A Nigerian lady has accused her husband of threatening to kill her following years of abuse and she released proof to back her claims.
The mother of three on her Facebook page, shared a screenshot of the message she claims was sent to her by her estranged husband, one Mr Tony Oluwatoyin Mike Uche.
In the message, Tony allegedly told her that the next time he sees her, they will see who will die first. He also told her that the battle line has been drawn and asked her to prepare both physically and spiritually.

The lady, who is a chef, explained that the recent threat came following years of abuse. According to her, all through the seven years they were married, he abused her a lot of times and she had to “flee” to her parents’ house often to recover from the injuries she sustained.
On one such violent episode, she lost a pregnancy of 8 months. She revealed that the police station has several records of him signing undertakings not to harm her again.

She also added that he also destroyed her business equipment during their marriage. According to her, she is now estranged from him and has instructed her lawyer to begin a divorce process but he recently accosted her when she was returning home and attacked her before pulling out a knife.
She explained that it took a security guard to pull him from her otherwise she fears what the outcome would have been.

Nigerian music executive, Banky Wellington better known as Banky W, has signed singer, Whitemoney, to his record label, EME Records.
Whitemoney, who rose to prominence after participating in Big Brother Naija ‘shine ya eye’ and emerged winner of the season, took to his social media page to announce his new management on Monday, September 20.

He posted pictures with Banky W and his friend, Captain Tunji Dumeren, and told Nigerians to brace themselves for the wave of good music he would release from henceforth.

Nigerian socialite, Tacha Akide has overtly declared her intention to be fully involved in the country’s 2023 general elections.
According to the reality star, who shared a video of herself in a health facility donning a hospital garb, she’d be actively involved in the election on all levels.
Tacha in her message, tells citizens that they can’t afford to be sitting on the fence during the elections.

Davido shared a picture of himself biting into bundles of dollar notes and it received a lot of backlash and criticism. Amongst his critics is the popular Twitter commentator who took to his account to lash out at Davido and call him a childish clout chaser.

Evicted BBN housemate, Chomzy has given the reason she tackled her fellow housemate, Groovy during their show max movie date while she was still in the house.
While in the house, Chomzy had quizzed Groovy for moving too quickly to Phyna following Beauty’s disqualification.
It should be recalled that Beauty and Groovy were love interests before she got disqualified from the show. However, a week after she left, Groovy and Phyna started a relationship.

Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have busted a major warehouse in the Ikorodu area of Lagos where 1.8 tons (1,855 kilograms) of cocaine were stored.
The cocaine seized from the warehouse located in a secluded estate in Ikorodu, is worth more than Two Hundred and Seventy-Eight Million, Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($278, 250,000), equivalent to about One Hundred and Ninety-Five Billion, Seven Hundred and Seventy-Five Million (N194, 775,000,000) Naira in street value, according to NDLEA’s spokesman, Femi Babafemi.

Speaking to newsmen, Babafemi described the development as one of the biggest cocaine seizures in Nigeria’s history.
“At least, four drug barons including a Jamaican and the warehouse manager have been arrested in the well coordinated and intelligence-led operation that lasted two days across different locations in Lagos State.
The warehouse, located at NO. 6 Olukuola Crescent, Solebo Estate, Ikorodu, was raided on Sunday and the barons were arrested in their hideouts in different parts of Lagos.
“Kingpins of the cocaine cartel in custody include Messrs Soji Jibril, 69, an indigene of Ibadan, Oyo State; Emmanuel Chukwu, 65, who hails from Ekwulobia, Anambra State; Wasiu Akinade, 53, from Ibadan, Oyo State; Sunday Oguntelure, 53, from Okitipupa, Ondo State, and Kelvin Smith, 42, a native of Kingston, Jamaica. They are all members of an international drug syndicate that the Agency has been trailing since 2018.” Babefemi said in a statement.

There was mild drama between a female pastor and her church’s choir mistress during a singing worship session in one of their services.
The worship session began when the choir mistress started singing a hymn which interrupted the Clergywoman who at the same time was going to sing the same hymn.
Noticing that there was a clash, the female pastor asked her choir mistress to pause so that she can continue singing. The choir mistress stopped for a little moment before joining in as the minister began singing.

In a now viral video making the rounds online, the duo are seen having a back and forth on the alter over who seems to sing the hymn better.
The clash left members of the church surprised as some could be seen laughing when the pastor increased the volume of her voice to drown that of the choir leader.
