Nigerian lawyer and former beauty queen, Helen Prest-Ajayi has refuted claims that she was the reason her late husband, Dr. Oluwatosin Ajayi left his first family 35 years ago.

Ladoke Akintola University of Technology’s (LAUTECH) management has reacted to the viral video of a man said to be a lecturer of the institution having sex with a lady alleged to be a student of the institution.
The institution became the number one trending topic on Twitter on Thursday February 25 through to Friday, February 26 morning after the sex tape made its way to the internet.
In the 44-second video, the middle-aged man is seen having his way with the young lady in a room. The lecturer was left in shock after he turned during the act to see a third party filming him — the video was later released online.
Reacting to the development, the school authorities released a statement, denying the claims that the female is one of its students.
We don’t have anything to do with the lady you mentioned. There are many of them who did not even complete secondary school education but would go on social media to claim they are LAUTECH students.
We don’t know her. LAUTECH is a school for serious-minded students and staff and not her type.”
According to new reports, some gunmen last night, stormed GSS Jangebe, Zamfara state and abducted a good number of schoolgirls.
The development comes barely nine days after Kagara students were kidnapped in Niger state it’s reported by the BBC HAUSA Service that about 300 female students of GSS Jangebe in Zamfara state were abducted by the gunmen last night.
The state government or police authorities, are yet to react to the development.
However, the BBC HAUSA report monitored on Friday morning, stated that a teacher in the affected school and one of the parents of a student, confirmed the developments.
Amesha Thuesday and her twin sister, Amela Latasha Thuesday, on Wedneday, 24th of February, gave birth to their babies, just 13 minutes apart.
This delivery happened at the New Amsterdam Regional Hospital, in Guyana.
The sisters gave birth to a girl and a baby boy, named, Cassidy Miracle Grand and Myron Kingsley Rajgopaul. They arrived at 9:10hrs and 9:23hrs respectively weighing 3kg.
Amesha and Amela were both admitted to the hospital on February 23.
A statement posted by the Regional Democratic Council of Region Six (East Berbice-Corentyne), on Facebook said that the Regional Health Officer Dr Vishalya Sharma and Medical Superintendent Dr Vasana Henry were thrilled that the institution was chosen by the mothers to care and manage their deliveries.
The new mothers, Amesha and Amela said they are thankful to God that they are able to share this experience with each other.
“Father I wanna thank you for bringing me and my sister through safe with our delivery. Twins make twin cousins mins apart. They both would be celebrating their birthday together while me and my twin gone do the same” Amela wrote on Facebook.

A young woman allegedly battered by her neighbour’s face because she reported her actions in the compound to their lawyer.
According to media personality and actress, Omotunde Adebowale-David, better known as Lolo 1, the women are extended family members who live in the same compound in Surulere, Lagos.
The victim, identified as Ada Onadeko, was left with deep cuts on her face following the attack from her neighbour.
Lolo who shared photos of the woman’s battered face alongside a photo of the accused, revealed the case is already in court.

Obinwanne Okeke, who recently bagged a 10-year jail term in the U.S. for multi-million dollars fraud, has been prohibited from taking up jobs that can grant him access to money or bank accounts. He was also barred from holding posts involving investments, upon completing his sentence, Premium Times reports.
The restrictions were imposed on him by a U.S. court in the Eastern District of Virginia during his sentencing on February 16. The judge, Rebecca Smith, ordered Mr Okeke, who had pleaded guilty to the fraud charge in June 2020, to restitute the $10.7million proceeds of the crime.
“If not deported, the defendant is prohibited from engaging in any employment where he has access to money or bank accounts and shall not be employed in any capacity involving investment,” the judge ordered, as part of the “special conditions” for his supervised release.
The convicted fraudster will also lose the right to privacy concerning his financial life under the “special conditions” for supervised release set by the court, as the judge ordered that if he is not deported, he “shall provide the probation officer access to any requested financial information. The defendant shall participate in the Treasury Offset Programme (TOP) as directed by the probation officer, and if he remains in the U.S. after his jail term, he must not incur new credit charges or open additional lines of credit without the approval of the probation officer.”
To enforce compliance with the restitution order, the court also ordered that if not deported, Mr Okeke “shall apply monies received from income tax refunds, lottery winnings, inheritances, judgment, and any anticipated or unexpected financial gains to the outstanding court-ordered financial obligation, or in a lesser amount to be determined by the court upon the recommendation of the probation officer.”
He was also directed to pay for the support of his minor child, a baby girl born in the U.S. about a month before his arrest. The amount to be paid for his minor’s support would be as ordered by any social service agency or court of competent jurisdiction.

A South African businessman has allegedly demolished the beautifully furnished house he built for his girlfriend after she broke up with him.
According to viral report the man hired an excavator to bring down the house he built and furnished for his lover after she ended their relationship and severed ties with him.

A video currently circulating on social media captures the moment an errant driver knocked a police officer off a bridge while trying to evade arrest in Lagos.
The unknown driver was said to have been driving against traffic when police officers and men of the Lagos State Traffic Management (LASTMA) nabbed him for violating the traffic law.
In a bid to evade arrest, the man driving a Toyota Highlander reversed and hit one of the police officers behind, throwing him off the bridge into a canal below.
Luckily, the officer survived the fall as he could be seen trying to swim out of the canal. The driver was then arrested.

Lola Omotayo, wife of popular Nigerian singer, Peter Okoye lost her dad, Dipo Omotayo and he has been laid to rest today.
The father-in law to the popular Nigerian musician was laid to rest amid tears today, Thursday, February 25, 2021, while close friends and family were present to pay their last respects.
Lola Omotayo-Okoye, her husband Peter Okoye, and their two children led the procession to the venue of the funeral.
Recall that Lola lost her dad to the cold hands of death on Wednesday morning, December 16, and took to Instagram to announce the heartbreaking news.

A social media user then took to the comment section of Nkechi’s apology post and wrote “the fear of Bobrisky”. A comment Nkechi found annoying and said both the fan and Bobrisky are mad.
Nkechi would not let Bobrisky’s comment go without a reply and she blasted the crossdresser, saying he stinks, has a leaking anus because he’s gay.
Bobrisky then gave a rebuttal and revealed how Nkechi’s mother used her to attract and retain customers in her beer parlour. He also mocked her for having just one car whereas he drives four luxury cars. Bobrisky also accused her of being a boyfriend/husband snatcher.
In an immediate clap back, Nkechi revealed how Bobrisky has been fighting her since 2019 because of a married man that they are both dating.

Controversial Nigerian crossdresser, Bobrisky has slammed Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing after she mentioned his name in a comment.
It all started when the actress penned a public apology to a fan she rebuked for tattooing her name. In reaction to the apology an Instagram follower took to Nkechi Blessing’s comments to state that she tendered the apology because of fear of Bobrisky.
In response Nkechi blessing slammed the follower for the comment, “abi you and Bobrisky dey mad? you want make is swear for you”, she wrote.
The crossdresser has now taken to his Instagram page to slam Nkechi Blessing and threatened to open her can worms.
He wrote,
