy criticism for seemingly disrespecting the Portuguese footballer’s mother, Dolores Aveiro.

The said incident occurred during the 13th birthday celebration of the footballer’s son, Cristiano Ronaldo Jnr, at his Madrid residence.

It was gathered that the five-time Ballon d’Or winner was unable to attend the event due to national team duties in Iceland.

His mother, Dolores Aveiro, however, attended the event with her partner Jose Andrade, but they chose to stay at La Finca, a 5-star hotel in Madrid, rather than at her son’s house with the rest of their family.

Following the event, Georgina took to her Instagram page to share photos from the party but did not include her partner’s mother in any of them.
