Owelle Rochas Anayo Okorocha is a Nigerian politician from Imo State, Nigeria who won the 6 May 2011 gubernatorial election in Imo State. He ran on the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) platform.
He was caught sleeping on duty. Rochas Okorocha was part of the delegation that joined President Buhari on his presidential visit to USA.
He joined Buhari to meet the world bank president.
It is an executive thinking no sleepping pls.
