Big Brother Naija season 7 winners, Chizzy and Rachel, have been evicted from the show.
You would recall that the duo were unveiled as Biggie’s riders two weeks into the season. As riders, Rachel and Chizzy could participate in the house tasks but were not allowed to compete for the grand prize.
Well, ahead of the grand finale on Sunday, October 2, last night Rachel and Chizzy’s time in the Big Brother house came to an end as the show host, Ebuka announced their eviction during a surprise visit to the house.
Ebuka had dinner with the housemates on Friday night, and moments after dining and chatting with them, he announced that Rachel had been evicted, although he didn’t mention that she wasn’t a real housemate.
After Rachel said her goodbyes to the housemates, Ebuka then added that Chizzy is also out of the show. He, however, also didn’t disclose his rider status to the housemates.
With Chizzy and Rachel’s exit, there are six finalists: Phyna, Bryann, Bella, Daniella, Chichi, and Adekunle, battling for the prize during the 100 million grand prize on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Chizzy’s eviction came after he won a brand new five-seater IVM Connect car during the Innoson task on Thursday.

A 22-year-old guy named Benedict Musa Haziel has been arrested by the police in Adamawa for reportedly stabbing a man named Luka following an argument over his fiancée, Blessing.
In order to show Blessing’s family that he was interested in getting married to her, the 22-year-old native of Nasarawo Jereng in the Mayo Belwa Local Government Area offered them N15, 000. The victim was also hitting on Blessing, which infuriated Benedict. Benedict allegedly told the deceased to quit going out with Blessing on numerous occasions, but he disregarded the advice and persisted in doing so.
Benedict, who was planning to attend a pastoral school, recalled that on August 18, he followed Blessing to Luka’s house and found her there. After an argument with Luka, he stabbed him in the buttocks with a knife, Luka died as a result of the bleeding.

At this point, it’s evident that popular Nigerian singer, Davido, and his third baby mama, Chioma, have rekindled their relationship.

A Nigerian man has donated the sum of N500,000 to support the campaign of Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi.
The young man identified as @RichMoney001, who revealed this on his social media page, urged Peter Obi not to disappoint if he wins the presidential election in 2023, and he added that the money he donated is his 9 months savings.
According to the staunch Obi supporter, he considers the donation as his contribution to a better Nigeria, and promises to donate more before the election.
“Am using my 9months savings to secure my future generation yet unborn. A young lady had a horrifying microblading experience that left her with severe eyebrow injuries.
Apparently, the lady had paid for the popular cosmetic procedure that sees tiny needles pierce the skin with semi-permanent pigment to create strokes that resemble brow hair for fuller-looking eyebrows.
Sadly, the artist botched her microblading procedure. The lady who would have been excited to get her brows microbladed was left with major brow damage.

An African lady living in Australia has gone online to narrate how she ended up getting married to a man she blocked on social media.
The lady, in a video she posted on TikTok, said her husband, then stranger, used to bombard her with messages on Instagram in 2016 and she had to block him because he was becoming a nuisance.

Popular actress, Halima Abubakar, has reacted after famous clergyman, Apostle Johnson Suleman, threatened to sue her if she fails to retract her accusations against him.
Halima has in recent times accused the controversial clergyman of having sexual intercourse with her after lying about his marital status.
She also accused him of reneging on his promise to marry her and said he was behind a strange ailment that has plagued her for years, causing her stomach to swell.

It was reported earlier that Blessing, Chop Boi, his producer, and another friend were murdered at the singer’s home in Gwarimpa by unknown assailants who chopped off their fingers and also wrote on the wall with their blood.
The bereaved sister, in a touching Facebook post mourning her sister’s tragic demise, said she doesn’t know how to break the news of Blessing’s death to their mother.
“It is very hard to believe you are no more. Very hard to type. Very hard to say. Very hard to look at your beautiful face. My twin. My look alike. My joy. My only hope. I can’t still believe. How will I start. What will I tell mummy. Rip twins sister.” She wrote.

Meanwhile, the spokesperson of the FCT Police Command, DSP Josephine Adeh, has disclosed that the police have launched an investigation to unravel the mystery behind the attack.
“Yes we are investigating. It is a case of suspected culpable homicide, the wife of one of the deceased, one Queen Blue Jack had earlier informed the Police of not knowing the whereabouts of her husband who left home with a friend and all efforts to reach them both proved abortive.
Upon receipt of this information, a team of detectives attached to the Gwarimpa division was drafted to the scene where her husband and three other persons were found dead in their pool of blood.
The Bodies were taken to the hospital for possible medical intervention but were confirmed dead by a doctor on duty. The deceased was deposited at the Kubwa General Hospital morgue, discrete investigations have commenced and emerging developments will be communicated subsequently”. she said.
Onyedinka Esiala, a middle-aged man, was caught in Lagos begging for alms with children who had fake stomach tumors.
On Wednesday, September 28, 2022, Esiala, from Enugu State, was exposed by a passerby identified as Benefit in Mile 2.
The suspect told Vanguard that his alleged boss, Uche, started the scam and gave the children unknown drugs to make their stomachs swell. He claimed that Uche brings children to Lagos yearly when he travels to the east.

“My name is Onyedinka and I am from Enugu State. My oga is Uche. When I came from the village, I did not get any work to do; then he told me to be helping him to be taking these children out for begging.” he said. “Whenever I am about to take the kids from Orile to Mile 2 pedestrian bridge, my Oga will give them drugs though I don’t know the name of the medicines which will make their stomach get swollen for some hours, and the kids’ mothers are aware of the business. Their mothers stay in the village. The children were staying with them in the village before they gave them to my Oga to come to Lagos. The girls are not my sisters, but their mother often brings them to my Oga. Some kids stay a year with us, and half of the money made from begging is sent to their mothers in the village. My Oga does give them black drugs. I don’t know the name of the drugs. My Oga did not tell me the name but it’s a black drug. My Oga brought one of the kids last year December while the other girl has spent three months with us. There is a boy among them but did not come today because he is not feeling too well. We do not come every day. We sometimes come three times in a week. My oga’s name is Uche and we have another set of people that stay at Ajagbadi, but I don’t know the exact place. The person that handles that of Ajagbadi is different from the one handling us in Mile 2. The name is Goodluck, but he is currently not in Lagos, he traveled, and his younger brother is in charge” he added
The suspect was transported to the Nigeria Police Station Area E, Festac for more questioning after being thoroughly interrogated.

Popular Nigerian crossdresser, Bobrisky has reacted after a fan who inked his face on his arm disclosed that he has been suffering a strange ailment as a result of the tattoo.
During the ‘celebrity tattoo pandemic’ in 2021, the fan, identified as Lord Casted, was one of the overzealous fans who tattooed the name/face of the crossdresser on their bodies.
At the time, Lord Casted went viral on the internet after he and his mother begged Bobrisky to help them in a video where they showed the fresh ink. After which Bobrisky invited him to his home.
In a new development, the fan, who has been on the low, resurfaced online as he cried out for help from Nigerians, stating that he contracted an undisclosed ailment from the machine used to draw the tattoo on his body.
Speaking in a new video, Lord Casted, who looked thin and frail, claimed he has been going through a lot since the strange ailment befell him.
Reacting to this development, Bobrisky went live on his Instagram page to clarify that he didn’t force anyone to draw a tattoo of his name or face on their bodies.
According to him, those who inked his name, including the embattled fan, did it because they were expecting a reward from him as he gifted the first lady who inked his name one million naira and other gifts.
The male barbie reiterated that he didn’t force the young man to draw the tattoo so he doesn’t have a hand in his predicament.
A final year student of the University of Cross River State (UNICROSS), Blessing Kona Udie, has been identified as one of the four persons gruesomely murdered in Abuja.
The microbiology student, along with a popular Abuja-based singer, Chop Boii, and two others, were brutally murdered by unknown assailants in the Gwarimpa area of Abuja on Tuesday, September 27.
It was gathered that their fingers were cut off by the assailants, who also used their blood to write on the wall.

A Twitter user, who took to the platform, to announce the tragic news wrote,
The Twitter user said the tragic incident happened on Tuesday night, September 27. He claimed that Chop Boii was working on a new song with his producer friend and two others when they were attacked.
“Yesterday my friend and three of his friends were butchered and killed In Gwarimpa at their house and their fingers were cut and their blood was used to wrote on the wall Rip chop Abuja will miss you. You were just at the wrong place at wrong time I still love you.
“He was producing with his producer a friend and his producers girlfriend That they came for the producer and his girlfriend but unluckily for them they were also there and the butchered them all even wrote on the wall with their blood cut their fingers off He was just damage.” The Twitter user wrote.
A man has taken to Facebook to mourn the death of his sister, Pauline Ogbeche, killed in a fatal accident in the Ajah area of Lagos.
The young man, identified as Michael Ogbeche, said the accident took place in the wee hours of Tuesday when some yet-to-be identified men were engaged in car racing.
He said one of the drivers, who was on high speed, rammed his car into the coaster bus conveying his sister and other crew members to their hotel, causing the bus to summersault.
According to Michael, his sister who was fast asleep was thrown out of the bus through a window, landed on the road and died on the spot.
Taking to social media to mourn her sad demise, Michael wrote,
“On a sad note we lost Pauline (my sister) in the early hours of Tuesday. Some evil guys doing a race on the side of the road to Ajah, one of their cars flew to the the lane where the coaster bus was and hit it bad causing the bus carrying crew and actors to their hotel to somersaulted in the process.
“Pauline was sleeping. She was thrown out of the bus through the glass window and only God knows how and where she landed.
“5 female sisters.. now left with 2. God will keep them for me. Posting can’t solve anything. Only prayer and mourn with us.
“And by the special grace of God we the family of Late Miss Paulina Ogbeche will follow her corps down to her father’s house Benue state as early as possible on Friday after wake keeping on Thursday evening for final interment.
“I really appreciate the calls and messages I’ve been receiving from lovers since the incident.”
Evicted BBNaija housemate, Chomzy organized a press conference to discuss her plans for her brand, management, and a project she embarks on.
Chomzy announced that she would like to feed 20 million Nigerians including children, a project she has named “Feed the Street with Chomzy”. She stated that she had been involved in a project like this before but now she wants to reach a lot more people.

Popular Nigerian singer, Michael Adebayo Olayinka better known as Ruger, has thrown a gigantic shade at his senior colleague, Kizz Daniel.
The ‘Girlfriend’ crooner, who landed in Tanzania for a concert on Wednesday, took to Twitter to announce his arrival and used the opportunity to troll Kizz Daniel.
He referenced the incident that occurred in August when Kizz Daniel was arrested in the East African country for refusing to perform at a show because the airline failed to bring his travel bag.
