Popular Nigerian Television Presenter, Bolanle Olukanni, has taken to her social media page to admonish single Nigerians on the need to respect their “friend’s marriage.”

Her post on Twitter reads;

If you are single and have a friend that is married try as much as possible to behave in a way that respects your friend’s marriage. Always ask, if I was married would I appreciate this behavior if someone did this with my partner.

In unrelated news, Actress and wife of singer 2Baba, Annie Idibia, has taken to social media to reiterate her love for her husband as she shares a loved-up video of them together.

This comes after he took to his Instagram page to tender an unreserved apology to her for all the embarrassment he caused her.

He stated that he has not been a good husband, father, or baby daddy and is ready to make amends.

Netizens have had a good laugh over the video of a lady pranking her husband in a quite interesting manner.

The daring lady recorded herself pretending to be on a call with her mother-in-law as she saw her husband approach their car and when he entered, she started making the pretentious conversation heated.

Seeing that she kept addressing the person at the receiving end of the call with “Ma”, her husband asked who it was she was talking to and later realized it was his mother, given how the conversation was going.

Later on, the tone of her voice changed and became hostile as she started telling her “mother-in-law” that she doesn’t like the way she’s being spoken to and she wants her to hush things down.

At this point, her husband got confused and surprised that she was talking to his mother in that manner. He kept asking what the problem was but when his wife became more aggressive saying “mommy, I will change it for you oh”, he quickly snatched the phone from her ears.

Looking at the phone, he suddenly realized she wasn’t on a call after all and they both burst out laughing as the lady put him out of his misery.

A 12-year-old boy has confessed to accidentally shooting his mother, a Nigerian woman known as Ayobiyi Cook.

The 29-year-old registered nurse who friends called ‘Yo-Yo’, was found dead in the family’s Forestdale, Alabama home, on the 2400 block of Freemont Avenue after midnight on August 6.

The boy had initially told police that an intruder had entered their house, shot his mother and then ran away.

Deputy Chief, David Agee said ;

“The child originally fabricated a story that detectives determined was not possible,”

“After investigation, Sheriff’s Detectives were able to determine that the victim’s 12-year-old son unintentionally discharged a firearm striking his mother causing her death.

“After more probing, the boy finally changed his story.

“The child eventually gave a true account of what happened,”

“Evidence on the scene supports that the shooting was unintentional and the offense will be addressed through the Family Court system. The family has been cooperative throughout the process and the child will remain with them.”

The funeral for the slain mom will be held on August 12 at the Faith Memorial Chapel in Bessmer, Alabama.

A viral video shows the emotional moment a young Nigerian man broke down in tears after his boss’ dog was sold to a customer.

In the video, the man who seemed to have developed a close bond with the dog, couldn’t fight back his tears after seeing the dog being taken away by its new owner, and he turned to a wall to let out his emotions.

Sadly, the new owner found it bizarre that the man was crying over a dog and filmed a video of him crying while laughing and mocking him in the background.

However, the young man’s employer tried to console him and patted him on the back in a bid to encourage him to stop crying.
