A skit maker left netizens in stitches with a skit of his where he was presented with an expensive bottle of Azul at a club because the waitress misheard his order.
The young man was stunned to hear the Hypeman at the club, hyping him profoundly for ordering the expensive bottle as the waitress majestically brought it to him.
Puzzled, he looked around and waited for the waitress to come closer to him before drawing her close to him so he could tell her that he’d ordered for stewed goat meat pieces popularly referred to as “Asun” and not the Tequila drink, “Azul”.
The Hypeman is then heard mocking the young man as he realizes that he actually didn’t order the alcoholic drink and wasn’t worth the hype.

In other news, a young man has been apprehended while allegedly attempting to steal a female underwear from a bathroom window.
A video that’s currently making the rounds online shows the suspect being interrogated by those who caught him in the act.
It’s said that he tore the bathroom window net to steal the panties, but was nabbed before he could complete his mission.
In the video, while being interrogated, he was asked to name the person who sent him to steal the underwear.
A Pastor, Michael Abiodun Rabiu, who was arrested for defiling and impregnating the teenage daughter of his church member, has narrated how he carried out the act.
It was earlier reported that the victim’s mother joined the church because of a spiritual problem that had claimed the lives of two of her daughters.
To prevent the victim from facing the same fate, she took her to the pastor’s church for deliverance. However, he had carnal knowledge of her and threatened her with dire consequences if she reported him to anyone.
She fell pregnant in the process but it was not detected until she was seven months pregnant. She delivered the baby three months ago.
Upon interrogation, Pastor Michael, who is a father of three, confessed to the crime and blamed it on the devil.
His words,
“I’m from Ikorodu, Lagos State, but I have been in Owode Egba, Ogun State, for 13 years. I’m married and have three children – two by my first wife and one by my new wife. I am a deliverance pastor and the founder of the church I am in charge of. I started the deliverance ministry about 13 years ago but had been in the calling about 25 years ago.
“In the girl’s lineage, there is a god call ‘tánràn’. It is a snake god. The god had already taken some children born before her, so that was what brought her and her mother to me for deliverance.
“I had noticed that the spell was about manifesting in the girl’s life as issues about death were always discussed with her.
“When she was brought to me, I advised her mother to quickly take care of her spiritually so that she would not lose her too. I asked the girl to come for deliverance for seven weeks, and she started coming every Wednesday after closing from school.
“About a week to the end of the deliverance sessions, when we finished prayers for the day, I don’t know how the devil came over to make me have sexual relationship with her.
“I told her that I wanted to marry her so that the spell on her family would not come upon her. I also told her that I would help to sponsor her education. She said there was no problem. I knew that if I didn’t tell her that, she would not agree to have sex with me
“She is a young girl and I discovered her to be a virgin so I could not penetrate her easily, I got stuck on the way but I ejaculated in her. She left thereafter and continued as a member of the church choir.
“I discovered a change in her at about six months after. I didn’t give her any drug to take but I was so afraid of telling her mother. At that time, her mother noticed her swollen stomach and thought it was the spell that was at work in her. This was because those of her late siblings used to swell up before their deaths.
“This made her mother to take her for ultrasound scan where it was discovered that she was seven months pregnant. Her mother brought the issue to me and I confessed to her that I was responsible for the pregnancy. I started taking care of her until she had natural delivery of a baby boy (name withheld).
“By then, many people had known in the town. I also told my wife and she accepted it as a cross she has to bear. She did not quarrel with me.
The pastor, who expressed regret at his action, said he has contemplated committed suicide because his action was very shameful.
“I’ve almost gone paralysed in my arms and legs. I thought of the girl’s age and turning God’s name into mockery and felt so ashamed,” he said.
The victim’s mother, who spoke in an interview with Nigerian Tribune, said she doesn’t want to pursue the case because the suspect has been taking care of her daughter since they knew about the pregnancy.
“I have been attending the pastor’s church since 12 years ago. And he likes me and my family. He stood by me in times of tribulation. I know what happened is the work of the devil. I have lost two children to strange deaths, as they would swell up and die within a month of being sick.
“I had a dream about my daughter and intimated the pastor of it. He also came to tell me of the vision he had about my daughter. He said she would need to come for prayers and deliverance
“About seven months after the prayers, I noticed that she looked swollen as it used to happen to her late sisters. I was afraid that the same thing had befallen my daughter, so I took her to a hospital. It was there I was told that she was pregnant
“I asked her about the person who impregnated her and she replied that it was the pastor. I went to meet him and he admitted that he was the one. Since he did not deny the ownership, all I was thinking of was to support my daughter throughout the period so that she would have safe delivery.
“Since the pregnancy was detected through the scan, the pastor has done all necessary for my daughter’s ante natal clinic attendance and preparations towards her delivery. He bought everything needed and took care of her financially
“Since her delivery too, he has been taking care of her and the baby. And he has also changed her school and paid her school fees where she is now. I have accepted what has happened as destiny. I’m not ready to make any case with him. I was not the one who reported him to the police, neither was it my daughter.”
She pleaded for the pastor to be pardoned and released from police custody, and said,
“There is no one to help me take care of my daughter and her baby except the pastor, which he has been doing very well.
“I’m 47 years old, a widow and with no parents. I sell bread and don’t make N500 gain in a day. How do we survive without him? At this time, there is no one to sponsor my child’s education. There is no one to help me.”
She also said the victim is 14 years old, not 12 as claimed by the media, stating that she was born on July 22, 2008.
Speaking with Nigerian Tribune, the victim said she never said the pastor forced himself on her and pleaded for the father of her son to be released.
“He told my mother that I should come to church for deliverance prayer. We had been going through the sessions for weeks when, after prayers one day, he asked me to go to the parlour, remove my dress and lie down,” she explained.
“That was when he slept with me. He pleaded with me not to scream in pain when he noticed that I was a virgin. I didn’t know I was pregnant because I had not menstruated before the sex.”

A Ugandan Pastor, Kinto Denis, has been arrested for flogging his congregants with a cane during a church service.
The Empowerment City Church (ECC) Pastor was nabbed after a video of him flogging his church members surfaced online and he has reportedly been charged with many charges bordering on physical assault.
In the disturbing video clip, the clergyman can be seen standing on the pulpit with a whip in hand, as he ordered his congregants to come forward one by one and flogged them on their back or buttocks.
Reports have it that the Pastor flogged his church members in the East African country, where corporal punishment has been outlawed, because of incompetence and late-coming.
He has now been charged with 18 counts of common assault, causing bodily harm, assault, promoting sectarianism and human trafficking.
Amid the court case, some members of his church have gone online to defend him, stating that he was only flogging his ‘children’.
Last Sunday, some worshippers went to the church to clean the premises and held service despite the pastor’s absence. Journalists who went to film the church were reportedly confronted and beaten up before being directed to delete the video footages.

From his confession in a recorded video, Chidi revealed that he has been defiling young girls for 10 years.

A trending video on social media shows the horrifying moment a 17-year-old boy was hit by moving train while he was shooting for a video near the railway tracks at the Waddepally tank near the Kazipet railway station on Sunday.
The Teenager was identified as Ch Akshay Raj, an Intermediate first year student from Waddepally in the city.
Raj was rushed to the government-run MGM Hospital by the railway police in an ambulance after the incident. He was then moved to a private hospital by his relatives. Doctors said that he suffered fractures in a leg and also sustained injuries on the face. He is said to be out of danger.
According to the Railway Police, Akshay along with two of his friends were doing a video reportedly for a mobile app when the train coming to Warangal from Balharshah hit him. “He was walking along the track closely when the train was coming. And he was hit by the engine of the train,”

On Monday morning, September 5, the pair were embroiled in a messy drama in which they called off their relationship.
During the fight, Sheggz, who had severally complained about Bella’s attitude, ended their relationship, stating that he’s tired and Bella isn’t even working on herself to fit into his picture of an ideal woman.
He called her rude, self-centered, condescending, and several other unprintable names.
Although it appears that they have reconciled their differences and are once again together as of the time of filing this report, Bella sobbed in the privacy of her bed as she questioned her lover about why he constantly picks fights with her.
Reacting, Uti, in a Twitter post, called for prayers for Bella, and accused Sheggz of destroying her mental health.
The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria has apologised over its faulty escalators, which injured a traveler at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos over the weekend.
A lady had narrated how she suffered a serious cut on her leg due to the faulty escalators at the MMIA, Lagos on Saturday, September 3rd.
In a post she shared on her Instagram page, the lady said she was at the airport with her family when her 5-year-old son insisted he wanted to use the escalator. Although she was hesitant at first, she finally gave in, but regrettably, it malfunctioned while it was being used, leaving her injured.
Narrating the incident, she threatened to take legal action against FAAN.
“On Saturday 3rd September 2022, I returned to Nigeria with my family. My excited 5 year old wanted to use the escalator instead of the stairs. We travel around the world and escalators are normal to him. However, in the past I’d warned my kids not to use escalators in Nigeria (how sad). On this day, he wanted to and I insisted I hold his hand (there’s no place in the world we go that I’ve held his hand on an escalator)…
I wonder who certified and approved the safety/ use of these escalators. We were told that they were serviced a few days before. I am definitely going to sue . The state of those escalators is totally unacceptable.” she wrote in part.
Reacting to the incident in a statement on Monday, FAAN Acting General Manager, Corporate Affairs, Faithful Hope-Ivbaze, said the airport authority has taken “full responsibility” for the incident and apologised to the family.
“Accordingly, We have also reached out to actively participate in the care for the injured. FAAN is reviewing the operating procedure for the equipment to ensure that such sudden mechanical faults do not occur again.” the statement read in part.
Reality TV star,Maria Chike Benjamin, had a minor exchange with a religious police who questioned the duality of contents she shares on social media.
On Sunday, September 5, the Twitter user attacked the former Big Brother Naija housemate for sharing a religious post in the morning and posting about ‘club’ in the evening.
Apparently, Maria posted what seemed like an excerpt from the sermon she heard in church, and prayed for Nigeria.

Later that day, she went online to ask her followers if they should have a Clubhouse session in one hour.
Upon seeing the tweet, the Twitter user, who thought Maria meant she was going clubbing, tackled her for being two-faced. Unknown to him that Clubhouse is an app where people have audio conversations.
“For morning u go post Bible quote for night u dey club. Y r u confusing ur soul.” he wrote.
Maria spotted his tweet and gave him a savage response.
“Even Jesus turned water into wine. No too confuse yourself,” she responded.
The Big Brother Naija season 6 star made this revelation during a question and answer session on her Insta-stories while opening up on the scariest thing she’s ever done.
Maria held a question and answer session with her fans and followers when a quite inquisitive fan asked about the scariest thing she’s ever done.
Replying, the former flight attendant revealed she left a job where she was earning six-figures to move to another country to become a flight attendant.
“Leave a 6-figure paying job to move to another country and become a flight attendant”, she wrote.
Only a week after her eviction from the Big Brother Naija house, evicted housemate Amaka has started to experience massive fan love.
Amaka, a former level-up housemate who was ousted last Monday after an eviction twist in which the majority of her fellow housemates nominated her for immediate eviction, was surprised with two huge money cakes by her fans, popularly known as “the Amazons”.
The Amazons surprised their favorite with two human-sized money cakes and other gifts.
The excited reality TV star showed off the present during an Instagram live session on her official Instagram page and thanked her fans for their love and support.

In related news, F fer Big Brother Naija season 7 housemate, Khalid, was utterly dumbfounded after he received a luxury gift from an anonymous fan.
The reality TV star, who was recently evicted from the level-up house, revealed via his Instagram page that he received a brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max from a fan.
Khalid thanked his fans for their love and support while sharing a video of himself unboxing his brand-new phone and remarked that it was the kindest thing he had ever experienced.
“This came in for me this morning and I’m honestly short of words! To whoever this is from, thank you!🖤🏴,” he wrote.
The spokesperson of the Delta state Police Command, DSP Bright Edafe, has lampooned popular singer, Paul Okoye, over his comment about police operatives who enter the car of motorists.
Recall that on Sunday, September 5, Paul took to his Instastory to state that any policeman who enters the car of a motorist is a criminal or a kidnapper.
He wrote,
“The only reason a policeman will stop you and enter your car is just because they are looking for an avenue to negotiate for a crime you did not commit.
As long as a police man enters my car and tells me to drive…He’s a kidnapper or a criminal.”
Apparently, this didn’t sit right with the Delta Police PRO, DSP Edafe, and he hit back at the singer in a tweet shared on Twitter.

Paul Okoye’s post came following the arrest of Nigerian rapper, Panshak Zamani, otherwise known as Ice Prince for allegedly abducting and assaulting a police officer in Lagos.
The Police had on Friday prosecuted Ice Prince on three counts, which were bordering on assault, obstruction, and abduction of a policeman. All charges to which the rapper had pleaded not guilty.
The Magistrate on the singer’s case, Taiwo Oyaniyi, had also granted him bail in the sum of N500,000, adding that he would reside in Ikoyi prison until his bail conditions were met.
