Okay, no kidding, this has been my favourite snack this 2015! I think it turned out to be an addiction because, no bragging, I take Suya almost every night, no bragging. (I even have the phone number of the aboki that sellss me the Suya.)

Suya is a very popular snack in every state of Nigeria. Conventionally eaten in the evenings, it is made with fish or meat rubbed in spices and then barbequed on a skewer.

The spices comprise of ginger, peanuts, peppers, dried onions and various stock flavors. The folks from the Northern part (Hausas) of the country make the best Suya and are often more known as people who sell it.
