Angel’s mum replies troll who said she didn’t give her daughter “good home training”
Titi, mother of former Big Brother Naija housemate, Angel has replied a troll who said she didn’t give her daughter ‘proper upbringing’.
The mother of one had asked her followers to ask her any question during a question and answer session on her insta-stories, when an Instagram follower asked, “Why didn’t you give a good home training?”.
In response Titi knocked the troll off. “perfect human when you born your own train am well and stop judging”. she replied.

Titi also confirmed that she had her daughter at age 16 as Angel had claimed in Big Brother’s house.
Speaking on how she’s handling her new status as a celebrity mum, she said, “Handling it very well”.
Recall that the 21-year-old former housemate, Angel Smith revealed that her mother gave birth to her as a teenager.
She first made this revelation in a conversation with Boma. Angel was chatting with Boma when he asked her who was handling her social media pages outside the house.
In response she stated that her dad is handling her social media pages and publicity. Expressing surprise Boma stated that Angelsβ dad must be really young to be social media savvy.
while she confirmed that her dad is young Angel revealed that her mum had her when she was only sixteen (16).
NCC says it has no plan to disqualify Nigerians under 18 years from getting SIM cards
The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has denied earlier claims that it planned to disqualify Nigerians below 18 years of age from getting SIM cards.
We had reported on the 6th of October that NCC was planning to stop Nigerians, under 18 years, from having SIM cards. This report contained missing context.
The Commission has said parents and guardian can acquire SIMs for their children and wards under 18 years, but be ready to take responsibilities for whatever might happen thereafter.
NCC in a statement signed by its Director of Public Administration, Dr. Ikechukwu Adinde, described the story, which claimed it planned to stop access to SIM cards by Nigerians below 18 years as misleading, inaccurate and mischaracterization of the proceedings of the Public Inquiry on the Reviewed/Draft Registration of Telephone Subscribers Regulations, which took place on Tuesday, October 6, 2021.
The Commission said it considered it necessary to set the record straight for the purpose of serving existing and potential telecom subscribers , investors and other stakeholders in the industry accurate information for making informed decisions.
It explained that in accordance with sections 70 and 71 of the Nigerian Communications Act (NCA), 2003 and the Commissionβs consultative engagement process, which define its rule-making process, the public inquiry was held for all relevant stakeholders to provide input on the draft regulatory instrument.
βThe age of 18 years for SIM acquisition proposed in the draft regulation is contingent on the constitutional provision, which makes 18 years the age of consent in Nigeria. Also, SIM acquisition is a contract between service providers and their subscribers, which requires the subscriber to have proper legal status, be of matured mind and rational enough to bear certain responsibilities, obligations and liabilities imposed by a contract.
βThe proposal is, therefore, to protect minors.
βParents and guardians can acquire SIMs in their names on behalf of their children and wards in which case they assume whatever responsibilities or liabilities arise from the usage o such SIMs, a measure expected to also strengthen national security,β NCC stated.
NCC noted that while it is progressively pursuing digital inclusion for all, the draft proposal is intended to guarantee increased monitoring of children and shield the minors from undue liabilities in line with NCCβs Child Online Protection drive.
βHowever, the consultative engagement process is still ongoing, as the Commission is reviewing all input from relevant stakeholders in this regard and will consider and deliberate on all comments before issuing a final regulatory instrument,β NCC stated.
Comedian, Mr. Jollof rescued after being kidnapped at gunpoint
Popular Nigerian Instagram comedian, Mr. Jollof has taken to social media to thank God for sparing his life after being kidnapped.
The comic act via an Instagram post revealed he was kidnapped at gunpoint by a group of armed men.
According to him, he was able to escape the kidnapper’s dem with the intervention of the Nigerian Police Force.
Narrating the ordeal on his Instagram page, he wrote,
“Thank God for life I was kidnapped at gunpoint but the intervention of the Nigeria Police Force I was able to escape!! My MTN phone was stolen. The truth is bitter when Pride is Empty”.
In other news, the comedian recently took delivery of his newly acquired Range Rover Jeep.
He took to his official Instagram page to share the good news with his fans and followers. He shared a video of himself dancing, alongside another video of the car being brought down from the container that conveyed it to itβs destination.

Nigerian singer, Brymo has reacted after Nigerian veteran singer, 2Baba threatened to file a N1 billion defamation lawsuit against him.
It all started after the BΓ‘βnΓΊsα» crooner publicly alleged that some years ago, he was attacked by some boys on behalf of 2Baba who accused him of sleeping with his wife, Annie.
Brymo has now taken to Twitter to share a screenshot of the letter he received from 2Baba’s lawyers, demanding an unreserved public apology from him over his allegations.
The letter added that failure to tender an apology, a N1 billion defamation suit will be filed against him.
Brymo however insisted that all he he said in his tweets are facts and not nonsense.
In his words,
“I have received this from Innocent Idibiaβs lawyers, or so it reads.. Iβll advice they go on to court, as I insist on all my tweets asserted… they are not βnonsenseβ…”

Video captures moment gas explosion occurred while a UNIZIK student was on Facebook live (WATCH)
A rather shocking video that captured the moment a gas explosion occurred while a UNIZIK student was on Facebook live, has been shared online.
The incident which occurred at El-Shaddai lodge while an occupant of one of the rooms was reportedly making popcorn on Tuesday October 5, is said to have led to the death of a female student.
In the Facebook live video, the student was gushing over her natural hair before the gas exploded. According to an eyewitness, while some of the people who lived in the lodge were able to remove some of their properties, others werenβt as the fire spread quickly. Fire fighters were also said to have responded to the distress on time.
A Facebook user, Mazi Michaels Orlukwu-Nyesom Nwadibia Udochukwu revealed that the body of one of the students who was trapped after the incident, was discovered in the evening.
He wrote;
Yesterday was a sad day here in Unizik.
A lodge caught fire from gas explosion. The room occupant was making pop corn when it occurred, the impact of the explosion shattered the girl’s leg plus burnt body, the guy in the room also suffered some burn plus the dog of a lodge occupant was burnt too.
Fire brigade was alerted, they responded in no distant time, but the fire was so fast as most rooms were already burnt. Some occupants were lucky to get some properties out, some weren’t so lucky.
All the while we were there trying to put off the fire, we never knew that a friend was trapped in one of the rooms, wall fell on her from the impact of the explosion, nobody knew, smoke covered the whole rooms, the fire fighters also failed in their responsibility to check everywhere very well.
It was later in the evening that her dead body was discovered.
Really sad. May her gentle soul rest in peace. And quick recovery to the injured.

Veteran Nigerian singer, Innocent Idibia better known as 2Baba, has threatened to slam a N1 Billion lawsuit against colleague, Brymo over allegations leveled against him.

Man narrates encounter with a group of friends who poisoned their friendβs drink after he left to pee
A young Nigerian man has narrated his encounter with a group of friends at a bar, who tried to poison their friend’s drink in his absence.
Narrating the incident, the man identified as Sammy warned people to be weary of people they call friends. According to him, the victim while in the company of his friends, left his drink to pee, and before he returned, his friends had already spiked his drink.
Sammy who was seated on another table close to the group of friends and saw everything happening, said when the friend who had gone to pee returned, he tried to stop him from taking the drink, but he took offence and ignored his warnings.

“Went to a bar after the close of work to chill a bit before heading home (Thanks to Lagos Traffic). Sitting directly opposite me on a round table were a group of friends numbering about 6, drinking and gisting.
One of them stood up to go pee while he left his glass filled drink behind. A thought hit me and i had my eyes fixed at the table as if i was waiting for something to happen.
Lo and behold, one of them spiked his glass with a substance while the other four were looking out for he who went to pee. I was shocked and confused. What just happened ? I asked myself. The dude who went to pee came around and sat back down.
They continued their gist as if nothing had happened and they were all laughing. The dude who went to pee picked up his drink about to take a sip when i quickly stood up, ran towards the table and smacked the drink right off his hand.
He was confused and wondering what just happened. I tried to tell him not to drink from that glass, he yelled at me, pushed me on my chest and asked if i was mad. The others joined him in assaulting me for my act.
While i tried to explain to him what had happened, he wouldnβt even hear me out. He was all over the place screaming and banging on the table threatning to deal with me while his friends were doing same.
The bar manager came around and pleaded with me to step out, which i did. I paid for my drinks and left. But before i took my leave, i told the bar manager what i saw and asked him to save the dudeβs life from his friends. We have to be careful out there with those we call our friends and please donβt walk away from your drink. Its dangerous!!!”

Tega in her tweet admitted that she is not perfect, but added that she is done with negativity, being bullied online and being judged constantly.
Reacting to Tega’s post Kara noted that the mother of one cannot been done with the criticism she’s receiving from netizens unless the public genuinely forgives her.

How a commercial driver constantly delivers innocent passengers to kidnappers β Police
The Nigeria Police Force has arrested a driver for allegedly conspiring with criminal gangs to kidnap the passengers he genuinely loaded from a motor park.
Parading the suspect before newsmen, the spokesperson of the Nigeria Police Force, Frank Mba, said the driver, who βdeliversβ innocent citizens to kidnappers, operates on the major highways in the North East and North West in contact with multiple kidnapping gangs.
βWhat he does is that sometimes, he goes to the motor park, present his vehicle and pretends to be an innocent hardworking transporter.
He will patiently wait for passengers to board his vehicle and once he has enough of these passengers, he moves from the park.
He establishes communication with members of other kidnapping gangs and bandits along his way and once he gets to a comfortable area, these gang members will intercept his vehicle and kidnap all his passengers,β he said.
The suspect was among the 34 suspects, consisting of 32 males and two females arrested by the police over various criminal offences.

While the shippers presented the reality stars the gifts they commended them for looking out for each other in the house and joked about picking their wedding date soon.

In other news, the former Big Brother Naija βshine ya eye housemateβ, Saga has disclosed that itβs been hard for him sleeping without his love interest, Nini.
Saga and Nini were close friends in the Big Brother house, the duo did everything together; eating, sleeping on the same bed which made fans and viewers speculate that thereβs a chemistry between the two.
Saga, speaking on how life had been without his in-house company, Nini in an interview with Dele Momodu, admitted that it has not been easy and he even finds it difficult to sleep at night.
βWeβre still friends. We donβt even talk as much now because right now, sheβs gone to another place and thereβs so much going on and I have not even settled to understand what is going on in my life at the moment. So weβre just friends,β he said.
βTo be honest, Iβm missing Nini a lot. I cannot deny that. Itβs hard for me to sleep at night without her at times because weβve been sleeping on the same bed for night straight weeks in the house. So, itβs a very sharp change. But then, I have time to adjust to it.β He said.

Fast-rising Nigerian singer, Lyta and his controversial babymama, Kemi Ayorinde, have gotten matching tattoos on their arms.
It appears the duo have settled their differences and began a whirlwind romance as Kemi recently shared a video of herself in bed with the singer whom she claimed gave her an incurable STD.
It can be recalled that few months ago, Lyta’s babymama dragged him to filth on social media and accused him of being a deadbeat dad. She also alleged that she funded his lifestyle at some point in his career and shared receipts of her bank transfers to him to prove that she wasn’t lying.
After months of dragging him online, the singer seemingly manned up to his responsibility as a father and flew his babymama and their kid down to Nigeria to ‘reconnect’.
Kemi couldn’t hold her excitement at the time as she shared photos of the singer and their son and revealed that that was all she wanted.
Well, the duo seems to be an item again because Kemi took to her Instastory to share photos and a video of their freshly-inked matching tattoos.

Former Big Brother Naija lockdown housemate and actress, Erica Nlewedim recently survived a ghastly car accident.
The reality star in a post she shared on her official Twitter on Tuesday, October 5 revealed she was involved in the accident 9 months ago, and thankfully she survived.
Erica shared a photo from the accident scene and captioned it, “9 months ago”.
Her car rammed into a pole, leaving the bonnet in a badly damaged.
Fans and friends of the reality star have trooped to the comment section to thank God for sparing the life of their favourite.
