“I kept all the memories and a lot of ugliness quiet from those times not just to protect his career and very diminished brand but to also protect you and your marriage.
“I almost physically fought people and even almost fought him to get him to behave… hmm… and despite everything, I am glad you know i stayed true to our friendship even when we didn’t speak.
“I was quiet because I did not want to be the one to cause problems between both of you. A marriage is sacred to me. Pray and focus on the blessings coming your way.
“No one can know your pain or heal you better than God. I am glad we spoke… it is not easy to be married to someone so … er… disrespectful …to not just himself but to God.
“I respected you with my silence … I did my best and it took 3 years for God to open these cans of worms. I now feel free to say this in public.
“I know the agony that drove you to make those posts on Instagram. I don’t expect anyone else to. Keep your pain contained. I sympathise with you. I am here for you. It is time to heal … whatever you decide, make God your centre.”

Popular Ghanaian actress Nadia Buari, has shared her thoughts on what real romance should be like.
In a post shared on her Instastories, Nadia opined that real romance isn’t about buying flowers or pieces of jewelry for one’s lover.
According to Nadia, a true romance is the little things you do every day to show you care. Giving example, the actress said; random texts messages, kissing in the rain, telling your lover you miss or love him etc are parts of romance.
She also said giving and not buying is also an example of true relationship.
Read her post below.
I think a lot of people don’t understand what real romance is. Anyone can buy flowers, candy and jewelry, there’s no love in that. The truly romantic things in life are those little things you do everyday to show you care, and that you’re thinking of them. It’s going out of your way to make them happy. The way you hold her hand when you know she’s scared, or you save the last piece of cake for him.
The random text in the middle of the day, just to say “I love you” or “I miss you”. The way he stops to kiss you when he passes by. It’s dedicating her favorite song to her, and the letting her eat your fries; telling her she’s beautiful, even when she’s in her sweats; with her hair in a ponytail and no makeup.
It’s putting your favorite show on pause so she can tell you about her day, and laughing at his jokes even the really lame ones. It’s slow dancing in the kitchen and kissing in the rain. Roman isn’t about buying, it’s about giving. True romance is in the gestures.

The Federal Government has said arrangements are underway to replace the Bank Verification Numbers (BVN) with the National Identity Numbers (NIN).
Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Dr Isa Pantami, made this known on Monday, shortly after a tour of telecoms operators and NIN licensees in Abuja.
He said President Muhammadu Buhari has been briefed on the on-going NIN registrations across the country.
Pantami, also said he briefed the National Economic Sustainability Committee headed by Vice President, Prof Yemi Osinbajo on the imperative of replacing BVN with NIN.
Pantami argued that while BVN was only for account holders with various banks, NINs are for all Nigerians irrespective of their status.
To ascertain the smooth registration of Nigerians, the Minister visited the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) registration Centre in Gwarinpa, the Zonal Headquarters of MTN, Glo Mobile and Airtel in Maitama as well as a private operator, OMNL.
Accompanied by the Executive Vice Chairman of NCC, Prof Garba Danbatta, the Director-General General of National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), Kashifu Inuwa and the Chief Executive Officer of NIMC, Aliyu Aziz, the Minister said he was impressed by the strict adherence to COVID-19 protocols at the registration centres.
Responding to challenges encountered by those with the BVN data trying to upgrade with NIN data, Pantami said: “The challenge is that the BVN records may not be 100 per cent, the same with NIN, but what is most important is that the NIN is the primary identity of each and every citizens, including legal residents.
“BVN is a policy of a bank and has not been established by law. NIN is the only mandatory number and the primary identification of our citizens and every other identification is secondary.
“The NIMC Act 2007 provides that all our citizens must be enrolled and the law gives them 60 days to enroll from the time the law was enacted and a maximum of 180 days and all permanent residents in the country and legal residents that have to stay here for a minimum of 24 months must be enrolled.
“So, this is the primary identification of all and all other data bases are supposed to utilise this and not for NIN to utilise the BVN because it is the primary one.
“We discussed with the CBN governor today on how to ensure that all our citizens with BVN will immediately be provided with the NIN. We are working on that but facilitating the process lies on CBN to make it much easier for our people.“
Asked to clarify the government’s position on the BVN replacement with NIN, Pantami said: ”I made a presentation to the National Economic Sustainability Committee and I drew the attention of the CBN governor that we need to replace BVN with NIN because the BVN is a bank policy while NIN is a law.”
“Because it has been established by law so the strength of the law wherever you go is not the same with a policy of one institution.
“Also, BVN is only applicable to those who have bank account, but NIN is for every citizen and legal residents in the country. BVN is our secondary database while NIN and the database is the primary one in the country that each and every institution should make reference to NIMC.
“On the board of NIMC, the CBN governor is a member, DG DSS is a member, Chairman of FIRS is a member, INEC Chairman, Office of the National Security Adviser (NSA), National Population Commission and the Nigeria Immigration Service.
“They are all members of the board and this is to show you that it is primary database that every institution in the country should make reference to, when it comes to data protection regulations, we are in the forefront in Africa today.
“The level of security in all our database is 99.9 per cent. There is no database that is 100 percent secured. And the highest you can go, I think we are there.
“That is why we came up with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation that we always enforce and this is applicable to the database at our disposal, we take care of it and make sure that the security of it is excellent and we don’t allow anybody to compromise the content because it is a trust from our citizens given to us.”

Ladies, 2021 is here. Do you have a Backup BF? Start recruiting backup BF today.
Start accepting CVs for Backup BF. With the level of heartbreak and depression amongst ladies who just got out of relationships, I believe it’s time for ladies to have a “CONTINGENCY BOYFRIEND” ; a backup boyfriend.
Who is a contingency boyfriend? A contingency boyfriend is a guy who fits all your criteria of a husband material but is your platonic friend ( no sex involved). You talk to him often, you hang out with him and involve him in your daily activities, he’s aware of your boyfriend. A lot of ladies are facing emotional hardships in their breakup and being rebounded by at least 5 Guys risking high body counts till they find another boyfriend.
I strongly suggest that every lady in a relationship should have a backup boyfriend who she can marry 6 months after her breakup in other to avoid Depression and the rebound / waiting syndrome. #ThinkLikeAMan. 90% of men have Contingency Girlfriends. That’s why after a breakup men get married 2-6 months later.
If you think your boyfriend doesn’t have a backup Gf “awww” you’re a leaner. PS if you know you catch feelings easily don’t have a B.Bf

Speaking on the effects of breastfeeding on her boobs, the actress said, “I am breastfeeding heavily and I am already seeing the sagging effects but I don’t care. To me, the breasts were made for this purpose, so why hoard it from my own child.
“Motherhood is the highest sense of responsibility and it requires changes, especially with one’s first child.
“I waited for about seven years (before having this child). My advice to awaiting mothers is that they should take their minds off the issue and relax. “It is a tough advice that almost sounds crazy but that was the advice I got from my sister-in-law years ago. She is also a polycystic ovary syndrome conqueror. It worked back then but I lost the pregnancies.
“Then, I threw away her advice and naturally became anxious. Anxiety turned to desperation and I did take in again, even with the drugs I was taking then. It was not until last year that I finally learnt to relax. Let go and let God.”
Award winning Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham has advised that people should stop attributing every woman’s success to her sexual prowess with men.
The successful actress and mother of one gave this advise in reaction to singer, Ruggedman’s post, in which he queried why actresses are more successful than their male counterpart.
The singer had tweeted,
“My male actors in nollywood whats going on? Its just the females that are buying cars and building houses left and right. I wanted to come into nollywood but at this rate, I am not coming again”.
In reaction to Ruggedman’s tweet, Toyin noted that Nollywood actors are as successful as the actresses but many of them chose not to blow their own horns.
In a lengthy Instagram post, she wrote,
“I saw the social media post made by respected rapper, Ruggedman about women making more money and doing well better than men.
I read between the lines and saw what Ruggedman implied. It is a little bit sad that many people on social media leeched on it with many derogatory comments about women especially those of us in Nollywood.
It is important that I put this out there that many women make money and make good money legitimately. I know actresses who charge 2 million, 3 million and 5 million in this Nollywood. I get paid in millions of naira for gigs. As a a matter of fact, I just paid for a very good car worth millions of Naira and at the same time I know a lot of men in Nollywood who are doing extra ordinarily well and paid in millions. The fact that most of these men choose not to make noise on social media do not in any way mean that they are second class citizens in this industry.
We need to stop attributing every woman’s success to her sexual prowess with men, women deserve the success they have as much as men without attributing it to their sexuality. Nollywood women like Bimbo Ademoye, Nancy Isime, Kehinde Bankole, Inidima Okojie , Sharon Ooja, Bisola Aiyeola, are getting paid in millions. Even script writers that are not in the limelight are getting paid in millions. It is disparaging to put the successes of these women within the box of their sexuality. A lot of women are doing great things legitimately. I am one of them and so also are many other women in other industries not just the entertainment industry.
A woman is more than the sum total of her sexuality.”
