Hehehe… you never experredit did you? But be frank… is garri not the most popular food in the country? I mean…. Garri has been saving Nigerian lives way before she gained independence. THAT’S A FACT! Lol.

This “Garium Sulphide” as called by some Nigerian teens is incontestably the king of all Nigerian dishes. Garri is a household name in almost all Nigerian homes.

It’s no news that Garri doesn’t need to be advertised for it to be sold rapidly.

It is synthesized from cassava tubers that have been fermented, but the tubers must undergo peeling, washing and grating into a mash prior to being fermented.

The product gotten from this is then roasted and pounded to form fine flour. Garri can be served with almost all kinds of stews and soups.
