Popular Nollywood actor, Ibrahim Suleiman, has revealed it took him a while to realize that his wife, Ihuoma Linda Ejiofor, had feelings for him.
Taking to his Twitter page on Thursday morning, January 20, recounting his initial encounter with his wife and colleague, Linda, the father of one said he friend-zoned himself because he thought she was out of his league.
In his words,
“It took me monthsssss to realise that Ihuoma had feelings for me, because I was so sure she was out of my league. I even self-zoned myself as her homie.”
When a fan noted that she found his gesture cute, Ibrahim noted that his wife didn’t find it cute and wanted to ‘drop kick’ him when he finally mustered the courage to tell her about his feelings.
“She didn’t think it was cute sha. She wanted to drop kick me the day my eyes finally opened. Like, ‘NIGGA I BEEN SIGNALLING YOU FOR MONTHS!!!… Update: we have an 18 month old baby boy together now.” He tweeted.

The thespian recently gifted a member of his team, Yemi Akinlosotu, a new Toyota Corolla.
Sharing a video which captured the moment he received the papers for the car from his boss on his Instagram page, Yemi penned a lengthy note of appreciation to his boss.
“With joy in my heart, I want to say a big thank you to my boss, my father, my mentor, my everything, Femi Adebayo.I really don’t know what I have done to deserve this gift, sir. I have lost count (of) how many times I have wronged you, sir; ranging from lots of disappointment, destruction of properties and lots more.
“Yet, you still find it in your heart to bless me with this beautiful car. May you and your family never know sorrow for the rest of your life, sir. God bless you.” He wrote.
In a chat with Punch, Femi Adebayo revealed he gave his employee the car as a token of appreciation for his dedication and hard work.
“Yemi, the employee I gave a car, graduated from J15 School about six years ago. He was the best student of his set and I employed him immediately.
“Since then, he has been very hardworking, loyal and committed to the job. I found out that his major need, for now, is a car. I wanted to appreciate his loyalty and hard work, and that is why I gave him the gift.

American rapper, Machine Gun Kelly has revealed that the $340,000 emerald and diamond engagement ring that he proposed to Megan Fox with has real thorns inside the band.
He disclosed this in an interview with Vogue. According to him, if she tries to remove the ring from her finger, the thorns would hurt her.
He said, “The bands are actually thorns. So if she tries to take it off, it hurts.” explaining why, Machine said, “Love is pain!”

A 26-year-old lady, identified as Kelly Zolanski, has taken to social media to share the secret of her blinding glow.
Kelly took to Tik-Tok to share a video of herself rubbing male sperm on her face, which she claimed she got from a friend, and gushed about its effectiveness.
According to her, she saw a video online about how much ‘nutrients and protein’ the seminal fluid contains and decided to try it out.

Interim coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles , Augustine Eguavoen will only be entitled to win bonuses as the Super Eagles progress to the knock out stage at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Cameroon.
Eguavoen was appointed on a short-term deal after the Nigeria Football Federation dismissed former coach, Gernot Rohr in December.
Rohr was the country’s longest-serving manager after taking charge in August of 2016 but had his contract terminated after leading the Eagles to the 2022 World Cup qualifying play-offs and sealing a spot at the Nations Cup in Cameroon.
The Franco-German also led the Super Eagles to the 2018 World Cup and also to third-place at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.
Eguavoen was appointed on a short-term deal after the Nigeria Football Federation sacked Gernot Rohr in December.
“Eguavoen is on the payroll of the NFF and he won’t be entitled to salary for the role he is playing as an interim coach of the team,” President of the NFF Amaju Pinnick stated recently on Arise TV.
“He will be entitled to the winning bonuses as the team progresses at the tournament.”
Eguavoen won all the 3 opening matches at the group stage of the ongoing AFCON, making him the first coach to do it twice in the history of Nigeria.

Pastor David Ibiyeomie, the founder of Salvation Ministries, Port Harcourt, has said two plots of lands is not enough for him and his fleet of cars.
According to Church Gist, the clergyman stated this while preaching in his church recently. He was quoted to have said if he is given two plots of lands anywhere in the world, it won’t be enough for him and his cars.
Ibiyeomi explained that he gave the money intended for his first car to God, hence why God has been blessing him with cars. He further added that he has given out over 50 cars in less than two months.

A young Unilag graduate has taken to social media to share what she deemed as a testimony as regards her education.
According to Joy, she gained admission into the University of Lagos when she was suffering from Avascular Necrosis of the hipbone as a result of Sickle cell complications.
The Doctors told her she could never walk on her own until she had a hip replacement sugery.
She detailed how she struggled to keep up with school and also meet her Doctor’s appointment.
Joy, at one point, changed her course of study to a less stressful one but thankfully today, she’s now a proud First Class Degree holder.

Entering Unilag with 6 Legs and Graduating with my 2 Legs will forever be a Testimony to me and my family….
I got admission into Unilag when I had a Sickle Cell complication- Avascular Necrosis of the hipbone. My doctors said I could never walk on my own until I have a hip replacement surgery on both hips. Hence they moved me from using crutches to using a walking frame.
Throughout my 100level, I would walk to class and lab practicals with the walking frame, in pain and in shame. I can’t even take a cab because the frame was heavy and the cab men dint have the patience to wait for the process of folding it… etc
It took a toll on me socially, mentally and physically. Other students would stare at me on the road. Some got close to offer help, and even became friends in the long run. Some just stared and walked past.
It was a struggle. Battling with sickle cell and having to study in Unilag was an extreme sport. The constant stress had a huge effect on my health. It was so bad that I had to change my course of study in my second year to a less stressful one
I have been in and out of the hospitals so many times for sickle cell crisis. Unilag medical center was almost like my second home at some point. The pain just springs up from nowhere and there were times I had to be rushed at midnight from the hostel to the medical center
I remember writing my 100level exams on the hospital bed! Heck I wrote almost every exam at the hospital. Writing lab reports and doing my assignments there sometimes too. I made up my made up my mind to stop using crotches even if it will take me to limp and feel the pain
I am thankful for a few of friends and most importantly, my MOM and sisters, who constantly remind me to take care of myself, take my drugs, drink plenty of water, avoid stress and cold. Lol. People always wondered why I carried big handbags everywhere.
I couldn’t go anywhere without at least two bottles of water, a jacket and socks. The scars on my body are as a result of allergic reactions to an injection they give me during pain crisis. Imagine having to choose between having a flawless skin or being relieved of pain
I am most grateful to almighty God for seeing me through my degree. It could only be him. In all of these, i graduated from the University of Lagos with a FIRST CLASS DEGREE

Men of the Ogun state police command have arrested one, Oyedele Nutai Joseph, and his wife, Elizabeth Joseph, for allegedly brutalizing their son’s teacher.
It was gathered that the couple stormed their son’s school with thugs on Tuesday, January 18, to attack a teacher identified as Abel Thomas, for beating their son Joshua Joseph an SS3 student of the school.
The suspects were arrested following a distress call received by the policemen at Ado Odo divisional headquarters, from the school, Toyon High school Ere village in Ado Odo area of Ado Odo ota local government.
The school had placed a distress call to the police that parents of one of their students are in the school with thugs and have beaten and injured one of the teachers.
Upon the distress call, the DPO of Ado Odo division, SP Arowojeun Michael, quickly led his men to the school where the couple were arrested while their other accomplices fled the scene.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the teacher Abel Thomas, ‘moderately corrected’ an SS3 student of the school by the name Joshua Joseph who then went home to inform his parents that he was beaten by the teacher.
The parents who felt that the teacher has no right to beat their son mobilized some thugs and stormed the school. They also damaged the back screen of a Toyota Corolla with registration number LSD 395 FV belonging to another teacher of the school Jolayemi Sunday.
The police spokesperson, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, who confirmed the incident, said the injured teacher had been taken to the hospital for medical treatment.
He added that the state commissioner of police, CP Lanre Bankole, has ordered that the couple, and the thugs who are currently at large should be hunted for and brought to book.
