The Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) has debunked claims that governors hoarded palliatives, that were meant to be distributed to Nigerians during the COVID-19 lockdown in the country.
This is coming after several warehouses filled with palliatives have been discovered and food items looted in different states.
The NGF has now issued an official statement to refute the claims.
In the statement released on Monday, by the NGF head of media and public affairs, Abudulrazaque Bello-Barkindo, the allegations were tagged “inaccurate, entirely erroneous, untrue and also mischievous”.
It was stated that until mid-October, about 10 states had not begun the distribution of palliatives in their states because the relief materials had not been completely received from the private sector coalition against COVID-19 (CACOVID).
The governors further explained that some states still had the palliatives in their warehouses as a reserve ahead of a projected second wave of the coronavirus.
The statement reads,
“The NGF regrets the loss of lives and property occasioned by the violent protests that erupted, and calls for calm.
“The NGF reemphasizes and corrects the impression that palliatives found in warehouses that were broken into in Lagos and some other states were kept in storage for members of the society, especially our vulnerable citizens.
“The erroneous impression in the public domain that these palliatives were hoarded is not just inaccurate, entirely erroneous and untrue but also mischievous, to say the least.”
For the avoidance of doubt, some of the palliatives had the CACOVID stamp embossed on them, meaning that their source is unambiguous.
“As we know, CACOVID operations are mainly domiciled in Lagos, being the headquarters of most of the public-spirited organisations, corporate bodies and individuals that came together to form the Coalition Against COVID-19 -CACOVID.
“Until mid-October, when the NGF had its last meeting, up to ten states had not participated in the flag-off ceremonies for the distribution of palliatives in their states. This was because the items meant for distribution in these states had not been completely received from CACOVID.
“Some other states that still had palliatives in their warehouses chose to keep a strategic reserve ahead of a projected second wave of COVID-19.
As of a couple of weeks ago, some states were still receiving palliatives from the Federal Government through the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development.
“The NGF wishes to state categorically that no State has been involved in or has hoarded any palliatives.
It assured all contributors to the palliatives that prior to the looting of these warehouses, states had kept full accounts of all the items received and distributed.
The public should check their facts and be careful not to damage ourselves by pushing the wrong narrative.
“The State Governors are doing their very best under the circumstances to ameliorate the needs of the teeming population.
“The Nigeria Governors’ Forum stands for justice, improved governance and a progressive Nigeria”.

25 inmates out of the 1,900 that escaped from Oko and Sapele Road Correctional Centers in Benin City, Edo State last Monday have voluntarily surrendered themselves to the authorities.
Recall that executive governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki, recently extended the ultimatum issued to inmates, who escaped from the Benin Medium Security Correctional Centre and Oko Medium Security Correctional Centre to return to the prison by one week till Friday, October 30, 2020.
Godwin Obaseki who had initially given the fleeing inmates until Friday, October 23rd, to return, has now extended it to Friday, October 30th, 2020.
However, twenty-five of the fleeing inmates have heeded warning and surrendered themselves to the authority before the ultimatum elapses.
Nigerian Tribune reports that one of the inmates, who gave his name as Alex Ose, 40, a taxi driver, from Esan, Edo State said that he has been awaiting trial since 2014 when he was arrested for armed robbery in the Edo State.
Ose stated that he decided to heed the call of Edo State Governor Godwin Obaseki and surrender himself because he is innocent of the charges against him and was sure the court will vindicate him.
A source at Sapele Road Correctional Centre disclosed that the Department of State Security (DSS), the police and officials of the Nigerian Correctional Services (NCS) will soon commence a massive manhunt for the runaway inmates once Governor Obaseki one week grace for them to return elapses.
President Buhari has condemned the widespread looting and vandalism which has been witnessed in some cities across the country.
In a statement released by his media aide Garba Shehu, President Buhari stated that families must turn back children who bring home unaccounted goods, in the same way wives must ask their husbands to return looted items brought home.
It was also gathered that the President has urged the police and other security agencies to restore calm and normalcy as quickly as possible.
The statement read;
“President Buhari said while his administration is working hard through many pragmatic ways to reduce the hardship of the millions of our unemployed, poor citizens and those whose lives have been thrown into disarray by the harsh economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, he warned that resort to widespread attacks and the organised looting and plundering of public and private property in many states are inimical to public good and stand condemned.
“A government that has launched a massive crackdown on corruption, brought in strong laws for a decisive battle against corruption, pursues loot recovery at home and abroad, and taken strong decisions against those who thought they were above the law, will not fold its arms when an otherwise legitimate and peaceful protest is turning into free-for-all vandalism and looting.
“While the administration has, for its part, blocked so many means of looting public money in a war against corruption, it is the expectation that all civil authorities, community and religious leaders in the country must rise against the organised looting and plunder we are witnessing in parts of the country.
“Families must turn back children who bring home unaccounted goods, in the same way wives must ask their husbands to return looted items brought home.
“What is more, is that criminal actions as we have so far witnessed can weaken and erode the confidence of our people and that of foreign businesses in investing in the economy
“Looting and vandalism will hurt trade and investment growth in our country, both large and small industries, as well as our hardworking people in the informal sectors of the economy.
“These incidents do not reflect well on any society. They are wrong and condemnable and should not be supported by reasonable members of the society.
“In line with this, President Buhari commends the decision of the Lagos State Ministry of Justice to prosecute 229 suspects arrested by the police for allegedly using the #EndSARS protest to destroy and loot public and private property.
“As mentioned in two successive statements on the issues, the President and his administration have taken note of the grievances of the people. “We have heard you loud and clear,” he said, and has shown a clear determination to take all necessary measures to address the complaints
“Nevertheless, the violence must stop. President Buhari also condemned hate messages and eviction notices to ethnic and religious groups asking Nigerians to take pride in the fact that our diverse people have been living with one another in harmony for ages.
“The right of all citizens to live and work in any part of the country is a constitutional right and will be defended by the government.”

The national Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress party, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has proposed that revenues generated from the Lekki Toll Gate when it is reopened, should be given to victims of the attack by soldiers and victims of police brutality in Nigeria.
In a statement released on Sunday, October 25, the self acclaimed jagaban of Lagos, denied claims of having a financial stake in the tollgates.
The statement reads,
“Today, I speak to those who believe in the importance of, and want to know, the truth. The slander aimed at me is based on the untruth that I own the toll gate concession. The hate mongers prevaricate that I ordered the Lekki assault because the protests had caused me to lose money due to the interruption of toll gate activity.
“The toll gate is a public asset. Given what has happened, I would like to propose to government that the toll gate be left closed for an indefinite period. If it is reopened, revenues should be donated to the confirmed victims of the Lekki attack as well as to other identifiable victims of police brutality in Lagos.
Let government use the money to compensate and take care of those who have lost life or limb in the struggle for all citizens to go about the quiet, peaceful enjoyment of life without fear of undue harassment at this or that checkpoint”.
“Although equipped with prior notice of the imminent trespass, I did not call anyone to seek or request for the army or police to deploy let alone attack, kill, or injure those who razed and vandalized these properties.
“I did not want any bloodshed. These elements, mostly hirelings of my political opponents, wreaked their havoc and destroyed those buildings and facilities and I thank God that the employees of these two media institutions managed to escape largely unharmed.
“Why would I be so moved as to instigate the army to attack peaceful, law-abiding people at the toll gate where I have no pecuniary stake, yet lift not a single finger to stop hired miscreants bent on setting fire to these important media investments?”
Founder of Living Faith Church, Bishop David Oyedepo has declared that hoodlums taking advantage of the #EndSARS protest to loot and destroy properties shall not go unpunished.
The clergyman made this proclamation during his Sunday service on October 25, while reacting to the state of the nation.
Oyedepo also prophesied that the sponsors of the unrest shall be duly punished and peace that passes all understanding shall be restored to Nigeria.
He said,
“The sources of agitation will be wisely dealt with and favourably dealt with; the land shall rest again in the name of Jesus Christ.
“All the hoodlums who are taking advantage of this season, let hand be joined in hand, the wicked shall not go unpunished.
“CAUTION! You don’t have a double life, you have only one, you don’t have a spare. Caution! I bind all activities of the devil behind every form of unrest being inflicted by hoodlums in the name of Jesus,” the Bishop prayed.
“Killings shall be mentioned no more. The name of the Lord shall remain glorified in the name of Jesus Christ.” He added.

The former Governor of Cross River, Donald Duke has blamed the current chaos and ironic turn of events in Nigeria on bad governance.
According to him, the hoodlums who have hijacked the peaceful EndSARS protest in different parts of the country should not blamed, adding that their actions is as a result of a failed system.
Duke who spoke to the media on Sunday while reacting to the destruction of properties in Calabar by some hoodlums, noted that the act was not normal.
He said,
“We often want to blame these happenings on criminals and miscreants, but they are no such people, we created them, they are human beings.
“I find it deplorable when people regard others as miscreants. They are our children. If you don’t provide for them, train them and give them hope, they will take laws into their hands; but the point is we need to rise up and correct these things.
“We must mean what we say and say what we mean. When the youths feel that your words are empty statements, they won’t take you seriously anymore.
“The youths have been bruised and we need to address that and heal their scars. My desire is to reach out to them, speak to them and ask for forgiveness; so that we can forgive them too and create a better society.
“We love Cross River, the soonest we come out, we will encourage others to do same. We need the support of everyone to do this. We should encourage the government to succeed, regardless of what we think.
“Some of the protesters are idle, if they are employed, they won’t be on the streets. You can’t say you have a right to life without given a right to livelihood.
“When you see someone carting away a used toilet base, you should know there is a big problem. We need to help our young people to succeed. We need to educate, equip and sustain them”.

Manchester United star, Paul Pogba has debunked viral reports of quitting France national team over a racist comment by the country’s leader.
UK outlet The Sun earlier reported that the 27-year-old is unhappy with the comments of French President Emmanuel Macron suggesting Islam was the source of international terrorism.
Reacting to the news, Paul Pogba condemned The Sun for publishing false news about him, without conducting due diligence. He also tagged the article as “Fake News” and vowed to take legal actions against peddlers of the news.
So The Sun did it again… absolutely 100% unfounded news about me are going around, stating things I have never said or thought. I am appalled, angry, shocked and frustrated some “media” sources use me to make total fake headlines in the sensible subject of French current events and adding my religion and the French National Team to the pot.
I am against any and all forms of terror and violence. My religion is one of peace and love and must be respected. Unfortunately, some press people don’t act responsibly when writing the news, abusing their press freedom, not verifying if what they write/reproduce is true, creating a gossip chain without caring it affects people’s lives and my life.
I am taking legal action against the publishers and spreaders of these 100% Fake News. In a quick shout out to The Sun, who normally could not care less: some of you guys probably went to school and will remember how your teacher said to always check your sources, don’t write without making sure. But hey, seems you did it again and on a very serious topic this time, shame on you!
Some Nigerians in Hungary held a candlelight procession in honour of the people who were killed in Nigeria during the End SARS protests.
The historical End SARS protests started on October 8 2020, and continued till October 20, 2020 when uniformed men opened fire at peaceful protesters at the Lekki Toll Plaza.
Before the shootings at the Lekki Toll Plaza, a number of protesters had been killed during the peaceful protests, which includes Jimoh Ishiaq who was killed on Saturday, October 10, 2020, when a policeman opened fire during End SARS protest in Oyo state. Another death was also recorded on October 12 in Ojuelegba, Surulere, when police opened fire on protesters.
To mourn those killed while protesting police brutality in Nigeria, Nigerians in Hungary held a candlelight procession on Sunday night, October 25.
One of the placards from the candlelight procession reads, “For all the lives we lost in the fight to #EndSARS & #PoliceBrutality.”
A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to lament after she saw COVID-19 stickers on a carton of noodles she allegedly bought.
According to her, the carton of noodles came with a sticker which reads, “The indomitable pack”, and suddenly she felt like removing it. Upon removal she discovered that the extra sticker was used to cover a “Not for sale” sign, indicating that the noodles was a Covid-19 palliative.
To her utmost surprise, after removing the “indomitable” sticker, she found COVID19 sticker, underneath it.
She wrote,
“I don’t really know what took my mind to this pack of indomie in my house, I decided to remove this new new sticker from it, lo and behold at the back of it I saw Covid 19, Not for sale.
“So all this while I have been buying my own right? So if you are looking for warehouse in Akwa ibom, our own palliatives has been sold out to us. HOW HEARTLESS CAN PEOPLE BE?”.
Mr Ebun Adegboruwa, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) and member of the Lagos State Judicial Panel of Inquiry into the activities of the disbanded Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS), has accused Nigerian Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola of tampering with exhibits during a visit to Lekki toll gate as he led a Federal Government delegation to commiserate with the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu over the loss of lives and destruction of properties in the violence that rocked the state last week.
Adegboruwa stated that it’s illegal for anyone to conduct any visit to the said Lekki Toll Plaza in the absence of and without the authority and consent of the Panel. He then appealed to the Governor of Lagos State to allow the Panel the full autonomy and independence that was promised at the time of inauguration.
His statement reads,
“BRF TAMPERS WITH EVIDENCE
AT LEKKI TOLL GATE ..RETRIEVES HIDDEN CAMERA WITHOUT PANEL’S CONSENT….”
USURPATION OF POWERS OF THE PANEL OF INQUIRY ON SARS ABUSES
On Sunday, October 25, 2020, it was widely publicized that Ministers and Governors of the South-West visited the Governor of Lagos State on a sympathy tour of structures affected by the wanton looting and destruction that took place last week. In the course of their visit, they were led to the Lekki Toll Plaza, to assess the situation thereat. It was at the same Lekki Toll Plaza that the incident of alleged shooting of EndSARS protesters was said to have taken place. And based on public outcry, the Governor of Lagos State added the Lekki Toll Plaza incident to the terms of reference of the Judicial Panel that was set up.
Since the Panel has been vested with jurisdiction over the Lekki Toll Plaza, I verily believe that it is illegal for anyone else to conduct any visit to the said Lekki Toll Plaza in the absence of and without the authority and consent of the Panel. It was reported that in the course of the visit, the former governor of Lagos State and the Honourable Minister of Works and Housing, Mr. Babatunde Fashola, SAN, discovered a hidden camera, which he took. This is a clear case of illegally tampering with exhibits that may become useful to the Panel in the course of its assignment.
I appeal to the Governor of Lagos State to allow the Panel the full autonomy and independence that was promised at the time of inauguration. It is contempt of the Panel for anyone to usurp the powers of the Panel in the way that has been reported. In this regard, the Panel will not shy away from summoning anyone who is alleged to be involved in any contemptuous act that may obstruct the course of justice.
I call on all Nigerians to come up with their complaints before the Panel for proper ventilation, as it begins its sitting today.
Here’s a video capturing the moment Babatunde Fashola discovered the hidden camera,

Popular writer and women’s right activist, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, has written a speculative piece which she believes Nigeria’s president, Muhammadu Buhari, should have delivered while addressing Nigerians on the current state of the nation.
She wrote:
NOTE to television broadcasters: please include subtitles to enable all Nigerians hear and understand
Fellow Nigerians,
This is a difficult time for our nation but together we will prevail.
On Tuesday, October 20th, 2020, in the Lekki area of Lagos, innocent Nigerians exercising their democratic right to protest were attacked by soldiers of the Nigerian Army. Some died. Many were injured. This terrible incidence has no place in our country. The role of the Nigerian Army is to protect the lives of Nigerian citizens.
I condole with the families of those who were killed and with all those who were injured. I have ordered an immediate investigation and have directed that a report be presented to me in the next five days.
As commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, the ultimate responsibility is mine. This is not a time for vague words or generic promises. This is a time for action and I am determined to bring the perpetrators of this heinous act to justice.
Restitution is an essential element of justice. I have directed that all hospital bills of the injured be paid by the federal government. The families of those who were killed, as well as the injured, will receive compensation from the federal government. This compensation is merely a small way of acknowledging the pain and suffering of innocent citizens. It is not intended in any way to dismiss or minimize what happened. We are already reaching out to identify those who deserve compensation. Our Twitter handle@NGRPresident will release further information shortly.
These are not normal times, and therefore we cannot rely on the old ways of doing things. On October 12th I acknowledged the valid concerns of the Nigerians protesting against the excesses of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS). But more could have been done. I have now directed, with immediate effect, the arrest of those SARS officers, past and present, who have credibly been accused of extrajudicial crimes. I am presently reviewing recommendations by the Security Chiefs on how best to retrain some officers formerly with SARS. I emphasise SOME, as there are those who are not worthy to serve in any security capacity and will face justice. I assure you that their trials will be fair and open to the public.
Let me be clear that the protests we have witnessed all over this country in the past two weeks were not anti-police, but anti-police-brutality. A democracy must have law and order, but we cannot in the name of law and order abuse innocent citizens.
I am committed to the implementation of extensive Police reforms. The salaries, benefits and living conditions of the Nigerian Police Force and other paramilitary services will be improved with immediate effect. I have directed the National Salaries, Income and Wages Commission to expedite the process and ensure that the implementation begins by October 30th 2020.
Let me pay tribute to officers of the Nigeria Police Force who have tragically lost their lives in the legitimate line of duty. I condole with their families. The federal government will give all assistance to the bereaved in a speedy and dignified manner.
Reports of vandalism and looting in such places as Lagos, Enugu and Rivers are partly the result of thugs who have infiltrated the legitimate protests in order to further their own nefarious goals and partly the actions of legitimately aggrieved citizens who have unfortunately decided to unlawfully express their anger There will be zero tolerance for any damage done to the lives and property of citizens.
Let me also acknowledge that mistakes were made in the security provided during the protests. Thugs should never have been allowed to infiltrate the protests. There were failures of policing during the protests. Some innocent people were arrested while thugs were allowed free reign. I have ordered the immediate release of any Nigerian citizen arrested for lawfully participating in the protest, while reinforcing our zero tolerance policy for those engaging in vandalism.
For two weeks, the protests occurred lawfully, without violence and damage to property. To those Nigerians who suspect that the sudden change in the tone and manner of protests is a result of unscrupulous thugs being paid to disrupt the protests and create chaos, I assure you that your suspicions will be fully investigated.
The choice to demonstrate peacefully is a fundamental right of Nigerian citizens. It is a right that all Nigerians remain free to exercise.
I enjoin all Nigerian citizens to keep in mind that ours is a diverse but united nation. Any appeals to ethnic sentiment must be resisted. Any attacks on people based on ethnicity must be rejected. Whether from the north or from the south, from the west or the east, we are Nigerians. As Nigerians we must unite against forces that threaten our democracy.
Some states have set up curfews to maintain law and order, but a curfew without security is a threat to the lives and livelihoods of Nigerians. I will work with state governors to ensure that there is adequate security in all the states of the federation.
I would like to thank those state Governors, traditional, religious and youth leaders who have not only appealed for calm but have taken actions to identify with the legitimate grievances of their people.
Next week, I will address you again and update you on the ongoing plans to restore our country. I believe that with political will, justice is always achievable. I refer to the truism that there can be no peace without justice. Today I pledge to you my commitment to justice and to peace.
Thank you all. God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
DMW Boss, Davido has said that the turning of the peaceful EndSars protests by hoodlums and thugs into a complete anarchy is a complete disrespect to those that lost their lives in the struggle.
He wondered the gain in burning and looting private businesses.
The singer also wondered why police stations are burnt down when one of the demands of the protesters was better police welfare and training.
The singer tweeted;
We need a Country where there is law and order for us to make any real change !!! Please stop!
It is painful that what started as a peaceful protest has been hijacked and turned into complete Anarchy, in total disrespect to those that lost their lives during the Peaceful protest. This is def not the way to honour those that lost their lives while protesting peacefully.
What is there to gain from burning and looting private businesses that provide employment to our own people?? Or burgling or burning houses belong to innocent citizens?! Or burning Buses that our own people depend on for transport to go to work and go about their lives???
Why burn police stations, when one of our demands was better police welfare and training??? Please stop stop stop stop! It all makes no sense whatsoever !! If you know anybody partaking in this, tell them to stop!!

The president of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has finally addressed the shooting of peaceful protesters by men of the military at the Lekki Tollgate.
The President who broke silence on Sunday, October 25th explained that he decided not to talk about the shooting incident until he had access to all the facts.
In a statement released by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, Buhari vowed to ensure justice for the protesters who lost their lives.
The president also promised property owners and business owners affected by the ironic turn of event across the nation that they would get justice.
The statement reads,
As the Judicial panel of inquiry set up by the Lagos State Government, one of the more dozen states to do so, starts sitting on Monday, President Muhammadu Buhari has expressed his full support and optimism that it will assist the nation to give justice to peaceful protesters who lost their lives, security men who were murdered and property owners whose assets were vandalized and looted.
The President, who said he had all along avoided going into a debate about the Lekki Toll Gate incidents until all the facts are established, appealed to the people all over the country to maintain peace and brotherhood as the machinery of the government and the wheel of justice turn against the perpetrators of murder, arson, stealing, rape, assault and malicious damage to public and private property.
The President advises that peace, brotherhood, and inter communal harmony are central to our ethos and urges Nigerians ‘not to turn against one another in hate.’
He said it is important that the police and other security agencies move everywhere to restore calm and normalcy as quickly as possible.
President Buhari said while his administration is working hard through many pragmatic ways to reduce the hardship of the millions of our unemployed, poor citizens and those whose lives have been thrown into disarray by the harsh economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, he warned that resort to widespread attacks and the organized looting and plundering of public and private property in many states are inimical to public good and stand condemned.
A government that has launched a massive crackdown on corruption, brought in strong laws for a decisive battle against corruption, pursues loot recovery at home and abroad, and taken strong decisions against those who thought they were above the law, will not fold its arms when an otherwise legitimate and peaceful protest is turning into free-for-all vandalism and looting.
While the administration has, for its part, blocked so many means of looting public money in a war against corruption, it is the expectation that all civil authorities, community and religious leaders in the country must rise against the organized looting and plunder we are witnessing in parts of the country. Families must turn back children who bring home unaccounted goods, in the same way wives must ask their husbands to return looted items brought home.
What is more, is that criminal actions as we have so far witnessed can weaken and erode the confidence of our people and that of foreign businesses in investing in the economy. Looting and vandalism will hurt trade and investment growth in our country, both large and small industries, as well as our hardworking people in the informal sectors of the economy.
These incidents do not reflect well on any society. They are wrong and condemnable and should not be supported by reasonable members of the society.
In line with this, President Buhari commends the decision of the Lagos State Ministry of Justice to prosecute 229 suspects arrested by the police for allegedly using the #EndSARS protest to destroy and loot public and private property.
As mentioned in two successive statements on the issues, the President and his administration have taken note of the grievances of the people. ‘We have heard you loud and clear,’ he said, and has shown a clear determination to take all necessary measures to address the complaints. The violence must stop.
President Buhari also condemned hate messages and eviction notices to ethnic and religious groups asking Nigerians to take pride in the fact that our diverse people have been living with one another in harmony for ages. The right of all citizens to live and work in any part of the country is a constitutional right and will be defended by the government.
The Minister for Works and Housing, Mr Babatunde Fashola on Sunday, discovered a hidden camera at the Lekki Toll Gate, Admiralty Circle, in Lagos.
Fashola, led a Federal Government delegation on the directive of President Muhammadu Buhari to commiserate with the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu over the loss of lives and destruction of properties in the violence that rocked the state last week.
Those in the FG’s entourage include: Ministers of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, Mines and Industries, Olamilekan Adegbite, Niyi Adebayo, Trade and Investments and Olorunnibe Mamora, Health state. Also, some South West Governors such as: Ekiti, Ondo, Oyo, and Lagos States, Kayode Fayemi, Arakunrin Rotimi Akeredolu, Seyi Makinde, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, respectively, were on the inspection tour in the company of newsmen.
Fashola who discovered the camera during an on the spot assessment at the Lekki Toll Gate, subsequently, handed it over to Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu for forensic analysis and further investigation. Fashola said the camera must have been planted by some subversive elements priory to the reported shootings for ulterior motives.
The minister, who picked up the camera with an aid of a handkerchief, handed it over to Sanwo-Olu, sating, “I think this will help with the ongoing investigations into the shootings at the Lekki Toll Gate.
“It requires forensic analysis and could be used in the investigations to unravel the mystery surrounding the shootings at the Toll Gate, I believe.”
