Dorcas shared this during a recent interview on “Tea with Taymesan” Podcast.

She said when she was two-years-old, her mother was deported back to Nigeria for not having immigration papers but her dad managed to sort himself out.
Explaining the reason behind her short-lived hatred for her mum, Dorcas disclosed that her dad claimed her mother abandoned her in the UK because she doesn’t love her.
According to her, this made her grow up hating her mother because she believed she never loved her. However, she stated that now that she is older, she understands her family’s predicament better.
When asked why her dad lied about why her mum left them in the UK, Dorcas said it was because “he was hurt”.

Ex-Nollywood actress, Caroline Hutchings, formerly known as Caroline Danjuma, has for the first time spoken about her divorce from her estranged husband, Musa Danjuma.

The mother of three while advising people going through a divorce noted that that her divorce from Musa Danjuma made her feel like a failure.
According to her, she blamed herself for not having a perfect marriage and for the mistakes they both made in their marriage until she embarked on a journey of self-discovery, which helped her heal from the hurt and realize her failed marriage does not define her.
“I blamed myself for not making a perfect marriage , I blamed my self for both faults of ours until I started healing then I knew I was not a failure. I prayed to God for assistance most importantly to forgive my self and him.
Rather than hate the outcome of what was , I chose love and peace of mind for what is . We both ain’t perfect and that is what makes us human . I dealt with the hurtful words from friends and strangers , the stigma and constant mockery without knowledge of what truly happened .
God whispered I am with you and that was it . My journey to finding me began and I never looked back . I came , I saw , I conquered , most importantly I have found my lost identity .
Healed , restored , unprovoked, loving and blessed ..#howcarolynagothergrooveback.. thanks to @lanreolusola who spoke through the words in the Bible to help me find my way .
Some of us are better off as friends than lovers . It is ok to see a professional counselor , you ain’t mad you just need clarification .It is ok to fail and rise again . Let God lead you . No hate but love always . Accept your faults forgive the other and move on in peace.
This is my first time talking about my divorce , not an easy journey ,most times very painful moments especially if you are a perfectionist and kids are involved . Kill the hate it will only ruin you . If you are wondering how you will pick up financially trust me you will ,just stay focused and determined . Love without regrets.” She wrote.

Investigative journalist, Kemi Olunloyo, has spoken on the arrest of skit maker, De General, by officials of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA.

Kemi in a post shared on her Instagram story, stated that NDLEA shouldn’t be blamed for arresting drug dealers and users because they need to face the law.
She likened De General to American rapper, Juice Wrld, who died of drug overdose in December 2019 after landing at Chicago’s Midway airport, and asserted that the skit maker needs to “get help for his drug demons”.

According to her, De General who is currently in custody for being in possession of illicit drugs including 200 sachets of 225mg Tramadol and 1.5kilograms of cannabis sativa, needs to face the law.
The controversial journalist, who claims to be a pharmacist, wrote,
“Don’t blame the NDLEA for arresting drug pushers, users and traffickers. I’m a Pharmacist. The same way I slammed Juicewrld for swallowing all that Percocet on the plane when the DEA was waiting is the same way DeGeneral needs to get help for his drug demons. He was in possession of Tramadol, a schedule 2 narcotic without prescription. These pill pushers need to face the law.
BTW Juicewrld DIED when the plane landed.

Popular social commentator and Author, Reno Omokri has shared his opinion on resisting sexual temptation.

According to Reno, a man that can resist sexual temptation has not been born so because of this, when one is faced with such, the man should flee that scene.
Reno shared this on his Instagram page.
”Dear men,
When Joseph was accosted by Potiphar’s wife, he did not fast, or pray, or sing psalms. He fled. Don’t be foolish. The man that can resist sexual temptation has NOT been born. Unless she is your wife, never be alone with a woman in a room with a bed! In fact, if you can even avoid being alone with a woman other than your wife, all the better. When you got born again, your spirit received power. But that power did not extend to a particular part of your body. If it sees what it likes, it becomes hungry. Therefore, don’t create the atmosphere for it to become hungry for evil food!” he wrote
He also responded to a follower who tried to counter his post by claiming to have resisted sexual temptation.
