The actress and her lover, Bobby Maris are expecting their first child together, and in anticipation of their bundle of joy her friends threw her a surprise baby shower.
Fellow Nollywood actresses, Anita Joseph, Mary Njoku, Omah Nnadi, BBNaija star Lucy Edet, Denrele Edun, and many others were present at the surprise party.
Uche who shared photos and videos from the baby shower revealed that until that day she has never been surprised in her life.

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Kwara Command, has arrested a 60-year-old man, Jerimiah Oyedoki of Ileloja compound, Kiama, for allegedly having defiling a 9-year-old girl.
The command’s Public relations officer, Mr Babawale Afolabi, in a statement on Saturday in Ilorin, noted that the case was reported at its Divisional Headquarters, Kiama on Friday. He added that the suspect was caught in the act by the parents of the victim.

”The suspect enticed the victim by giving her N50. He has confessed to the crime, while the minor has been taken to the General Hospital, Kiama, for proper medical attention.”

Nollywood actor, Felix Ugo Omokhodion has expressed his strong passion for acting as he reveals that he doesn’t reject movie roles.
Speaking in a recent interview with SATURDAY SUN, Felix stated that he can play any movie role, including a gay character. According to him, he doesn’t have any problem with kissing a guy in a movie because when he is acting, he takes on the personality of the movie character.

“Why would reject a movie role? I don’t reject roles. I love to see what I can do to every character that comes my way. I can play gay roles too; I am an actor; I was trained for that. Except the production is not ready to shoot. I am open to playing any role on earth. Kissing a guy in a movie is also not out of the way; acting is my passion, so I’m committed to giving it my best. A Nigerian lady is quite fortunate to be alive after she was involved in an accident that left her with several bruises all over her body.
The lady, identified as Fiyin Akerele narrated on Twitter how she boarded a bus on Tuesday, May 25 on her way home, thinking it would be like every other short ride.
However, moments into the journey, the driver of the commercial bus tried to overtake a car in front and he ended up somersaulting three times, according to eyewitnesses.
Fiyin shared all the thoughts that went through her mind as she and other passengers were inside the somersaulting bus. She then thanked God for saving her life and revealed that she still is in shock.

A local truck driver conveying bags of sachet water was quite unfortunate as he crashed into a Range Rover after suffering brake failure in Lagos.
A video from the scene of the incident shows the head-on collision between the Purewater truck and the black Range Rover as traffic wardens take charge of the situation.
The rather unfortunate incident is reported to have occurred at Chisco Bus Stop in Lekki on Saturday morning, May 29.
Popular media personality, Denrele Edun has revealed that he is not interested in the institution of marriage.
The TV host, who will turn 40 in two weeks, stated this in a recent interview with PUNCH. According to him, he has never been lucky with love and would rather remain single.
Denrele added that his mother once bought him an engagement ring to propose to a lady because she wanted him to get married badly. However, he emphasized that he is not interested, even though it might make people question his sexuality.

Recall that few months back crossdresser, Goldtiful claimed he received a brand new G-Wagon worth 150 million Naira, as birthday gift from his ‘sugar daddy’.

A 400 level Foreign language student of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, identified as Mariam Adeola was involved a fatal accident recently which claimed her life.
According to reports, the deceased was in the car with her boyfriend on Sunday, May 23rd, 2021, when the tragic incident happened.
A source shares that the driver of the car was over-speeding before the crash happened.
“The boy was over speeding before the car rammed into a shop along Ede road, Osun state. They were both rushed to the hospital but unfortunately the girl died while the boy is in a critical condition.”
the source said.
