A man has ended his relationship with his girlfriend after she served him stew made from spoiled tomatoes.
A WhatsApp conversation between the man and his girlfriend that is currently going viral shows him venting to the lady.
The girlfriend had asked him why he had been acting coldly toward her and demanded to know what she had done wrong.
Replying, the man narrated how he watched her add bad tomatoes to a meal she prepared for him and how she refused to eat the food, admitting that she couldn’t have a taste of what she cooked because of the bad tomatoes.
This, according to the guy, is a major turn-off because he can’t be with someone who only cares about herself. He queried why she cooked with bad tomatoes when she knew they were bad for consumption.
“To me it was never a big deal to add one bad tomato to many others, since everything will still be fried. But then, you went ahead to fry it and made the stew. You now dished out food for only me… I persuaded you to at least get a spoon n take a little from my own since you haven’t eaten anything since morning…that was when you pocked up the courage to tell me that you wont eat because of the bad tomato”.

A fuel attendant has sadly lost his life in a tragic accident while trying to stop a customer from absconding.
According to a Twitter user identified as Alamin, the reckless driver rammed into another car while running from the petrol station where he bought N3000 fuel and refused to pay.
He shared the story on the microblogging platform with a video of the crash.
Alamin wrote;

A Nigerian man has been arrested again just weeks after he was rescued from jungle justice on his last attempt to steal a phone.
The man identified as Chinedu was first lynched at Iyanaoworo while trying to steal a phone and was beaten to a coma by a mob.
Barely three months later, he made another attempt to steal and was caught and arrested by the authorities this time.
According to reports by Lagospedia, he was arrested by the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) and has been sentenced for his crimes.

Operatives of the Ogun State Police Command have arrested a 27-year-old suspected internet fraudster, “Yahoo Boy,” for beating his undergraduate girlfriend to death.
The suspect, identified as Obeta John, who resides in the Ishara area of Ogun, is said to have locked his girlfriend, Idowu Buhari, in his room and brutally assaulted her till she gave up the ghost.
Obeta, who confessed to the crime following his arrest on Tuesday, November 29, said a certain amount of money from one of his clients was paid into the account of his deceased girlfriend, which she refused to hand over to him.
He said the money led to a scuffle between them that eventually led to the death of the girl. Until her death, the deceased was a HND1 Mass Communication student at Gateway Polytechnic in Saapade.
Concerned neighbors who tried their best to persuade Obeta to open the door to stop him from attacking his girlfriend called the police to the scene of the incident.
Upon the arrival of the police, the victim was rushed to the hospital, where she was declared dead on arrival by the doctor on duty.
The spokesperson of the state police command, SP Abimbola Oyeyemi, who confirmed the arrest, said the suspect was picked up following a distress call received at Ode-Remo divisional headquarters.
“Upon the distress call, the DPO Ode-remo division, CSP Fasogbon Olayemi quickly led his men to the scene where they met the victim in the pool of her blood after forcing the door opened. The victim was quickly rushed to State Hospital Ishara,but was pronounced dead by doctor on duty.” Oyeyemi said.
“On interrogation, the suspect, Obeta John, informed the police that he is an internet fraudster, and that certain amount of money from one of his clients was paid into the account of his deceased girlfriend which she refused to relinquish to him.
He stated further that it was the argument over the said money that led to scuffle between them which eventually led to the death of the girl.” He added.
Speaking further, Oyeyemi revealed that the state commissioner of police, CP Lanre Bankole, has ordered the immediate transfer of the suspect to the Homicide Section of the State Criminal Investigation Department for further investigation.

Femi Olaleye, a popular Lagos doctor accused of defiling his wife’s niece, has been remanded in Ikoyi prison pending the fulfillment of his bail conditions.
Olaleye, who was accused of defiling the minor who was living with him and his wife at their home in Lagos State after her father passed away, was arraigned before an Ikeja Sexual Offenses and Domestic Violence Court on Wednesday, November 30.
He reportedly deflowered the 16-year-old victim after introducing her to pornographic materials.
He, however, pleaded not guilty to the two-count charge of defilement of a child and sexual assault by penetration. He was then granted a bail of N50m with two sureties in like sum.

Men of the Cross-River State police command have arrested a woman for allegedly beheading her 11-month-old baby on Tuesday, November 29.
Confirming the arrest to newsmen, the spokesperson of the state police command, Irene Ugbo said the suspect who committed the crime at the Yonen community of Ugep, Yakurr local government area, was almost lynched by a mob after she was apprehended. Ugbo added that the case would be transferred from Ugep to the homicide department for proper investigation.
The spokesperson said ;
“It is quite unfortunate and devastating, already she is in protective custody, but the matter will surely be brought to Calabar”
According to eyewitnesses, the mother of two allegedly used a machete to cut off the head of the baby. A witness said the woman’s eight-year-old son raised the alarm about the killing, which attracted neighbors.

The father of late Sylvester Oromoni Jnr, the deceased student of Dowen College Lekki, Lagos State, has frowned at the never-ending delay of the coroner inquest into the tragic and controversial death of his son on November 30, 2021.
In a statement released today, Sylvester’s Father noted that November 30 2022, makes it exactly one year since his son died but has not been buried since as the body is still at the mortuary.
In the statement released, Oromoni Snr said that if the inquest is not concluded before the end of this year, he would be compelled to withdraw from it “in order to take a different legal step to seek justice.”
The statement reads ;
“Today, November 30, 2022 makes it a year since the demise of my son and the body is still in the morgue, yet to be buried. This one-year memorial being held today is to tell Nigerians and the entire world about the current position of the inquest and the antics of Dowen College.
I am equally aware that some civil society organisations and NGOs in Abuja and Lagos are equally observing the one-year memorial today to mark his one-year untimely demise.
May the soul of Sylvester Oromoni (Jnr.) and all departed souls rest in perfect peace. Amen.
At this point, I wish to call on the Honourable Coroner to please do the needful by urgently bringing the inquest to an end as Nigerians and the entire world are waiting for the dispensation of justice in this case as justice delayed, is justice denied.
This struggle is not only about my late son, but my own way of preventing the future occurrence of this tragic incident.
In the same vein, we equally urge the Lagos State Government, as a matter of urgency to charge Dowen College and all the staff who had earlier been recommended for prosecution in the DPP Advice of 30th day of December, 2021 to court.
Already, Dowen College has since the commencement of this Coroner put a lot of things in order in the school premises which were not available at the material time.
You may wish to know that the installation of CCTV cameras and a football pitch have been provided as against the former concrete basketball court which was being used.
I must state categorically that if this inquest is not concluded before the end of this year, I shall be compelled to withdraw from it in order to take a different legal step to seek justice.”
The coroner has adjourned proceedings twice after Dowen College failed to produce the two remaining witnesses from the school.
The ruling party, All Progressives Congress (APC) has listed five conditions that Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, must fulfil before he can debate with a representative of their candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Recall that Tinubu was noticeably absent at the presidential town hall meeting organized by Arise TV on November 6. The likes of Peter Obi, Kwankwaso were present while PDP’s Atiku Abubakar was represented by his running mate, Ifeanyi Okowa.
In a new development, APC has on Tuesday, November 29, stated that Obi cannot debate with Tinubu and they would rather send one of Tinubu’s media aides to debate with him.
They added that before Peter Obi would be even allowed to debate with Tinubu’s aide, he must fulfil five conditions to prove his credibility.
In a statement signed by the spokesperson of Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council, Festus Keyamo, they wrote,
“They have no manifesto, so what are we debating? What documents are we comparing? He said Nigerians should depend on what is inside his brain, not on any document.
“So, Asiwaju will then be debating with what? Is this campaign a joke to them? Do they think this is a Debating and Dramatic society in school?”
“Before Obi can stand shoulder to shoulder with Asiwaju to debate, he should first release a manifesto for scrutiny; then he should list his tangible achievements as Governor of Anambra State compared to the tangible achievements of Asiwaju as Governor of Lagos State.
“Then he should list those he has mentored in politics from the days of his being Governor who is still with him now; then he should tell us any political party he has either formed or partnered to form and which he still belongs to today.

Andrea Ekeng Inyang, the special assistant on strategic communication to Cross River Governor, Ben Ayade, has recalled how he once abandoned his wife and ran for his life following an encounter with some gunmen.
Inyang, who detailed the incident in a Facebook post, claimed that four years ago, while he and his wife were returning from church, a group of armed men suddenly halted in front of their car and started shooting sporadically into the air.
He said that in the spur of the moment, he completely forgot that his wife was beside him and raced for cover.
He said that only after reaching a safe place did he think about his wife, and he felt ashamed for only thinking about himself at the point of danger.

“4 years ago, my wife and I were returning from church in the evening around Atamunum, Next we saw a Toyota Corolla pull up infront of us and 3 guys jumped out of the car and fired shots into the air.
Omo, I forget marriage oh. I run go burst person veranda enter first before I come remember say I waka with my wife. She even ran and took cover elsewhere. After the boys had finished their operations, I felt very embarrassed coming out to face her.
A whole SA to Governor, a stand well comrade and a respected stakeholder in the community, running like an antelope. So before you come here to say you can’t run and leave your spouse, make sure you’re used to the sound of guns.”
UK-based Ghanaian gospel singer, Sonnie Badu has showered praises on Ozzy Okposo, wife of his late Nigerian colleague, Sammie Okposo, for her unwavering love and support for the singer.
Recall that the veteran gospel artiste died peacefully in his sleep on Friday morning, November 25, after suffering an undisclosed ailment.
His death come months after he was embroiled in a messy adultery scandal. It would be recalled that In January, the ‘Wellu Wellu’ crooner, admitted to cheating on his wife when he travelled to the US in late 2021.
Sammie Okposo had urged Nigerians to pray for him as he suspended himself from all ministry work until he’s fully restored and forgiven by God.
Following his death, singer Sonnie Badu appreciated and praised Ozzy for standing by her husband during his scandalous moments.
He described Ozzy as a ‘good woman, and disclosed that Sammie Okposo told him many nice things about his wife, and how she supported him when he needed her the most.
Sharing a photo of the deceased singer and his wife, Sonnie Badu wrote,

A yet-to-be-identified Nigerian man has been arrested for allegedly killing his girlfriend in Ghana.
Babs Cann, a popular Ghanaian media personality who shared the news online, said the young man murdered the girlfriend in cold blood and severed her head.
According to Babs Cann, the incident occurred in Spintex, and the suspect has been arrested by the police.
She shared a video that captured the moment police arrived at the scene of the incident to take him away.
“A young Nigerian man has been picked up by the Ghana Police Service for allegedly beheading his girlfriend at Spintex.”, she wrote.

In other news, operatives of the Enugu State Police Command have arrested a 23-year-old native doctor, Odoh Emmanuel, for accidentally killing his client while testing a bulletproof charm he prepared for him.
Odoh shot the deceased, identified as Onunze Benedict, with a locally-fabricated single-barreled gun in his shrine while testing the potency of the charm he made for him.
According to the Command’s Spokesperson, DSP Daniel Ndukwe, who disclosed the incident in a statement released on Tuesday, November 29, the killing occurred in Isi-Uzo Local Government Area of the state.
The statement reads,
“On 16/11/2022 at about 11.pm, police operatives serving in Isi-Uzo Police Division of the Command, arrested Odoh Emmanuel (male and a native doctor) aged 23, of Umuaram Village in Ikem community of Isi-Uzo LGA, for shooting and murdering his adult male client, one Onunze Benedict, of Eha-Amufu community in the same LGA.
“Preliminary investigation reveals that the suspect confessed to having used a locally-fabricated single-barreled gun to shoot and murder the said victim in his shrine at the mentioned location, while testing the gunshot protection charm he had prepared for him
“The gun has been recovered, while further investigation is ongoing at the Homicide Section of the State CID Enugu. The suspect will be charged to court once the police conclude their investigation.”
A Nigerian lady has been captured on camera racing against her client’s car at a lodging facility to stop him from leaving without paying for her service.
In the viral video filmed at a hotel, the ‘businesswoman’, believed to be a sex worker, is seen pursuing her client’s car as she demanded for her money.
She was heard shouting ‘pay me my money’ as the client, who completely ignored her existence, attempted to drive out of the premises.
The video has sparked outrage online as netizens berated the client for failing to fulfil his end of the bargain with the sex worker.
An Instagram user @tbellz07, reacting to the video, wrote, “Every labourer is entitled to their wages. It is wrong to deprive anyone payment for a job they already did.”

Social media influencer, Michael Odeyemi Folorunsho popularly known as Yemitheplug, has passed away over alleged negligence in Port Harcourt, Rivers state.
Yemi suffered an asthma attack in the wee hours of Tuesday, November 29, and was rushed to the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital by his neighbours.
However, they claim he was not attended to by the hospital’s medical personnel and blamed his death on their negligence.
While some of Yemi’s friends claim a nurse requested for a means of identification before they could attend to him, others alleged that a nurse said they did not have oxygen for him.
The medics also allegedly refused to admit him or perform CPR on him because they ‘could not find a pulse’, claiming he was brought in dead.
Sadly, the Port-Harcourt based influencer died while his mother and friends were performing CPR on him.
His death has sparked an uproar among youths in the community and they staged a protest at the entrance of the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital, demanding for an explanation.
His friend and colleagues have trooped to various social media platforms to mourn his tragic demise.
