A man who has seven children with seven different women has revealed why he is not present in his children’s lives.
In a video making rounds online, the man explained that he told the women he impregnated that he didn’t want children and offered to pay for an abortion.
He stated that while some agreed to terminate their pregnancies, the seven women with whom he has children chose to keep their pregnancies.
According to him, since he stated clearly from the start that he did not want to be a father, he is not obligated to be financially, spiritually, and emotionally available for the children.
On his decision to have unprotected sex with these women despite not wanting kids, he averred that they were all irresponsible for not using protection but it doesn’t mean he has to be responsible for the kids.
Speaking further, he explained that he didn’t love any of his babymamas and did the bare minimum for them before they allowed him sleep with them, which unfortunately resulted in pregnancies. He then questioned how he is supposed to love the kids when he doesn’t love their mothers.
Following his experience, the man warned women to be careful with the type of men they sleep with before they end up like his babymamas.
A heavy downpour devastated over 105 structures in Oke-Ako, Ikole Local Government Area, Ekiti State, on Friday, March 3 rendering several people homeless.

The statement read;
“On behalf of his Excellency, Governor Biodun Oyebanji, I sympathize with you on the destruction caused by rainstorm to many residential buildings and electricity poles in this town , which we believe must have affected the wellbeing of the victims. Information at our disposal and on- the- spot assessment revealed that roofs of scores of residential buildings and electricity facilities were destroyed during the stormy rainfall, thereby rendering many homeless and helpless. We sympathise with the victims at this trying times and plead for calmness, in the sense that natural disaster of this nature is one occurrence that is difficult to control. But with personal precautions and right efforts, its effects can be minimised.
That was why the Governor Oyebanji’s administration is ready to support interested individuals to go into tree planting and the programmes will soon be rolled out to safeguard our environment and minimise havocs being wreaked on our buildings by rainstorm. Tree planting is very essential. I observed that landlords here are not planting trees, I am not seeing them standing beside our houses. Let us inculcate the habit of tree planting to serve as wind breakers against storm.
Let me also assure you that the state government won’t abandon you and allow you to regret in this current devastating conditions. We shall give all the necessary support to mitigate whatever effect this situation must have caused to your lives”.

A financial analyst, Duke Darls, opined that a lady in Nigeria without a spouse is a nobody in the community.
In a series of tweets on the microblogging platform, Twitter, Duke said Nigerian women should shut up and pray that men find them worthy to be considered wives otherwise they will suffer to avoid suffering.
According to him, women benefitted more from marriage but always talk down on men.
He wrote;
“Few years from now Nigeria will have one of the most largest numbers of unmarried women roaming the streets. This is not a joke or a swift attack to the ladies, it’s just based on statistics. Niqqas on this side of the world can’t really pinpoint the importance nowadays
“Nigerian Women benefit more from marriage & relationships yet whenever u hear them talk they always talking down on the men. Firstly you’re a nobody in the society if u ain’t married as a woman, so better shut up & pray for a man to deem u worthy to be wifed if not U go suffer o.
If not u go pay rent tire, don’t think bcos u have brothers they’ll take care of u oh, my dear they will only send u money & that’s it. You’ll starve of sex, men ur age won’t want you, young boys sef go use u learn how to knack then move on. Calm down now, suffer Dey front.”
Esosa Iyawe, a 40-year-old Benson Idahosa University alumnus voted to the House of Representatives to serve the Oredo Federal Constituency of Edo State has revealed that he had intended to leave the country before winning the election.
Iyawe shared in an interview with Punch that he switched to the Labour party after Obi left the PDP and joined it.
He explained that the high cost of living and the miserable condition of the country drove him to compete for the position and that he had even made arrangements to move before he made the decision to enter politics.
In his words;
“At one point, I even had plans of relocating to another country because the more one works, the less one gets as the naira loses value daily. The cost of living is high while inflation is also skyrocketing even though Nigeria is blessed with natural resources. A lot of countries don’t have one-10th of what we have but they are living well due to proper planning while we are still battling to make things work for several years and we remain underdeveloped. So, I decided to put my hat in the ring to ensure that if Obi became the president, I would assist in making and supporting bills that would enable him to function well as one of his disciples. I believe that we need laws based on common sense to make things work. As an engineer, I believe that I have the capacity to do things that will positively impact the people of Oredo. That was why I actually jumped into the race.”

In other news, Big Brother Naija star, Leo Babarinde DaSilva, has revealed why he decided to keep his engagement a secret.
Recall that some days before, the realtor raised speculations about his marital status when he made a tweet explaining how he got his folks to agree to a lowkey wedding.
Speaking in an interview, Leo also revealed he believes firmly in being married before one starts bringing kids into the world.
He said;
“I am engaged. I did not make it public because I will announce it when I am married. I did not see the need to announce what had not been formalized in God’s presence yet.”
When asked what he can’t do in a relationship, Leo said; “That would be having kids. I think it is just my preference. Some people prefer to do it that way too. I just prefer to do it when I get married.”
Leo added that he would not regret anything about bachelor living once he gets married.
Leo claimed that he could have married when he was much younger if his parents were still alive, but he put off all of that in order to get his life in order.
“I will not miss anything. As one gets older, one would understand how important it is for one to settle down. I would have settled down a lot earlier if my parents were not late. I just felt I needed to get things together, and I needed to make sure I was hundred per cent ready to delve into it,” he explained.
Olalere Michael, a 40-year-old mobile police sergeant has murdered his lover Bamidele Cecilia Oluwatosin in Ilorin before killing himself, leaving his wife and two children behind.
The event took place on Thursday, March 2, on the grounds of the Redemption Model Nursery and Primary School, Agba Dam, Ilorin, which is housed inside the Church of Redemption UMCA.
According to Daily Trust, the late Tosin, said to be a cleaner at the Banquet Hall opposite the Government House, was the mother of Desmond, a pupil of the school who will be celebrating his third birthday on May 12, 2023.
It was gathered that some parents refused to allow their children to attend school on Friday because of the incident which caused panic around the area.
According to residents and shop owners around the school who spoke to the publication, the deceased mobile police officer trailed his lover to the school premises and waited for her to come to pick up her child before opening fire on her at close range.
“The officer was dressed in a camouflage police uniform. He entered the school premises at about a few minutes before 8am in his Toyota Corolla car earlier than his female friend who had brought her son to the school later. Immediately she walked in, he brought out his AK-47 rifle and shot Oluwatosin on the chest three times at close range and she died on the spot. He thereafter shot himself on the throat which blew off some part of his head and the two of them were there in a pool of blood before the police came to evacuate their bodies about one hour later. It was really a gory scene”,
a resident, Mr Olaleye Arodeyo, told Daily Trust.
The police after the shocking incident, denied it was a case of police brutality but rather that of love gone sour between the former lovebirds.
It was further gathered that the late officer with force number F/NO 497093 was attached to one of the aides of the Kwara State Governor but recently left the position. It was while serving at the Government House that he met Oluwatosin.
Residents who spoke on the issue said they have been dating for a while but trouble started when the late Oluwatosin said she was no longer interested in the relationship.
“What we understand is that Oluwatosin had a fiancé abroad whom she had a son for, and who was preparing to come to Nigeria having left for Dublin about a year ago. Because of that, she wanted to end the affair which triggered their frosty relationship and their fatal end,” one of the residents, Mrs Hannah, said.
Unverified reports claimed Olalere had informed a few of his coworkers the day before the incident that he planned to murder someone and then commit suicide.
“But many of them didn’t believe him because he was doing very well as a police officer. He had two houses, one in Iloffa and Omu-Aran, Oke-Ero and Irepodun local government areas of the state. Here in Ilorin, he was staying in the Barrack and had a very beautiful wife and two daughters,” a police source told the publication.
Further information revealed that the late Olalere had made numerous unsuccessful attempts to persuade Oluwatosin to reconsider her decision to call it quits.
Local residents claimed he had recently visited the deceased woman’s family home, where he reportedly stole some electronics and other items he had allegedly purchased for her.
“This was at the height of his frustration over the situation. But Olalere was very much in love with her and I believe that was why he killed her and shot himself,” Mr Bello, another resident of the area, said.
A female provision seller in the area said;
“Most times, when the man (Olalere) is around, they used to come to my shop to buy things. I never knew he was a police officer because he doesn’t wear his uniform and seldom comes down from the car. But from their disposition, you could see that he truly loves her. This is very sad. Oluwatosin should be in her 30s and a very beautiful woman. It was after the incident we learnt that she had a fiancé abroad who was coming to Nigeria,” she added.
Their bodies have been placed at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital mortuary, according to Ajayi Okasanmi, the police command’s spokesperson (UITH).
“What we can establish now is that the two of them were lovers but at a point, they had a misunderstanding which led to the mobile police officer trailing her to the school, shot her and also killed himself in the process. It has nothing to do with police brutality. But the Commissioner of Police, Paul Odama, has ordered investigation of this unfortunate incident. No arrest has been made yet. But I can assure you that the report of the investigation will be made public as soon as it is ready,”

Founder of Rant HQ, Suzan Ade Coker has called out Nigerians who believe everything they hear from influencers.
According to her, a lot of influencers don’t believe what they say, they just play into people’s emotions and tell them what they want to hear.
She wrote;
“The reason some influencers support Peter Obi is simply cos of their business and not cos they believe in him. They want to stay on the side of the loud majority so that they can continue selling their brands.
I will not call anybody’s na but, to whom it may concern Sha.
They are different from the ones that get paid and do the work.
Influencers know how to use people. They follow whatever the passes follow. You definitely will buy their brand cos they appeal and align with your emotions. You people are very easy to be used.
You don’t like anyone who stands against popular opinion.
Same reason why politicians use some of u. You have w. e..a..k emotions and per..forat..ed personalities.
Btw, do you know some of your influencers where shacked up at oriental hotel while many of u stayed up by the tollgate??
The day many of you realize that “your suffering ” is somebody’s daily bread, you will stop jumping on brands just because an influencer endorses a product. Think we’ll about it. Ask questions.
Use the round thing on top of your neck. Don’t let it be solely for identification purposes alone.”

Anytime Yoruba boys see me on the street, they gather to greet me, and it’s all love always.
And this talk flying around that Lagos is a no man’s land is wrong.
Lagos is a Yoruba state in Yoruba land.
Imagine someone saying that Anambra is a no man’s land.
That’s crap.
Anambra is an Igbo Land.
You can’t come into someone’s land and tell the person it’s now a no man’s land.
Na you dey find trouble.
Nobody can deny the fact that the Igbos have contributed immensely to the development of Lagos.
Other tribes have contributed in their own ways too.
And the Yorubas have been largely accomodating as well.
It shouldn’t take away the fact that Lagos is a Yoruba land.
We no dey drag ownership.
Let’s kill tribalism before it kills us.”
Oluseun Anikulapo Kuti, otherwise known as Seun Kuti has claimed to have been responsible for the call that led to the sack of Nigerian popular controversial blogger, David, Hundeyin by Oxford University.
Hundeyin was terminated from Oxford University in the UK for behavior that was potentially misogynistic, racketeering, and other issues.
According to Cherwell, a weekly student publication produced solely by Oxford University students, Onyeka Nwelue, a Nigerian author, and Hundeyin were dismissed from the institution after organizing a “fraudulent” book premiere for Hundeyin’s most recent book together on Oxford University property.
Further evidence revealed Hundeyin and Nwelue’s exploitation of the university community by asking £20 for admission to African Studies Center activities, which are typically free.
Misogynism and sexism charges were prominent in the behavior that resulted in Hundeyin and Nwelue’s dismissal, which coincided with the fraudulent event for which the institution held them responsible.
A student was quoted as saying, “A key point of concern occurred when a question was asked by an attendee to Hundeyin concerning the issue of sexism and sexual harassment that African female journalists endure. Hundeyin replied with the implication that women who were of a fair complexion, tall and had long legs would not face hurdles to their career advancement in journalism.”
Taking to his Instagram page, Seun Kuti admitted that he made the call and reported David.
He wrote;
“dem sey dem pursue one journalist with him book comot for Oxford like rat. Yea. I made the call! MeSeun. With my full chest. wetin we take pass small pikin wey dey do anyhow, we dey show am ni. Now you are done in the British intelligentsia space. Fake journalists.”

“And though you may be gone, my friend. Your memory will live on forever. Just know That you will always be loved and missed. We will cherish the memories we have in tow. And hold them close with a love that persists. You were a soul so full of life and love. A kind heart and a gentle spirit, now above. You did not deserve to die in such a way. To have your life cut short by those who betray.
“The very essence of humanity and peace. Your memory will live on as a beacon of hope In a world that desperately needs to cope. Rest in peace, dear Precious and know. That you will always be loved and missed. Your memory will forever glow. In the hearts of those you have impacted. Rest on Mr. Precious Orogun.”
