Hypeman and nightlife king, Yhemolee has replied to skit maker, Carter Efe after the latter called him out for disrespecting skit makers.

Recall that during a recent Instagram live session, Carter Efe aired his grievance with Yhemo Lee for claiming that he earns the amount skit makers make for shooting seven videos in one night.

Taking to his Instagram story, Yhemolee shared a receipt of the payment he received after working for a night and warned Carter to mind his speech.

According to him, the fee he would charge per night, Carter would charge the same to work for 6 months so they were not mates.

He wrote;

Nigerian skit maker and musician, Carter Efe has called out media personality, Yhemo Lee, for berating the hustle of skit makers in Nigeria.

During a recent Instagram live session , Carter Efe aired his grievance with Yhemo Lee for claiming that he earns the amount skit makers make for shooting seven videos in one night.

Yhemo Lee, who is an actor, hypeman, nightlife king, influencer and an entertainment connoisseur, had stated this in a recent interview with Cloud Africa.

This infuriated Carter Efe who went online to lash out at Yhemo Lee for looking down on skit makers, and underrating their craft.

He tackled Yhemo Lee and asked to know what he does at night since he claims to make so much money in one night.

Carter Efe added that he earns $50,000 from seven videos, and quizzed Yhemo Lee if he makes that amount in one night.

The angry comedian, who recently acquired a brand new Mercedes Benz, further wondered if Yhemo Lee owns a house since he claims to be richer than most skit makers.

An American pastor, Gerald Johnson, has claimed that he went to hell and saw demons singing Rihanna’s hit song ‘Umbrella’ as they tortured people.

The Michigan priest, who claimed that he temporarily died from a heart attack in 2016, said he heard Rihanna’s song echoing through the gates of hell during his tumultuous visit to purgatory.

Despite living his life as a man of God, Johnson said he was shocked when he didn’t make heaven and instead plummeted down to Hell.

In a video shared on TikTok, Johnson recounted his 2016 journey into abysss and said he wouldn’t wish it on his worst enemy.

‘I thought I was going upward, because I thought that I had done so much good in this lifetime and helped so many people and made so many decisions that were Godly decisions,’ he said.

‘But as opposed to me going up, I went down. I went literally into the center of the Earth. That’s where Hell is.’

He said he suffered severe punishments in Hell, including being tortured with demonic renditions of Rihanna’s ‘Umbrella’ and Bobby McFerrin’s ‘Don’t Worry Be Happy’.

‘It just blew me away, it still baffles me to this day,’ Johnson said.

‘There was a section in Hell where music was playing. It was the same music we hear on the Earth, but opposed to entertainers singing it, demons were singing it.

‘While up here, you can listen to music to get over a breakup like ‘Don’t Worry Be Happy’ or ‘Umbrella’, but down there every lyric to every song is to torment you.’

He added that his experience should serve as a warning to those who listen to chart toppers instead of hymns and prayers. He also claimed he saw a man being burned alive.

‘The things that I saw were indescribable, it makes me emotional,‘ he said.

‘His eyes were bulging and worse than that, he was wearing chains on his neck… it was a demon holding the chain.’

Following his resuscitation, the pastor said he now believes secular music is the underworld’s attempt to control people before they die.

‘On Earth, a lot of the lyrics and music are inspired by demons,’ he claimed.

‘People come into contact with demons who give them lyrics for the purpose of controlling people on Earth.’

Speaking further, he explained that the reason he went to hell despite doing a lot of good on earth was because he harbored unforgiveness in his heart against people who offended him.

President Muhammadu Buhari has shared the main motivation behind him joining the Nigerian Army.

According to the President, he joined the Nigerian army where he retired as a Major General, to escape the pressure of getting married.

The President revealed this during a visit to the Emir of Daura, Faruk Faruk, after inaugurating two roads in Katsina state.

A Statement by Presidential aide, Femi Adesina, reads ;

“President Buhari said that he secured his first job early after school to manage a co-operative in Daura, but had to escape and join the army when there was pressure that he should get married.

“I told Governor Aminu Masari the story of how I left Daura to join the army. That was how God planned it. We make choices in life, but eventually destiny is before God.

“I was at the war front during the civil war, and saw how many died. Some fell right beside me. God kept me.

“Many bridges were blown just before we arrived at some places, and after we crossed. I arrived at some places to see bodies of my own colleagues that we were fighting together. I am alive today only by God’s grace.

“This opportunity to serve the nation comes from God. All over the world, Nigeria is known for its diversity, with different religions and cultures.

The actor’s mother died three days ago and he had initially made a post Instagram that he had suffered a loss but did reveal who died.

He however took to the platform today to reveal its his mother who died.

In other news, Randy Gonzalez, the father in the viral TikTok duo, Enkyboys, has passed away after a battle with cancer.

He died on Wednesday morning, January 25, in hospice after struggling with stage four colon cancer.

He said he was given 2-3 years to live, and chemotherapy might extend the time to 5 years.

Randy used to give fans updates on his cancer battle, and remained positive while posting funny videos with his young son, Brice.

His last video was shared on December 16, 2022.

Sadly, he succumbed to the ailment on Wednesday. May his soul rest in peace!

A Magistrate Court sitting in Ibusa, Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta State has ordered the remand of a Man at Ogwashi-uku correctional centre for allegedly raping his girlfriend’s 17-year-old daughter.

Marvin Mordi, an Activist who is handling the case, revealed that the suspect who has allegedly been sexually molesting the victim since she was 11 years old also infected her with HIV virus.

There’s also a report mother of the victim was aware of the sexual abuse but covered it because she didn’t want to lose her relationship.

According to another popular activist, Comrade Israel Joe, the man infected both mother and child with the virus.

“Today, a magistrate court in Ibusa remanded this man who infested a woman with HIV and also has been defiling the woman’s daughter. I saw this man at State CID Asaba yesterday and thanked God he was not released hence the jungle justice would have taken place. The woman’s daughter has also been infected with HIV by this hungry looking demonic animal, engraved with vicious callousness and decorated wickedness.,” he wrote.

Nigerian singer, Sina Rambo and his brother B-Red have reacted to the tribunal ruling annulling their father Ademola Adeleke’s election as governor of Osun state.

The Osun State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Osogbo on Friday, January 27 nullified the election of Ademola Adeleke as Osun governor.

In a split document of two to one, the tribunal declared that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) did not comply substantially with the Constitution and the provisions of the Electoral Act.

The tribunal led by Justice Terste Kume, therefore, instructed the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to withdraw the certificate of return issued to Adeleke and issue the same to Oyetola, who won a majority of the lawful votes.

Reacting to the judgement, Sina Rambo in a post on his Insta-stories wrote,

“Two judgments were issued today at the tribunal. One in favour of PDP. Nothing changed. Sen. Ademola Adeleke remains the governor of Osun State. We move to the appeal court. Peace be still. The mandate of Osun will not be stolen. H.E.Ademola Adeleke remains the Governor of Osun State.”

B-Red on his part wrote, “The Osun people do not want you sir. Please go and rest, you did not do nothing for OSUN state damn. Mr Oyetola please don’t stress my dad. Let him fix Osun”.

Nigerian kid comedian, Kiriku has reacted after a lady claiming to be his sister called him out, accusing him of abandoning his family.

The lady, who claimed to be Kiriku’s elder sister, alleged that the 8-year-old skit maker had abandoned his family since his rise to fame.

She claims that the alleged neglect has caused their parents grief.

Speaking on TVC, the 61-year-old noted that she wouldn’t end things with her partner if she discovered him cheating with another woman. According to her, her father, the late Fela Kuti, had 27 wives, and her mother didn’t leave her marriage.

She noted, however, that her deal-breaker is finding out her partner is sleeping with another man.

“For me cheating is not a deal breaker. My father had 27 wives, my mother didn’t go. I am not saying she was happy, but she didn’t leave. My own deal breaker is if I find out my own partner is sleeping with another man. That is my deal breaker. I will run, they wouldn’t even beg me. I will run”.

A while ago, Yeni Kuti, the first daughter of late Afro-beat legend, Fela, revealed that she used to be addicted to smoking.

She said she decided to put an end to her urges when she started having chest pain, which seemed to her to be life threatening.

Big Brother Titans housemate, Marvin Achi has received praises online for preventing his South African colleague, Blue Aiva, from touching his groin region.

Marvin, from Port Harcourt, Nigeria, was having a chat with Blue Aiva on Wednesday night when she made a move to touch his lower body.

Intuitively, he stopped her and warned her not to touch him inappropriately. Blue Aiva, who seemed surprise at the rejection, had to ask for his reason.

In response, the fitness enthusiast said he is keeping his body for his girlfriend back at home, and cautioned her against touching his nether region.

“You can’t touch it. I’m reserving it for my girl,” he said.

Following his response, Aiva curiously asked: “So you have a girlfriend?”

Marvin retorted: “I didn’t get in here single. She’ll get jealous and hurt if I try anything because she’s watching me. Right now, I’m sure she’s at home, missing me.”

The 28-year-old housemate, who had earlier claimed that he was single, however stated that he is keeping his relationship with his girlfriend “light” incase he gets intimate with a girl in the house.

Nigerian Catholic priest, Kelvin Ugwu, has tackled women who claim to detest polygamy but wish to marry billionaire business mogul and politician, Ned Nwoko.

Fr Ugwu took to Facebook to address such women after Ned Nwoko surprised his sixth wife, actress Regina Daniels, with bundles of naira notes while she was at a movie location.

Just yesterday, Regina also revealed that her husband transferred the whooping sum of $100,000 to her bank account, and appreciated him with sweet words. Read here

Following the sequence of events, many women took to social media to gush over the billionaire businessman, and his generosity towards his wife.

Some even wished to be in Regina Daniel’s shoes so they can also enjoy monetary gifts and an expensive lifestyle, forgetting the backlash she faced after getting married to Ned years back.

In a reaction to the change of tune, Father Ugwu said women who claim to hate polygamy but wish to marry Ned are hypocrites because they only hate poor polygamists.

“Those shouting that they hate polygamy are now wishing to be Ned Nwoko’s next wife. Say the truth and nobody will beat you, what you hate is not polygamy but poor polygamists. What you abhor is not old men, but poor old men.” the missionary priest wrote.

Popular Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde has bemoaned the level of suffering the average Nigerian goes through in the country.

The thespian, who relocated to the U.S with her family two years ago, said living in the US has made her deeply frustrated by the volume of needless suffering in Nigeria.

According to her, Nigerians are too intelligent to be suffering the way they are, and that she’s bamboozled by some things Nigerians endure on a daily basis.

She further stated that suffering is not something to be bragged about, and people shouldn’t have to suffer before basic things are provided.

Tribunal sacks Ademola Adeleke, declares Oyetola as Osun governor

The Osun State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Osogbo has nullified the election of Ademola Adeleke as Governor of the state.

In a split document of two to one, the tribunal declared that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) did not comply substantially with the Constitution and the provisions of the Electoral Act.

The tribunal chairman, Justice Tetsea Kume, who read the majority decision, deducted the over-voting observed from the votes scored by the candidates and declared Oyetola the validly elected governor of the state.

He directed INEC to withdraw Ademola Adeleke’s certificate of return and issue the same to Oyetola, who won a majority of the lawful votes of 314,931 while Adeleke had 219,666.

Gov. Ademola Adeleke was sworn into office on Sunday, November 28, 2022. His inauguration ceremony will graced by a handful of family members, including his nephew, Nigerian superstar, Davido.

However, on August 2022, Oyetola, a former Osun governor, and the APC petitioned the tribunal to challenge Adeleke’s victory in the election.

Among several issues, Oyetola contended that there was overvoting in 749 polling units across 10 local government areas of the state.

He also argued that Adeleke forged the academic credentials he submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to contest for the election.

A 23-year-old woman who has the body of an 8-year-old has announced that she and her boyfriend have broken up over the negative reactions that trailed their relationship.

Shauna Rae Lesick, 23, and Dan Swygart, 26, received global attention after their relationship was documented in a recent episode of her TLC show, “I Am Shauna Rae”.

However, Swygart was heavily criticized because of his relationship with Shauna, and was labelled a creep and pervert for dating someone who looks like a child.

Days after they went viral and received heavy backlash, the pair have publicly announced their decision to part ways in a post shared on Instagram.

Media personality, Omotunde Adebowale-david popularly known as Lolo or Adaku, has expressed gratitude to God after tragedy was averted in her home.

Taking to her Instagram page, Lolo revealed that there was a fire incident in her home recently after she left a pot of oil unattended to in the kitchen.

She said when she discovered that her kitchen was up in flames, she kept saying “Holy Spirit, help me”, and she knew exactly what to do to stop the fire.

According to her, she is thankful that she and her daughter were able to douse the fire without external help.

She posted a video of the aftermath of the fire and wrote,

“Yesterday was surreal for me and I am just coming to terms with what God delivered me and my daughter from just help me say incredible God.

My daughter came home from from school with a health scare but God make sure that the lie of the devil was his to carry first …and I thank God.

I was trying to make a special sauce for her to take to school and I wanted to bleach the oil so we closed the kitchen door so that fumes would not enter the living room as she opened the kitchen door the frying pan was on fire already burning to the kitchen roof all I shouted was Holy Spirit help me and I that would usually panic was calm I kept saying help me Holy Spirit and we kept knowing what to do, I didn’t call anyone Ara and I arrested the situation with the help of God and the Fire was averted.

I have growing children so my kitchen is full of plastics … the gas was outside I first switched off the gas put off the burner Wet a big towel and covered the frying pan, I can’t believe I didn’t panic and Ara didn’t unbelievable .. our combination naturally would have gone to panic mode but as we left this morning she said something that struck me… @hey_ara said mum when I called from School all you said was Holy Spirit and you started to pray and when this happened too all you said was Holy Spirit and you started to pray.

The enemy has already lost because this is that Year for me and I would have all that God has promised.

Please if you don’t have anything to thank God for just thank God for me, indeed I serve a living God who is able to keep his own.
